When we arrived we were given 2 tables to choose from and when we were seated we were asked to change tables again. Very professional. Wiener Schnitzel was fried to death and totally hard. Fried potatoes are not fried potatoes at all, but frozen potato slices from the deep fryer. Service well... You can definitely do better at home! We won't be coming back anymore. We came with a baby (5 months) and it was expected that the little one should sit in the baby seat the entire time. The stroller is supposed to be too big, but in the end it would have easily had enough space. So we put the little one on his blanket on the floor. It was just looked stupid. Totally unfriendly for children!!!

A solid restaurant, with a nice atmosphere and an attentive waitress. We were greeted warmly and it was just as friendly afterwards. The food was prepared and brought to the table relatively quickly. Both meals were delicious and impressed both in terms of taste and the eye. For two people, including a drink each, we paid around 51 euros (excluding tip). Payment can be made in cash or with !EC! - Card made. In our opinion, there is a lot of love in the restaurant. For example, you can tell when setting it up that someone has put effort and thought into it. Even if it doesn't necessarily suit our taste, the attention to detail runs through the entire visit. From the facility mentioned, to the friendliness, the presentation, etc. Certainly not a star restaurant, but the price-performance ratio is right, the food tastes good and you feel good. We'll definitely come back.

Food and service were great. The room temperature was a little too low. We thought it was great that a vegetarian dish was also prepared according to our wishes.

A must for every tourist traveling through Teschendorf....and worth a stop at any time.....! Everyone will find something to suit their taste buds here. And every dish is freshly prepared, simply a culinary delight.

We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived half an hour before closing time (break from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.) and were still allowed to take a seat. We sat in bright sunshine in a beautiful garden with a well-kept koi carp pond. The ambience is awesome. The service is also super nice and accommodating. The food was delicious and we decided to definitely go there again.

The food was very tasty, fresh and despite the closure due to a lack of staff, we were able to dine without a reservation. Many thanks to the team.

Nice and courteous service and very well-kept guest and side rooms. Food is visually very well presented. Tastes very good and plentiful. Well attended restaurant even on a weekday evening. Visited again today after six years and the only thing that has changed is that the restaurant was no longer well attended during the week.

It's nice but the car audio backdrop disturbs something otherwise very good, but there is also an area behind without cars and you can sit nice in there. The fried potatoes and fries were very well made and weren't "mushy" and the schnitzel was outstanding. The price-performance ratio was very good. The service is also very nice and all in all I can only warmly recommend it!

After 10 years back in the schnitzel paradise, the schnitzels are still good, but the prices, like almost everywhere, are very high.

The food is delicious and the service is very nice. But the best thing is the ambience. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of a large, beautiful garden and a pond.

Many thanks to the hard-working and very friendly staff, including those in the kitchen! The preparation with selected ingredients, e.g.: Schnitzel "France" with cheese, honey and pomegranate seeds, you can only get that here! And warm plates are unfortunately very rare even in “upscale restaurants”! A stop on the B96 that is worth it! Greetings from Berlin and Altenburg from Margrit, Karola and Michael!

Everything was great 😅 very friendly service, very clean toilet facilities. Generally a very modern restaurant. You don't necessarily have to eat schnitzel, the selection is varied and the food is freshly prepared. The koi pond that was created outside is also very beautiful. Overall, you can really enjoy spending a lot of time here in a pleasant atmosphere and letting your mind unwind.

On a board it was written that the restaurant was urgently looking for a chef to help. It was so beautiful and so delicious! The children loved the little koi pond. The service is exceptionally friendly and warm, which was immediately apparent when entering the restaurant and especially in their interaction with the children. The food wasn't cheap, but excellent. Both the taste and the presentation hit our nerve. The view of the beautiful, well-kept garden is worth its weight in gold.

We were here with a 40-strong motorcycle group to eat schnitzel. We agreed and reserved everything in advance. We were allowed to park in the back of the yard and everything was perfectly prepared. The drink order was quick and the food came relatively quickly. The schnitzels were delicious and the service was very good. On the back terrace we had a great view and were able to enjoy the weather.

It's not possible to eat schnitzel on Sunday lunchtime. The restaurant is probably doing too well. What kind of level is that?????

The reception was very friendly, our seats on the terrace, with a wide view or a small koi pond, created a nice atmosphere. Very inviting restaurant with delicious and rich schnitzel dishes. We sat on the shady terrace with an adjacent pond behind the house. The kids and we really enjoyed it. The kids also received small, sweet gifts and were very happy about them. Very nice service. Gladly again 🙂

Starter spiced meat was a bit watery and bland. Turkey schnitzel with fried potatoes was great. The two ladies were on their toes and drinks didn't take long to arrive.

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years. Always loved the schnitzels. But unfortunately that time is over. The service is friendly and quick, the ambience is very good but unfortunately the schnitzels are getting thinner and smaller. The side dishes, in my case salad, are very few and the croquettes are quite hard and dry. The restaurant is nothing special for me anymore, just average, which is a shame.

Food is so good, service is nice and friendly. The boss cooks. Should hire a chef. Tasty is different and 30 minutes waiting time boss takes a break. Statement service.

More than unsuitable for vegetarians. The only vegetarian schnitzel was offered based on kohlrabi. Which is great, but that was only an option on the menu. In reality there was zucchini that was mushy and greasy.

