We're not particularly sensitive, but the restrooms (men's and women's) smell and are dirty. All but one of the men's restrooms was locked, unused. They still charge you €1 for that, which you can redeem for a Snickers bar for €2.60. Outrageous.

The staff was very nice. We ordered takeaway food from McDonald's, which was quick. The restroom itself was clean, but it still had a very strong smell, which was unfortunately not very pleasant.

Very busy. Apparently a busy place. Unfortunately, many vans that had stayed overnight were parked there, making it difficult to find a normal parking space.

Good day, the parking lot is excellent, very spacious, quiet, and peaceful. If you park near the gas station, it can be a bit noisy. The shower costs 4 € and you have to leave something, even cash, otherwise you won't get a shower. What you left will naturally be returned after the shower. The shower is clean and there is a toilet (so you don't have to pay twice). I didn't use the shared toilet. Food prices are standard for this type of parking lot/gas station. The food is delicious. I liked it and recommend it.

They turn off the coffee machine so I can buy coffee at the checkout.

They should put a dump truck outside. Otherwise, everything is fine. The food was good, and there's a playground for the kids.

The entire restroom area, right up to the sales area, reeks of urine. It's always the same at this rest stop! Public restrooms are sometimes cleaner and more hygienic. When we spoke to the cleaning staff about the unacceptable conditions, they pointed out the poor ventilation system. We believe that the entire premises only smell so pungently of urine when they wipe everything from point A to point B without using water or cleaning agents.

Everything is simply too expensive

Located on the hill directly before the traffic jam in Pforzheim. Plenty of parking and well-maintained restrooms. Good food is available here. A great place to take a breather.

Very tasty food, even late at night. We were there at 8:30 p.m. on a Monday evening on our way back from summer vacation and had breaded schnitzel with fries and Texas-style schnitzel. Both were delicious, and the lady who prepared the food for us was super friendly, despite the late hour. In short: a very pleasant atmosphere, delicious, and something for everyone. Excellent. We'd be happy to go back anytime. Thank you very much.

Okay. For a public parking lot with such heavy traffic, it's a very clean place. The shower is okay, but a bit pricey (4 euros) and there are no cashiers, and the car keys aren't enough – they want 20 euros or an ID as security. That's excessive in my opinion.

Everything is great, huge parking lot! Many locations for trucks and cars. Fast food, paid toilet, water only in toilets.

Hello. We were there at 10:00 PM for some delicious and cheap fries! You could pay for them with a toilet ticket.

Large parking lot. Good conditions for drivers

We were just here with a group of children for a break. Children who were even 2 cm taller weren't allowed to use the bathroom for free. If you have to make money off of 7-year-olds, that's pretty poor.

If you need a break, you can do so here. There was plenty of room for a car.

No toilet paper or soap in sight, and unfortunately, no staff either, who I could have asked for it. Unfortunately, the Servays service at many rest stops is getting worse and worse. It's a shame. I've always been happy to pay for a clean restroom, but these days, it's often just disgusting.

This was my second or third time at the rest stop. As always, it was impeccably clean, and the restaurants were very inviting. We had brought food from home, and thanks to a break in the rain, we were able to sit outside on the benches. I think it's okay for a rest stop.

Hmm, there are better options... Parking lot heavily littered... There's a strong smell of urine everywhere, lighting could be better, some good "fear spaces" have been created here. McDonald's is closed at night, which makes no sense if you want to take a break. All in all, keep driving; there are better rest areas along the A8.

We stopped there quickly while passing through. We actually wanted a coffee, but the local club didn't open until 9:00 a.m., which the manager of the club rudely shouted at us.

I paid €1 for the restroom, and the cashier carefully watched the entire rush of people paying, as if it were his responsibility. Very dirty toilets and a lack of toilet paper awaited me. I passed this on to the cashier, who waved me off, saying it wasn't his job!

Very friendly staff. Lots of selection. Very clean restrooms. They cost 1 euro, but if you buy something, you can hand over the receipt and have the euro deducted. The prices are good, too.

