Pre-ordered pizza online for pickup, when I got home I opened the pizza box and found a pizza that looked like it came from another plate. Totally burned and the black edges simply cut off. Completely incomprehensible how you could even give something like that to a customer for €13, what a disgrace! It really used to be a better store... Luckily there are much better alternatives here in Eberbach.

Have eaten here several times. Whether on site or taken away. The food is okay and tastes good. With the cream sauce you can taste that it has simply been mixed, or there are canned mushrooms in the hunter's sauce. The quality could be a bit better here. Service is always friendly but often stressful or understaffed. It has often happened that we go back to the checkout ourselves to say that we want to pay. The ambience is fine. Old half-timbered house and therefore sometimes a bit cramped. The terrace is nice and you can have a good time here.

A really good doner. And the amount you get for the price is definitely worth it. I didn't have the same issues some other reviews had with the flavor, but ive been there 5 times now in a short 3 weeks because of just how convenient and good it is.

Also, früher habe ich diesen Laden sooo geliebt. Jetzt gehe ich nie wieder hin.Weil: Mit etwas grösseren Hund hinein wurde ich rausgeschmissen weil er zu groß wäre. Daraufhin brachte ich Hund nach Hause u ging ohne Hund aber mit Freundin wieder rein. Da schreit die Chefin mich an "ich hab doch gesagt OHNE HUND!!!!! und ich "ja ich bin auch ohne Hund, der ist zuhause.. ." danach KEINE Entschuldigung für den Anschnauzer von ihr. SOOO GEHT MAN DOCH NICHT MIT KUNDEN UM. Dann einmal bestellte ich eine heisse Schokolade mit Sahne, es kam eine richtig grosse Tasse mit Berg Sahne drauf. Ich freute mich sehr. Dann bestellte ich später wieder eine heiße Schokolade bei einem Mann als Servicekraft. Dieser brachte mir dann eine um die Hälfte kleinere Tasse mit bissle Tupfer Sahne drauf, woraufhin ich NUR NACHFRAGTE (!!!!!!!!) warum diese so klein sei...und ob es allgemein eine kleine oder große Schokolade gäbe?? Dieser daraufhin die Chefin wohl hochgeschickt (weiß ich nicht, was er ihr erzählt hat.. .) die kam und eerklärte mir, dass das das letzte Glas wohl gewesen wäre (Boa ey nee) und wir saßen doch im Obergeschoss und wenn sie das vorher gewusst hätte, welchen STRESS WIR HIER MACHEN, wir nicht mehr wiederkommen bräuchten. Ich war geschockt. Und dann später mal bestellten wir ne GROSSE Portion Pommes, später eine kleine. Diese kleine war GENAUSO GROSS wie die grosse Portion. Wir machten darauf aufmerksam, dass das dich nicht sein könne.. Wieder wurde die Chefin geholt, sie einmal kurz geguckt (ohne genau zu prüfen.. .was wir gemeint haben) und sie sagte:" IHR seid ja schon wieder hier. Warum kommt IHR überhaupt noch?"

Very tasty, dishes are ready-made products, but absolutely okay for the price.

I was greeted by an unfriendly employee who seemed like she didn't enjoy her job. I ordered online and didn't have to wait long, but 2 of 3 things were handed to me incorrectly... the pizza bread was good and the other doner kebabs (which I didn't order) were okay...........

The conditions are always very friendly here despite the large crowds. Food is great and special requests are no problem. Really a great restaurant

Tried to eat there yesterday. First impression, great. Drinks taken quickly, brought to the table quickly, cool, tasty. Order food: after 10 minutes you console yourself, you have a cool drink. 15 minutes, slight nervousness. 20 minutes, note to service 2 that you would like to order something. 25 minutes, drink is warm. 30 minutes. Drinks paid at the counter, left. We will never know if the food tastes good.

It's just a shame that there are no more schnitzels after 8 p.m

Bread was chewing gum 2 lettuce leaves 3 tomatoes and the kebab meat was very little. When it was said that meat was served, the boss told the employee that it was enough. Can be done better.

