The food was mediocre, the service was overwhelmed, and there was a very long wait for food and drinks. NEVER AGAIN.

I went to Sin Nombre in Plauen today and I'm absolutely thrilled! The food was fresh, creative, and incredibly delicious – you can tell they cook with love. I especially want to commend our waiter Matteo, whose friendly manner, attentiveness, and genuine smile made the visit perfect. Service like that is rare! The atmosphere is cozy, the music pleasant, and you simply feel welcome. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back!

Hmmm food, well I find it very expensive even for Plauen standards, loud and you have to wait about 35 minutes for a drink.

There were two of us there. Pre-ordering is recommended – that says a lot about the restaurant's popularity. I particularly liked the fact that I could customize my meal from a variety of ingredients. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the homemade lemonade was also a highlight. The ambiance – both inside and outside – is truly inviting. The service wasn't unfriendly, but I still felt a bit uncomfortable with the communication. The counterbalance (presumably) was the manager, who created a good atmosphere with his casual remarks – sometimes a bit much, but in a pleasant way. Overall, a very pleasant visit. I'll definitely be back! Of course, it's always just an impression of an evening – where people are working, the experience also depends on your mood or what kind of day the team is having.

A wonderful tapas bar with good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and the owner is a hoot. Always up for a joke. Absolutely essential. Advance reservations... Always packed.

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing overall. We sat for 40 minutes without being served, but the tables around us were served. Only after a neighboring table informed the staff that we hadn't ordered did someone come to us. Other guests who arrived later were served much faster and even had their food already. Our drinks arrived after another 20 minutes, and we waited another hour for our food after ordering. On top of that, the dining room was very loud and cramped, making pleasant conversation almost impossible. At least, after the long wait, the food was truly delicious. In conclusion, if we hadn't known from a previous visit, which was much better, that the food was so delicious, we probably would have just left, as the wait times are unbearable.

Unfortunately, it's quite expensive. Almost 6 euros for three shrimp in a breading. We ordered for about 50 euros for two people, and it was manageable. A shame.

Do what those who've been there more than once do – go early (or later!), call ahead, and say, "I want tapas with character and a touch of cheeky humor." Then you'll get exactly that – plus a few good stories at your table! It's worth making a reservation – it's always popular here! Booked a table at 6:30 p.m. Drinks were already taking half an hour. After over an hour, no one came to take our food orders, even though tables that arrived later had already been served. Thanks for nothing. I booked a table at another restaurant while we were still in the restaurant. At least we were served there. Never again!!!!!!!!! I wish I hadn't given it any stars.

A nicely decorated restaurant. The tapas selection is diverse and authentic. The portions are generous, ideal for sharing, and the prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality offered. If you're looking for a cozy evening, this is the place to be.

It was the first time in ages that we ate at the tapas bar. When we were there, I remembered why we hadn't been there in ages. Unfortunately, despite the delicious food, I actually have to give it a negative review. It was incredibly loud. It seemed like half the restaurant knew each other, and everything had to happen at the table next to us or be shouted across multiple tables. Quiet conversation was impossible; we had to half-yell at each other to understand anything at all. We ordered and received our drinks pretty quickly and then waited 40 minutes for our food order to even be taken. After that, it took another 60 minutes for four bowls to arrive at our table. Sorry, but that's really borderline. During all that time, not once did a server come and ask if we wanted another drink. We were simply ignored. Hospitality is a far cry. I have no idea how things are planned here, but something seems to be going wrong. We would have actually liked to have dessert, but since no one showed up at our table and we didn't feel like waiting that long again, we decided against it. We asked for the bill three times – and no one came. We then went to the counter, where someone had to finish a private conversation before we were finally allowed to pay. There was no tip for the performance. It was really bad.

We were here for the first time today and have only positive things to say. Great food and very friendly service.

