Sher-E-Punjab in Eisenach

Ordered lamb biryani takeaway but was horrified to see end result served up, which resembled runny paella. I asked if he could boil the water off but he refused, then another staff joined in and became shouty and sweary. They claimed that was what biryani looked like even after I showed them scores of photos on google of what I had a right to expect. I asked for my money back and they threatened to call the police. This was getting ridiculous so I left the dish behind and let them keep their €14.

The taste for the curries are great and very tasty. Has great blend of Indian spices and can ask to make the curries more or less spicier. Great ambience and Indian breads are very soft.

The food was good at first, but then I ordered recently and it had been loaded with salt. It was like some kind of bad prank. Everything ended up in the trash.

The food was fantastic and the restaurant owner incredibly nice. I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in Eisenach again. 5 stars aren't really enough :)

Delicious Indian cuisine. In my opinion, the best Indian restaurant in Eisenach and the surrounding area. Very friendly people. We love going there.

Fresh and delicious food with Indian rice. The chef was busy, but warm and friendly. Good restaurant to enjoy Asian food.

The food was very tasty and everything was freshly prepared and tasted authentically Indian. Service very friendly. Top price-performance ratio. The only thing that needs improvement is the toilet, the toilet seat is already very old and urgently needs to be replaced. Otherwise everything was good, we felt very comfortable.

The staff there was so friendly and the food was amazing, very tasty, I highly recommend it and will definitely go back there more often

I ordered a lamb korma to take away on site. Plus point: the food was ready very quickly (less than 10 minutes). Unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. Although the meat wasn't that bad and was quite tender, the sauce was extremely fatty and ruined everything and made it inedible. In terms of taste, there is no comparison to Korma dishes that I know from elsewhere... A pity!

Tolles Essen, sehr freundlicher Service. Leider wird nicht geheizt, deshalb trotz angenehmer Stimmung für das Ambiente nicht so viele Punkte.

Wir waren Restaurantgäste im Sher-E-Punjab. Das Essen war wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Die Preise sind auch absolut in Ordnung. Es ist ein schön eingerichtetes, kleines Restaurant. Die Besitzer sind super nett!! Leider haben sie seit Corona niedrige Besucherzahlen. Ändert das und geht dort lecker essen :-)

Ein schöner kleiner Imbiss sehr freundlicher Döner laden aber 1 Stern weniger für die Größe des Döners und einen wegen des Preises weil für 4 Euro könnte er etwas größer sein aber gut hat er geschmäckt.
