The welcome was truly astonishing. I made a reservation, arrived with my 20-year-old brother, and despite having a perfectly valid digital ID, we were refused entry. We ended up going to the competitor next door: impeccable service, fantastic atmosphere, nothing like it. In the end, they were the ones we deserved. It's a real shame for you: you missed out on winning €55.

I went to this place to have Shisha. It was the best Shisha I had in a very long time. They have a variety of flavours and they have specific Shishas for each flavour, meaning you don't have to worry about the flavours overlapping like most other Shisha places do. I chose the grape mint flavour and it was very nice. It lasted for more than two hours without burning and only for 16 Euros. They have both inside and outside setting areas. I loved the atmosphere and the service. Really recommended.

A disgusting establishment – ​​they won't let more than three men in without escorts (situation 1). They demand ID from everyone in a group of 13; any other documents are unacceptable, and they only require you to have them on hand when everyone looks 23-25+ (situation 2). Discrimination and rudeness from the get-go – I categorically do not recommend it. I recommend going to Shadow Lounge or Marrakesh.

Terrible! We were over 10 people 25-33y. One girl didn't have a physical ID, but there was a copy and a photo. They lost a lot of money. The restaurant is empty on Friday evening. It is clear why…….

Total trash. They are not allowed more than 3 men. Complete discrimination. The place was empty and they still did not let us in. Insane

It is extremely disappointing that this establishment does not welcome men. Such a discriminatory attitude is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the entire hookah bar concept. In a modern, open society there should be no place for gender-based exclusion. I will definitely not recommend this establishment.

Smoke is an absolute recommendation for me - everything from the service to the price-performance ratio is just right here. Every detail is thought of and the customer service is outstanding. As a Berliner, I've tried a lot of cafés, but I've only been going here for over a year. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is friendly, and especially as a woman you feel completely comfortable and in good hands.

Everything was delicious, very fresh, and very clean. You have to try it. I highly recommend it. And I'm always happy to return to Naha.

My fav bar. The place where you get an excellent hookah and a cozy atmosphere. I am coming here for years now and tried MANY hookahs abroad, nothing to compare. I like the fact that the bar is casual, just go as you are, no need to overdress or impress :-) Shoutout to all the lovely guys working there, especially Wassim, you're my man when it comes to hookahs and new flavors. But everyone there will try to satisfy the customer really. Btw: Mondays is ladies day, hookah for 9€ for ladies. So see you next week probably!

Cozy shisha bar with a pleasant atmosphere in Asian style. The shisha on our first visit was great. The employees are super friendly and always try to make the customers happy - even with special requests :) A special thank you goes out to Waseem and Leroy.

In January, the Shisha Bar spontaneously had space for 12 people and looked after us very well. The bathrooms, whether for men or women, are well maintained and have the same facilities as in a hotel :D!!! We were all really excited about it! The drinks were just something different and not just standard, run-of-the-mill stuff. You couldn't complain about the shisha, it's great value for money. By the way, the seating was extremely comfortable and soft and there were no wobbly chairs or tables (unfortunately this is the case in most shisha bars) so you can feel really comfortable in the bar. Unfortunately the bar is too far away for me otherwise I would chill here more often.

Atmosphere is very nice Asian style decorated. The extraction is not working very well, I have the feeling that I have no air here because it was foggy everywhere.

Cozy venue with a cool oriental vibe. The wall of Chinese lanterns adds a soft glow to the pool place. No matter where you sit, it's comfortable. Shisha service was very good but the flavor, at least the African Queen fruit mix, wasny great. Bonus: you an play tavla / backgammon here!

Elegant atmosphere, killer iced tea and most importantly: pretty good when it comes to tobacco and bowl construction, I've only had one disappointing shisha there so far Edit: unfortunately I can reduce the rating to 2 stars. On my last visit my drink was placed on the table behind my laptop - when I picked it up it fell because I didn't see it. It was a stupid accident that the glass didn't survive. However, I was still charged in full for the drink - it is definitely not customer-friendly behavior. It's a shame, I've been there every month so far, but if that's their corporate practice, even the pretty good shishas won't save them.

Cool shop, old school hip hop and RnB music is just awesome, super friendly staff Two friends from Dortmund were there with me and had a cool evening. We'll definitely be back.

War schön, gemütlich und freundlich!

Der Bratan hat uns - 5 Typen - direkt beim Eingang abgefangen und uns mitgeteilt, dass wir zuviele Männer seien. Draussen war‘s kalt und es hat geregnet, drinnen war die Hälfte der Tische leer.. verstehe das unternehmerische Handeln dieser Shisha-Bar nicht.

Das Ambiente war toll und die Bedienung war auch nett, aber die Shisha war bisschen schwach für mich.

Personal war mega freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Einrichtung echt mal was besonderes! Nur zu empfehlen!!