Called 2 hours after ordering because the food wasn't there yet. Then it said it would take another hour. The boss cheekily said that she was still waiting on the phone or that she was unlucky. Great service 👎

Last year, for once, we ate 1 2 msl of good food there, which raised our hopes... You have to say, yes, the snack bar has improved slightly in terms of taste. For the type of canned ravioli eater, it's enough to at least have a sense of success there. However, the last 5 orders in the store have shown that they are completely overwhelmed in the kitchen. I can't say whether this is due to a lack of skilled staff in the kitchen, but you can't read there, which means that there are always incorrect orders. Although there is a slight plus point - you can be accommodated with free food or another delivery (which I take for granted when I now pay just under 10 euros for a yufka/dürüm... But today's experience was the highlight because the snack bar called us and wanted us to stop eating (ok, no problem) but then two adults who had corona disease wanted the food back. The explanation was yes, it's normal for us, it's then thrown away because they have corona! Yes, what do you do with the food that doesn't come from people who are sick? Disgusting idea and needs no further words. But the fact is that I cannot understand why one would want to run the risk of transporting "contaminated food" in a car or transport box, which is sent to hundreds of people every day, and without gloves. Incidentally, Essen was also a total disaster on the second attempt. We had to roll up our kebab completely and put the sauce on it ourselves 👍

Tried again after a long time. (Family pressure). Only if I specifically order without onions (via Lieferando, so it is in writing), then I expect without onions. This was my last attempt there.

Food was average at best. Supplier is so unprofessional, if you want to report it you are brushed off by the boss and told that she has better things to do. Never again at a juice shop like this

Food is average. I wanted to complain about a driver who simply called me privately on my cell phone outside of his working hours shortly before 1 a.m. The boss herself told me that she didn't have time for that, was very cheeky and showed no insight or understanding!! And hung up. I don't recommend a real juice shop to anyone!!!

We have often ordered dishes from the snack bar and also eaten there. The food is very good quality and really tasty! The price-performance ratio is definitely right here. The service is quick, very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was left to be desired here. The location is quiet and clean. Home delivery is always friendly, reliable and punctual. We can recommend the snack bar in Eberbach and will continue to order and stop here in the future :)

Super tasty food, large portions and not overpriced. Very nice and friendly staff. Great food selection and also enough vegan and vegetarian dishes. :) We'd love to come back!

The food was very good and quick. This was ideal because we had to get on our ship.

In principle, the food and the ambience are really great, but it has happened several times now that when ordering food, the problem was that the "grill" was turned off before 9 p.m. on a Friday and weekend and you couldn't order either schnitzel or burgers ? First it was 9 p.m. and then suddenly it was 8:30 p.m.? What's next 8pm? I don't know what's going wrong, but if the delivery service is open until 10 p.m., the "grill" should only be turned off afterwards and not what feels like 1:30 hours before!

We ate here often because of the good offer and the price-performance ratio. The quality of the food has deteriorated significantly, raw kebab meat etc. is simply not acceptable. The service is very good and friendly as long as the boss isn't around. Dealing with customers here is rude and unfriendly. What you have to endure here and what you hear in conversations with other customers is anything but customer-friendly. The location and the offering are very good, if the quality from earlier times were achievable again and dealing with customers accordingly, one could be very successful here.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated extremely. The pasta is completely overcooked, the salad dressing is sour and the salad is swimming in it, sauces are tasteless or overly seasoned. The worst thing, however, is the smell that now permeates all the rooms. The exhaust in the kitchen doesn't seem to be working and isn't being repaired even after several months. There are real clouds of mist in the air and your clothes smell completely like food when you go outside. Unfortunately, the competent and friendly service cannot make up for this. I hope for a speedy recovery!

Mal wieder Döner essen war abends angesagt. Diesmal Snackbar. Nach ein paar Bissen bemerkte mein Sohn, dass das Fleisch komisch schmeckte. Kurze Zeit später wunderte ich mich auch. Das Fleisch schmeckte krümmelig, mehlig. In der Nacht folgte Unwohlsein, am Morgen Übelkeit, Schüttelfrost, Durchfälle. Den kompletten Tag im Bett bus das große Erbrechen die Folge waren. Lebensmittelvergiftung. Der 2. TAG nach dem Döner waren immernoch Gliederschmerzen, starke Kopfweh und Schwäche die Restfolgen. Einen weiteren Döner dort zu bestellen, oder überhaupt die nächsten Monate kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Sorry, nein Danke.

The food is good, but it's difficult to eat the salad The salad bowl is too small, there is sauce on the top and unfortunately no sauce on the bottom. This has been pointed out repeatedly, but nothing has changed. The waitresses are friendly and, upon request, brought large plates for the salad.

Food was delicious. The service was a little chaotic, I think there was no division of tables. Ambience was fine. Can be recommended for a small snack.