The location is just the bomb, 15 minutes walk and you are at the bus stop from which you can get to the city, fans of Mercedes or Porsche brands welcome to the museums, it is interesting, but nothing more. Also in 10 minutes of accessibility there is a complex of 4 wonderful swimming pools, with slides and a diving board, all this pleasure costs only 5 euros and this is for the whole day. As for parking, there is a lot of space, but by the evening there is not enough for everyone, 1 urinal and 2 toilets, which are clogged one after another because of colleagues flushing paper and not only into the toilet, despite all this, only pleasant impressions remained.

Normally, I always spend some time looking for something to eat. Here, they have these ordering displays where you can choose everything, pay, and wait in your spot until your order is ready. Restaurants like this by the highway aren't usually cheap, but I'm convinced we would have paid more if we'd ordered from McDonald's. The food was ready quickly. And!... The staff who helped us were really friendly. Recommended!

The gas station and the parking lot, even the staff deserve a 10. What disgusted me was the reaction of the people around when an underground garbage bunker caught fire. Out of the dozens of people there, only two and the gas station staff helped me calm the fire until the firefighters arrived. Civic sense leaves much to be desired. Fuel costs about 50 cents more than at any other gas station. Other products are of standard quality but at high prices.

Motorway service stations have always been expensive, but it's audacious when, in addition to the €6.99 bratwurst and roll, they also charge €0.79 for a 15ml sachet of medium-hot Löwensenf, which costs around €0.12 to buy. Very friendly service at the coffee bar, but then at the food counter...impossible...one as incompetent as the other. Neither of them could explain to the customer who came after me how the automated ordering terminal worked. Instead, they made me stand there waiting, only to give up at some point and then give up on the customer... When they still couldn't get my order, I simply left... if you can't sell anything, you won't sell anything.... Two points ONLY for the coffee bar...ps: Sunday, June 29, 2025, around 10:15 a.m., and we were very hungry....tough luck.

I visited the Serways Denkendorf rest stop and was overall satisfied. Restrooms: The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is a huge plus for a rest stop. Coffee machine: I got a coffee from the machine. It tasted perfectly fine – not a barista's delight, but just right for a quick break on the road. Prices: The prices are a bit high – like at most rest stops – but that's to be expected these days. Service: I can't comment on the staff as I didn't have direct contact. Conclusion: A solid rest stop for the road with clean restrooms and acceptable coffee. Overall, 4 stars.

Normal large monitored parking lot. At the station shower, toilet paid. There could be a little more shade. And the possibility of a detour so that you could reverse the truck into the paradise. After 5 pm it is very difficult to find a spot. Proximity to the airport if someone does not mind planes and refrigerators. The parking lot is well-kept and clean.

Stopped for a quick rest on the way home. It's a rest stop, as you'd expect.

Completely overpriced. The board above the employees said €12 for seven fish nuggets with fries and remoulade. The ordering machine even wanted €16. It's a disgrace. You should stay grounded somewhere. Besides, I didn't get full, and the fish nuggets weren't seasoned. I wouldn't recommend it. It's a shame the North Sea isn't here anymore, because you can find a McDonald's on every corner.

Large quiet parking lot, friendly service

Gas prices are a bit high. However, there is parking and a place to eat. The child gets a free children's menu, which was a pleasant surprise.

The toilets were horribly dirty, despite the fee! This is unacceptable!

This is where I got our two new cats. 🤗 Before anyone starts hating, everything was officially from an animal welfare organization. As for the rest stop: very clean restrooms and friendly employees. But hopelessly overpriced.

Good parking. Relatively clean, if only colleagues would not walk under the wheel. There is a place to walk. The store is 2 km away. One km from the parking there is an open swimming pool, large, with diving boards and a slide, there is also a shower there. The cost of the pool for the whole day is 4 euros. There is also a stadium, the local league often plays, 4 euros for entry.

There is now a MC here, the staff throughout the facility are friendly and helpful, there are parking spaces for trucks, but of course not enough, after 5 p.m. it is almost impossible to get a parking space there, the sanitary facilities are clean and you can use them for the usual rip-off fee... Great station, although it's hard to find a place for a truck, very well-kept showers for €3, you can do laundry if you need it, I recommend it.
