The burgers are super tasty and the patty’s are large or let’s say normal size…. But what arrived today is a disgrace!!!!! The burger patty’s are only half as much!!!! The order only arrives after two hours and then there are only onions and too much sauce on the burger!!!! It was one of my favorite burgers a few months ago, but now it's just bad!!!! I've tried calling about 10 times, it won't pick up or try to call back... I think they already know why!!!! P.S. You now have one less regular guest!!!

I came all the way to visit this store because the opening hours are supposedly from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Unfortunately, I found myself standing in front of closed doors at 3 p.m.! It's really annoying when you waste your time and the specified times are not met. Something like that is just unprofessional. I definitely won't come here again.

We ordered 8 cheeseburgers here and had them delivered. Delivery was a little late, which of course can happen. Unfortunately there were only 4 burgers included in the delivery. Of course this can also happen. But what shouldn't happen, of course, is the absolutely uncooperative manner of the employee who refused us the remaining burgers. Unfortunately, the employee is much better at brushing off calls than admitting mistakes and filling burgers correctly. Unfortunately, you couldn't find any cheese on the "cheeseburger". Unfortunately it's just embarrassing

After ordering via Lieferando and no food arrived after 1 hour 40, I called them. The employee on the phone first spoke German and then, when asked where the food was, switched to English and acted as if he didn't know German. He assured that the food would come in the next 10 minutes, but it didn't arrive for another 30 minutes. And both burgers were cold and no salad was put on them. Very disappointed, we won't order again.

I ordered via UberEats at around 4:00 p.m. 2XSmashBurgers 1 contacted my order and canceled it. Unfortunately it didn't work. Sorry but you should at least answer the phone

Sorry, but that was nothing. I bought the burger and fries directly in the store, without delivery. I can't understand some of the good reviews in the slightest. The bun is dry, the patty is much too thin and therefore dry. As a topping there were two thin onion rings, a slice of cucumber, a slice of cheese, some bacon and far too little of the “house-made” burger sauce. The fries tasted ok, but why such small 2-3cm short snippets? What's the point? Overall very disappointing. And for the price 9.90 (just the burger) it's not justified. Once and never again. Then even better BK or McD. Or the other good burger joints nearby. Sorry, but that's just my honest opinion.

We went there with a Neotaste coupon get 2 burgers, pay for 1. The prices are, though, not the restaurant prices, rather the prices on the Neotaste app - which are 3 Euros more expensive. For us, it was still a good deal, so we accepted it. We went for a double cheese burger and an extra french fries. Well, the burger was very simple but very very delicious, and fries were one of the best fries i had outside. Very thin and very crunchy. Also the amount was almost like a double of what you would normally get. There was no sauce for the fries tho. The service was also a bit too slow for my taste for a fast-food place. The "restaurant" doesnt have much sitting area, also not well designed for dining in. You should rather pick it up or get it delivered. As its nearby and we really liked the taste, we would visit there again. But ofc there are some problems regarding the dining-in or neotaste policies...

Terrible experience ordering where we now got the refund from Uber eats luckily as they did not deliver the correct order (we purchased a buy1get1 free order). And extremely expensive for the quality. When the food arrived it was the furthest away from a smash burger clearly frozen patty meat heated and everything was dry and without taste. The only thing worse is the service because when we called they were unapologetic and extremely rude. Save yourself a bad burger and bad people.

Delivery was about 30 minutes late. Instead of the 8 burgers + fries ordered, 2 lukewarm burgers were delivered. After complaining, we were ultimately delivered 4 burgers and 2 fries as “compensation”. The 2 for 1 deal from Uber Eats apparently no longer counts. Burgers were quite tasty, but unfortunately the service was very poor. Won't order there again.

I've never eaten such a bad burger. I do not know where to start. First the positive: The supplier was really very friendly. However, that was the only positive thing. The burger itself smells very unpleasant from a distance and tastes exactly as it smells. You can tell that the grill plate is not cleaned properly. The meat tastes like it was prepared with 2-3 weeks of fat. I suspect that grease and crusts/crumbs from the meat build up on the griddle because it isn't cleaned and that's what makes the burgers smell and taste so bad. I had a very unpleasant oil film in my mouth. The burger was so inedible that I couldn't eat it after two or three bites. I've never eaten anything so horrible. My stomach hurts after just two hours. Oh yes, what's more, I was called half an hour after I ordered to confirm whether I had ordered the food. I then waited over an hour for the food to even arrive. In total it took about 1 hour and 40 minutes. If you want to be on the safe side, you should call straight away and not after half an hour only to have me wait for another hour.

Unfortunately, really nothing special. More like standard burgers that you can make yourself at home. The taste was okay, but there was really nothing that would take me there again... I can only advise against the ambience on site, the store is designed for delivery...

Ordered online a smash Burger menu, the Burger okay nothing special, tasty and great size, potatos good not too greasy, but 70min to deliver just 1 Burger? I was lit 5min away by car, cmon. I had a very long week and just wanted to enjoy some FAST food watching TV, but got me in an even worse mood, didn't even want it anymore when I got it

Love this shop. If you want to eat a good burger in the sun, you definitely have to go here. Juicy meat, excellent taste and great service. Simo is the coolest guy you can imagine anyway.

