I've been ordering from Smileys Pizza Pinneberg for many years and am always very satisfied. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the delivery is fast and reliable. The team is friendly and professional. For me, Smileys Pizza Pinneberg remains the clear first choice.

You've all lost your minds! How much higher do you plan to raise your prices? This is completely insane! I won't be ordering from you again. Even the drivers are so rude every time, except for one who barely speaks German; he's quite nice. But overall, you've become incredibly bad.

Two Hudson Warp bags for €16.98 arrived dry and only half full – very disappointing. Please change this.

I've always been a fan of the snack roll, but lately the turkey doesn't taste as good and there are a lot of gristly bits. I personally find that disgusting...has something changed?

Here, for a quick snack, we have our beloved pizza rolls and snack rolls with the super garlic pizza dip... they're not exactly cheap anymore, but we treat ourselves to them every now and then. The staff here are always on the ball, and we've never had any problems so far.

The pizza didn't arrive as expected!! The driver was incredibly rude and very cheeky. He tried to get a tip without any warning!!! When I said that was cheeky, he replied, "Go ahead and try it, I don't have enough change!" Never again!!!!!

We ordered from Quellental this evening for over €62. We ordered croquembouches and snack rolls. We waited about 75 minutes, which is okay for the evening, but all the dips and sauces were missing. After immediately calling, the missing items took over another hour to arrive, which is unacceptable. I worked as a driver myself for a long time, I know the procedures, and I know it can be done much better. ☹️ When we called to inquire about the issue, our previously polite request was met with a very rude response. Clearly, there's an internal communication problem that urgently needs to be resolved!

Worst smileys!!! Just ordered a pizza, and I got one without any toppings!!! Who works there?! I just wasted over €20. Thank you so much. (This time I'm filing a complaint; it's not the first time. You pay for it... I documented and recorded everything. (And as I said, it's not the first time... there's always something wrong.)

Absolutely no longer recommended. Smileys has declined significantly in every area in recent years; every other pizza place in the area is better. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio here is absolutely no longer up to scratch. It's a shame, but no thanks, never again.

I ordered food 2 hours ago. After 1.5 hours, I called to ask where my order was, but it was supposed to be on its way. I called again after another half hour and was told the driver was leaving right away. Never again.

NEVER AGAIN I called and just wanted to order something. I told them where I live (9 minutes away by car), and all I got was a totally annoyed reply that it wasn't within their delivery area. After I told them the distance, they just said, "It doesn't matter, it's not within their delivery area, so we don't deliver" (again, totally rude). They definitely don't understand what friendly customer service is.

Delivery was quick, and the delivery person was very nice. Unfortunately, the chicken wings were very dry and tiny. I won't order them again.

I order there almost every weekend and have always been satisfied, but today it wasn't so good. First the wrong pizza, then I waited for more than 40 minutes and my pizza and the one I had taken away was also a bad one. I've never had that before and it was very pushy asking for a tip.

Never again! Just ordered pizza and I had a hair in my pizza 🤮 I called them and was told in such a rude manner that it could happen? And that it's all just men there and they supposedly all have hats... well, I don't think so. After mentioning again that I didn't get an apology after 4 minutes of conversation, I was only said srry with a half tone... unfriendly!

Never again... Food poisoning 100% from the food that was ordered there. And not just for 1 person, so it definitely comes down to the food.

We waited 2 hours for our food even though a delivery time of 30 minutes was stated. Food arrived cold and half of it was forgotten; when I tried to call, no one answered. Just absolutely bad service!!!

I have been ordering from this Smileys regularly for 4 years. Today was the last time. A cold pizza for the 4th time in a row. Not hot, not warm, not lukewarm! But cold! Last time I forgot to add pizza dip. That's what we'll add next time. I just say blow cake. From now on I'll probably have to order from Dominos or something like that once a week.

Every one of us who tried the Memphis pizza got diarrhea. Thank you very much. Apparently minimum standards of hygiene and cleanliness are not met here.

Ordered 3 pizzas, after about 40 minutes 2 pizzas were delivered, the 3rd was missing. But payment for all 3 pizzas was required. The driver was then unable to reach the location by phone to report it and had to call the boss on his private number. called. The third pizza took 40 minutes to arrive. Next time we will refuse acceptance due to incompleteness.

Very high praise, especially to Ibo. There was a misunderstanding when ordering and I called very angry and loudly and even drove there. Even though I was partly in the wrong, I was listened to and the misunderstanding was quickly resolved. Thank you for the nice and friendly clarification and I can only recommend this Smileys branch to everyone! Here you still have to deal with real people, which is unfortunately rare these days.

Ordered quite late last night... The driver complained to me why I was ordering so late because he apparently didn't get paid for the overtime. There was also some mold on the salami in the snack rolls... very disappointing what happened to the smileys...

Although Smileys is not exactly a low-budget restaurant, the food is very good.

