Highly recommended and very affordable

I waited two and a half hours for my order. As a freight train driver, I unfortunately have to rely on this nonsense. After an 18-round shift, you're happy to be able to eat something. And so, I'm awake for an extra 2.5 hours. When I called the pizzeria, they said, "The driver will be right there." Even though the pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. Outrageous. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again!!!

The food was nothing like what I ordered, it was awful.

Ordered food for the first time. The delivery took much longer than expected (okay, that could be due to traffic), but then one of the dishes was wrong. When I called, the person on the phone was more or less understanding. When I said, "We'd really like it now," after being asked snidely if we wanted the correct dish now or something else next time, the response was, "Okay, next time you'll get double the food!" ?!?!?!? Well, we started eating... what can I say, disgusting. We actually tried it, but all four dishes ended up in the trash. Revolting! We will never order again!!

Very unfriendly service that does not try to understand people

I'm truly speechless at how bad my Serrano order was. The food was a complete disappointment—cold, tasteless, and simply thrown together without care. The service was just as bad: unfriendly, irritated, and completely uninterested in the customers. You felt like you were a nuisance if you even ordered anything. Honestly, I wonder how this restaurant still has customers. One thing is for sure: never again. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Well... a perfectly passable and greasy pizza, one you can reasonably eat if you're a little under the weather and can't find anything else to eat. The service was moderately friendly, and the place is quite uncomfortable. There are plenty of authentic, good Italian pizzas in Munich, and they're also reasonably priced, so you can save yourself the trip here. Another downtown place that only survives on walk-up customers and drunk customers late at night.

Fast delivery and very nice supplier

The food was so awful. The pasta I ordered was in my stomach for less than two minutes, and I had to rush to the bathroom. At least I got my revenge on the restaurant with a cola-like diarrhea mixture that splattered all over the toilet. If you need a stomach cleanse or have been having bowel problems lately, everything here is flushed out and freshened. I generally like the Indian music that sometimes plays in the restaurant. Overall, a 5-star experience. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Worst pizzeria in all of Munich!

Worst service I've ever experienced. They arrived an hour late and then kept shoving three people in my face. After a while, they stopped answering my phone, even though I only wanted to ask why my food was late, and the answer kept coming: "He's gone now." He's gone now. Thank God, you could see he was lying at Lieferando. I ordered two hours ago, and the food still hasn't arrived.

I ordered food and it was so bad! The order arrived after 80 minutes. I ordered drinks and paid online. They only delivered the noodles, no drinks! I called them and they just said, "Yeah, next time!" I threw the food straight in the trash; it was disgusting!

Long wait times, pizza drier than the Sahara, and grumpy service. You really shouldn't have to do that.

I ordered here and was very disappointed. The delivery was so late that I considered making a pizza myself – it probably would have been quicker and better. The dough was so hard that I briefly thought I'd ordered a loaf of bread. There was plenty of arugula, presumably to make up for the lack of flavor and the olives, which I paid for but never saw. Absolutely not recommended!!

BIG SCAMMERS!!! I just read some reviews of this pathetic place and it turns out it had scammed many people (DIE FOTOS SIND SEHR EKLIGGGG🤮). Ordered food through Uber Eats which never arrived. When we called the restaurant the staff was rude, not helpful and told us to order from somewhere else, although we had tried to explain to him that we had already ordered. He hung up on us and did not answer the phone. Thankfully, we were able to get a refund from Uber Eats.

My order arrived after 3 hours without a drink, you have the most inexperienced couriers

The guy was 45 minutes late. The number provided is unreachable. Also, only one of two special pizzas arrived, and the pizzas were uncut. I find that pretty cheeky.