Difficult employee. Hardly understands what you want or say, repeat questions several times. Later, another employee apparently asked if everything was okay. That was nice. Food was ok, nothing special. Mozzarella sticks were good. Burger nothing special, salad questionable, nothing special. Wouldn't recommend it. Very loud music sound system. (No radio) Loud private phone calls.

We ordered online. The food was still warm and tasted very good. We ordered there for the first time. If you like smash burgers you can order there. The food also came very quickly after about 15 minutes. gladly again

We ate here for the second time and unfortunately we are dissatisfied this time. Unfortunately (for me) the burger has nothing to do with a SMASH burger, it was more of a run-of-the-mill burger like all the other shops. The salad doesn't go well with a smash burger either. When we ate there for the first time and picked it up, the burger also had a completely different bun and looked similar to Goldie's. Unfortunately this time it was really disappointing and we won't be ordering there again. At least the fries were good 👍🏻 and the wrap was okay (back then it was better with a different sauce). I still have to mention that after speaking to the boss over the phone, I was offered a voucher as compensation :)

Wow! This is the best burger I’ve had ever. It was insane. The potatoes were amazing too. Not many seats so you might have to stand up but it’s worth it!

Has run out of patties since midnight, but delivers until 5 a.m. No solution when called. An hour and a half wait for nothing. ** Since I can't comment on the store's comment, here's an addendum: On the second attempt to order, the store canceled my order during delivery. The driver stood in front of my door for 10 minutes, called the boss first, he didn't answer for several minutes, I had to call him too. Then they made a phone call, hung up briefly, and called again. The driver briefly wanted to leave with my food, then made another phone call. Then at some point the driver handed me the cell phone and I had to pay in CASH, even though that was exactly why I had ordered with ONLINE payment. Incompetent.

I ordered 4 times and three of them were canceled. On the fourth one I chose an offer of two burgers for the price of one but I only got one and that after a long delay because the food was actually supposed to arrive 40 minutes earlier

Placed the order and spoke to a colleague who spoke German very fluently. He said the order would be ready in 30 minutes and you could pick it up. After 30 minutes we were on site and were turned away with the answer: there's a lot going on today. Even the simplest apology would have been enough and we would have waited. But even after another 20 minutes the food wasn't ready. Guys, do yourself a favor and order somewhere else, even the store inside smells like bad old meat

Since we are currently in Berlin, we wanted to try the March Monday smash burger offer for €1. Despite the wait until the store opened, it was worth it. The burger was super tasty, very fresh and the meat was so juicy. Top 👍🏼 I can only recommend it to everyone.

Worst lunch experience ever, on door clearly stated that card is accepted, then demand cash only. Extremely unfriendly staff screaming at customers, messing up every order, unprofessional service. Very unhygienic touching money and food without washing hands! Serving bunts patties and buns without hesitation. Ok, all very standard for a horrible lunch, but the worst thing of all, they have a lunch offer, serving 1€ Smash burgers, (that are as thick as regular burgers), sounds amazing at first, but you have to give a 5 Star review and show them before you can get the order?! Makes no sense and probably illegal?! Would never recommend, nobody deserves this horrible place!!!!!!!!

Were there for the €1 offers. The burger was a pretty standard burger, solid but not outstanding. But very fair for €1. However, you should plan on waiting for a very long time. Whether it's worth an hour or two is up to you.

DONT TRUST THE REWIEVS!!! SMASH BURGER RATHER PASS BURGER. I had never experienced such a service, the guy is screaming at everyone and mixing up their orders. At the entrance there is clearly written they accept card that’s a LIE!!! And also I didn’t know that it wasn’t optional to write a review, you literally HAVE to write a review BEFORE you get your food?!!! That makes NO SENSE?!!! And on top of that if you are going there with another person it’s not enough that only one person writes a review BOTH HAVE TOO!! And you are asked rudely to show it to him, like literally with a not optional and rude tone, like where was the please?! The atmosphere was stressed ,the whole thing there was chaotic, poorly managed.. also I saw a burned patty being served 😅 And to the so called famous smash burger. It’s not even good. It wasn’t even smashed?.. even if the price is so low I would not recommend it, and the people who are writing that’s the best burger they ever had are either delusional or they just did it because they were scared of this guy at the front😂 Also i ordered the sweet potatoes and I payed like almost 6€ for something so little and blend. Like i didn’t even got Any sauces or EVEN SALT?! They were mushy and again !BLEND!

1 € for 1 burger (per person) you think is okay, cool, but... but waiting 1 hour 30 for the burger with about 10 customers in front of you is discreetly cheeky, especially when the employee from behind the burger bar also videos the queue in front The shop gives the feeling that there is extra waiting, the later the better it looks when the queue is still standing. (nice promo videos again) Nothing else has happened in the store, no orders are going out or being accepted, but 10 prepared rolls are there the whole time?! The time from the time I placed my order to the time I placed it was easily 15 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries. crazy waste of time In the end, I would have preferred to make the burger at home because unfortunately it tastes exactly the same. The 2 fries were once really crispy and once really raw.. once and never again

The burgers were really good, even the fries were ok. We ate on-site, even though it's actually a take-out or order-in place. What's interesting is that there are some very bad reviews, but they are very noticeable. I can only recommend that everyone check whether the account actually has a lot of reviews or is a fake account that could have been created by the competition. At least this store is worth trying to see if it's good or not. I can say that the burgers were very good.
