Unfortunately, the room is old and small, the TV remote didn't work, and neither did the heating. The entire hotel is cold. Breakfast is ridiculous: four slices of sausage, one slice of cheese, and a limited number of rolls. Charging money for that is outrageous.

It used to be a pleasure to eat there, but unfortunately, it's lost about 80% of its appeal for me. Everyone always talks about price/performance ratios, but that's completely out of touch now, sadly.

I had a single room. The bed had a footboard. That's unacceptable these days. The mattress was far too hard. Something needs to be done about it. Beds like that should be banned.

Apparently started out ambitiously (renovating the house), but now, due to the unfriendly staff, the atmosphere is almost unwelcoming; I wouldn't recommend it. The room is small, but OK. Breakfast is meager, and there's no coffee refills... Bicycle storage was offered with reluctance. Too expensive for that.

The room was very beautiful, the ornate chandelier immediately catches the eye, and the view is fantastic. There are many paintings and a total of 12 rooms. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Time has stood still here. The rooms, with curtains, beds, and wardrobes, are from decades ago. The mattresses are a disaster, and the bed linens and towels are so thin and worn that I slept on top of the duvet. During our visit, it was extremely hot; due to the lack of blackout/insulation options, it was almost unbearable. There was a fan on the desk, and we helped ourselves with a wet towel. The bathroom is okay, very small but functional and absolutely clean. In my opinion, breakfast can't be done like this anymore either. A table was set for each room. You registered the night before with a time and were then given freshly baked rolls, a pot of filter coffee, a platter of cold cuts and cheese, as well as jam ramekins and a hard-boiled egg each. Total waste – we and everyone else's food was thrown away... There was no greens at all, no tomatoes, cucumbers, or fruit. We don't have cappuccino...

Very friendly service and what was very good was the food: spicy sour soup, and roast duck with fried noodles as the main course.

Ordered a menu for 2 people to pick up (approx. 73 euros). Unpacked it at home and was unfortunately a bit surprised - it looked pretty small for the quantity stated. Counted and found that a total of 6 rolls of sushi were missing. There was also supposed to be a seaweed salad - unfortunately this was also missing. The taste of the whole thing was very good - but still more than annoying for so much money...

A really nice room. The restaurant is also really great, it was incredibly tasty.

For dinner with family on December 6th, 2024. All 7 people are very dissatisfied. Long waiting time before a drink request was accepted. Four people were very dissatisfied with the dishes they chose. 3 people join in the judging "It's just fine" We will refrain from visiting again.

The last visit was rather disappointing. The fried rice was such a small quantity, just too overpriced. We knew the quality and ambience from before, it was better back then. Now it is currently closed, let's see when it reopens and how many stars will be awarded for the food

So for me everything is perfect. The food is absolutely delicious, the service is very good and the ambience, everything is just perfect. I have never had such delicious Asian food as I did at Shima. It's a taste sensation. Really!!! It's a shame that Elsterwerda is closed. But we will definitely continue to come to Großenhain. Promised!!

Maximum mediocre hotel for me. Breakfast: no buffet with scrambled eggs etc. Instead: 2 rolls per person at the table with a boiled egg, whether you want it or not. Only coffee comes to the table, a glass of orange juice is given upon request. Rooms are ok. My room had a shower with a mini entrance. The towel rail is right in front of the shower entrance. 😑 There are a few photos.

The food is really great and is always beautifully prepared. The ambience is stylish and you feel comfortable. Unfortunately the service isn't that great. So far I've eaten there 3 times. On the first visit there were 5 of us. Unfortunately, the last meal was brought very late, so the other 4 people were almost finished eating. Drinks were forgotten on the second visit. On the third visit there were 12 of us and we sat at a long table. Instead of the service walking around the table, the service asked the guests who were already eating to pass plates to the other end of the table. He asked the same for the drinks and when some guests had finished eating, the service asked the empty plates to be passed from the back to the front. Unfortunately, it's not nice when guests are already eating at the table or are still eating. In addition, empty plates were cleared away immediately, so you had the feeling of hurrying to leave the table quickly. Please don't save yourself the journey. It is unpleasant to have to interrupt eating several times to pass food or something else through. It is also more inconvenient than having the service go to the other end of the table and bring the food.

Choice of food is very good, food tastes very good, portion sizes are also okay. Service very good. The only point of criticism is that the benches have a seat that is far too short and it is very uncomfortable to sit on.