The bar looks quite cozy. Unfortunately, according to the waiter, it closed at 11 p.m. and not at 11 p.m., even though there were still guests there for a while.

I think the fact that I have enjoyed visiting this great location for years speaks for itself. Friendly staff who are always happy to have a joke - even when the restaurant is “bursting at the seams” - an extensive, varied menu. A place to feel good. The additional small delicacies on offer are always a delight. No matter what you eat there, it has never happened to me that something didn't taste good. What always amazes me is how many bowls can easily fit on a table, even if it is so small. Dear Sin Nombre team, please continue in the same way. You are doing everything right!

We held our company Christmas party at Sin Nombre. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was attentive and prompt. The entire team was very friendly and took excellent care of us. We were completely satisfied and would gladly return.

We went here for dinner with friends. Reservations are strongly recommended. The first drinks arrived quickly and the food order was taken quickly. But then it took a while. Obviously there's a lot going on. The food itself is very tasty! But to get full you need at least 4 dishes (at least for me). The prices are local and the drinks are not overpriced. We had a lovely evening.

Real Spanish cuisine and fine wine are very difficult to find as a tourist in Spain, but in Sin Nombre in Plauen. The restaurant is almost always fully booked, so order in advance.

Locale carino non molto distante dal centro! Le Tapas in Germania in un paese sperduto al confine con la Repubblica Ceca onestamente non era prevedibile! Comunque tutto molto buono! Tapas curate è perfettamente preparate, birra di buona fattura e buonissima proposta di vino spagnoli! Mi sono sentito a Barcellona!! Sorpresa Positiva!!! Lo consiglio!!

Very important - always reserve. Ideally two to three weeks in advance. The restaurant is very well attended. The service staff is very friendly and funny. The price/performance ratio is good. Tapas is a slightly different way of eating. You order lots of small dishes and create your own little buffet. You might think that you won't be full but you will be full. I would recommend making a reservation for dinner at 6 p.m., as you'll be waiting a good three quarters of an hour for your food. But in the meantime you are served bread with dip. All in all it is worth a visit.

Gute Tapas , aber nicht herausragend Nicht zum ersten Mal wurden wir Gäste 2. Wahl bedient Nach der ersten Getränkerunde und dem Essen kam keiner mehr an unseren Tisch . Stammgäste wurden bevorzugt bedient. Selbst als wir den Besitzer, der gleichzeitig die Bedienung ist darauf ansprachen das wir noch etwas bestellen wollen , wurden wir nur belächelt. Es macht auf uns den Anschein das es reicht wenn wir nur was Essen und dann schnell den Tisch für neue Gäste freimachen sollen. Für mich war es das letzte Mal, wenn er es nicht nötig hat gehen wir gerne woanders hin.

It was worth an experience. The waiters were all very friendly and accommodating. The location is beautifully done and invites you to stay, but at times we sat at the table with empty glasses and the quality of the food was not very high. We had to wait almost over an hour for 6 small bowls of unspectacular things. It was an experience worth it for us, but we wouldn't recommend it.

Das Essen war wirklich Mega. Aber 2 Stunden auf das Essen warten ist schon krass. Das Ambiente ist leider überhaupt nicht schön 🤷‍♂️.

Ich war gestern mit meinem Mann zum Essen da. Nach 10,8 Jahren ist es immer noch genauso schön, wie am Anfang da. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Trotz voller Hütte ist das Personal sehr nett und arbeitet super. Immer wieder gern. Weiter so!

Große Auswahl an leckeren Tapas. An einem Samstagabend sollte man allerdings genügend Zeit mitbringen.

The staff and Food were both incredible. Handled by the boss himself we were always served with some good humour along side the amazing food. The Staff was always kind and offered a joke or 2 to lighten the mood. There were always a few (personal) recommendations from the staff which always tasted absolutely amazing. The food was served in an authentic manner (On a stone plate in small tone pots) and were always in a light and edible portion size (as the name of the restaurant already states; tapas). The restaurant also has a beautiful outside seating area which in the summer is often even more desired and booked than it usually is anyway. There is always a very good atmosphere in the small restaurant which went well with a few drinks. Overall the restaurant is definitely worth a try for the experience alone and will always be a part of my trip back home.

