Great rest break with children! Super clean and very well equipped children's toilet. Small children's toilet, changing cushion, clean and pleasant. The restaurant/food also went very smoothly. Children's menu was free when purchasing an adult menu! And a playground available! Completely fine!

Unfortunately, there is no option to award negative points. We stopped briefly because one of our children needed to go to the toilet. There was a Dacia with an Italian license plate at the gas pump trying to fill up with LPG. I asked if I could help. He explained to me that he had only had the car for a week and so didn't know exactly why the tap didn't fit. He had already been to the rest stop and was told that they couldn't help him. I couldn't believe that. So I accompanied him to the rest stop and asked the cashier for help. He put a suitcase with about 12 adapters on the counter and explained that you could borrow one for a deposit. He couldn't help with the election. There were no labels. So we named one for the test, but it didn't fit. We changed twice more. We were also unsuccessful with the third change. So I asked the cashier if it would be possible for an employee to come with the entire suitcase for a moment so that the right adapter could be found. He explained to me that he wasn't allowed to do that because of insurance coverage. I then asked to speak to the station manager. This came. I explained that we needed help. She couldn't help, it wasn't her job. I would have been very happy to help the older, very nice and polite gentleman from England who lives in Italy. Serways has shown himself at his worst. Sad!!!

I was there for a few weeks. First of all, the positive. The facility is clean and modern. The lady at the checkout was nice. Unfortunately, your colleague at the food counter is not. There is one star for the cleanliness and the other for the friendly cashier. It's a shame that so much potential is wasted here.

Shop varied and food good, but the price is rather expensive, just a motorway service station. Recommended for a stop, there is a small fenced-in playground outside for children, and there are tables and chairs for parents to eat/drink coffee.

I'm just wondering if the Serways management allows you to provide an ID card as a deposit for a shower. Car keys ok, I won't say anything, €20 as a deposit is a bit much but ok but ID card is excessive in my opinion. Otherwise the rest area is okay, the shower cubicle is pretty clean.

Quite a good rest stop. Lots of space and clean. Unfortunately there wasn't much green to pee on, so I went to the (actually overpriced) Sanifair facility. At least all the urinals here worked (no longer standard) and so you could do your business straight away despite being busy. Later I saw that there was a free toilet in the back of the truck area.

Yes, this rest stop is basically well organized, but I'm still really disappointed, the toilet costs €1, which you can then offset later with a coffee. After deducting that €1, you still have to pay a price, which I'm not prepared to do. The prices in this rest stop are too expensive for me. Whenever I'm traveling somewhere, I stop at rest stops like this. The operators of these rest areas should really think about whether this is the right way. Two stars deducted because of the prices.

Hello. For those who don’t like to sit in a cabin, I want to tell you how you can take a walk around Stuttgart and the surrounding area. We go from the parking lot about 2 km to the bus stop 119, buy a day ticket from the driver, it is valid until 7:00 the next day, the price is 8 euros, or 7.30 through the application. And we ride in zones 1 and 2 unlimitedly, on all types of transport, commuter trains are also included here. Because zone 1 is Stuttgart itself, and zone 2 is this town from where you will start. Stops usually have a zone map. On Sundays, too, transport runs normally.

They also have good food there, which is nice for relaxing and replenishing your strength, and the portions are also ok
