Terrible ! All 3 toilets could not be used. Two were completely covered in feces and one of them didn't even have toilet paper. One was even completed. What did I pay for? Grade 6-

Unfortunately, I can't give a review; the rest stop doesn't open until 11 a.m. Very disappointing. Two years ago, we had breakfast there in the morning before driving to Europa-Park.

Toilet was clean. Restaurant staff friendly but struggled with calculating three things. With my help and a few corrections it worked. The bagel was fine, the coffee was scalded and because the milk was heated too hot, the foam collapsed and it was just hot milk with hot coffee and no cappuccino. First day as barristo?

Restaurant prices OK, but very expensive in the shop. Toilets at €1 at the start of 2025, that’s excessive.

Toilets cost 1 euro and are still dirty

The shower costs 5 euros + 20 euros deposit. There are other countries where the shower is free or 1 euro. What is here in Germany is pathetic!

It doesn't get any worse than this. Staff: the telephone, nice private chat, was more important than the guests. Terrible service.

Germans are in their repertoire, if you want to take a shower, you have to give a 10 euro deposit + 4 euro shower, only cash, no card, the ATM fee on the side is 6 euros, you guys came up with a scheme where it is written that you have to leave a 10 euro deposit! so you sit down and you go and take a shower in France, where: great parking lots, showers, turnkey handover, toilets are free, and everything corresponds to driver! The Germans are far from the French with parking lots, showers, and especially toilets!

We just made a quick stop; we haven't had such nice service at a rest stop in a long time. The man with the blue-gray hair at Coffee Fellows does a great job. Big praise ;-)

Gasoline and charging are absolutely overpriced. The toilet facility was the last, broken toilets, empty soap dispensers and overfilled trash cans. And you have to pay for it... German rest stops have really become absolute filth with Serways

We spoke in English and the two persons where we wanted to pay answered us very rudely, we didn’t understand any German and they spoke loudly to us, very bad customer service it was one woman and one man. They should both be fired!!!!!!

Motorway service station. It's friendlier and it takes a while to find the elevator for people with limited mobility. You then need someone to run up the stairs and persuade the staff to please use the elevator. The toilets are then one floor lower. So it's better to use the fuel tank at the front.

Normal parking, only because of colleagues, very dirty asphalt, impossible to breathe, water at a gas station, shower 3 euros in exchange for a key, hot water in the shower, relatively clean, by the way, a very friendly and friendly guy worked at the checkout and no deposits were required ... Separately, I would like to note his work, it was very hot and it was clear that he was not comfortable, but he smiled at everyone and calmly did his job...

Large shaded parking lot especially for children's play cars. Outdoor tables, parasol. Catering, very friendly staff.

Gusticus apparently closes at 8 p.m., we were there at 7:15 p.m. and everything was said to be closed. Staff was unfriendly and was visibly annoyed with the customers. We left the remaining “fresh” sandwiches after two bites. They were really inedible.

Animals piss in the shower instead of using the room next door, you don't have to pay extra... Maybe you shouldn't go back to civilization if you don't know how to live in a society...

Motorway service station with friendly staff. The coffee is tasty and the prices are high, like everywhere else on the highway. The toilets are clean, the ticket costs €1 and is fully credited towards the purchase.

Very unfriendly staff and they don't think much of hygiene regulations. The food was put on the plate by hand, without gloves. In terms of taste, it wasn't that great either, just ready-made food.

If I hadn't needed a toilet so urgently I would have backed out. I was greeted by a very pungent smell of an outhouse like my grandparents had in their garden back then and the icing on the cake was that 3 toilets were very dirty and a receipt that I had paid for didn't come out of the machine at the beginning. It was relatively early in the morning but a rest stop toilet facility should have a minimum level of cleanliness.

The food is always the same at the rest stops. Much better than years ago. The staff is usually friendlier, unless they are overwhelmed. But was satisfied.

As we already wrote in the previous comment, the girl at the checkout asks for 10 € for a shower. When you tell her that it costs 3€, she says that 10€ is including service. Payment only in CASH! You can't pay with a card like this

The toilet was terribly dirty and smelly. The sales area is small, you have nowhere to turn. Avoid this rest stop.

Toilets moderately clean, soap dispensers empty or broken. Could be better. The coffee was expensive but ok.

Shower no. 2 tragedy! There is no toilet in the shower room, so users are likely to urinate while bathing. It stinks of urine inside. The basket is not empty and there are some food remains on the floor and in the sink or I don't know what they are. Overall, I don't recommend it, I'll avoid it next time.

I can't say much without offending. The "box" rations have little to do in quality, quantity and price with what they were when they were first introduced. The staff often leaves a lot to see. The cleaning, come on, leaves something to be desired. It's the first time in 13 years that I've seen a dirty, self-cleaning bathroom. Germany is no longer what it was. 😢

I can only say something about the food. Since there were no burgers or anything else that appealed to me, I chose the bratwurst. Unfortunately I can only advise against this. Very greasy, totally over-salted, the consistency takes some getting used to, a disaster for me. Well, hunger drove it in and a lot of hope kept it in there. Far too expensive for this quality. For the price I would expect much better quality. Otherwise the ambience is completely okay. The service was very friendly and customer focused. The toilets were probably clean, as you would expect from Serways. However, I don't know, I'm just assuming.
