I've always appreciated Team Smileys, but two for one. He's an absolute horror, that's just not possible.

The first time I ordered pizza again it was like rubber and after no taste the pizza rolls were flattened so I don't recommend the shop

Delivery time 20-45 minutes. Unfortunately the pizza only arrived after about 1 hour and 20 minutes...it was cold and soggy. Too bad!!!

I can't believe it. I order pizza every night and I'll be satisfied, but the one who delivers tonight is due to cancel. The pizza is cold, tasteless, no cheese, so I don't have anything to eat.

The chain is known from other cities. You can't go wrong if you like their pizza. But don't expect classic Neapolitan pizza. 🤷🏻

Without cheese on the casserole it's a mess

Ordered from Smileys for 2 people for €30. The cheese and cucumber balls are soft and lukewarm. Everything was used in the salad, including the end of the iceberg lettuce, and during the casserole you can see the bottom of the bowl if you remove the lid. Sorry smileys, but regardless of wages and operating costs, that's pretty cheeky! Waiting an hour for food and then getting the leftovers - that's really not possible. Positive, the delivery person was very friendly!

Drivers drive like the last berserkers. Pushing and honking for no reason! Simply keeping your distance could help.

The Texas pizza was tasty and very enjoyable. The staff member was excellent, conversing in English. Great rapport

Over 1 1/2 hours for a small order is intense 🙄 the app says it was delivered at 8:40 p.m., this is not correct. Our order came at 9:30 p.m

The pizzas we ordered arrived quickly and, above all, still warm. The quality is very good for a pizza you ordered 🍕. My wife ordered without a crust - it was exactly how we imagine pizza to be ordered. We will order again - but then with the 20% self-collection discount. Thanks for a nice lazy Sunday

Absolute juice shop! We ordered last night and once again only part of our order arrived! This is an absolute no-go! I paid for all of my food and would like to have that too. Because I just had a telephone contact: there was no result because I was told I would have to pick it up myself or I would get a credit for the order value from the court, even though we said that it was delivered incorrectly again, 2/ 5. We specifically said that we have no interest in placing another order, as 40% of the time it will probably be delivered incorrectly. Very bad customer service! Very unfriendly! To make matters worse, my food arrived very out of place (I had a pizza) and the pizza topping was only on one side! The croque had almost no toppings, any child could have done it better! One star for getting something at all! !!!! Not recommended! !!!!

I don't think it's good at all that you've changed the minimum order value and, among other things, drinks and desserts are no longer counted towards the minimum order value. That was your unique selling point, many of my family will no longer order from you. Edit. The boss is just a B. Makes you feel guilty about terminating your own employees. Do what you want...that doesn't mean you can't take my money for any goods. You still have to beg for your hack.

Great service, since I always order, you quickly complained about my food today. I received my baguette with chicken gyros salad and cheese within a very short time. I also enjoy eating the pizzas there again and again and also the sweet ones. A great team and thank you very much for the quick processing.

Not recommendable !!! We called at 10:30 p.m. and no one answered because they didn't feel like taking an order. Then change your times!!! Not until 11 p.m. but until 10:30 or 10:00 p.m. and not that they are open until 11:00 p.m. and at exactly 10:36 p.m. nobody answers!!

I've been ordering from Smiley for years but recently things have really slowed down... I already order 32-38 pizzas and the toppings are more than manageable 4 slices of turkey breast divided a small handful of pineapple and a little sauce and you pay 22€ for that !!!!It's getting really cheeky!!

As a dance group, we are actually here every Tuesday evening, and what can I say? We were never disappointed! Super fast, top service, friendly service, fair prices and, above all, delicious and crunchy pizzas!!! In addition to classic pizza, you can also find tarte flambée or garlic sticks on the menu, often as a vegetarian version. Or you can simply put together your own pizza. You can also order hollandaise sauce instead of tomato sauce for taste. A HUGE compliment to Thomas, who serves us brilliantly every time and now knows our orders by heart!

Only the best service every time at the regulars’ table! It's being changed especially for us and Thomas is the best anyway! ✨

Hollandaise sauce was almost non-existent. Paying extra for that is pretty cheeky.

For direct collection, perfect. Unfortunately I have no experience with delivery. Certainly coming soon.

The last few times I didn't see any garlic at the garlic sticks, I said again on the phone that we would like to have more garlic since there was nothing on it the last time and we got some again that had hardly any garlic on them..

I can't understand the negative reviews at all! Smyleys is a great shop, with great food and always delivered quickly! I can only recommend it!!!! I usually order directly from Smyleys because it's quicker there!

This is the best damn pizza ever. Anyone who says otherwise either doesn't like pizza in general or works for the competition. I have been ordering from them for 12 years and they are always consistently of a very high standard. In short, simply delicious.

We ordered food, called ahead and said we wanted someone else. We were assured that as soon as we noted this in the order it would be delivered that way. Done, done, but forgot the dip, went out in the evening and now eat it cold because the new dip arrived after 30 minutes. Otherwise only super lazy drivers are always happy.

Sauces were forgotten. Pizza box was completely compressed. Cheese stuck to the top. EC device didn't work so it was a complete failure from end to end. It's a shame

The delivery person dropped the food twice while delivering. Be careful when consuming. I got food poisoning there and after checking with the company they found that everything was “okay” and I wasn’t entitled to any refunds.

Most disgraceful customer service I have ever experienced. We kindly asked for a pizza with a little tomato sauce, and the answer was “I’m not in the mood for that, order it somewhere else”. I will and can only advise everyone to do so.

A boring place, but the food is ok.

