Amazing place, excellent staff and perfect taste. Recommend to eat beef döner lavash without any sauce. The doner is not fatty but also not dry. The salad inside is fresh. Lavash has a good thickness and döner cooked perfectly.

They say that as soon as a restaurant gets a lot of attention, they really start to decline, and this is a prime example. Back then, it was the best kebab I've ever had in North Rhine-Westphalia, and now it's become one of the worst kebab shops. They put one layer of sauce on their kebabs and barely any salad because "the meat is supposed to be so convincing," but that makes everything so dry. There was also a very unfriendly waitress.

We spontaneously dropped in for lunch with 30 people without a reservation. The waiter simply said, "Give us five minutes," and they immediately conjured up a long table from several tables. Simply incredibly accommodating! The service was consistently friendly, attentive, and super accommodating. And the food – absolutely amazing! I've rarely had such good kebab meat, whether beef or chicken – simply unbelievably delicious. Plus, fresh salad and really good sauces. At the end, they even offered a free tea – which rounded off the perfect experience. We live far away, but we recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be back. We've eaten at Sefa Beef Döner several times now and would like to share our experience. The food is truly delicious, and the prices are reasonable. However, the long wait times are a bit annoying (which speaks to its popularity). The organization and processes could also be improved a bit. Otherwise, it's always an experience!

Best döner I've eaten in Europe (not just in Germany) so far. The interior is fairly clean, staff is friendly. It is usually a bit crowded, but I think it is worth waiting. Also, interior design is very classy, but it feels too classy for a döner place (more like a cafe in Vienna?). The content and the style just don't match with each other :D However, you are not gonna eat the interior style, so I would say go for it.

For us, this is the best kebab in the Cologne-Bonn area! The beef is absolutely top-quality. The kebab sandwich is a bit more expensive than its competitors, but it's huge and absolutely delicious. The other dishes, like the beyti and iskender, are also excellent. I highly recommend everyone to visit Sefa Beefdöner on Kaiserplatz.

I'd even go so far as to say that Sefa Döner is the BEST in Bonn and the Rhein-Sieg district. If you want to eat kebabs with excellent meat, then head to Sefa. I tried both the beef and the chicken doner kebab here. Regarding the beef doner: For me personally, the beef doesn't taste like a doner at all. The doner kebab is rather small in size. The beef was a bit sour, but not bad. The salad was fresh. I deliberately didn't order any sauces, so I can't really get into the hype. Regarding the chicken doner: The size is still rather small, and the meat is relatively tasteless, but juicy. The sauces were very bland and the portions were also poor. The fries, however, are real. Very crispy on the outside, but very soft on the inside. I don't think it's good value for money. While it's a very well-kept shop with plenty of staff, the taste isn't as good as it seems. A real shame.

We had a doner kebab with fries and a doner kebab with fries. The flatbread and salad were very fresh. The meat was very good, albeit a bit salty. Overall, the doner kebab was a bit bland and dry. The doner kebab with fries was good, but could have been mixed better. The fries were on the bottom, with the generous portion of meat on top. If anything, I would have expected it the other way around so the fries wouldn't get soggy. Unfortunately, there was no salad. Overall, it was good, but in my humble opinion, not the best doner kebab in town.

The beef doner was extremely juicy, the bread wonderfully crispy on the outside and pleasantly fluffy on the inside. The entire team works very professionally – Mr. Hasan deserves special mention, for his friendliness and competence. Tip: It's best to reserve a day in advance to avoid long waits.

Never experienced such friendly service at a Turkish restaurant as here. Amazing! The doner kebab was also really great, but if I were to go back, I'd order without the sauces and salad. It drowns out the amazing flavor of the meat.

Eight of us ate here yesterday for lunch. We tried the beef doner kebab, the doner kebab, and the chicken durum. It was all delicious. The garlic potatoes as a side dish to the doner kebab were perfect for us garlic lovers. The meat, both beef and chicken, was very good, juicy, and well-seasoned; everything was just right. We particularly liked the staff. All the service employees were super friendly. They asked us several times if everything was okay, and you could tell how much emphasis they place on customer service. All in all, a top-notch shop. If we lived in Bonn, we would come here much more often.