We had 2x Yaki Udon (1x with beef and 1x with crispy chicken). Both were beautifully prepared and very tasty! And the furnishings and ambience were also beautiful. You come in here and immediately feel at home. We received very nice and friendly service and would be happy to come back 😊

Good sushi menu and nice atmosphere. Price/performance set a little too high. Sashimi variation is too expensive for 8 small pieces.

A beautiful, lovingly furnished restaurant. The service was very accommodating and the food was more than recommended. Fresh ingredients come first here. The sushi platter was amazing. You should pack a little more money here, but it is completely justified. Our little comment about dessert was noted. All in all, a well-rounded thing. We'd love to come back.

Keine Gastfreundlichkeit. Wir sind in das Restaurant gegangen und wurden direkt abgewiesen, da sie keinen Platz für 2 Personen hatten. Als wir dann angerufen haben (ca. 5 min später) hatten sie plötzlich doch Platz. Finde ich echt frech.

Das wohl beste Asiatische Restaurant in unserer Gegend. Das Sushi sucht seines gleichen, sowohl in Geschmack als auch Aussehen. Es wird sehr hübsch Angerichtet, echte Handwerkskunst.

Ich war zum ersten Mal hier essen und hatte bisher nur Gutes gehört. Durch eigenes Ausprobieren kann ich die guten Empfehlungen meiner Kollegen nun auch verstehen. Das Essen schmeckte hervorragend, das Personal war freundlich und angesichts des vollen Gastraums trotzdem aufmerksam. Die Portionsgröße war etwas kleiner als in anderen asiatischen Restaurants der Region. Aber wir sind trotzdem satt geworden 🙂 und die Anrichteweise ist schon echt mega gut. Das Auge isst schließlich mit. Ich komme gern wieder.

Wir haben gestern mit Freunden etwas zum abholen bestellt. Wir hatten u.a. Vorsuppen mit Garnelen, es war tatsächlich nur eine Garnele zerpflückt in der Suppe zu finden. Entengericht mit Gemüse: Die Ente war trocken u. zäh (nicht zum ersten Mal!), zudem hat die Soße nach Plastik geschmeckt, sicher durch die Assiette. Sehr UNVERSCHÄMT für uns, zur Eröffnung waren wir noch begeistert und jetzt wie so oft schlechte Qualität zu teuren Preisen. Somal es online extra eine In- House u. eine Außer Haus Speisekarte gibt in beiden sind exakt die gleichen Preise und das für Abholung+ Diese Qualität=> Unverschämt!!! Wir sind einfach nur enttäuscht!!

Wir wollten telefonisch reservieren, ging nicht wir wurden unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen das wir dies online tätigen müssen. Dies taten wir dann auch. Waren dann durch den Säugling 10 Minuten später da , reserviert wurde 17 Uhr. Wieder wurde man angekeift, das dies so nicht geht. Ich wollte schon gehen. Meine Freundin wollte dennoch dort essen. Die Kellnerin war sehr freundlich, der Kellner von der Kasse und der Reservierung überhaupt nicht. Das Essen hat geschmeckt und war hübsch angerichtet, dennoch zu wenig auf dem Teller. Nachdem wir gegessen hatten und bezahlt haben und das passgenau, wurde der Kellner wieder unfreundlich. Sorry aber für maulende Leute gibt es kein Trinkgeld. Ich habe in Elsterwerda meine Freundin besucht und beim nächsten Besuch, such ich mir ein anderes Restaurant. Immerhin waren wir 6 Leute, das Geld lass ich dann lieber wo anders.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr sehr lecker! Service war freundlich und flink.Waren wahrscheinlich eher Ferienarbeiter aber trotzdem gut gemacht!

Gutes suhi und Gerichte sind richtig gut. Sollte man aber immer vorher reservieren ;-) man wird höflich gebeten ;-P

Heute wieder sushi bestellt und angemerkt, unseren Wunsch( Tempura mit Hühnchen) eventuell zu speichern, da ich ständig eine andere Summe zahlen muss für die gleichen Gerichte, da fühlt man sich schon verarscht....Daraufhin habe ich von den zwei jungen Herren direkt eine freche Antwort erhalten. Service und Freundlichkeit geht anders! War somit auch das letzte Mal das ich mein Geld dahin geschafft habe.

