Der Parkplatz sieht aus wie eine Müllhalde. Übervolle Abfalleimer und an jedem steht noch Müll. Die Toiletten kosten 1 Euro und sind so verdreckt das man sie nur mit viel Mut benutzen kann. Beschämend, ein Stern ist noch zu viel.

Toiletten viel zu klein dimensioniert für 2 Restaurants, dazu alt, rostig und schmutzig (Urin auf dem Boden), Handtuchspender sind leer, Toilettenpapier klemmt. McDonald’s nimmt keine Bestellungen an wegen technischen Problemen

Wir haben nur den MCD erlebt, aber der war sauber, gut, freundlich und schnell.

Waren bei mc‘s und habe 20 Nuggets bestellt und 2 Bürger bekommen die waren nicht lecker hab das erst gesehen also ich weg war

Ansonsten ein nettes Lokal. Schade nur, dass es nicht für Kaffee geöffnet ist, obwohl Personal da ist.

Super schöne schnucklige Raststätte mit Sitzmöglichkeiten im Grünen und im Schatten. War alles sauber und in Ordnung, einzig die Toiletten haben stark gerochen.

Leider sehr nachgelassen, kein leckeres Essen in den Auslagen. Warum auch Abends um 21.00 Uhr 🤔 MC Donalds daneben macht eben alles kaputt. Schnell, laut, stinkend, vermühlt. Schade

Ganz OK, Bezahlbare Snacks,Saubere Sanitäranlagen,das richtige für eine kurze Pause.

So wie immer unsere Pausenstop. Aber diesemal auf der anderen Seite..... Parkplatz ist größer als der gegenüber. WC ist sauber und passt trotz das man kleines Geld bezahlen muss. Das mac donals drinne ist bissel blöd so haste da mehr Besucher und mehr Lärm. Die Raststätte ist in Ordnung alles sauber und Personal passt. Wir werden immer trotzdem dort rast machen egal welche seite.

Eine wütende Kundin hat uns angeschrien. Man sollte lernen, wie man mit Kunden umgeht. Wir haben nichts gekauft, weil der Service unterirdisch war. Gehen Sie lieber woanders hin.

Wie immer,Toiletten verschmutzt ,kostet aber 70 Cent

Alles gut, das Porzellan ist sauber, man kann gut zu zweit sitzen :-) Ich glaube, es hat 1 € gekostet, aber ich erinnere mich nicht genau. Es war ruhig, ich habe die ganze Nacht durchgeschlafen, die Ware war auf Lager und ich bin am Leben, also ist nichts Schlimmes passiert. Ich kann es für eine ruhige Nacht nur empfehlen!

Ich habe das bestellte Essen nicht erhalten, man konnte mir keinen gleichwertigen Ersatz anbieten und die Rückerstattung gestaltete sich kompliziert.

Das Schlimmste war, dass ich mein Essen nicht erhalten habe und es Probleme mit der Rückgabe gab.

Ich bin nicht rassistisch, aber die beiden Chinesen hatten keine Lust zu arbeiten. Der eine wollte keinen Kaffee machen, der andere verlangte 4,50 Euro für einen Espresso. Karl fragte: „4,50 Euro? Warum ist der so teuer?“ Er antwortete: „Weil die Kaffeemaschine kaputt war und statt Espresso einen doppelten Espresso gemacht hat.“ Ich bat ihn, ihn umzutauschen, woraufhin er mich anfuhr und mir trotzdem einen ungenießbaren Espresso machte. Als ich ihm dann auf Chinesisch antwortete, waren er und sein Freund nach ihrem Lachen völlig überrascht.

Netter und freundlicher Service

Ich bin sprachlos. Die Toilettennutzung kostet hier mittlerweile 1€, was ich für ein Grundbedürfnis wirklich frech finde. Zudem gibts für den Preis nicht mal Seife. Wir hatten zwei Bons und wollten die gleich für etwas einlösen, damit die 2€ nicht ganz umsonst waren.. Nicht mal das war möglich, da Pro Artikel nur 1 Bon einzulösen geht.

McDonald's ist zwar 'nur' McDonald's, aber die Bedienung (wohl aus Indonesien oder Malaysia) und der Service hier sind super freundlich und kompetent.