I have to admit, I'm very pleasantly surprised. There is always a lot going on here and all customers were very satisfied. If you want to save money, you should pick up your food. You get a discount on self-collection and also save on delivery costs. You can also chat with other customers on site. I got the Smiley's Pizza Burger and the Brooklyn Croque for the first time (for my mom and I to share, I should probably mention). Both were delicious, with the croque being my favorite. The pizzas are good anyway. I will gladly come again.

Pizza ordered no sauce on it, this is the third time this has happened. The sauce was delivered but 20 minutes after the pizza was there, cold pizza also tastes very tasty 🤢 Today I ordered a pizza with additional toppings that weren't on it. When I asked on the phone, the guy was very rude I'll never order from there again. I paid 2.50 for the topping and didn't receive it

Habe bei Lieferando bestellt laut Bestätigung 24 min gekommen ist das Essen nach über einer std und lau warm und es war nur ein Pizzaring schade

Für drei Pizzen über 50€ bezahlt, nicht einmal die Großen. Qualität empfinde ich als unteren Durchschnitt - Pizza schwimmt im Fett.

Eigentlich immer zufrieden aber wer auch immer am 15.05.2023 die Leitung in der spätschicht gemacht (bestellt um 23:30) hat zieht andere ab Bestellt eine new Holland Pizza aber statt Spargel bitte putenbrust, dafür doll mir aber die Putenbrust extra berechnet werden obwohl der Spargel dafür weg geht Habe den Fahrer an der Tür stehen lassen und habe mal gecheckt was es kostet wenn ich mir die Pizza so selber kreiere und sorry, es war pure abzocke, ich bin mit der selbst kreierten Pizza auf den selben preis gekommen wie die New Holland Als der Fahrer den Chef vor Ort angerufen hat wollte er es nicht akzeptieren und ich konnte mich entscheiden für eine überteuerte Pizza oder nichts (habe auch selber mit dem geredet) Ich habe nichts gewählt, eine Pizza in den Müll für nichts und ich bin hungrig ins Bett gegangen 💪 sauber Leute! Bisher konnte ich nur bei Smileys in Mannheim in den Genuss von Pizza kommen. Auch hier in Pinneberg einwandfrei. Pizza war sehr heiß und es vergingen keine 30min von Bestellung bis Lieferung. Weiter so!

Ich habe noch nie so schlechte Chicken Wings erhalten! Die Haut war bei allen Wings total lapprig und hat wohl nur extrem kurz eine heisse Pfanne oder was auch immer gesehen... Hier geht Quantität offensichtlich vor Qualität! 3* gab es nur weil die mitgelieferten Pizza Rolls okay waren! Ich habe heute zum letzten Mal bei Smileys bestellt - bis ich TOT bin!!!

Ich bestellte Knobi Sticks und Pizzabrötchen. Erhalten habe ich eine Pizza…. Der Fahrer verschwand schnell, als ich ihn auf den Fehler aufmerksam machte und sagte irgendwas von „Smileys“, mehr war durch das schlechte Deutsch des Fahrers nicht zu verstehen. Der Anruf bei Smileys brachte mich leider auch nicht weiter, außer ein „Tut mir leid“, kam leider nichts als Entschuldigung. Von einem „Tut mir Leid“ kann ich mir auch nichts kaufen. Da ich zur Arbeit musste, konnte ich das 20 Minuten später, richtig gelieferte Essen leider nicht mehr genießen. Etwas mehr wäre als Entschuldigung schon angebracht. Selbst der REWE Lieferservice gibt den Kunden einen 10€ Entschuldigungsgutschein, für jede Bestellung, in der etwas vergessen wird.

Die Pizza ist ok. Leider liefert diese Filiale nicht in die Kaserne nach Appen. Landen die Großbestellungen halt bei anderen Lieferdiensten.

Wir haben mehrere Pizzen für einen Geburtstag hier bestellt. Etwa eine halbe Stunde hat's gedauert dann war der Bote da. Für einen Samstag sehr fix. Die Pizzen waren exakt so wie bestellt, heiß, frisch und köstlich lecker wie immer bei Smileys. Der Bote war supernett - kenne ich aber auch nicht anders. Danke an Smileys Pinneberg für die Unterstützung bei der Essenversorgung für viele Hungrige Mäuler. Bleibt so wie ihr seid 👍

Nun, es schmeckt. Allerdings wird was die Corona Regeln angeht, übertrieben.

Nachdem wir ziemlich enttäuscht waren, haben wir mittlerweile festgestellt, dass sich die Lieferzeit wieder normalisiert hat und man sich viel Mühe gibt.

Smileys eigentlich immer Top und qualitativ bei Lieferpizzen, meiner Meinung nach, ganz vorne mit dabei. Bei dieser Niederlassung musste ich zum ersten Mal jedoch negative Erfahrung machen. Lieferzeit betrag bestimmt 45 Minuten und dann fehlten sogar gleich 2 Artikel. Die fehlenden Artikel wurden zwar nach Anruf später nachgeliefert, sollte jedoch trotzdem nicht passieren. Die Pizza war zwar wie bei Smileys zu erwarten gut. Hätte jedoch wärmer sein können.

