After a walk in the woods, this is the perfect place to stop and relax. Very welcoming and family-run. The food is freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Excellent service! Great value for money! And our dog is welcome too 😀

Right on the lake. 👍We recently had lunch there. It was good, but unfortunately, the outdoor area isn't very clean. There are cobwebs everywhere in the hut. It needs a thorough cleaning with a Kärcher. This certainly spoils the experience. Furthermore, the view of the lake from the outdoor area could be improved by removing the decorative wall or installing glazing (Plexiglas) over the wall. It's a real shame; it would be a gem with more cleanliness in the outdoor area. Perhaps it will be. We'll see. The service was friendly.

Rustic restaurant. The food is freshly prepared, so you might experience longer wait times if many guests arrive at the same time, as the kitchen is apparently small. The food is good. Nice beer garden. The staff is friendly and very attentive.

A lovely, cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious.

I like to eat there, there is plenty of food and the salad buffet is very good.

Came here with a friend and our four combined children ages 2y - 6y. It was a rainy weekend afternoon so while we would have loved to walk around the pond, we skipped that and went right to the hutte. We parked at the parking lot on the other side of the pond, made the short 2 minute walk to the hutte, and entered the covered patio, which aside from being a little chilly, was wonderfully protected from the rain - and since it was empty, our kids could be as loud as they wanted. I went inside, placed my order, paid, and went back outside. The food was brought out to us within about 20 minutes, and was wonderful! We had hot chocolate, tomato soup, french fries, and red wine, and the entire meal was just what we were looking for. The interior is very cozy and charming, if a bit small (maybe 10 tables?) with a rustic hunting-lodge feel, and there are small but clean bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, and while they weren't fluent in English, I knew enough German and they knew enough English to get by. Overall I highly recommend visiting this place for a snack or full meal, winter or summer, rain or shine.

A great atmosphere and tasty food. Easy access to the nature trails. We will be going back.
