Ordered a pizza. The bottom was very thin and the edge. (Flammkuchen Style even though we ordered Classic, we also received a new pizza.) Thank you very much for that This also eliminated the hunger and saved the evening. Something like that is not a given and the taste was delicious👍🏻

It's a disgrace to even charge money for a meal like this. I ordered spaghetti bolognese. The spaghetti was stuck together, I could count the minced meat, there was hardly any in it and there wasn't a drop of sauce in it, probably only tomato paste was used to color the spaghetti. Absolutely not recommended at all. My son ordered a snack box, also kind of dry, with the most necessary things in it and not recommended. These 2 meals are not even worth 1 cent, normally you would have to refund the money.

Ordered on the phone and then 3 instead of 2 come from the last order, it's unbelievable, the service is damn bad, it's actually better and the communication is sickening, today was the last time we ordered.

I was actually happy with smileys most of the time, but the last pizza was a bit disappointing for the price. I paid €2.20 for arugula and then it didn't even cover the whole pizza. I think it's cheeky! I won't be ordering from here again next time! P.S. The supplier was nice though!

What can I say, smileys? I usually order the Caesar salad or Camembert here. Unfortunately the cauliflower pieces were not edible but the casserole was delicious. The Texas pizza is also good, otherwise pizza is out of the question for us here. Customer service and delivery always very satisfactory.

Not recommended have deteriorated a lot now every order arrives badly or incorrectly. Not worth it for the price. We also recently ordered gratinated with cheese and paid for it and it arrived without it. The promised voucher never arrived. For these prices you can also expect a reasonable pizza.

Bought a takeaway pizza. What quality. Absolutely incomparable. Such good pizzas are not made in Sweden. You decide what dimension the pizza should have. And you drive out everywhere in Mannheim.

Beware of ongoing fraud with ingredients. Me and my friend always order the Knobi Sticks. At first they were RELATIVELY tasty but ALWAYS without garlic. But the sticks were always juicy and spicy. Nowadays we only get FART DRY sticks that are neither juicy nor spicy. And you are cheated out of the garlic every time, because it is NEVER included or on it, which is a shame with GARLIC sticks! I have already rated the shed negatively twice because of these scams and when ordering today I even wrote EXTRA that it would be NICE if there was garlic on the garlic sticks. NOTHING! That's why another negative review follows today. To your answer: you have been making garlic sticks without garlic for an extremely long time. Even when I wrote to you that you should please put garlic on it (which I also pay for) there was nothing on it!!! How about you not only TRY to be a sensible delivery service, but just do it!!! Another concern: how should I take a photo that there is no garlic on the garlic sticks??? What kind of suggestion is that?

Super delicious food, great delivery service. Ordered for 8:30 p.m. and the food was there at 8:30 p.m. and a super nice supplier :) we'll eat here again soon ✋

Ordered a kentucky pizza with barbecue sauce, pizza arrived wrong. I then called and told them about this. I was told that the correct pizza would be delivered later. After waiting for 20 minutes, the delivery service came and asked for the old pizza back, otherwise he would take the pizza back with him. Finally I had to pay another €11 because otherwise he wouldn't have left the pizza there. An absolute disgrace! When ordering, I said twice that I would accept the 20 minute wait with barbecue sauce and still have to pay for the right pizza again at the end. Will definitely not order there again.

Unfortunately nothing has changed in 2024 either. Chaotic driving behavior of drivers. Feel free to take the right of way. The appearance of the drivers is sometimes unkempt. You can eat the pizza, but there are better ones in the area.

Have been ordering there for ages. Always great! Very fast and always hot, suppliers are very friendly! We recommend the snack rolls, the ring of fire and the masa verde!

I've tried their pizza a few times and I can say that it is the best pizza in Mannheim. The pizza is always fresh and hot when delivered. The staff really cares about delivering the pizzas on time and that its fresh when delivered. Very well organized workplace. Love the other side dishes and also the pizza varieties.