Es ist durchaus lohnenswert, in einer solch kleinen verschlafenen Stadt einmal internationale Küche zu probieren. Obwohl das Essen sehr dem deutschen Geschmack angepasst war, schmeckten uns die drei probierten Gerichte vorzüglich. Leider ist es aber nicht jedermanns Geschmack, auf rauen Bretterbänken zu sitzen. Im Lokal sah es sicherlich gediegener aus.

Wir gehen super gern hier essen. Das Sushi schmeckt toll und die Qualität ist top. Auch die anderen asiatischen Speisen sind sehr empfehlenswert.

Muttertagsessen Über 2,5 Stunden aufs Essen gewartet. Erst herausgeredet, dass man an solchen Tagen mit längeren Wartezeiten rechnen muss. Gäste die eine Stunde später als wir da waren, hatten ihre Bestellung vor uns. Einfach nur noch überlastet. Kann man nicht so viele Bestellungen annehmen, wenn man es nicht auf die Reihe bekommt! Als Entschuldigung Nachtisch oder ein Getränk angeboten! Trotzdem komme ich so schnell nicht wieder. Hatte mich echt auf ein schönes Muttertagsessen erfreut.

Hallo, das Essen war sehr Schmackhaft und eine Augenweide. Der Service gut, der Kellner hätte mehr auf die Gäste eingehen können. Das Ambiente empfand ich eher als ein kühles und unruhige, für mich nicht schön. Wer aber nur essenochte und darauf keinen Wert legt, na gut. Wir waren nun das zweite Mal hier zum Abendessen, leider waren wir etwas enttäuscht, der Service war sehr gut. Wollten das gleiche bestellen wie beim letzten Mal, aber leider hatten wir eine andere Variante gewählt und es war nicht so unser Geschmack die Soße hell mit Cokosmilch (süß). Die Entenbrust auch nicht so gut gewürzt und nicht so knusprig, schade. Die Preise sind natürlich auch gestiegen, wie auch im Supermarkt. Erst einmal Pause und dann sollte man sich entscheiden ob man nicht mal wieder zu Hause was leckeres zaubert. Trotzdem Sterne

Sehr gutes Essen, tolles Angebot, Von einer Vielzahl an Sushi 🍣, über chinesische Gerichte bis hin zu vietnamesischen Essen ist alles im Angebot. Angeboten werden LEGO Versionen, jeweils ein Grundgericht mit verschiedenen Hauptsegmenten. Beispiel: Reis mit einer Karamellsouce, dazu Rind- o. Schwein- o. Huhn- o. Thunfisch o. o. o.

Ein sehr gutes asiatisches Restaurant, das man in der Gegend nicht vermutet! Sehr gutes Sushi und lecker zubereitete vietnamesische und thailändische Gerichte! Klare Empfehlung!!

Wir waren Sonntagmittag zu viert das erste mal vor Ort. Unser Kind bekam zuerst das Essen, 20 min später kam mein Essen und 10 min später kamen die letzten Essen endlich.Unser Kind war schon längst fertig und wir waren uns einig nicht wieder zu kommen.

Wie auch in Großenhain, absolut qualitativ hochwertiges Essen. Ich war 3 mal innerhalb 2 Tage essen , weil die Begeisterung des Geschmacks keinem anderen Restaurant dieser Art ähnelt. Wir gehen oft Sushi essen. Nichts kommt ännähernd der Präsentation des Essen , noch des Geschmackes und Qualität nahe.

Tolle Küche ,tolles Restaurant und tolle Qualität, es lässt keine Wünsche offen ob Sushi oder andere Gerichte . Ihr leistet gute Arbeit. Weiter so, wir sehen uns bald wieder und vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft.

Personal war recht unfreundlich und die Atmosphäre hatte was von einem Imbiss auf‘m Bahnhof…….laut, hektisch, ungemütlich. Früher konnten die Asiaten besser ihre wahren Gedanken hinter ihrem Lächeln verbergen….das ist hier nicht gelungen!

Wir haben sushi gegessen. Es war sehr lecker. Es wurde einem was schönes geboten. Wenn man diesen Laden mit vergleichbaren aus der Umgebung vergleicht, dann ist es etwas teurer. Geschmacklich sehr gut 👍

Wir waren am Wochenende hier. Es ist sehr voll und wir haben 1h auf unser Essen gewartet und es wurde auch nicht gleichzeitig gebracht. Sushi war sehr lecker aber für den Preis sehr übersichtlich. Nudel und Reisgerichte, da stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
