Das essen ist wie immer sehr gut. Aber das Personal in der Küche reagiert kaum, ist unglaublich langsam und gerade so Höflich. Geht besser

Wir kommen eigentlich von weiter weg (ca. 300 km) und waren in Kissing nur wegen eines Termins. Da wir Hunger hatten, haben wir diesen Laden auf Google entdeckt und einfach mal ausprobiert. Ich bin mit den Erwartungen an einen normalen türkischen Imbiss hingegangen – doch das Essen war so lecker und auf einem derart hohen qualitativen Niveau, dass man es keinesfalls mit einer gewöhnlichen Dönerbude vergleichen darf. Geschmacklich und qualitativ ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich top – so gutes türkisches Essen habe ich zuletzt in der Türkei selbst gegessen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier sehr sauber gearbeitet wird und viel Leidenschaft im Laden und im Konzept steckt. Das Fleisch ist definitiv nicht das übliche Billigfleisch, das in über 90 % aller Imbisse und Gastronomien verwendet wird, sondern hochwertige Qualität – und das schmeckt man auch. Wenn ich mal wieder in der Nähe bin, komme ich zu 100 % wieder vorbei. Klare Empfehlung – einfach klasse!

Bin total begeistert von diesem Imbiss Restaurant, sieht innen sehr schön aus. Preislich ist es auch in Ordnung und außerdem ist das Essen sehr lecker

Sehr zartes leckeres Fleisch und frisches Brot. Das Restaurant ist sehr sehr sauber. Man merkt das hier viel Wert drauf gelegt wird. Außerdem ist die Qualität immer konstant und gleich. Preisleistung ist super! Ich liebe es hier und komme gerne zum essen aus München.

Essen ist gut, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Die Preise habens wirklich in sich, meiner Meinung nach. Was wirklich stört, ist die mangelnde Kundenfreundlichkeit. Am Telefon wird manchmal einfach aufgelegt nach der Begrüßung, im Laden selbst wird man ordnungsgemäß bedient und in der Regel muss man nicht lange warten. Die Stimmung ggb. den Kunden im Laden ist, freundlich gesagt, kühl und distanziert. Hier hat man offensichtlich die Rolle eines Dienstleisters überhaupt nicht verstanden. Zum Glück gibt es genügend qualitativ gleichwertige Alternativen in der näheren Umgebung…

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal hier. Entlich mal ein Laden der auch vegetarische Döner macht....nicht wie andere, die dann nur das Fleisch weglassen. Kommen gern wieder.

Das Essen ist köstlich! Die Portionen sind reichlich. Kommen Sie also mit Appetit. Ein toller Ort für ein ruhiges, entspanntes Mittagessen.

Der beste Döner, den ich in den letzten 20 Jahren gegessen habe. Das Fleisch ist saftig und angenehm gewürzt. Das Brot ist richtiges Brot, keine Pappe wie bei den meisten. Die Portion ist dem Preis angemessen, man kann sagen eher zu Billig für daß was man bekommt. Das Lokal und die Toiletten sind sauber, eher rein. Ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder, auch wenn ich Germering herfahren muß. Weiter so.

Das Fleisch ist extreeeem trocken. Die Art der Belegung war nicht so praktisch. Das Brot ist zerfallen, alles fiel mir auf den Teller, sodass es eher ein Döner Teller wurde. Ich würde hier keinen Döner mehr essen und auch für Döner nicht empfehlen. Service ist gut!

Das ist hier kein typischer Döner-Imbiss, sondern ein richtiges Restaurant mit sehr guter türkischer Küche. Ich war diesmal gezielt wegen eines Döners dort, und war ehrlich begeistert. Der Döner war wirklich hervorragend und hat meinen Appetit komplett getroffen. Für mich aktuell der beste Döner in der Umgebung. Was zusätzlich positiv auffällt: Der Döner wird am Tisch serviert und auch am Tisch bezahlt, also echtes Restaurant-Feeling statt Imbiss-Atmosphäre. Alles wirkt sehr sauber und ordentlich, insgesamt macht das Restaurant einen hygienisch sehr guten Eindruck. Ich war hier auch schon früher zum „klassischen“ türkischen Essen und auch das war immer sehr gut. Würde ich wiederkommen? Definitiv. Wenn Döner, dann hier.

Der Döner war mega lecker, Brot war einfach der Hammer! So etwas Köstliches habe ich wirklich noch nie gegessen. Absolut empfehlenswert, ich komme definitiv wieder!

The doner kebab plate was very generously filled. Rice, meat, and plenty of sauce that lasted until the very end. The salad came on a small separate plate, which I thought was great. I'd gladly order again.

An exceptionally good kebab shop. You can sit there comfortably and enjoy a very good kebab plate. They also serve kebab salad and many other options, all of which are very good. The service is very good and very friendly. I'll be going there again.

I was at Seval Restaurant today. The staff was very rude and not at all friendly. The soup was very cold and the meatballs were rubbery.