If I could give 0 I would have done it long ago. We ordered the pizza for dinner at lunch and paid straight away. It arrived at 11:40 p.m. instead of 9:30 p.m., but only because we called everyone. At first they pretended to be the wrong person and only confirmed their mistake on the second call. They said the pizza would arrive in 15-20 minutes, but it arrived after 50 minutes. We ordered 3 pizzas for ages. One was supposed to have pesto, but I didn't taste any pesto, it was just burnt. As an apology they brought a bottle of Coke, which doesn't make the situation any better. First they arrived late, then we got the wrong pizza and it was burnt too. The other pizzas were dry too. Please cancel until you've poisoned someone, because baking really isn't your thing🥰😇🥰

I'm actually very sensitive to food. I actually think the Margarita pizza is very good, it's just a shame that there's so much oil in it, maybe reduce it a little bit then it'll be healthier :) you still get the 5 stars

So, this is really the last option if you're hungry Ordered for home. Delivery arrived. 2 hours later, of course, the Coke bottle wasn't delivered, but of course it was cashed. And the highlight was the tiramisu without chocolate powder and still frozen Simply inedible food that ended up in the trash can despite being hungry. I don't simply understand the good reviews. On top of that, I called the branch and asked about it and just hung up on my face Never again…..

It's a shame that you can't give zero stars. This delivery service is really only a last option when there is no other option. Even then, you can't be sure that the order will arrive at all - about every second order ends in nothing. This time the order was placed over an hour before closing time, but the stated delivery time was already significantly longer. It almost seems as if they are deliberately trying to scare away paying customers. It's hard to believe how a company with an already bad reputation manages to further undermine the trust of its customers.

We were well served, but the pizza was not spectacular. For Munich, it was an excellent price and a good option for those looking to save money.

Really disgusting food, definitely leftovers delivered from the whole day, far too little and not tasty and paid so much money for it, not even worth one star, don't order!!!!!

I ordered spare ribs with fries and 2 ears of corn. I paid a total of €20 for this. Now look at how cheeky they are!!! An ear of corn split and sold as 2 and then the 4 tiny spare ribs. There are also 2 - 3 fries. How do you think the customer would be happy with that? And ask yourself how you would feel if you received something like this for €20??? RUDE!!!!

I wasn't at all happy with my last order. At the time I was also considering whether I should penalize Serrano negatively for this, but then I decided not to. Today I had another terrible delivery time, BUT... and that should be emphasized positively: The delivery person was a nice, older gentleman and was able to convincingly convey to me that there was just a lot to do at the moment, and I also had compensation received, which is not a given and the quality of the food was extremely good compared to the previous order. I'm a person who doesn't just see black and white and today I'm just very satisfied despite the long wait.

Food per value of money was more than good if you order 14.9 offer - family pizza. Good for 3 or 4 people. If you like to eat mix, go asked at the pizza station and talk to him with few good words. Overall, our experience was great. Let's see other people responses.

Can't agree with the many bad reviews. The food was passable, no surprises afterwards and it didn't taste bad. It wasn't a star restaurant but it certainly wasn't bad! Please do not rate it unrealistically!

Super tasty food with a fair price

I wanted to have a nice evening with my girls and ordered via Lieferando at 7:10 p.m. It said the order should be there in three quarters of an hour, but it never came. After we called several times in vain, the order was only delivered three hours after the actual arrival time. On Lieferando it said that it had already arrived, but it never did. Of course there is a lot going on on New Year's Eve and there are a lot of customers to serve, but this in no way excuses the extreme lateness and the intransigence of the employees. After the fourth call we answered, we wanted to cancel, but the driver had just left, but there was no refund. I'm still waiting for my food, but I won't be ordering there again.

Serrano Pizza is more than okay! Certainly not a 5, but certainly not a 1 star shop either... as a half-Italian I can say with a clear conscience that the pizza is not a good Italian pizza, but - if you approach the matter realistically - it comes close to it (nicely thinner dough) and above average. Level of various delivery services is. I also had one or two unnecessary/not so friendly discussions with staff, but everything was within reason. Rating ONLY refers to pickup, but if you can't walk 10 minutes, it's your own fault if the pizza arrives wrong/late or cold ;)

Best food I have ever eaten and can only be recommended

Normally everything was always OK but yesterday we ordered a large pizza and never again, the pizza comes out of every orifice in my body :(

Disaster. Way too long waiting times and bad pizza

Here food is an emergency solution. But even if you order here it feels like it's only delivered every two times? Ordered an hour and a half before closing time, expected arrival time was well after closing time. The branch has not been reachable since shortly after the ordering process. Now the question is, how can a store that already has poor expectations be even more embarrassing to customers?