We have been eating here again and again for several years. It always tastes good to us. Pizza, schnitzel, baked potatoes and the delicious salads are recommended. It is comfortably furnished inside and when the temperatures are mild you can sit outside. Clear recommendation.

For a kebab with everything 7 euros is totally ok. But for a small bowl of fries with 4 tablespoons of meat for the dog.... He loves the meat.....6 euros is already grass....the ratio doesn't match

Very great little restaurant, food is very tasty

Wild garlic cordon bleu (€17.50) from the snack bar in Eberbach. Friendly service and pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant, good food with decently sized portions in the restaurant. The Cordon Bleu was fine, the idea with the special menu full of wild garlic dishes is creative and something different. A fine side salad was included. Recommended 👍

After a whopping 3 hour wait, the food finally came... there were 3 portions in total... that's not possible at all in my opinion. There was no call saying it was taking longer or anything else…. Otherwise food was 👍🏽

By far the most disgusting kebab I've eaten. You should be ashamed of what you ask for and what people are offered.

I ordered a grill plate and it was good, but under the meat there was a plastic film about 8 cm long. When I paid I pointed this out and all I got was an apology and that was all.

The food is excellent 🤤 you are always warmly welcomed, you are served straight away, lots of choice and many recommendations of what has been added. We always just eat there and are happy to have gotten to know the snack bar. And all the employees are very nice, super friendly, highly recommended 👍

As a restaurant and delivery service, not making schnitzels, sausages and burgers after 8 p.m. is really not well thought out.. I've ordered twice now, a total of over €100.. I won't be ordering anymore.. just as a tip changes that..

The service leaves nothing to be desired... The food (whether schnitzel... pizza... salad... It's always TOP!!! Drinks also large selection. We recommend.. :-)

We were there on Friday evening at around 8:30 p.m. without a reservation and still got an appointment for 5 people. There were no more schnitzels, burgers and kebabs. So practically you could only eat pizza, pasta or lasagne. I then ordered Spagetti Frutti di Mare. The food didn't taste that great. The sauce tastes too much like tomato paste and the pasta is a bit overcooked. What you have to say is that the food is very cheap and you can choose large or small portions. The operation was a bit confusing, but kind of sweet. So it's more of a snack bar with nice decoration, lots of seats but not particularly good food.

Great and very tasty. Always ready on time and Pizza Champions is made up of real, fresh champions.

Doner kebab had very little meat, absolutely nothing special, so it's worth the trip to Mosbach to Moskebap. More salad than anything else.

The kebab bread was very soft, little meat and a lot of salad. Chicken is not the best meat for a kebab. Taste very empty, almost not tasted. Ordered shepherd's cheese and didn't get it 😭👎 But hey, hunger doesn't do it 😜

Waren nach längerer Pause mal wieder zu Besuch in der Snack Bar und wurden nicht enttäuscht. 5 Sterne wie immer! :-)

Wir waren an einem Dienstag Abend unterwegs. Viele Lokale waren an diesem Tag geschlossen. Auf Empfehlung sind war dann zur „Snack Bar“. Wir wurden freundlich Empfangen und auch unser kleiner Hund war willkommen. Auf der Karte findet man unterschiedliche Gerichte. Wir haben uns zu einem Grillteller und einer Pizza Chef entschieden. Schnell war das Essen am Tisch. Geschmacklich Gut und auch mehr als Ausreichend in der Menge. Gerne kommen wir wieder und können das Lokal für Gut und Günstig empfehlen.

Mein Salat mit Gemüse und Putenstreifen (Ferum) war frisch und lecker. Das Fladenbrot dazu stach nicht hervor, war aber ok. Die Pizza Spezial ( m. Dönerfleisch) war gut, aber Geschmackssache. Sehr tomatig. Der Boden war jetzt nicht so besonders. Das Personal war freundlich, der Service sehr angenehm. Ein erneuter Besuch mit Grillteller als Speise, war sehr lecker! Die Soße liebe ich! Personal sehr freundlich. Diesmal daher auch volle Punktzahl. Diesmal Schnitzel und Burger Angus. Das Brötchen knusprig, das Patty etwas trocken, geschmacklich gut. Das Schnitzel war ok, Pommes hätten mehr sein dürfen. Aber immer gut für ein Snack zwischendurch 👍

Sehr viele verschiedene Gerichte, aber alles sehr gut. Bedienung sehr freundlich und fix!

