I complained and only received a call and the person who claimed to be Mr. Seibold just said he would take a look or listen to it. It's been 2 weeks and not a call or anything. How do you want to have fun after losing €240 and then being yelled at in front of all the other guests? Sure, nothing worked for me after that. I'm very disappointed with the Seibolds. The arcade is in Mössingen opposite the OBI.

The Swabian ambience and lots of wooden elements with chairs (unfortunately a bit hard to sit on for long periods of time without cushions) from the 70s/80s make the evening “zom Eikera (stopping off)” pleasant, it is a brewery after all. The team of 4 consists of chef + cook and 2 waitresses. Unfortunately, if the store is too full and there is only one waitress (there are 2 in total, but it concerns the younger, older one with glasses), then you can notice how annoyed they are. She is completely overwhelmed and you immediately feel the unfriendliness of the service. Missed career. (Therefore unfortunately 1 point deducted) Now to eat. As always, the schnitzel was delicious and the amount of fries on the side was right and did justice to the price. The schnitzel is tender pork salmon schnitzel, so it's not just an ordinary schnitzel, it's something special with no tough areas and no stupid tendons, so you can enjoy the whole schnitzel. There was also a delicious side salad. Unfortunately, my friend's chosen side dish 'Rösti' only consisted of 4 pieces, so that after quickly eating the side dish, the super large schnitzel could only be eaten with the sauce. Here there would be around 6 to 8 Röstis in relation to the size of the Schnitzels would have been appropriate and the quantity would be more appropriate. Unfortunately, my other friend only had 7 croquettes as a side dish with the schnitzel, so he ordered a whole portion of fries, as well as the sauce, because the ratio wasn't right. At least 10 to a maximum of 15 croquettes would have been appropriate. A side note that I noticed on the menu: The price for the onion roast of 22.90 euros exceeded the 20 euro mark for me and I decided against it because a price of 19/20 euros would have been reasonable, but everyone sets their own prices. But I think the focus is on the schnitzels. Conclusion: All in all, a delicious Swabian meal and a pleasant evening. 1 point deducted for the amount of potato rostis and the amount of croquettes. It's always best to choose fries as a side dish, otherwise you'll starve to death with the schnitzel on the side. Otherwise everything is okay. 1 point deducted for the service of the younger, older waitress with glasses. There is room for improvement here, as emotions should not be brought into the service so that the guest feels bad in some way because they need something again. Completely overwhelmed and long waiting times as a result. Otherwise, increase staff. Nevertheless, top food from the chef, you can't complain about the quality.