We waited over an hour for our 3 pizzas, but in the end the delivery person came with the pizzas and as an apology he brought us a Paulaner specialist. BUT one pizza was completely wrong, I called back straight away and said yes you could get a discount on the next order, mhm sure. In any case, I still tasted the pizza, it was an absolute flop, it tasted like a warmed up washcloth with a little sauce, nothing more. I would advise anyone not to order from this restaurant, let alone eat. Absolute failure NEVER again!!! If it were possible, I would give 0 or even fewer stars.

Ordered two pizzas from Lieferando. The pizzas were delivered in 20 mins and filled with toppings. Pajji was very friendly. Very satisfying. Recommend.

Great delivery with a little free attention

Cheap for Munich and open late, but unfortunately I had to wait almost an hour for the pizza and the edges were burnt. Otherwise, the pizza tastes okay for the price and at 1:30 a.m. - definitely better than eating at McDonald's or KFC.

We couldn't deliver food because I supposedly didn't have a doorbell, a foreign number was supposedly given (which is not true). Became loud and unfriendly on the phone. Food never arrived.

The pizza is completely loaded with fat, like a casserole and took over 40 minutes. Owner very unfriendly. Never again!

After a wonderful concert, we quickly ordered dinner. Half an hour after the scheduled delivery, I called and asked. The woman on the phone was rude and made me look stupid. Once and never again. Even after 3 hours the food didn't come and neither Lieferando nor PayPal wanted to help.

Order was said over the phone about 30 minutes delivery arrived in more than an hour and a half...

What a magnificent box. Seriously. The comfortable cardboard packaging really distracts from the soporific interior. I was already dead tired, but the disgusting taste of the “pizza” almost forced me to go to the toilet. So I recommend that every customer press the dish back into the delivery person's face and wish them a nice rest of the morning after waiting all night for their food.

I'm always happy to discover new places that seem inconspicuous at first glance, but then surprise me positively. This is what happened with “Serrano Pizza Heimservice”: On a sunny Sunday, after visiting a museum, we walked hungrily along Barer Straße (Maxvorstadt), past expensive Indian restaurants and sushi shops with prices beyond all reason (around 18 euros per dish - without a drink), all full of the city's students Munich. Perhaps what counts for guests here is the “style” of which restaurant is “hip” at the moment, mixed with a pinch of “peer pressure”. So we strolled on and discovered “Serrano Pizza” at Barer Str. 84a. The prices for a pizza from 6.90 euros, pasta from 7.90 euros, schnitzel with fries and salad for 9.90 euros or burgers (also with vegetarian alternatives) from 9.90 euros and 2.50 euros for 1 liter of apple spritzer (Cola, Spezi, etc.) we found appropriate and fair for a snack in times of sharply increased prices in restaurants (in 2024). Visually, this restaurant is reminiscent of a classic snack bar. There is a wide counter, a few tables with four chairs each inside and outside, no special highlights or distinct design language. The counter offers many so-called “Gastronorm” containers, none of which were filled this Sunday. I suspect that there are various dishes to choose from here during the week, which can be kept warm and served straight away (like you would find at snack bars). We ordered a "vegetarian pizza" (single for 6.90 euros) and a turkey schnitzel (breaded turkey with fries and a side salad for 9.90 euros). We were very positively surprised: The "Pizza Vegetarian" was not only a visual delight (see photo), but also impressed in terms of taste with a rich selection of ingredients such as cheese and tomato sauce, zucchini, peppers, corn, onions, (pitted) olives, Pepperoni, broccoli and even spinach. The fresh green herbs were particularly noteworthy, adding a pleasant aromatic accent. This variety of ingredients is rarely found on a classic vegetarian pizza these days. Really good! We also tried the turkey schnitzel with fries and salad. This looked very appealing and tasted absolutely excellent. The breading was perfect: thin and crispy without being greasy. The shape of the schnitzel was also very appealing (see photo). The schnitzel was perfect and tasted very good! The fries were fresh and crispy. When I asked, I received two portions of ketchup and mayonnaise. The small side salad was wonderfully complemented by a light yogurt dressing. A big recommendation, really great! What I would like here: A selection of sauces for schnitzel that you can choose from - for a small additional charge. My wish here would at least be a well-prepared mushroom cream sauce like a typical Jägerschnitzel. That would be a dream! In addition to pizzas and schnitzels, there is also pasta, finger food, scampi/fish, other meat dishes (such as spare ribs, chili con carne), burgers, risotto, baked potatoes, salads and even bubble tea. There is also a good selection for vegetarian guests with pizzas, pasta dishes, risotto, baked potatoes with chives and cheese gratin and even burgers (with a veggie patty). Overall, a clear recommendation for everyone who wants to eat lovingly prepared and good pizzas and really tasty schnitzels with fries and salad and pay attention to a fair price-performance ratio! Unfortunately I can't report anything about the other dishes on offer, but we'll definitely try them out on future visits. We are excited! Kind regards also to the two friendly employees who served us that day!

