Great location and super friendly service. The food was very tasty: roast wild boar, Mecklenburg rib roast and chanterelle soup are recommended. Home cooking is prepared very well here!

The portion was small, but bad and expensive. The chanterelles are lukewarm and the pork medallions are fried to death. Once and definitely never again!

Update 07/2024 Were here again. We are so disappointed!!! Very expensive and the food didn't work at all. Dry meat. The chicken burger was a joke. 4 chicken strips with a tablespoon of mango sauce, the rest was a dry roll and salad and for that 21.90 is a complete impudence!!! We won't be returning there again.

I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience when reserving a seat over the phone. I asked again about the opening times and received an unfriendly "you have to listen better when you're on the phone" answer. That is not how it works! What do you hear when you ask about the food?

The landlord is too personal and addresses everyone as you! What is not appropriate in a restaurant! That “you” must always come first in the catering industry! Food is ok, but carelessly prepared! There is no freshness! The food is only bearable with flavor enhancers! A new owner would be very welcome in the location!

The good location cannot compensate for the poor and overpriced food. The meals that are not fresh and poorly prepared are not worth prices over €20. There are far better restaurants in town. There were better times here. It's better to go to another restaurant so you don't get annoyed like our society today.

On the way to Usedom we stopped at the Seesclösschen in Grevesmühlen. A cozy restaurant with an extremely friendly boss and nice service. The food was excellent and the asparagus was recommended. In short, we would like to come back on the way back, but Mondays are a day off...it's a shame. Greetings M+P

It was 4 p.m. and we came off the highway and were hungry. we were the only guests. The restaurant is bright and friendly. We were welcomed and served very nicely. The table could have been a little cleaner. The plastic tablecloth was still stuck a bit and had a few stains. The menu is small and in the upper price range. We decide on a cheeseburger and a steak burger, both €22 each. Both burgers were average. If you're very hungry and don't take things too seriously, you're in really good hands here.

At that time like today. If you want to see how it ends when you don't feel like it anymore, then go to the Seeschlösschen. It is really questionable that this way has persisted over the years. A self-absorbed innkeeper with a wannabe coddler's nose. Sometimes also stupidly cheeky. It is often forgotten that the people who come there help finance their wages. No more words are needed about the food and ambience. Simply underground and completely out of touch with what is so possible and modern these days.

Beautifully located, with a terrace right on the lake. Very cozy and inviting inside. Very nice service and the food was delicious on each of our visits 😋. Even our big dog was allowed to come along. Always my pleasure.

We had dinner at the Seeschlösschen today and it was very good. The staff was very accommodating and I think the boss always had a funny saying. The view of the lake is really great. We really liked it and would love to come back.

We have been guests at the Seeschlößchen for years. We like the ambience by the lake. The food is delicious and the staff is polite. “The guest is king” is still practiced here. We always enjoy coming back. We cannot understand the bad reviews written here.

Yesterday we had dinner at the Seeschlösschen with a large group (approx. 20 people). Since there was an occasion to "celebrate", we of course registered in advance and the buffet was also discussed in advance. With all my love for gastronomy, what we experienced there had never happened to me in this way. It was said in advance that please don't skimp on the buffet. We are all very good “eaters”. Of course, money didn't play a role on a big occasion either. We just wanted to have a nice evening. The company arrived around 6:15 p.m. Then there was a round of drinks (everything was fine until then). The boss personally served us with his employees. After he opened the buffet, the fun started. The buffet was extremely manageable. After a short while he refilled something but unfortunately only the “mini schnitzel”. And these were “chewy” and tasted like the store-bought schnitzels. After we pointed this out to the boss, he replied: "There's butter next to it, it's better for lubricating the finish." Potato gratin or fish was not refilled. After the first round all the containers were almost empty. Dessert was about 10 glasses for 20 people? The cheese platter was ok but you can't go wrong with purchased cream cheese from Aldi or Netto for €1.29. We then took the cheese platter on the table in the presence of the boss and the bread basket was already empty. This was skillfully ignored by the boss and the cream cheese was then allowed to be spooned. After this magnificent evening meal (irony), we wanted to enjoy the whole thing with an Aperol, a beer or a glass of Havana Cola. Of course not. Our society has decency and a golden wedding anniversary is not drunkenness. We wanted to occasionally sit together and chat and then drink the Aperol, the gentlemen of creation, a beer or a Hanvana Cola. To order drinks, one of us was always allowed to go to the nice employee who was really keen on her job (also ironic) and order at the counter. Service is overrated. At 8:05 p.m. the boss pointed out to us that his restaurant had been closed for 5 minutes and we were welcome to have a digestive schnapps, but another drink would not be allowed because he wanted to finish work. With all my love, I can't accept a party at 6 p.m. that has a buffet meal around 6:30 p.m. and then throw them out at 8:05 p.m. We then ordered two small “beers” against the boss’s wishes and we got them. 10 minutes later at 8:15 p.m. he came again and kicked us out with the words: "so out, dawei dawei". :) The “bridal couple” would certainly like to hear such beautiful words on their golden wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, something so cheeky and almost unheard of has to be said. The bride and groom and their guests couldn't even put on their jackets in peace without the innkeeper standing on their necks with the words "dawei dawei" and literally throwing us out the door. Unforgettable and absolutely not recommended. PS: You should really take the other mostly bad reviews to heart. These have a hand and foot. We didn't listen to it at first and wanted to get our own impression of the "Seeschlösschen" aka "Castle of Horrors" and we regretted it. Kind regards, the wedding party

Very nice location with a view of the lake. Simply quiet and idyllic. One star for that. The other gets the very friendly and attentive service. Unfortunately the food wasn't worth the price. The solyanka was very tasty. However, you also got them on your Hungarian-style schnitzel. Unfortunately, the rest of the food also left something to be desired. The ice cream sundae that followed didn't make up for the meal. A pity. In short, not a good to bad price-performance ratio.