Dieser shishaladen ist vom Ambiente sehr angenehm, die Karte ist toll, die Musik sehr cool, bis auf den modernen Deutschrap. Die Preise sind super, das Badezimmer bei den Frauen hat sogar eine Beauty Ecke mit einem Lockenstab, einem Glätteisen und und und!!!! Die Shisha ist lecker und der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend! Gerne wieder

Eine sehr schön im japanischem Stil eingerichtete Shishabar. Die Atmosphäre in der Bar war sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und nett. Die Wasserpfeifen sind top, schon viele Sorten ausprobiert und jede war sehr gut, sowohl im Geschmack als auch im durchzug. Die Bar hat gute Drinks und lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Immer wieder gerne 😀

Worst Shisha place in Berlin, extreme discrimination :-(

Immer wieder ein Besuch Wert im schönen Charlottenburg. Von den Wasserpfeifen bis zu den Getränken hatte ich noch nie was auszusetzen. Definitiv meine Lieblingsshishabar in berlin.

Super lecker... sowohl Shisha als auch der Eistee..... gerne wieder... dafür lohnen sich 250km Anfahrt :-P

Man möchte einfach bei euch sitzen und gemütlich was trinken oder eine Pfeife rauchen. Ich liebe es auch, dass ihr auf das Verhältnis zwischen Männern und Frauen achtet. So kommt man als Frau immer gerne zu euch. Bester Laden! ❤️ UPDATE JUNI 2017: Nach wie vor einfach schön bei euch. Nach der Renovierung ist es gleich noch gemütlicher bei euch. <3 Perfekt für die Mittagspause. :D Januar 2017: Einfach eines der besten Shishacafés Berlins. Auch wenn man mal woanders ist. Hier is es jedes Mal wie "nach Hause kommen" Shishas sind top, der Service ist sehr herzlich und Freitags und Samstags gibt es immer Popcorn. Und im Sommer sorgt die Klimaanlage für angenehme Luft. Einfach top!

Ich war gestern zum ersten mal da. Und wurde positiv überrascht. Ich wurde sehr herzlich Empfangen alle Mitarbeiter sind top. Die Pfeifen sind sehr gut entspannte Musik nicht zu laut nicht zu leise. Preis Leistung unschlagbar. Zudem kommt noch das Ambiente wurde sehr Schlicht und gemütlich gehalten was mir persönlich sehr gefallen hat.

Ich gehe da jetz schon länger hin und kann sagen: der Laden hat nie an Qualität verloren. Super Service, sehr gute Pfeiffen, alles sehr sauber, Preise mehr als fair. Als Frau fühlt man sich da kein bisschen unwohl, auch wenn der Laden von außen etwas düster wirkt. Die Gäste da sind nämlich sehr chillig. Fazit: einer der besten Shishabars Berlin.

Kann die guten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Einfach Nur reinste Katastrophe der Laden . Wie sich ein Laden mit so einem Personal und so einer Kundenfreundlichkeit über Wasser halten kann ist mir ein Rätsel . Aber ich denke mal die sind und wollen garkeine shishabar sein ...;) Jedenfalls ist der Laden überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Und wenn du ein Mann bist und nicht mindestens 6 Frauen dabei hast musst du sowieso wieder gehen. Einfach nur lächerlich.

Das Shisha Café Smoke Berlin ist meine erste Anlaufstelle in Berlin. Das Design des Cafés ist sehr schön und bietet Wohlfühlatmosphäre an jedem Wochentag. Die Getränke wie auch der Service bieten hohe Qualität und sind stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Pfeifen sind immer gut gepflegt und sind auf eine Tabaksorte eingeraucht. Am wichtigsten ist die original Qualität des Tabaks, welche immer original ist und dementsprechend auch das verspricht was auf der Karte steht. Meine Empfehlung ist die Lemon Chill.

Mit Abstand die Beste Pfeife in Berlin! Service & Stimmung - perfekt! Auf das Wohlbefinden der Frauen wird ebenfalls geachtet. Alles richtig gemacht!

Ambiente ist gut. Die Bedienung ist nett. Die Lüftungsanlage ist aber sehr gut. Es gibt Shisha Bars wo man kurz vorn ersticken ist, aber im Smoke ist es nicht so. Sehr gut.

Wir waren gegen 15.30 Uhr da. Durften aber nicht bleiben, weil wir nicht genug girls dabei hatten... Obwohl der Laden leer war.

Gute Bar, allerdings war die Musik leider zu laut um sich normal unterhalten zu können.

Das Team ist super nett und geht auf Probleme von Kunden ein. Was will man mehr ! Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber und haben ein tolles Design. Es gab ein Glätteisen, Lockenstab, haarspray, deo usw. 👍🏽 Immer wieder gerne :-)