Bin heute zu Besuch bei meiner Familie und habe einen ausgegeben. Wir haben 6x Cheesy Pizza Burger und eine Pizza bestellt. Die Burger waren allesamt ungenießbar denn der Teig der Brötchen war von innen komplett roh. Pizza war aber gut. Danke für nichts. Würde ich für den Preis nicht nochmal bestellen.

Ich bestellte sehr gerne bei Smileys! Waren immer lecker. Nun verstehe ich leider nicht, warum auf Wünsche immer unterschiedlich reagiert wird? ~ Da scheint es einen unliebsamen Mitarbeiter zu geben, dieser das Geschäft anscheinend in die Knie zwingen möchte. ~ Extra-Beilage meinerseits erwünscht! Weil die Pizza stets so trocken ist.. ~ Mal wird es wie gewünscht geliefert, mal ausgelassen, trotz Hinweis! Was doch auch zur Verbesserung des Umsatzes beiträgt?.. ~ Ich finde es sehr schade und auf Dauer verärgert es nur noch! Weil´s dann weniger gut schmeckt. Nun verstehe ich die Bewertungen besser. ~ Mittlerweile ist es aber so, daß die Pizzen karg belegt und hauchdünn bzw. nur noch Hautlappen mit kaum Käse sind. Sauce auf der Pizza gibt es nur noch Tröpfchenweise. ~ ICH FINDE DAS SCHEIXE!

Eigentlich sind wir gerne Kunden bei Smiley's aber nun war das dritte mal in Folge der Teig leider nicht durch. Es sollte dringend die Dauer des Ofens überarbeitet werden, da dieses mal auch die Pizza nicht ganz fertig gewesen ist. :( Schade, da hier eigentlich der beste Teig der Stadt zu finden ist.

Eigentlich immer gutes Essen und genau das was ich bestellt hatte, hab jz aber seit 2-3 mal schon anstatt hirtenkäse , hirtenschinken beckommen nervt ziehmlich weil man dafür ja auch extra zahlt

Leider nicht mehr so gut, wie es einmal war. Pizza kam -trotz recht früher Bestellung und einer dementsprechend kurzen Wartezeit- fast kalt an. Zusätzlich für einen Preis von ~16€/Pizza recht dünn belegt. Natürlich kann das situationsbedingt bei uns ein Ausnahmefall sein. Dennoch hat uns das Erlebnis heute nicht gerade dazu gebracht, dass wir beim nächsten Mal wieder dort bestellen würden. Einen zweiten Stern gibt’s für den Herren, der die Pizza gebracht hat. Der war nett und kann für die Qualität und Temperatur der gelieferten Pizza wahrscheinlich am wenigsten was

Das Essen ist Super lecker und die Snack Rolls sind der Hammer. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, schneller und kompetenter Service.

Die Pizza hat eine gute gleichbleibende Qualität und das zu einem angemessenen Preis. Es gibt einen großen Rabatte als Selbstabholer, großer Pluspunkt dafür.

Ich bin seit Jahren ein zufriedener Kunde bei Smiley's. Das Essen ist immer frisch, lecker und reichhaltig. Selten, dass die Lieferung lange dauert. Fix geht's also auch noch :-) Die Lieferanten sind immer super nett und motiviert. Auch vor Ort wurde ich super freundlich bedient! Absolut zu empfehlen!! :-)

Einer der besten und unterschätzten Lieferservices. Die Auswahl ist nicht so groß aber alles was man bekommt ist lecker. Auch sind sie relativ schnell da sogar an Sonntagen. Für die Veganer und Vegetarier gibt es ebenso Auswahl. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Bisher "eigentlich" immer ganz zufrieden gewesen. Auf Grund des doch sehr gestiegenen Preises jetzt doch wesentlich weniger bestellt. Nachdem ich heute aber für immerhin fast € 65,- bestellt habe, wurde leider die Lieferung nicht komplett an mich übergeben. Ärgerlich, aber kann ja mal passieren. Also kurz dort angerufen und versucht den Mitarbeiter darüber zu informieren. Gelang mir letztlich auch aber er ist mir doch ziemlich über den Mund gefahren während des Telefonats und hat auch kein Geheimnis daraus gemacht das ich i ordentlich auf den Keks gehe. Schade, bisher wirklich immer zufrieden gewesen, dass aber ging gar nicht. Auch auf eine Entschuldigung in Form eines Getränkes oder ähnlichem wartete ich vergeblich. Schade, daß wars dann wohl mit uns. Bye Smiley's.

Heute Abend bei Smileys Pizza und Auflauf bestellt. Es war beides hammer lecker. Der Herr am Telefon war super nett. Es sollte 40 min dauern und es war nicht mal 20 min.

Nicht lecker. Pizza total wabbelig. Beim Croque kam der Salat mit in den Ofen. Geschmacklich konnten uns beide Produkte überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Lieferzeit schnell.

Habe vor einer Stunde meine Pizza bestellt (Veggie) und eine mit Pute bekommen. Nun haben wir angerufen und mir wurde freundlich gesagt das eine Neue Pizza geliefert wird. Diese ist in Ordnung, nur leider verlangte der Lieferant die Pizza unfreundlich an der Tür wieder zurück. Die wird nun weggeschmissen? Ich denke es wäre besser gewesen, wenn man kontrolliert ob es wirklich stimmt und man einen die Pizza überlässt.

kann man nicht empfehlen habe oft bestellt und jedes mal rutscht die beilage der pizza runter weil dort viel zu viel soße aufgetragen wird...salat kann man dort essen ^^