I drove almost two hours from Duisburg to get here. During the trip, I often had doubts about whether it was really worth it. When we arrived, we got a table without a reservation. We ordered food shortly afterward, and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the food looked so good that I just stared at it for five minutes. Appearances weren't deceiving. This was by far the best steak doner I've ever eaten. 5 stars is the minimum. 10/10 doner. If you arrange a date here, you can't go wrong.

I have been to Sefa Bonn several times. Initially I was very satisfied, but lately the meat has been full of fat and tasteless, tastes like nothing. My stomach also got cramps, which is a real shame.

Sitting for 20 minutes, no one comes to ask... In the end you have to queue because there is no service... according to the waiter... at 9 p.m.

A very funny, experienced, and interactive owner who puts his heart, soul, and soul into his work. This is exactly what a visit to a restaurant should look like. We laughed a lot while my lahmacun with sliced meat was being prepared. The lemon, parsley, onions, and tomato salad were very fresh. Everything was of high quality. The same goes for the ground meat and the steak. The doner kebab seemed small, but I was perfectly full (probably because they used quality products) and couldn't eat anything else afterward. Although there were what felt like 70 people in the shop (inside and outside), my takeaway food was ready in just a few minutes. A very polite guy, and the staff were also in a good mood. Card payment was no problem at all.

The doner kebab plate seems a bit pricey, but with rice, bread, sauces, and the truly excellent meat, it's well worth the money. Even my wife, who is usually very critical of beef, enjoyed it immensely. A very friendly waiter who looked after us well and in a friendly manner throughout. We finished with a complimentary tea. Other restaurants could learn a thing or two from this. We will definitely be back.

I was there twice today. Everything was fine the first time. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience today. My wife and I got a doner kebab. After we finished eating, we wanted another one because there really wasn't much meat in it this time. The first time I was there, there was more meat in it, which I then said I'd get more meat for the next time. Then I was just told they always serve the same amount of meat (which is nonsense, because they don't weigh it). I should pay for double the meat. I then said I didn't want double the meat, I just wanted a little more, because I really didn't have much. Then they told me, tough luck, they only serve double or something. BUT the worst is yet to come. They insulted me in their language because they thought I didn't understand them. This is absolutely not customer-friendly; no kebab in the world deserves to be treated like this. The kebabs weren't as good as the first time, but that could be a reflection of the day. (Unfortunately, today was dry and full of fat.) Since I'm a well-known YouTuber, I'm going to rant about this place with all my might (having experienced this moment today) and spread the word, because I find this kind of behavior absolutely unacceptable.

But what I experienced at Sefa Berg in Bonn was simply epic. By far the best kebab I've ever eaten! • Bread: crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside – spot on! • Meat: incredibly delicious, incredibly juicy My ratings: • Plain kebab (without sauce), with onions, cabbage, and sumac → 9.6/10 So close to the perfect kebab it hurts. Every bite is a poem! • Kebab with cocktail sauce & spice → 9.4/10 Extremely delicious, but the spicy sauce was a bit too overpowering for me. My absolute recommendation (for all tomato haters like me): ➡️ Beef doner with cabbage, onions, cocktail sauce, sumac – and most importantly: extra butter! Absolutely world-class! It's simply amazing.

You go with your wife and child to eat döner, you wait for almost an hour. And you return without eating. I do not recommend it. For an alternative döner, I recommend Meyman, a delicious döner restaurant that you have been going to for years and have never been turned away from, and that is only welcomed when you have a special occasion.

The doner kebab is definitely delicious here, and we enjoy eating here. But the side dishes and salad are really not enough. They used to give you a couple of goat cheeses for the dürüm, and last time I was told it would cost extra. Overall, it's too expensive.
