Not recommended. Men's toilets dirty, don't drain and some are broken. When eating, the fries are forgotten, the coffee is really full, but as thin as dishwater. Another negative example for German rest stops.

Were there for a short stop at the weekend. I don't like giving out bad reviews, but I've never experienced anything like that. You come in, it smells like a toilet, the counter area had been freshly wiped. The cleaner was just complaining to herself, what you didn't understand about, wiped the men's toilet, complained complained, then women's toilets, complained complained, got a sausage at the counter and the good lady just complained, no suitable money, whether you couldn't order faster etc. We went out there with many others and we all just shook our heads. Of course the girls were all stressed, the journey back was busy, but that's not possible! We come by there more often, maybe it's better then and there'll be a positive review, but definitely not today!

1 star is still too much. Toilets were dirty and employees were extremely unfriendly. The kids menu didn't include drinks and surprises - but the price was the same. Overall we felt very uncomfortable.

We had a very good experience. Toilet paid but free😁 First you pay 1€ per person, but you get a voucher 1€ per person for the shop/tea/coffee. One voucher one payment, so we take 2 separate drinks and pay twice, each time using a voucher. Nice workers there, helpful.

Everyone got their fat off before me because they didn't immediately know whether the coffee should be small or large... it was my turn because I hadn't read properly because I wanted to use the toilet voucher for a magazine... . and a poor employee because he didn't know exactly how to help a boy. Unfortunately 1 star for the behavior of the "superior" employee, who behaves very derogatory and unfriendly towards her foreign colleagues! Maybe she should have worked herself instead of standing around chatting with guests!!! Every now and then, a please and thank you - it's not too much to ask, even as a superior. Just because there are small communication problems doesn't mean you have to stand behind someone shaking your head and annoyed when they politely ask if they can get help. Be happy that there are people who want to work and put up with you!

A pleasant pit Stop with children play area, and Pay and use toilets, 1 € which can redeemed at your purchase. Vegitarian and Vegan eatable options are available as well. Extra siting area outside. But no tank station, or I might have not seen it. But fir electric vehicles there are 2 charging stations available.

Guys, I'm excited... Even though it was quite busy, it was lunchtime and there were a lot of families out and about, our order was ready very quickly. Currywurst and sauce fresh and delicious, fries hot, crispy and well seasoned. I didn't know that it could actually taste good at a motorway service station! Compliments and if it were possible I would give 10 stars 😍

Too few parking spaces. The Sanifair toilet was really dirty. There was no toilet paper, no soap and no towels. Having to pay for something like that is a disgrace.

Advertising a sanitary facilities, which are of course not free. After you pay, you’ll find these facilities are everything BUT sanitary. Mens bathroom lacks cleaning, smell is horrifying and the top of the iceberg-no toilet paper. We stopped at 5 Serways tank&rast stops and not one sanitary bathroom, not one clean shower, always no toilet paper. It felt like a trip to a third world country.

Demand money for the toilet, but there is no service. Toilet paper and towels were all gone.

The toilets were 50% defective and totally filthy. Nevertheless you pay the euro. When we tried to redeem our shared vouchers for a bag of m&ms, we were told that only one of each item could be redeemed. The employee was extremely and friendly and advised my wife, daughter and I to stay at home if we didn't like it.

6 euros for a Goulash soup that ended up being completely cold. After I returned it to the staff, one of them told me they can't do anything about it, the other put it in the microwave. The taste was quite poor too.

Relatively large parking lot, rest area along the highway. The shop is spacious, you can find everything that can be expected in such a place. The fast food buffet and coffee shop are also suitable, with a wide selection and fast service. The seller was very kind and helpful. The toilet is paid (you can also pay by card).

2x fries & currywurst with 2x cola for almost €30. Each sauce (mayo, ketchup,...) costs extra. You could really put more effort into the prices. Toilet €1, voucher. If I have to go to the toilet after eating, it's no longer of any use to me. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. But the main thing is that they explain to me that I can still buy an apple with the voucher. Could be reconsidered.

Gastronomy is okay, but the outdoor area is a disaster, the cigarette butts are littered all over the place even though there are plenty of containers for disposal.

We only used the toilets, everything was clean and in order. If you are traveling with children, there is a playground right in front of the restaurant where the children can get some exercise during their break from driving.

A gas station with a shop with a wide range of products. You can buy warm and tasty cooked meals. There are toilets, unfortunately paid, but kept clean. Plenty of parking space, also for trucks. The surroundings are beautiful, there are forest trails nearby.

Sorry, but anyone who charges €1 for peeing should also take care of the sanitary facilities. In one cabin, the cleaning function of the toilet seat was broken, and one of two taps also didn't work. Rarely have I seen such a run-down Sanifair facility.

Nothing to complain about. Everything fine

Paid €30 for 2 normal rolls and 2 croissants. You don't have enough spread. You only get 1 cheese, a cooked ham and a slice of salami. You can at least think about it and add a slice of cucumber or lettuce. I understand higher prices, especially at gas stations, but this can't be beaten in terms of audacity. Here they obviously want to make the highest profit and completely neglect the quality of the food. I give 1 star because less is not possible and because there was a play area for children.
