At a time when many restaurateurs are facing a tough time, the Schützenheim is clearly making an effort to accommodate all stakeholders, including visitors, staff, and events. This is evident in the value for money, as well as the quality and quantity expected of traditional home cooking. The outdoor barbecue, available not only during the summer months, is also very popular, as is the takeaway option. For me, it's a place to relax both indoors and outdoors for the whole family. Live music (no dancing) is also available on the first Friday of the month, albeit under strict guidelines, for all fans.
