Your response is ridiculous; our fellow countrymen are served better portions. Your meats look good, and you have plenty of staff! I don't care what language your staff speaks. The customer is king, not just in Germany! I worked for UETD in Cologne Porz Concordiplatz as a gardener and stood 20 meters from Erduan. I love Turkish food. The way your business is run is strange. Pay first, then make them wait, preferably by double-checking. And the portion sizes varied a lot, in my opinion. €9.50 isn't cheap for such a small portion of doner kebab. At Poldi's in Cologne, for example, it's also gotten more expensive, but at least all customers are treated equally.

The meat was extremely tasty. But overall, it was a bit tasteless. And they barely considered what you wanted on your kebab. It was mass-produced. But because of the good meat, it deserves 4 stars.

Update after a few years. Seta Beef Doner was very hyped in various formats. Perhaps this explains the many good reviews and often long lines. Even after my third visit, I can't understand why. There was a very long line. This meant that the doner wasn't really crispy, but rather pink, when cut from the skewer. Nevertheless, my companions and I found the beef doner very dry. Is it recooked? We weren't impressed with the taste. It had little to no seasoning. The appetizer plate consisted only of the sauces you get anyway, plus another paste: hummus or eggplant. That was okay. Sorry, but cocktail sauce isn't a starter. There was very little grilled vegetables, and they were more like steamed ones. The cheese doner was melted cheese sitting on top of the vegetables. Overall, quite disappointing. The prices aren't cheap. The staff are really very friendly. The interior is nice, but loud and cramped. It's also busy, so it seems that many people enjoy it. I give it four stars because of the friendly service.

2 stars for the doner kebab: pre-made bread, dry meat, the rest isn't great either. The "service" gets 0 stars. In my entire life (no exaggeration), I've never been treated as antisocially (unfriendly would be an understatement) as I was here. My wife and I were passing through and only had 25 minutes, so I ordered two doner kebabs to go. The doner kebabs were ready while my wife was still in the bathroom, so I chose to wait for her. The doner kebabs were still in the bag when the waiter came over to tell me I wasn't allowed to eat there because I'd ordered to go. I found that pretty cheeky and stayed seated, since I hadn't eaten anyway. The next waiter promptly came over, and then another, who was also quite aggressive and didn't seem to be deterred by the irritated looks from the customers around us. Meanwhile, my wife returned as the waiter walked over to a table and, pointing at me, spoke to the guests. At that moment, the next waiter approached us, whereupon my wife got up and left, saying she couldn't eat "with all the stress."

It was very crowded on a Sunday. We waited in line and sat down. The döner kebab was good. The fries were good.

We were very disappointed with our visit to Sefa's Döner. We waited a full 45-50 minutes for our kebabs, while customers who had ordered significantly later than us received their food before us – and not just 1-2 people, but at least 10-12. When we asked when our food would finally arrive, we were initially told it would take another 20 minutes. When we pointed out that we'd already been waiting for 40 minutes, we were cheekily told that it had "only been 20 minutes." When we finally got the kebabs, 5 out of 6 were cold and, unfortunately, tasted completely unconvincing – they truly had no taste at all. Very disappointing

We went to Sefa Beef Döner in Bonn today, and unfortunately, the visit was a huge disappointment. Our food took a full 40 minutes, while guests who arrived 30 minutes after us were served in just 10, and we had only ordered kebabs. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. The meat had hardly any flavor, and the bread was tough. The portion of fries on the menu was tiny (maybe 10). When we pointed this out, an employee even told us we were "bashing" the place because it took so long, even though we were actually concerned about the quality, not the wait. There were also no napkins; we didn't get anything automatically with our meals or appetizers (other tables did), and we had to get them ourselves – pretty poor considering the bill was over €100. The restroom situation was also inconvenient; we had to wait 5-10 minutes because there was only one small restroom. All in all, a very disappointing visit. For us that was clearly 1/5 stars.