Wir haben heute essen zum abholen bestellt, incl. 2 verschiedene Salate Bei beiden wurde alles vergessen ital. Salat fehlte das Ei, der schinken sowie alles weitere Bei unserem Chef Salat wurde alles vergessen, also alles in allem anstatt die bestellen Salate, haben wir nur ein gem. Grüner salat Für den Preis leider 👎

Zum 2 mal probiert und wieder eine Enttäuschung. Wiedermal ist die Bedienung ( denke es ist die Inhaberin) voll unhöflich. Tische alle zu eng nebeneinander. Habe nach Empfehlungen gefragt und war voll überfordert und ist einfach gegangen. Das war nun das zweite und letzte Mal. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Pizzamittagsmenü bestellt. Nach einer halben Stunde kam ein Wasser. Nochmal eine halbe Stunde gewartet und nix ist passiert. Bin dann gegangen. An den Nachbartischen sah das Essen gut aus, selbst konnte ich es leider nicht testen. Bedienungen waren sichtlich überfordert.

Auf Antwort auf meine Reklamation warte ich immer noch.Da sieht man wie unwichtig ich als einzelner Kunde dem Gastronom bin.

Ich bin sehr sehr enttäuscht. Früher (vor 10-15 Jahren) als Branko persönlich noch den Laden geschmissen hat war es der Beste Laden Eberbach. Wir haben zur Mittagspause in der Schule, auf dem Weg zum Schwimmbad oder vor jeder Party in der Stadthalle dort gegessen und getrunken. Aber jetzt schaffen die Angestellten es nicht mal mittags gegen 11 Uhr (außer mir war nur ein weiterer Gast, der aber bereits fertig war) einen warmen und guten Döner (ohne Bauchschmerzen hinterher) zu machen. Ich schließe mich den ganzen großen Kritiken an mit Fehler in der Bestellung, Probleme beim Liefern, unfreundlicher Service, und und und. Liebe Chefin.. Eine freundliche Bedienung und ein paar „Köche“ in der Küche reichen definitiv nicht aus, wenn die Qualität so stark schwankt das man sich drei mal überlegen muss ob man was bei euch bestellt. Ein guter Rat von einem erfahrenen Gastronom: Vertrauen ist gut, Kontrolle ist besser. Und manchmal muss man auch mal in seinem eigenen Laden ein bisschen aufräumen. LG ein ehemaliger Stammkunde.

Dann die Aussage das von uns angeblich ein Essen umbestellt wurde und es eigentlich wegen Sonderwunsch extra kosten würde. Wir haben nur nie etwas umgestellt. Das gelieferte war dann zu allem überfluß nur noch lauwarm. Fazit, das wars jetzt endgültig mit essen in der Snack Bar. Ihr wart vor Jahren mal sowas von gut nur leider ist nichts mehr von alle dem übrig. Mittlerweile null komma nichts weiter zu empfehlen.

Guter Anlaufpunkt, wenn man in Eberbach gut und preiswert Essen möchte. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ein zentrales Restaurant, gut für nen schnellen Döni 🤙 Allerdings ist die Kasse in einem seltsamen Spot.

Nur noch ein Schatten seines selbst. Vor 15 Jahren gab es dort die beste Dönerpizza. Mit der Pizza heute kannst du sogar Waschbären fernhalten.

Hat stark nachgelassen! Früher die beste Dönerpizza weit und breit gezaubert. Mittlerweile ungenießbar.

Nette Atmosphäre und gutes Essen

Miła i serdeczną obsługa, pizza przepyszna w bardzo rozsądnej cenie.

War alles wie immer... Sehr gut, nur preislich sehr stark angezogen... Großer Grillteller für 12€ finde ich persönlich zu teuer... Für 14€ bekomme ich woanders ein Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat....

Sehr gutes Essen. Auch der Lieferdienst ist immer pünktlich. Hin und wieder wird mal eine Kleinigkeit vergessen, das wird aber bei erneutem Anruf wieder berichtigt ohne groß Diskussion oder genervte Angestellte. Das Hausdressing ist schon fast legendär in Eberbach, ob man es nun mag oder nicht. Auch eines der wenigen Restaurants wo wirklich alles schmeckt und die Preise nicht absonderlich hoch sind.

Wie immer sehr lecker 😋 . Heute für 1 Mittwoch längere Wartezeit. Nettes Petsonal. Immer wider gerne.