Wird sanifair angeboten und leider funktioniert dies nicht und ebenso fehlt seife. :/

Essen von Mac Donalds empfehle ich nicht

Ganz okay, Toilettenbenutzung kostet 1 Euro. McDonald's ist im selben Gebäude. Alles in allem ein netter Ort, um sich Proviant oder Proviant für die Reise zu besorgen und sich die Beine zu vertreten. Die Preise sind ähnlich wie in Dänemark, etwas höher als im Supermarkt.

Saubere Dusche 3 € + zusätzlich Eintrittsgebühr am Tor 1 €. Unfreundlicher Service.

Das Essen war total alt, roch unangenehm und schmeckte scheußlich. Ich hoffe, ich überlebe es noch, wenn ich dort esse. An der Kasse saß ein junges Mädchen, das von einigen Frauen, die sich als Chefin ausgaben, schikaniert wurde. Sie behandelten sie und mich als Kundin mit einer herrischen Art. Ich war total angewidert.

Für eine Raststätte konnte ich mich nicht beklagen. Preise waren verhältnismäßig okay und das Belegte Baguette war tatsächlich sehr frisch und lecker.

29€ für zweimal Curryuwrst und zwei Getränke in einem dreckigen Speiseraum, auf die man dann auch noch über 15 Minuten warten muss, ist schon sehr unangemessen.

Wenn man sich dieses Café ansieht, merkt man wohl, dass die deutsche Raststätte die Folgen ihrer Preiserhöhungen zu spüren bekommt. Das Café schließt schon vor 17 Uhr. Und hier gibt es auch noch einen McDonald's. Ja, es ist Heiligabend, und die Leute bereiten sich auf ein Weihnachtsfest im Kreise ihrer Familie vor. Es sind nur wenige Autos unterwegs. Aber die mobilen Toiletten in der Nähe des Cafés deuten darauf hin, dass es schon länger nicht mehr so ​​gut läuft. Die Nachfrage der Verbraucher könnte wieder anziehen, wenn die Preise niedriger wären. 🎄 Frohe Weihnachten!

Hallo wir waren bei serways pünktlich 21:30 ist geschlossen und viel Leute steht im Parkplatz normalerweise hat geschrieben 24 stunden offen und jetzt Weihnachtsferien benutzt Leute Autobahn danke.

Öffnungszeiten werden nicht eingehalten, 1h 30min. Haben wir davor gewartet und keiner macht die Tür auf, Toiletten ähneln einer Müllhalde und das essen schmeckt wie aus der Biotonne, nie wieder...

Am Abend ab schon 20Uhr geschlossen aufgrund von Personalmangel.. Mit Kleinkind im Wagen unpraktisch.. Ich schreibe im Namen von 5+ Kunden: unfreundliches Personal und dreckiger Laden.

Geschlossen in den Abendstunden. Toilettengang nicht möglich. Für eine Raststätte schlecht.

Also so inkompetent kann man ja gar nicht sein. Wir waren die einzigen, die dort bestellt haben und trotzdem haben sie die Bestellung vermasselt (die Hälfte vergessen und dann auch noch falsches gegeben).

Leider muss man einen Stern vergeben. 5 Minus wären angebracht. Personal vollkommen überfordert, kein Essen mehr um 12 Uhr. Die ganze Raststätte ist dreckig, die Toiletten grauenvoll.

...out of 5 or 6 (I'm not sure anymore) toilets in the women's restroom, only one was open... all the others were broken, according to the staff... there was a queue... quite dirty, and then having to pay a euro for that... didn't seem justified... and you're happy to pay if the toilets are clean... ...the staff member we spoke to was somewhat unwilling and unfriendly... simply walked away during our conversation... ...not satisfactory...

The food is not tasty, the toilet is paid, I do not recommend it!

18:20 closed, supposedly a water failure, and 2 toi toi were put up. Failure!!

The one robust female employee with short red hair was unfortunately in a very bad mood. She kept a sulky expression the whole time and prepared the food carelessly, sometimes just stuffing it into boxes with her hands. Hygiene aside, it didn't taste too bad and was still warm.

The ladies at the checkout don't seem to be very enthusiastic or customer-friendly. You pay for your overpriced coffee (okay, that's typical at motorway service stations) and then they practically throw you a paper cup and expect you to make your own coffee.