We had the Sefa Beef Lahmacun with cheese. The crust is beautifully thin and crispy. They don't skimp on the truly excellent beef, and the salad is perfectly proportioned. The recommendation to order without the sauce was a good one, as it really brought out the mountain flavor, and the lahmacun is quite large and more than enough. There are three huge skewers in the restaurant, and there's a good reason for that. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My conclusion: Highly recommended.

I ate there with my wife and two dark-skinned friends. The waitress was very pushy and kept looking at us, as if she was just going to order and leave. When we decided to order food, she didn't even look at us again. About 15 minutes after we'd ordered, a Turkish family of three came and also ordered Turkish food. Their food arrived immediately, after about 10 minutes. In the meantime, I had ordered two ayrans, a coffee, crema, and two Coca-Cola Zeros or Fritz Cola Zeros. When their food arrived, we asked the waiter why our food hadn't arrived yet. She replied that it was because my wife had ordered a kebab plate. Which is completely illogical, considering the Turkish family had ordered three kebab plates, and even after us. She grinned in our faces and said, "No, someone will bring the food tomorrow just for fun." This disrespect spoiled my hunger, and I didn't eat the kebab. Since I was buying the food for my friend and my wife, I paid. I had to pay €57. On the way home, we calculated that what was ordered only cost €52.80. Bottom line: if you're dark-skinned and you're there, you'll get strange looks and a reluctant service. This is very noticeable. The quality of the food is good; otherwise, we would have chosen to eat there. However, we've only ever ordered takeout. However, we've only ever ordered takeout. To the owner: why do they make such a difference whether you're Turkish or not? People are people, but apparently not for you. That's why we'll never enter this place again.

I have been to Sefa Bonn three times already. Initially I was very satisfied, however the last two times the meat was full of fat and tasted neutral. My stomach didn't feel good afterwards either. I had the feeling that the right spit for kebabs to go and everyone who wanted to get plates or eat there from the left spit. Nothing to accuse me of. I just noticed in the 20 minutes that I waited. I'm happy to wait even if it had tasted like the first time.

They say that as soon as a restaurant gets a lot of attention, they really start to decline, and this is a prime example. Back then, it was the best kebab I've ever had in North Rhine-Westphalia, and now it's become one of the worst kebab shops. They put one layer of sauce on their kebabs and barely any salad because "the meat is supposed to be so convincing," but that makes everything so dry. There was also a very unfriendly waitress.

I don't often write reviews, but I think they deserve positive feedback. The meat was really high quality, and the ingredients for the kebab were fresh. They maintain high standards despite the huge influx of customers, and that's a masterpiece. Keep it up and grow without sacrificing quality.

Best döner I've eaten in Europe (not just in Germany) so far. The interior is fairly clean, staff is friendly. It is usually a bit crowded, but I think it is worth waiting. Also, interior design is very classy, but it feels too classy for a döner place (more like a cafe in Vienna?). The content and the style just don't match with each other :D However, you are not gonna eat the interior style, so I would say go for it.

For us, this is the best kebab in the Cologne-Bonn area! The beef is absolutely top-quality. The kebab sandwich is a bit more expensive than its competitors, but it's huge and absolutely delicious. I tried both the beef and the chicken doner kebab here. Regarding the beef doner: For me personally, the beef doesn't taste like a doner at all. The doner kebab is rather small in size. The beef was a bit sour, but not bad. The salad was fresh. I deliberately didn't order any sauces, so I can't really get into the hype. Regarding the chicken doner: The size is still rather small, and the meat is relatively tasteless, but juicy. The sauces were very bland and the portions were also poor. The fries, however, are real. Very crispy on the outside, but very soft on the inside. I don't think it's good value for money. While it's a very well-kept shop with plenty of staff, the taste isn't as good as it seems. A real shame.

The garlic potatoes as a side dish to the doner kebab were perfect for us garlic lovers. The meat, both beef and chicken, was very good, juicy, and well-seasoned; everything was just right. We particularly liked the staff. All the service employees were super friendly. They asked us several times if everything was okay, and you could tell how much emphasis they place on customer service. All in all, a top-notch shop. If we lived in Bonn, we would come here much more often.