I have often ordered from Smileys but that was the last time! The delivery person came today and said I still had an outstanding bill of €20, even though I always pay in cash. That's a cheek. And later they called me on my cell phone and are still so unfriendly. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately, since the change of ownership there has been a total decline - orders are not complete. Sometimes unfriendly service. A pity!

Since the change of ownership, things have declined at all levels. The prices have become more expensive, which is somehow understandable due to inflation etc. Products are forgotten during delivery and pickup, such as dips. The dishes are put together carelessly, sometimes incorrectly (e.g. all the ingredients simply on the green salad and instead of chicken there were only shrimp on it). The staff, who I knew from a few visits, felt like they were completely replaced. Even if you do some nepotism here and hire your cousins, etc. and other compatriots - they should still be suitable for the job. There is also no friendliness among the staff except for the counter/cashier employee, the drivers run in and out and even ignore a greeting greeting you. This wasn't the case before, when every driver smiled and/or said hello. After an exchange of words during a pick-up, I found the new owner to be sympathetic, but he still needs to tighten up a few things - the current Smileys is no longer comparable to the one under the leadership of Ms. M. Trautmann. The point of ambience is m.m.n. Not to be rated because the food is delivered or picked up, it looks very clean and hygienic but I don't eat there so you don't need an ambience there. With kind regards and a request for improvement.

Today we ordered for the last time. Most of the time everything went well, pizzas were warm enough and tasted okay, delays were manageable, suppliers were nice. This was no longer true with the last few deliveries. But today it's a complete failure. Late, cold pizzas and very unfriendly drivers. So decision made. It's a shame, we have often ordered from Smileys for years, but unfortunately never again after today's experience.

I've ordered several times and they're getting more and more late and when you call you're treated rudely because the food still tastes good and is often cold when it arrives

Food is OK. But no one understands the €1.20 delivery fee. 20-30 smiley cars in the parking lots where there are only about 3 vehicles at a time? The employees come with their own vehicles and occupy all parking spaces. How are you supposed to pick something up there yourself? To be honest, other pizza companies have a better handle on this. The employees also always smoke in front of the entrance, an invitation looks rather different here, so you are more likely to be chased away to pick something up. Things were better back then.

Staff always nice and friendly. Delivery or collection is always super fast. Unfortunately you only have to give one star for the ambience, BUT it is actually a delivery service and not a restaurant to linger in :)

In my opinion the best pizza in Mannheim. We order here often and we are always satisfied. The price is steep, but hey, I'm happy to pay that for the best pizza. The cheese rim rounds everything off. So we are satisfied.

Genial, Qualität ist jedes mal top Der Ring of Fire hat lieder stark an Qualität abgenommen im vergleich zum Vorjahr… …nicht richtig durch …zerfällt …Fleisch war recht knorpelig… vor einem Jahr war dies nicht der Fall da war alles top

Wir bestellen sehr oft bei Smileys sind immer zufrieden. Komm relativ schnell und das Essen ist immer wieder warm und die Mitarbeiter sind alle freundlich

Fahrer war in einer Straße in einem völlig anderen Stadtteil und hat sich telefonisch gemeldet das er uns nicht findet.. als das Essen ankam war es lauwarm und so lala. (Und für das was geliefert wurde zu teuer-so wie Dominos) Werde in Zukunft wieder beim Italiener des Vertrauens bestellen

Ich habe nichts zu meckern. Das Essen war innerhalb von 30 Minuten bei mir. Wie immer keine langen Wartezeiten. Die Auslieferer wie immer freundlich. Dankeschön.

Früher war die Pizza dort grandios. Heute finde ich die Pizza nur okay. - Die Preise sind dort sehr teuer, was sich damals gelohnt hatte, da der Geschmack sehr gut war. Jetzt lohnt sich, das nicht meht soviel zu Bezahlen, da der Geschmack eher Durchschnittlich ist.

Ich habe zum Abholen bestellt. Leider haben wir uns am Telefon durch den Regen falsch verstanden. Das Problem wurde direkt geklärt und ich habe Ersatz bekommen. Sehr sympathische Mitarbeiter, vielen Dank dafür :-)