First off, the food is very tasty for a rest stop. I do have one small complaint, though: the staff was extremely slow... I've never seen anyone work so slowly anywhere else. Still, 5 stars 👍

It's a shame that the restaurant is closing and another McDonald's is opening! You can hardly get a normal breakfast, lunch, or dinner anywhere anymore!

Restroom topic: The friendliness of the gentleman who handles the change needs some serious work... I don't know if a customer in such a bad mood should be ripped off; next time, I'd rather pee in a bush. Neither of the soap dispensers was refilled, but luckily, the gentlemen didn't mind me getting some from their room. At least they were nice! ;)

Dirty, but paying for the toilet is okay if it's cleaned. Toilet seats were dirty, and the automatic cleaning system didn't work.

Waiting in line for 15 minutes for a coffee when there are only two people in front of you, and then receiving a Milka chocolate that was already completely white due to age. Ugh.

€1 for clean restrooms? Totally acceptable! Especially since you can get the completely overpriced, overly weak coffee for a bit less with a voucher. As I said, if it's clean, it's not full of shit. You probably won't want to eat there anymore!

Every time we drive to the Baltic Sea or Berlin, we stop here. No matter the time, the ladies and gentlemen in the kitchen are always nice and friendly. And the food tastes good, which isn't always a given at rest stops.

Spoiler alert: My review relates exclusively to the restrooms. Unfortunately, there's a lack of toilet paper and terrible hygiene in the women's restroom. The men's restroom was locked. These are Sanifair restrooms, which require a fee. I can't comment on the other services. However, the staff member responded kindly when I pointed this out to her.

Delicious coffee, smooth service, it's ok

We regularly stop on the west and east sides. Sure, it's a bit more expensive, but it's right next to the highway. The cleanliness of the outside area is acceptable, but everyone needs to take a look at themselves. The toilet fee has increased in recent years and can only be offset against the purchase of an item. Therefore, we always bring a fresh coffee with us; we've never ordered food. If you don't want to use the toilet fee, you have to exit the highway or drive to the nearest free rest area, where the cleanliness is usually even worse. All in all, recommended.

I like stopping there. The staff is always friendly, as they were today, just before they closed for work. Everything's clean, and there's always something for me to eat... schnitzel with fries. 😋👍🏼

Hard baguette (from the day before?), orders aren't understood, and what's absolutely unacceptable: employees rude to customers. At least there are plenty of seats in the parking lot, some with shade.

Just a simple rest stop. Restrooms cost extra, and everything else comes from a deep fryer, except for the coffee.

The toilets stink, not everything works (e.g., the toilet seat is broken), and you pay €1 for that. There's no soap, and the guy behind the counter chats forever with his friend (apparently, he didn't know the language). I don't know who's in charge of service and the toilets, but it's not nice.

Disgusting clogged toilets that don't work yet and they want money for it

I didn't eat or drink there, but the restroom was a disaster: dirty and smelly, but the best (or rather, worst) part was that the cleaning lady (a woman) entered the men's room literally seconds after I unzipped my fly. She could have knocked earlier, or she could have backed out upon seeing me without pants, but not only didn't, she started mopping the floor right next to my feet. I can't remember when I felt so uncomfortable. I tried to speak to the manager, but I was told, "He's not here." Maybe she reads the comments? Because other Google Maps users certainly do. Disgusting

I'm giving it one star for the friendliness of the staff and the delicious hot chocolate. There's zero hygiene when preparing food. The restroom was simply disgusting early in the morning. There was urine on the toilet seats, toilet paper all over the floor. It's a disgrace to charge for something like that.

Very friendly staff and delicious sandwiches, without mayo! Update December 2023/January 2024: The two women's parking spaces are almost always occupied by men. Since I don't want to get out in a dark corner and then walk to the bistro, you'll have to do without me as a customer. Perhaps replacing the lights on the "Women's Parking" sign would help. One star less as of today, and I've lost a long-time customer. Payment only by card, you seem to be making a noise!

So far, it's a rest area like many others. Except the playground is very dirty with trash and cigarette butts, and some parts are broken.

The parking lot and dining room made a decent impression. Espresso was served in a paper cup, even though I wanted to eat something in the restaurant. I can't recommend the breakfast offering of fried egg and bacon. It was dripping oil that tasted of all sorts of things; it wasn't enjoyable.