Schön gelegen, zum was Trinken und für (die guten) Pommes in Ordnung, aber unser Essen passte nicht: viel zu überteuer alles! Den Burger hätte ich für weniger Geld woanders (besser) bekommen und die Bratkartoffeln waren teilweise total schwarz. Außerdem viel zu wenig Matjes und geschmacklos. Das konnte die freundliche Bedienung nicht wett machen.

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr nettes Personal und ein sehr schönes Ambiente, besonders der Ausblick zum See.

Waren heute zum Mittagessen in der schön gelegenen Gaststätte. Das Essen war lecker. Bedienung sehr freundlich und vielen Dank an den Koch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Essen war qualitativ gut aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Service war gut. Das Ambiente fand ich nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Da sollte man mal ein bisschen Geld in die Hand nehmen und neues Mobiliar für die Terrasse kaufen.

Essen für die Leistung zu teuer. Ofenkartoffel lauwarm und zu wenig Sour Cream. Biergarten ungepflegt. Überall Laub und Blüten Gummitischdecke mit Flecken.

Es liegt traumhaft schön und ruhig, Ausblick direkt auf den Ploggensee. Das Essen schmeckt vorzüglich, ich hatte den Veggieburger mit Vollkornbrötchen. Sehr zu empfehlen!! Aber auch das Wildgulasch war sehr lecker und sehr reichliche Portion!!

Empfehlenswertes Restaurant mit schönem Blick auf den Ploggensee. Wir saßen zu viert auf der Terrasse. Die Gerichte waren schmackhaft, insbesondere ist der gemichte Fischteller zu empfehlen. Und bei gutem Wetter kann man sich anschließend ins Wasser stürzen.

Kaffee Kuchen und Eis waren lecker.Abendessen ....wir hatten beide das gefüllte Schnitzel ....Fleisch am Rand unter der Panade fettig und sowas von zäh ☹ Gemüse und Pommes naja ...Wir waren enttäuscht, hatte es auch vor Ort bemängelt aber kein Feedback....schade . In der Nacht bekamen wir beide noch Durchfall ....nein danke NIE MEHR

Die super Lage am See hatte uns dazu bewogen, diese Lokation zum Abendessen aufzusuchen. Leider war dieser Aufenthalt für uns ziemlich enttäuschend. Obwohl wir fremd und das erste Mal in dieser Gegend sind, wurden wir schon vom Kellner (oder gar Chef des Restaurants) ziemlich kumpelhaft in der "Du"-Anrede begrüßt u. (nach unserem Empfinden) nicht gerade respektvoll bedient. Wir waren zu dritt und haben alle das gleiche Essen bestellt (Spagetti mediteran mit Garnelen für über 20 €). Was wir bekamen, waren zerkochte Spagetti, mit geraspelten untergerührten Möhren u. einem Zippel Petersilie (als grüner Farbtupfer zur Deko) aber doch tatsächlich auch einigen Garnelen - allerdings alles recht geschmacklos (zum Glück standen Salz &. Pfeffer zum Selbstwürzen schon auf dem Tisch bereit). Dennoch hat keiner von uns dreien das Gericht aufessen können (und das lag keinesfalls an der Menge). Obwohl sowohl der Koch als auch die Bedienung unsere unmissverständlichen Enttäuschungen mitbekommen haben, gab es nicht mal ansatzweise eine Entschuldigung seitens des Hauses - von uns dann aber auch kein Trinkgeld (was ansonsten keinesfalls unsere Art ist). Abschließend noch ein kleiner Hinweis an die Führung des Hauses: Es macht n.u.A. auch keinen guten Eindruck, wenn sowohl der Koch als auch andere Bedienstete in Leerzeiten vor den Augen der Gäste vor der Lokation sitzen und rauchen. Fazit: Wir würden dieses Restaurant / Café allenfalls nochmals wegen der schönen Lage auf ein Bier oder Kaffee besuchen (was eigentlich schade ist).

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Nur das Essen für die gehobenen Preise ließ zu wünschen übrig. Sehr lieblos angerichtet und nur das kleine Stückchen Fleisch und ein paar Kroketten. Weder eine kleine Salatbeilage noch etwas anderes. Nicht noch einmal

Das war super lecker sooo viel Auswahl das ich mich kaum entscheiden konnte aber es war super und kinderfreundlich was gerade zur Zeit schwer zu finden ist . Wir waren mega begeistert jeden Cent wert . Werden im Sommer sicher nochmal wiederkommen um die seeterasse zu genießen vielen liebe dank 🌹👍