The food is very good in terms of quality and taste. In my opinion, it's the best kebab in the area. They could still improve on the friendliness.

I asked for the dish to be prepared not spicy and with little ketchup, but my request was ignored.

Super delicious If you're looking to try a delicious kebab outside of Augsburg, head to Kissing. There's still a love of tradition here. Good fresh bread, seasoned kebab skewers, and homemade kofte, for example, all fresh off the grill. SEVAL, KEEP IT UP!! I'd love to come back.

Very nice restaurant and the food always tastes great.

The kebab tastes good, but being told off with a rude "no more meat" 1.5 hours before closing time is completely unacceptable. You could either politely communicate this, apologize, and at least try to offer something else.

That was actually always very good. Until now.... The kebab is cut as usual, but then the meat is fried on a griddle with oil! It really tastes terrible! What a shame!

I was at the Seval restaurant today and wanted to eat a kebab salad, but I was very kindly informed that they had water damage and that it was only available to go. So doner salad to take away. I have to say, even though I'm a meat fan, the portion was 60% salad and 40% meat, which was the right mix (and as always very tasty 😋). I don't understand such reviews because there's too little meat on it (then buy a kebab) I couldn't complain.

Doner is good. But when you pre-order over the phone you are treated very, very unfriendly. Neither “hello” nor “bye”. Therefore only one star for service. If you don't pre-order you often have to bring a lot of time.

Stood in the store for 35 minutes during my lunch break. There are still 2 people in front of me. The customer wasn't even looked at for 15 minutes. Tried for the second time. Left again after 35 minutes for the second time... Very unfortunate. Quality would have been right. But with a 30 minute lunch break, standing in line for 35 minutes is not possible!!

Best Turkish dishes far and wide, we come from Munich to eat here every time. We particularly recommend the Adana skewer and the kebab salad and pide, everything is always freshly prepared, you can taste it 💯 I would also like to particularly highlight the service from Ms. Seval (Hacer) and Berkay. They are always friendly and provide top service and a great job. Thank you very much, it's really always nice and always delicious with you!

A very nice shop with friendly and competent employees. The focus was of course on the food, which tasted incredibly delicious. The meat is super tasty and crispy. Overall, Dürüm and kebab were one of the best we have ever eaten.

Unseasoned meat, unseasoned salad dressing (diluted yoghurt without any ingredients), unseasoned cacik (no hint of garlic, watery consistency), the requested vinegar was diluted vinegar essence, the pizza was saltless and tasteless (dough was okay though), there's nothing more to say about the Serval .

We recently had dinner there and I ordered a kebab plate and only got 3 small slices of bread. In addition, the service wasn't exactly polite and I felt uncomfortable. The meat wasn't cooked through and the portion wasn't appropriate for the price.

The kebab is quite interesting, lots of meat, very little sauce, lettuce and onions. He wasn't hot either, although I definitely said so twice. I think the kebab in Hochzoll is much better. The kebab plate, on the other hand, scores more points, extra salad & flatbread, but also a lot of meat but little rice. The salami pide was really very good. Friendliness on the phone is definitely not the bar's strength. The employee was rather annoyed that someone was calling.

Service was almost non-existent, we wanted 2 drinks and she said she would bring it, unfortunately she didn't bring it, then the food came on the table, I spoke to her again, unfortunately still not, had to get up and get it myself. The next thing, there are no card payment options, in today's age card payment is a must. There's not even anything about it on the homepage, it's a real shame, if I knew about it earlier I would never go there, but I won't go there from now on anyway... Actually 1 star, but the food is so delicious that I can't give 1 star, so 3 stars

Essen war sehr lecker. Preise sind auch in Ordnung. Leider war sehr viel los und wir haben lange auf das Essen gewartet. Bedienung war sehr nett und hat ihr bestes gegeben.

Der Service ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und das Essen ist einfach fantastisch! Dies ist definitiv einer der besten Orte für Döner-Spezialitäten in der Augsburg Region. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön und die Stimmung ist großartig. Es wird empfohlen, immer eine Reservierung vorzunehmen.

Sehr leckerer Döner, auch ein nettes Restaurant ist hier geboten.

Im großen und ganzen sind wir immer zufrieden. Das einzige Manko gibt es bei speziellen Belege wünschen. Dort wir nicht immer richtig zu gehört und dann eine falsche Belegung gemacht bzw zu viel von einer Zutat drauf getan

Das Essen ist sehr gut. Ein Lächeln von den Mitarbeitern im Bereich der Theke sollte man nicht erwarten, denn das wird man nie erleben. Man wird begrüßt und mit einem Danke verabschiedet, mehr leider nicht. Ich habe das letzte Mal vor vielen Jahren im Restaurant vor Ort gegessen, da war die weibliche Bedienung sehr nett und man wurde freundlich und professionell bedient. Mein Gedanke ist immer....wenn das Essen nicht so gut wäre, hätte der Laden nie so lange überlebt, da sie mit einem Lächeln nicht punkten, sondern "nur" mit dem Essen.
