The doner kebab was truly delicious. A friend convinced me to go here with him, and I definitely didn't regret it. The doner kebab was filling and looked incredibly delicious. It tasted incredibly good, the meat was high-quality, and the bread was homemade. The tzatziki was also homemade, as were all the other sauces. The atmosphere in the doner kebab shop was particularly classy, ​​and you felt welcome. I can only recommend it; it's definitely the best doner kebab shop in Bonn, and probably even in the surrounding area.

Wow. I've never had a better kebab in Germany. The price and size are quite expensive, though: 10 euros for 2/3 kebabs.

Delicious kebab, but in my opinion it doesn't live up to the hype. The meat is super tasty but nothing extraordinary.

Really taken off, me and a friend were there and he wasn't that hungry, wanted to try it and wanted to share a kebab. When we asked if they could cut it in half, you could tell straight away that they were angry. Then he said “funny”: “we don’t have a bread knife,” which wasn’t funny at all, just unpleasant. When he prepared the kebab, he didn't put any sauce in it, which we only noticed later because he didn't even ask. We were unsure whether there was sauce in it and my colleague insisted on asking again and then he boldly lied to us and said that he had put sauce in it. When we wanted to sit outside because it was raining (we were the only ones), an employee came to us and sent us away with the reason: we had ordered take-away and were not allowed to sit on the chairs and otherwise we would have to pay €1 more? While he was saying that, he pulled out a small black water gun and aimed it at us??? Very rude and aloof.

I would like to thank Mr. Hasan for his services, the meat doner is really delicious, I can recommend it to everyone.

Paying customers are not allowed, food is not permitted in the restaurant and there are hardly any free seats on the terrace, even though the restaurant was half empty. I suspect that he reserved the seats for his favorite friends instead of treating everyone equally. To be honest, I will never go out to eat again - an example of how a certain clientele stands out when it earns a few euros.

The kebab was absolutely top, fresh, tasty and perfectly seasoned! I would particularly like to highlight the service: super friendly, attentive and fast. You can immediately tell that people work here with passion. I'll definitely come back, clear recommendation!

The meat, sauces, bread and salads are delicious. However, when you ask for a doner, the doner that comes with it will not have such small pieces, served between bread. It will be a little longer and thinner. The cut is not made the same. I think you can change this. The waiters are friendly, polite and fast. They were able to manage even during extremely crowded hours. I will edit my comment after trying their lahmacun. - new update: I tried lahmacun twice. In the first one, the fat and meat ratio was good. The second time was too dry and the meat content was low. Care may be taken to make this a little more stable. - Another thing is that I saw for the first time in Germany that if you write the package price on the price table and sit down and eat, you pay more :) - The employees are careful in their treatment of customers, which is an important plus. -new update: According to my experience today, chicken doner is very good. And their kunefes are light. My request is to add ice cream to kunefe :)

The food is very tasty. We were there as a group and received a very warm welcome. The staff were very accommodating. Even though there were 14 of us, you allowed us to sit on the terrace. Very good service and delicious food

The service was brilliant and quick as we got a table instantly upon arrival. As for the infamous "Sefa beef kebab", it was a great quality meat with well seasoned with fresh vegetables and lemon on top. The bread was nice and crispy on the outside but could be softer on inside for better consistency. Overall, a top döner and definitely worth trying!

Always busy and everything is delicious

The meat had a lot of cartilage. The bread and fries were fine. The toilet could be cleaner. Would therefore not recommend the restaurant.

I have been visiting frequently before the renovation in 2024. The service attitude is very good and the people are very enthusiastic. Although Döner Teller is a bit expensive, the meat and fries are grilled very well, and the cocktail and scharf sauce are also very good. Iskendar's is as delicious as what I had in Bursa. It is outstanding among Turkish restaurants in Bonn. Highly recommended!

The best kebab I've eaten so far in a nice atmosphere with good staff. Above all, the boss is super friendly. The meat is really premium meat and not at all comparable to a conventional kebab. As far as I can tell, it is based on a Berlin kebab, as they also offer grilled vegetables, some of which are integrated into the meat, and the sauces also taste similar to Berlin kebabs, which also taste very good. An absolute recommendation, especially if you are already in the area.

First of all: kebab is great! I regularly get the beef kebab here for my family and I, and I also like a portion of fries (also very tasty here). In my opinion, the kebab is definitely the best in the area, simply because of the top quality meat (the version with chicken is also great). For years, consistently high quality, always fresh ingredients and despite the large number of customers, everything is always pretty well organized there, which is also reflected in absolutely acceptable waiting times. Keep it up!

Here you get something for your money!! No grilled minced meat but real meat from the spit! Last time I had dürüm and because it was so delicious I had another one, today I had the beef kebab with grilled vegetables and cheese, simply world class!

Great food, but extremely slow service and long wait times. If there are more than 10 people in line, expect to wait at least an hour just to get a table outside—especially since the tables only seat 4 people. On Saturday, April 12, 2025 we got in line at 16:30 and waited until 19:30. Even after ordering, it took around 30 minutes for the food to arrive. While I really enjoyed the quality of the food and found the staff to be friendly, the slow pace makes it impossible for me to visit this place unless they improve their system. Overall, a good spot with potential, but the service needs serious improvement.

On April 13th, 2025 I bought two Künefe to take away for 7.50 euros each, which in itself is quite expensive and in fact both were without cheese or without cream (filling). Plus I had to wait 20 minutes for it. I don't even want to know what the main dishes taste like. One star is already too many, for me it borders on deliberate rip-off.

You don't get a normal kebab here... This is an experience! Super nice staff, the kebab is simply made perfectly and you can tell that they know what they are doing. The price is completely justified. Come here, you won't regret it!

