For many years, we've been getting takeout Indian food from here, and occasionally we also eat in. The portions are really quite large, and most importantly: the sauces taste better than in any other Indian restaurant we've ever had. A true explosion of flavor in your mouth. We highly recommend the Chicken Tikka and the butter dishes (Butter Chicken and Butter Paneer Masala). The owner, his family, and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. We hope this restaurant will be around for many years to come; we'll definitely be eating here again.

The Gasthaus Schachtner in Landau an der Isar, run by Georg Schachtner, is a truly traditional establishment with excellent cuisine. The dishes are freshly prepared, plentiful, and typically Bavarian – just as you would expect. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and attentive service, which makes you feel immediately welcome. The cozy atmosphere of the inn invites you to socialize and host family celebrations alike. Quality, hospitality, and warmth are paramount here – highly recommended.