02/23/2024 We did it again… 😀 Because we were on our way, the four of us took a small detour and showed up there without a reservation. The restaurant was busy, but we were lucky… This time I tried the “Schnitzel alá Gustav”, with green pepper cream sauce and fries. It was so delicious that after a short time I had the feeling that I didn't have enough pepper cream sauce on my plate... 😉 Once again we were served by really friendly and attentive service. Thank you for this lovely hospitality. Note: I'm already looking forward to the asparagus season. 😃 May 28, 2023 Whitsun Sunday schnitzel with asparagus, that was our plan. The four of us (four people) indulged our palates on the back terrace. Luckily we had reservations. The well-kept atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, and delicious food convinced us to come back. Up soon…

Smaller restaurant with a rural atmosphere. The staff is nice and very attentive. And the schnitzels? Simply great! Fantastic breading, which subtly emphasized its bread and buttery taste, covered a sufficiently large piece of veal or pork. The side dishes and salad round it off. And despite the menu being almost too extensive, the dishes each taste very unique. My tip: veal schnitzel with a really delicious cranberry butter and croquettes. We will probably eat there more often, the longer journey is definitely worth it.

Today we came across this schnitzel paradise quite by chance as we were passing through Teschendorf. Very attractive, tasteful furnishings, very friendly reception. We didn't have to wait long for our food, despite there being several guests. Our schnitzel meal with starter was as delicious as we haven't eaten in a long time... A huge compliment to the kitchen. We would be happy to come back despite the longer journey. I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed there 👍

Das Lokal hat sein Niveau über Jahre gehalten. Freunde des Fleisches kommen hier auf ihre Kosten und werden gut satt. Wer hier eine Gourme Küche erwartet ist hier falsch am Platz. Aber es wird gute solide Kochkunst geliefert. Service ist höflich und freundlich. Ambiente ist ansprechend und vor allem sehr Sauber. Immer ein Besuch wert.

Wir, 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, sind durch Google hier gelandet. Super nettes Personal. Vom Essen waren wir angenehm überrascht. Sehr schmackhaft und schön angerichtet. Die Innenausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Preis Leistung sind ok. Ach ja: Zur Begrüßung gab es einen kleinen Pfirsichschnaps. Lecker. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Leider wurde nicht vermerkt, dass das Schnitzelparadies Urlaub macht. Lt. Internet sollte offen sein, wir haben extra einen Umweg gemacht, und standen vor verschlossener Tür

Leider kann ich noch keine Sterne für Essen u. Service vergeben,da kein Tisch mehr frei war u.nur z. Z. ein Koch im Dienst gewesen ist. Aber wir machen noch einen Anlauf mit Termin. Freuen uns schon drauf!:-)

Ein wunderbares, stilvolles Restaurant, an dem man nicht vorbeifahren sollte. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, alle von uns mit großem Genuss verzehrten Speisen waren von ausgezeichneter Qualität und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Sicher werden wir bei Gelegenheit wiederkommen.

Leute haltet an,wenn ihr gerne Schnitzel essen möchtet . Es wird schnell serviert, freundlich und das Ambiente, gerade draußen auf der Terrasse hinter dem Gebäude, wirklich schön. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir waren heute auf der Durchreise und haben bei dem Schnitzelhaus angehalten. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Man hat uns freundlich drauf hingewiesen, das der Parkplatz auch dem wir standen,für die Feuerwehr sei, daß war auf der Beschilderung nicht zu ersehen, weil dort stand,das die Ausfahrt frei gehalten werden sollte. Das hatten wir getan. Allerdings waren die Plätze für die Feuerwehrleute reserviert, daß wussten wir halt nicht. Das Essen auf der Speise karte war sehr vielfältig! So viele Varianten,wie man ein Schnitzel zubereiten kann,kannte ich nicht. Ich bestellte eins mit Spinat gefüllt. Das war auch sehr lecker. Allerdings waren die dazu bestellten Bratkartoffeln, die knusprig und braun sein sollten, lediglich mal kurz in einer sehr ölige Pfanne. Die Farbe war somit gelb und nicht braun. Und leider auch sehr fettig. Geschmeckt hat alles super toll. Da miene Frau und ich unsere Ernährung schon mehr als ein Jahr auf wenig Fette und Öle umgestellt habe, habe ich dieses Fett oder Öl von den Kartoffeln nicht gut vertragen. Da wir ja auf der Durchreise waren und noch ca 2h45min Fahrzeit über die Dörfer vor uns hatte. Waren Toiletten Mangelware. Ich wollte aber nochmals betonen, daß uns das Essen sehr gerundet hat. Wir würden dort auch wieder einkehren wenn wir dort nochmals vorbei kommen würden. Allerdings werde ich dann keine Bratkartoffeln bestellen. Da hier schon sehr viele Fotos von dem Schmackhaften Schnitzel Kollektionen gemacht wurden, habe ich mich entschlossen auch mal Fotos von der Sanitären Anlage der Herren zu machen. Ich finde das unsre Herrenseite recht gelungen ist. Das Arrangement mit den hellen Fliesen und den dunklen Türen, finde ich sehr gut und macht auf mich einen edlen Eindruck. Auch die Sauberkeit und die Einrichtung, ließen bei mir keine Wünsche offen. Schaut euch selber die Fotos an. Ich wünsche allen Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Essen war sehr gut. Der Service immer freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben hinten im Garten gesessen, mit Blick auf den Koi Teich. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Um Reservierung wird gebeten, was wir auch gemacht hatten. Als wir ankamen, waren noch viele Tische mit Reservierungen frei. Schätze mal, da sie dringend Personal für die Küche suchen, sollen die Reservierungen dafür sorgen, dass die Küche alles zeitnah Händeln kann. Wir waren jedenfalls nicht das Letzte Mal dort. Riesenschnitzel vielerlei verschieden kreiert und anschaulich präsentiert, schmeckt lecker, tolles Ambiente, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen, am WE gut besucht, deshalb vorher Tisch bestellen empfohlen