The food tastes delicious but the waiting time of 40 minutes despite a reservation is not normal. Only after asking and asking where the food was did we get our food. The service was just bad and disrespectful.

I drove 70km to eat a kebab here - unfortunately a complete disappointment. Despite visible kebab, I was told there was none. When I asked, all I heard from the waiter was a rude “You can drive 1000km from me.” Absolutely disrespectful treatment of customers. When I did order something, they suddenly charged me an extra €5 for a lavash - for no apparent reason. The service was extremely unfriendly, the tone was inappropriate, and in general you as a customer were treated more like a nuisance. The staff was also disrespectful and rude to other guests. Definitely not a recommendation - if you value good service, respect and fairness, you've come to the wrong place.

The number of waiters is very small, it takes at least 45 minutes to take orders from the tables outside and for the orders to arrive. There definitely needs to be more waiters in a place where there is such a long queue. My advice is that you definitely do not queue for take-away and wait for a table, otherwise you will wait at least more than 1 hour. Since the tables are for 4 people, it takes an extremely long time to arrive.

Saturday lunchtime and the first time at Sefa Beef Döner. Even though it was really busy and we didn't have a reservation, we got a seat straight away. I was here with my girlfriend. Abdul, who served us, did an outstanding job. We immediately felt like we were regulars, even though it was our first time here. The food was delicious, came quickly and everything was just a great experience.

We were there and the meat is really very good. My partner really enjoyed it. For me the sauces weren't that tasty but everything else was really great. Especially beef and chicken. You don't even need sauces for the meat and everyone is super friendly

Absolute recommendation! Sefa Beef Doner is by far one of the best kebab shops in the city. The meat is incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned - you can taste the quality straight away. The portions are generous, the bread is fresh and crusty, and the vegetables are always crunchy. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly service: super warm and attentive. You just feel good. If you're looking for real taste and top quality, you've come to the right place. 5 stars are actually not enough!

Best kebab in Germany... Without words

We came especially from Aachen because we always enjoyed it - unfortunately we were disappointed this time. The place was packed, which is okay, but we waited almost 40 minutes for our food. When I asked politely, I was told we had only been waiting for 20 minutes - I honestly found that rude. Unfortunately, when the food finally came, it wasn't as usual: the fries were hard, the salad seemed old and the meat was dry and fatty at the same time. It's a real shame, we enjoyed being here before - but after this experience, not anymore.

Very tasty beef doner meat. The kebab plate with fries was world class, with crispy, warm flatbread and three dips. It could have been something more like a yogurt dip. The service was great and the ambience was high class. Unfortunately, so does the price. €20 is €2-4 too much. Yes, it's a beef kebab plate in a nice atmosphere, but I still think that's a bit excessive. Otherwise everything was great!

Delicious kebab, but not the revelation everyone always talks about.

I ate a falafel kebab that was OK, but rather dry. In general there could have been more sauce and the vegetables were just ok, there was a lack of red cabbage. What is not possible is that the cheese for the vegetarian cheese kebab is made under the beef skewer and is soaked in the meat juice and added to the bread.

Unfortunately not good communication skills

For my kebab meal with fries and cola to take away, I was charged €16 instead of the excellent €15 and corn was added to the kebab without asking. There was no bottle opener for the cola. Otherwise the kebab was great, the fries were just good. All the seats outside were occupied. I actually liked Tasty Brothers in Wesseling better. Both shops are better than all the shops in Düsseldorf.

Their doner kebab is very nice. I think it's the best doner restaurant in Bonn. But I needed to use the sink while I was outside. One automatically asks a Turkish restaurant because we, as a nation, help people, especially if a Turk is abroad, I think he should help another. When I walked in and asked, the gentleman working wrinkled his face and said, unfortunately, customers can use it. Since I had no other choice, I bought a doner kebab and used it. Yes, this is a completely normal thing in Germany and people do not have to enter. I do not have such a right, but as a Turkish citizen, I would expect them to help me. Top doner kebab! Based on what I saw on YouTube, I had high expectations of this kebab and they were definitely met. The kebab was great, even if it is on the higher price shelf at €10. The bread was crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and felt good in the hand (sandwich character). Tzatziki was nicely spread in the bread, as it should be. Tomatoes, onions and parsley were fresh and well portioned. And the meat? ..it was simply delicious! Very juicy and very tasty taste (tested individual pieces beforehand without tzatziki). One point that many people underestimate is the mixing ratio and how the kebab is topped and that was also very good here. There was always a little bit of everything in every bite. I'm happy to pay a little more for this quality, considering that certain pasta dishes cost around €10 or even more. Clear recommendation

Personally, I wouldn't recommend the kebab bag. Firstly, the amount of meat and salad is not commensurate with the price. And secondly, the meat was heavily oversalted, which is unfortunately something to think about.

Someone should explain to me why on Sundays, at 4:30 p.m., when almost all tables are free but have reservation cards, you are seated at a table for two, which is then supposed to be occupied again from 5:30 p.m. and has to be vacated. Then at the same moment you are transferred to a table that is supposed to be free, while the tables next to it are supposed to be reserved again. - This is the second time we have noticed this reservation madness negatively. In any case, the waiters who practice this seem very awkward. We then left because it was really annoying and other places opposite the train station didn't seem so stupid to us. - Scaring away the guests in an almost empty restaurant doesn't make sense to me. We weren't the only ones who left annoyed.

To eat outside you have to pay an additional €1 (you weren't informed of this!) and the waiter was extremely unfriendly and very cheeky. The kebab in general was too dry and hardly any sauce on it 3/10 for the kebab. Too overrated and overall not worth the visit. My companion also shares this opinion.
