There's a parking lot with a restaurant. You can go to a Lidl store about 2 kilometers away, and a little further, there are Aldi, Action, and other stores. The walk is along the side of the road, but they're building a path.

Restrooms not clean, but there is a guard at the entrance who collects €1 in cash. There is no voucher for redeeming for purchases. The rest stop has a very limited selection.

Absolutely the most unclean and disgusting place of a motorway stop - 1 euro for using the toilette with dirt and water everywhere topped topped with a really unfriendly and aggressive - almost hostile “service” NEVER AGAIN! DESERVES 0 STARS

The more the better. We need even more rest stops. Too many trucks but too few parking spaces, and it makes the work very difficult and annoying.

The guys is really unfriendly and rude to customers. Get aggressive when we ask for the food and discount 10% ADAC. Toilets broken, only cash accepted, and the cleaner cant speak german nor english. Due to the male toilet being broken, we had to use the baby room toilet. This door was also broken. As the like got too long she sent some men into the women‘s toilet, but not allowing us to use the handicapped toilet.

You come here as a driver and think, "This is a nice place." I went in at 6:15 PM and was in the mood for a schnitzel menu. The employee behind the counter sighs deeply and says, "No!" Excuse me? Is that how you treat your customers? "Yes, a currywurst menu is fine," he says. "No, thanks, I don't want that." The employee told me I should just go eat elsewhere... What a crappy place and rude service. You're open until 9 PM, but at 6:15 PM you're too snotty to make anything? Then stay home if you don't want to work!

We stopped here briefly on our way home today. Many other travelers are doing the same, and it's good that this option exists.

Even when you're under stress, you should remain friendly as an owner. But the coffee was delicious.

It says Serways on it, but it's not connected to the ticket system. You can use the restroom for €1 in cash. At least the restroom was clean, and soap and paper towels were also available. The restroom is accessible from the outside in the basement, which is OK during the day. I wouldn't have gone there in the evening.

The last straw... A driver can't even shower until 8 p.m., and that's called a "REST STOP"... so if you can, avoid this parking lot unless you don't care about showering...

This is a place to change drivers... and use the toilet... There's also a small restaurant here... but nothing more...

Catastrophic! The toilets are dirty, apparently there's a burst pipe, but the lady who's supposed to be cleaning doesn't speak a word of German and prefers to talk on the phone instead of cleaning. She wants €1 for using the toilet, but you don't get a €1 voucher, even though Serways is posted outside and they do sell vouchers there. The food is a disgrace; they serve soggy potato wedges instead of the fries pictured and ordered, but they sell you mayo with the fries that aren't there. And where is the trade inspectorate? Is anyone taking care of this? The elevator for disabled people is broken. When you enter this hospitality, you already know what's going on! It's a shame that people from abroad (e.g. Denmark) have to believe this is the highly praised German cleanliness!

We were there in the afternoon, and of all the dishes offered, only two were currywurst and fries. What are all the travelers supposed to eat afterward? The employee told us to drive to the next rest stop if we wanted something else to eat. Finally, a sensible recommendation that I'm happy to pass on.

What a pleasant surprise! We arrive in Travemunde, coming off the ferry. Great coffee and large choice of sandwiches. Friendly staff (also English) on an early Monday morning!

It was very crowded that weekend. Finding a parking space was difficult. But that was also due to the fact that many vans were parked in car parking spaces. The door to the children's restroom was broken. The door was off-hinged so that anyone could see in, which I think is completely unacceptable.

After over 50km, the first restroom on a Sunday. The door is difficult to open, and the smell of feces immediately hits us. The men's and women's restrooms are locked, and the accessible restroom is completely "dirty," causing the smell. The kids and I just kept driving.

Drive to another rest stop—that's supposed to be a rest stop?! At the finish, take €1.00 for the toilet; nothing else matters to the team. Food from two warming devices...

We were returning from the sea with our family and were forced to pay €1 for the toilets, after which we found the mess left behind by the people before us 😣 We would have liked to have some ice cream, but the ice cream freezer was almost empty.

The motorway service station was closed; opening hours started at 7:00 a.m. Only the disabled toilet was open, and it wasn't clean. The toilet lid was cracked. It was in a terrible condition. The entrance area didn't look inviting. This service station is completely out of place.

Before you starve or die of thirst, yes. Otherwise, keep going.

German rest stops...and people get upset about dog poop, which isn't great either! I'd rather pay tolls in France and have clean parking spaces. People are really weird.

I've been here twice so far. Both times the restrooms were clean. All the staff were friendly! And there's always something vegan to eat. I think it's great and I like coming here with my dog. It's just not the most modern, but still absolutely fine for a quick rest.

Unfortunately, the restroom visit didn't go as expected. A man was standing at the entrance with the name of a company (presumably a limited liability company) on a laminated piece of paper under his plate for change. Since I was with a youth group and wanted to cover the costs for the young people, I politely asked the man for a receipt. He immediately became verbally aggressive and asked me to leave. That was very disappointing. Even if he couldn't print receipts himself, I would have had a receipt pad with me. I was only concerned about being able to prove the expenses to our association later so that I could get the money back for the young people. The young people were allowed to use the restroom, but unfortunately I wasn't. I was also told (I didn't see it myself) that the restroom facilities were anything but clean. Charging €1 for this and offering little in return is a real shame.

We only used the restrooms. What an old place. The fact that they actually charge for that is a joke.

Very disappointing They advertised a 10% discount for the ADAC (German Association of German Carers), but they didn't apply this to our order. The cashier only spoke broken German and came across as very annoyed. The food was ready too quickly to be fresh. The noodles were very tasty but also spicy (this wasn't pointed out). Some of the noodles were also dry and hard. The curry sauce was extremely spicy (also not pointed out). The kids' box included some green potato wedges. The quantity was okay. The boxes always came with a soft drink, but the choice was limited to apple spritzer or water. More choice would have been welcome, though. The tables could have been wiped down. Conclusion: We wouldn't stop there again.

Use of the restrooms is only possible after a €1 fee, and the security guards are standing right next to it. It wasn't all that clean after all. The place is actually quite clean and appears clean. But charging €4.95 for a dried-out sausage and an even drier roll, and €4.95 for a crema, is downright brazen. The service was noticeably lackluster. Serway has its roadside restaurants throughout Germany. One is better than the other. This one is a little less from my side. The toilet is less clean than others. The food offering is versatile. The staff is friendly.

At first I thought the rest stop was closed but no, there is life there, even if not much. Only a Campus Suite Café with snacks and a toilet (which is quite clean) plus 2-3 snack machines.

The noise from the road is unbearable, in order to sleep you need to refuel, I decided to go to Aldi, the road is fucked up! Don’t even think about it across the field, it’s muddy and slushy!

There's nothing more...been there once, never again Bockwurst... tasted disgusting... had probably been warmed up for days and the roll was extremely hard and ended up in the trash.

Yesterday we were here for the first time. We felt welcome. Everyone is very nice, friendly and you can have a fun chat there too.