Am 31.08. hatten wir gegen 20 Uhr bei Smiley's bestellt. Nachdem die Bestellung nach 2 Stunden immer noch nicht eingetroffen ist und wir niemanden telefonisch erreichen konnten, sind wir vor Ort gefahren. Es war ein völliges Drunter und Drüber. Man hat unsere Bestellung zuerst nicht gefunden. Es trafen weitere Kunden vor Ort ein, mit dem selben Problem. Der Manager durfte nicht selbst entscheiden und der Inhaber, laut Information des Managers, nicht erreichbar. Meine Beschwerde über die Hauptzenrale ging raus und eine verantwortliche Person von Smiley's Pinneberg sollte sich innerhalb von 4 Werktage bei mir melden. Diese Information habe ich am 4.08.21 erhalten. Ich habe viel Geduld gezeigt, doch nun mache ich es hierüber. Irgendwann reißt auch bei mir die Geduld. Was am 31.08.21 alles geschah, übertrifft jegliche Vorstellungskraft und ich sehe erstmal von weiteren Bestellungen ab. NACHTRAG: Es kommt sicherlich folgende Antwort: "Das entspricht jedoch nicht unseren Standards und soll die Ausnahme bleiben" Anhand der vorhergehenden Rezensionen, kann man sehen, dass dies keine Ausnahme zu sein scheint! ### Update ### Der Inhaber hat sich bei mir gemeldet und wir konnten eine Lösung finden. Daher die Sterne von 1 auf 3

Die Pizza schmeckt bis jetzt immer gut. Auslieferungsfahrer nett und Lieferzeiten ok. Weiter so.

Eigentlich ist es immer sehr lecker. Was mich stört, ist dass ich die Mitarbeiter am Telefon kaum von ihrer Sprache her verstehen kann, und auch bei der Abholung ist es manchmal kompliziert.

Ich habe bestellt und liefern lassen. Die angegebene Zeit wurde eingehalten. Geschmacklich ganz okay. Der Vollkornteig war gut. Mir hat allerdings etwas Gewürze gefehlt. Der Salat war frisch. Der salatdressing könnte besser gewürzt sein, schmeckte irgendwie nach nichts.

War in der Vergangenheit gelegentlich unzufrieden. Die letzten Pizzen waren jedoch heiß, zeitig geliefert und von der Qualität echt gut. Weiter so! Bin sonst auch jemand, der immer nur bewertet, wenn’s schiefläuft. Aber Lob muss auch mal sein!

Immer wieder gut. Ich stehe total auf den Ring of Fire. Ich bestelle manchmal online oder per Telefon oder hole ab. Ich hatte noch nie einen Grund mich zu beschweren. Eindeutige Aussagen und zuverlässige Lieferung. Die Ware war immer einwandfrei.

Ich habe heute nach langer Zeit mal wieder den Ring of Fire bestellt und bin nach wie vor begeistert. Geschmacklich Top. Lieferzeit unter 20 Minuten! Nur der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach etwas überzogen. Knapp 10 € ! Dafür könnte man den sich auch selber basteln, wenn man denn Lust hat ;)

Ich habe bei Smileys in Pinneberg schon mindestens 20 Mal bestellt. Bisher war ich jedes Mal mehr als zufrieden. Das Essen kam immer warm an und war ein Genuss.

Pizzen schmecken. Aber wie hier zu lesen, leider vergleichsweise sehr lange Lieferzeiten

Bei telefonischer Bestellung, war der Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich und ging nicht auf die bestellten wünsche ein. Bei mehrfacher Erklärung, hatten wir dass Gefühl, dass der Mitarbeiter und sprachlich nicht verstanden hat ( ausländischer Mitarbeiter am Telefon) waren sehe unzufrieden von denen.

Eine kleine Pizza mit Mais und einem Dessert bestellt. Statt den angegeben 24 Minuten Lieferzeit kam das Essen nach 65 Minuten. Nicht mal ein Wort der Entschuldigung. Pizza ist heiß, aber sehr labberig in der Konsistenz.

Super leckeres Essen. Das Essen kommt heiß zu Hause an und jeder Mitarbeiter ist super freundlich. Macht weiter so.

Schmeckt halt nach Smiley's... sind nicht besonders schnell... beachten so gut wie nie die Änderungwünsche (ohne Jalapenos oder Zwiebel) oder vergessen einen Teil der Bestellung. Es wird zwar angeboten, dass man bei der nächsten Bestellung einen Rabatt bekommen würde, davon weis man dann aber nix mehr bei einer nächsten Bestellung. Somit sage ich Danke... aber nicht wieder... gibt genug bessere in und um Pinneberg!

Einfach nur 5 Sterne alles klappt man bestellt was und hat was vergessen ruft an und Ibrahim schickt es sofort nach ohne aufpreis deswegen Smileys immer gerne
