SHAGUN in Berlin

We wanted to order a midnight snack via UberEats: it was supposed to be 2 portions of samosas, a portion of biryani, garlic naan, mango cream soup and 2 times mango lassi. However, in a large soup container we didn't find any soup, but rather cold yoghurt sparkling cucumber sauce. Unfortunately the Garlic Naan didn't have garlic. Since we ordered for three people, the third had to nibble on the naan. Was worth an experience. GaLiGrü

We ordered for delivery. Total for 150 euros. Unfortunately, a main course was missing. When I called to say that this was missing I was brushed off with "The driver is on the way." I tried several times to explain that the driver was already there but a meal was simply missing. Of course the driver didn't show up again with the missing food. Mistakes happen but then you have to be able to correct them.

If you want to enjoy Indian food and original Indian taste you must come to Shagun and will come back 🥰

I had the wrong meal delivered, one with meat, since I don't eat meat, so I called and asked for the delivery to be corrected. The phone call was very confusing, I clearly explained my situation several times, it seemed as if they were deliberately being stupid and I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously. In between they simply hung up without having clarified the problem. When the original food was delivered the box delivered by nwu was already opened and 2/3 of the food was scattered throughout the bag. The driver also insisted on showing him the incorrectly delivered food.

It was catastrophic! Wait over an hour! After my first call they stopped answering. And after several calls they laughed at me on the phone. I threatened to call the police because I later read in the reviews that this seems to happen more often. After the threat, the food suddenly came relatively quickly. Everything in the bag leaked and the food wasn't good either. All in all: bad service and bad food. Total catastrophe and a bottomless impudence. Unheard of, unheard of. 😡😡😡

After 30 minutes late I called to ask. I was told food is on the way. After another 30 minutes I kept trying to call. Reached no one. Then we just ate bread at home. After a delay of over 1.5 hours, the delivery person arrived. I felt a little sorry for him, but then I didn't accept the food anymore. I had already eaten and had to put my children to bed. I assume that the food would have been cold anyway.

Absolutely terrible! Food still hasn't arrived after more than 3 hours and the customer service was subpar... We called 4 times and then they simply hung up on us several times in the middle of the conversation. Worst delivery experience I've ever had!!

I tried to order food, when it wasn't there after 2 hours I asked where it was and was told that the delivery person was on the way. After three hours and no food, no one is answering the phone.

Really Good taste and fresh food.

After the delivery unfortunately arrived cold and half expired, the clarification over the phone was very pleasant and quick. It took another 40 minutes, but the food was warm and tasty as usual on the second delivery, which we received as a courtesy. So still an absolute recommendation. The slightly longer delivery time in comparison is definitely worth it.

Very delicious food fresh and healthy food

Came to Germany recently from India and this place has the most authentic Indian food I could experience in a foreign place. I ate kadhai paneer and butter garlic naan and additionally some momo, taste was top notch.

Tofu Madras was hot, but silly without any nuances or melodies, Pakora's consistency was OK, but also without herbs or refinements, so: not here again

Ordered over an hour late and €30 for cold food. Took an hour and a half for a 5 minute stretch on the highway. That was the last time - really ashamed. The lamb is so disgusting I can throw it away. Nice bread dipping for €30 at 10:45 p.m. Really ashamed of you

Raita was inedible (sour, strange smell, runny like water), Kadahi Paneer was floating in oil and half a solid onion was easy to find in it. Also extremely sharp without any marking on the card. In the lentil soup, the lentils were still hard and had a strange burnt taste. Severe defects in the quality of all products. I ordered via delivery service and definitely the first and last time :)

For us, by far the best Indian in the city! The chicken is like from another planet and tastes incredibly good. We can no longer go out for Indian food anywhere else... Delivery is quick and it always arrives super hot.

Die vegetarischen Maultaschen sind spitze ,der rest ist auch echt stabil

2x bestellt und beide mal ultralecker. Schmeckt anderes als bei anderen Indern, aber dadurch bestellen wir auch mal was anderes und sind immer positiv überrascht gewesen.

Veganes Essen bestellt und Essen mit Käse bekommen. Rückerstattung Fehlanzeige.

Das Essen wurde schnell geliefert und war noch heiß. Gut war beim Salat, dass das Dressing extra war. Hätte den Salat lieber auf Desi Art.

ordered delivery. All the dishes tasted exactly the same...seems same sauce used for all the dishes. Barely any taste of garlic in the garlic chicken tikka and Garlic Paneer tikka. Okra masala was too saucy, barely any okra in it, and tasted just garlic chicken tikka and Garlic Paneer tikka.

Wir bestellen regelmäßig bei den Restaurant kann allen die super lecker Linsensuppe empfehlen die ist ein Traum 😍

Leute … der Laden sieht vielleicht etwas klein und nicht so Fancy aus wie andere große Inderketten die man so kennt in Berlin ABER das ist wirklich das beste Indische Essen das ich bis jetzt in Berlin gegessen habe. Extrem Lecker, sooo große Portionen - 1 Portion reicht locker um 2 Personen satt zu bekommen oder einfach am Abend nochmal davon zu essen. Was ich empfehlen kann : Butter Chicken und diese unglaubliche Tomatensuppe mit Baturo extra dazu bestellen ….. unglaublich. Mein Mann und ich liegen hier gerade im Foodkoma auf dem Sofa haha Top Top Top Laden.

Ein Topladen. Klein aber fein und der Koch heißt Chakkarvarti !!! Nur zu empfehlen.

Unglaublich leckeres Essen. Der Service ist total toll. Als wir das Essen abgeholt haben und noch 5 Minuten warten mussten, wurde uns zur Überbrückung ein Saft ausgegeben. Danke schön.

Good portion size, fast delivery. The food comes piping hot. Very happy with this restaurant and will be definitely ordering from here also in the future.

Sehr leckeres indisches take away essen. Bestelle mehrmals die Woche hier. Sehr freundlich da. Empfehle besonders das chicken tikka masala und das matter paneer. Bathura und naan sind auch sehr gut.

Truly amazing food! Authentic Indian flavours, it feels that they love this cousine. Tiki masala curry was spicy and delicious while Mango Curry had even small pieces of mango. We ordered a delivery from Shagun, so the pics aren't great, for sure they serve the food in much nicer way when you go there. You definitely should try it 👍
