We drove a long way here and unfortunately had to experience that we were served by the worst service in Germany or the world. Eight of us came to the restaurant and wanted to order. We each ordered one dish, we wanted three Cola and three Fanta. The lady said there was no Fanta. I went to the fridge and unfortunately saw that Fritz Cola had Fanta. The lady was overwhelmed. After about 30 minutes, three dishes arrived and all the other five just sat there. Then I was really angry and argued with the lady, but the lady is either insensitive or really not the brightest in the world or maybe she was busy trying to stick her eyelashes better. I wish that this shop would really get better service , because the food wasn't bad. Even though I was upset and there were only three dishes, I was paid the full price and had to find another restaurant so we could eat. Thank you for nothing.

Good evening, we ate great food everywhere in Germany on holiday! Except here! We really barely ate! The kids wanted chicken wings! Were they already gone at 6:00 PM? I wanted a mixed grill, it was also available! Good start, right? The ladies there came up with an alternative for the children: crispy tenders with fries, and for me half a rooster with fries and rice. To drink we had a Coke Zero and 2 Fanta. We got a Coke Zero that was just really dirty, so at least give them real Coca-Cola. We got the Green Fanta for the children because they didn't have normal fanta either. In the end I had to ask four times where our food was. We also explained that we have children. Had to hear it twice, another 10 minutes. Finally the kids' food was there! And my half-cock? I think they still had to slaughter them. I asked twice where is my food. Because my wife and children had already finished eating and the children were tired too?! Then I announce that we are going because I am fed up! Also explained that this is simply not possible! The guy behind the counter then said in an unprofessional manner that you ordered half the rooster and that you simply have to pay for it. I also indicated that you cannot keep me and my family waiting for an hour. Simple, I want to pay for the rest. So I want to pay. And he said it's on me but an apology for the long wait and the service? We could forget that!

If I were, I wouldn't give it a star rating. We waited over an hour for the food! The only thing that was appetizing was the canned cola 😂 For €30, a large mixed grill plate and a chicken pizza look anything but delicious The food was cold and the fries were unappetizing. I was always a customer there back then but they have totally slacked off! What was delivered was shameful. The pizza smelled totally sour, the dough was rotten. The meat was also really hard. Never again !

Never again! We sit there and want to order food. First we waited 5-10 minutes until a waitress came to us, then we called someone over who didn't speak German and therefore had to get another lady. We order our food from the lady and then wait 40-50 minutes for the food to arrive. But the food didn't come until I asked the waitress about it and explained why we were waiting so long: "the order got lost in the kitchen" then she wanted to take the order again, but I refused and we just walked out. Some people have already gone out before us because they took too long to place the order or the order was lost. That was the first and last time! Juice shop!

First shawarma without a cinnamon aftertaste which is great. It tastes really good there, but there is too much of the ingredients that you don't want to have in abundance and too few of the ingredients that you would like to have more of. Portion is good, it's a portion for many people, but everyone has a different opinion about what they like more and what they don't like about the ingredients. But the price is really very very fair these days and generally €7 for a shawarma plate is really more than stable.

Ordered on Lieferando and PAID with Apple Pay. 30 minutes after ordering, a call comes, the employee says that they are no longer delivering today and hangs up. We called back 100 times to ask for our money! Nobody answers. I've never seen anything so bold! A bottomless impudence. We're now contacting Lieferando, if nothing happens we'll probably have to get the police involved. Juice shop.

Wrong order brought + cold food

Unfortunately, there is even chewing gum stuck to the chairs, which then sticks to the customers' pants. Overall, the dirty chairs and the furnishings make it uninviting. The high chairs for children are also totally dirty. Disappointing and apart from a “sorry” no compensation for pants full of chewing gum. The bill from other guests was also attributed to us and far too much money was charged, which of course can happen from time to time. Nevertheless, the food is tasty, fresh and looks very attractively served. I would never put myself down again though...

After I ordered half a grilled chicken and waited half an hour, I discovered that the order still took a quarter of an hour due to (pressing the Grill) even though no one except me was ordering grilled meat!! I am very, very upset that I canceled the order after all this waiting No professionalism at all! Das Essen ist köstlich und die Dekorationen sind wunderschön, aber das Schönste ist das gastfreundliche Team.

Service zeigt Desinteresse und ignoriert uns Gäste erst einmal 10 Minuten. Dabei saßen wir nur 3 Meter entfernt. Wir haben uns dann selbst die Speisekarten geholt. Im Moment des öffnend der Speisekarten fragte man uns was wir bestellen möchten. Es war nicht viel los und ca 5 Mitarbeiter waren da. Wir haben extra etwas schnelles bestellt (Shawarmateller). Nach 25 Minuten kam das Essen. Die 6 Personen welche nach uns bestellt haben haben ihr Essen vor uns bekommen. Das Essen an sich war gut und lecker. Schade dass der „Service“ den Gesamteindruck zerstört. Lieber ein Schild mit „Selbstbedienung“ gut sichtbar platzieren, dann kann man nicht enttäuscht werden.

Definitiv das beste BBQ-Hähnchen in der Gegend. Der Crispy Teller ist eben erwähnenswert. Service ist tiptop!

Sehr leckeres Essen, auch meine Frau fand etwas veganes und ihr hat es gut geschmeckt. Super freundlicher Service, meiner Frau wurde beim Essen noch ein sehr leckeren (Probier-)Teller mit Auberginenmus gebracht. Holzkohlen-Grill wurde erst bei unserem Eintreffen nach 13:00 Uhr angefeuert, Hauptgeschäft scheint Nachmittags und Abends zu sein. Die Grill Teller der 'Männer' war trotzdem sehr gut. An der Sauberkeit der Tische kann man noch arbeiten 😉

Der beste Hähnchengrill, den ich je gegessen habe. Auch der Reis und der Salat sind sehr lecker. Sehr Empfohlen 👍🏻

Das Essen ist in Ordnung, obwohl der Salat nicht wirklich ein Salat, sondern eingelegtes Gemüse ist. Was mich stört und überhaupt nicht fair ist, ist die Tatsache, dass die Preise nicht übereinstimmen. Auf der Speisekarte kostet beispielsweise ein halbes Brathähnchen mit pommes und Salat (der Salat besteht eigentlich aus eingelegtem Gemüse) 8 Euro, auf der Website kostet es 10,30 und gestern wurden mir 12 Euro berechnet. Was ist der tatsächliche Preis und warum gibt es diesen Preisunterschied?

Die Wartezeit war ok, die Bedienung freundlich, der Schawarma Teller war auch in Ordnung, aber ich habe ihn schon etwas besser gegessen und das Ambiente so lala. Daher leider nur 3 Sterne, würde aber wiederkommen und dann etwas zum Mitnehmen bestellen.

In Oberhausen noch keinen besseren Shawarma gefunden. Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung, Preise sind auch in Ordnung! 10/10 would do again.