It's a great shop as a Späti, since there aren't many in Munich I'm happy about any of the shops, especially very cool if you still feel like a pizza at night 🤗 I'd love to come here!

We ordered pizza, it was a bit of a finished pizza and they just didn't do it with extra mozzarella for 2€ and a 2€ tip for nothing was really not recommended, a waste of money!!!! Edit: after 3 months we gave the store another chance and ordered 2x Kaiserschmarrn and 1x Tiramisu. After a delivery time of 50 minutes, the tiramisu arrived at night still almost completely frozen. The Kaiserschmarrn was inedible, very hard chunks, that was all.

Just ordered for the first time and relied on Lieferando's reviews. Well, we go to bed hungry and upset. Instead of fries, the dish came with rice (without agreement!) Spare ribs are probably a joke?! Make up your own mind! Paid over €30 for it!! Money will be brought back. (Delivery was quick and the delivery person was friendly)

To be honest, the store absolutely serves its purpose. It's a quick service restaurant and has super long opening hours. I think the pizza is really tasty if you don't order/pick up/go there expecting a restaurant.

I really like their Pizza. It is tasty you can choose different sizes and the prize is really reasonable. I either go in to take the pizza home or I stay and sit down at one of their tables. They have a good selection of wines and other drinks, snacks like chips/ crisps can be bought as well. Is it the best pizza in town? No, and yet it is tasty, done fast, right size and the prize is right. The only other dish on the menu I have tried was the mango cream. The taste was ok just that it was frozen when I believe it should have been not ☺️

It just doesn't taste delicious

Pizza dough, tomato sauce and cheese were tasteless, the toppings couldn't save the pizza. The salads were okay, but with the wrong dressing. The delivery was 20 minutes late, but that's okay because of the holiday. The delivery person was very friendly. I don't think the quality is good and will therefore not order again.

We ordered through Uber eats and aside from waiting 2 hours, it was by far the worst food we've ever eaten. We had ordered risotto? However, we got normal long grain rice. It tasted as if they had simply taken rice, thrown ingredients in and poured cream over it, so it was completely unseasoned. The food arrived cold, the pizza couldn't even be compared to a frozen pizza so it was really really disappointing! Wonder how a catering company like this can survive...please people order somewhere else!

Früher war Serano Liebe, Serano war Leben. Ich aß beinahe täglich die herrlichen Pasta dort. Nach und nach wurden die Mitarbeiter aber immer frecher, forderten mehr Geld, weil angeblich die Portionen größer waren. Die kürzliche Preiserhöhung ist eine Farce. Nie wieder !

Essen sehr lecker und preiswert. Die Toilette ist dreckig und nicht zu empfehlen. Das Personal war leider unfreundlich.

Essen ist gut aber 1 und halb Stunden auf die Bestellung zu warten ist viel zu lange

Der Laden bietet sich bis spät in die Nacht sehr gute Gerichte. Vielen Dank an den Besitzer, der für uns extra länger geöffnet hatte.