Kleines gemütliches Lokal mit tollen Personal. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Frisches Essen, knackig grüne Kräuter, Salatblätter, gut ausgewogen gewürzt. Personal ist ausgezeichnet. Kann ich jeden Empfehlen der mal wieder gut essen gehen möchte. Eine Reservierung ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Man muß schon lange vorher Plätze bestellen, es hat sich gelohnt, das Essen war super.

Wir hätten nicht damit gerechnet eine derartige gute Tapasbar in Plauen zu finden. Das Ambiente ist super, drinnen wie draussen. Die Auswahl und Qualität ist hervorragend und das noch zu einem super Preis. Auch wenn wir schon satt waren, eine Crema Catalana zu Zweit geht grad noch - dachten wir. Wir mussten noch eine Zweite bestellen, nicht weil es zu wenig war, es war dir Beste, die wir bisher je hatten. Dazu noch die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers und des Personal. Da hat einfach alles gepasst. Ein MUSS für den Liebhaber von Spanischen Tapas, da lohnt sich auch ein Umweg. Aber unbedingt vorher reservieren, wäre schade das zu verpassen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, auch wenn der Weg aus der Schweiz etwas lang ist...

Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, schönes Ambiente und schöne Idee für ein Essen. Ich habe einen Wein getroffen, der nicht meinen Geschmack enttraf, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Ich hatte einen überbackenen Spinat und dieser war leider kurz vor dem kalt werden, die anderen Gerichte hingegen hatten eine gute Temperatur, der Geschmack war für mich gut. Der Nachtisch ist auch ein guter Abschluss

Immer wenn ich in Plauen bin, kehre ich im Sin Numbre ein. Die sehr gute Qualität und auch das nette Ambiente hat es über all die Jahre hin gehalten. Es ist immer eine Freude dort vorbeizuschauen

Heute haben wir endlich Dank rechtzeitiger Reservierung wieder mal einen Tisch im Sin Nombre bekommen. Aufgrund des schönen Wetters saßen alle draußen in dem wirklich außergewöhnlichen Garten. So ein Ambiente findet man in deutschen Großstädten gar nicht und selbst in Spanien ist dies unbezahlbar. Nebenbei - die wie immer hervorragende Qualität des Essens sucht seines Gleichen. Alles frisch zubereitet und eine wechselnde und interessante Tageskarte. Mario: Behaltet euch Qualität UND Kundennähe ! 😉

Essen sehr sehr gut! Qualitativ die beste Tapas-Bar, die ich kenne. Leider war der Service vor allem bei den Getränken sehr langsam. Da lassen sie sich viel Umsatz entgehen. Unser Baguette wurde leider auch vergessen. Atmosphäre sehr schön, nur etwas eng Wir kommen immer wieder gerne, wenn wir zu Besuch sind

Der Laden muss gut sein und wenn ich es irgendwann geschafft habe mal einen Platz zu bekommen, kann ich auch das Essen beurteilen. Ohne Reservierung keine Chance! Nichtmal an einem Dienstag, erst Recht nicht Freitag- oder Samstagabend und auch nicht, wenn man alleine ist. Schon alles ausprobiert. Daher leider nicht für einen spontanen Besuch geeignet.

Tische recht eng, sehr gut besucht und dadurch bissl laut - würde der ein oder andere behaupten - ich nicht. Toller Abend, Plätze sind begehrt, es ist wunderbar lebendig, unsere Begleiterin des Abends aus dem Service war sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt und aufmerksam. Das Essen sehr lecker, wirklich günstig - rundum verdiente 5 Sterne! Gerne komme. Ich wieder vorbei.
