We were on a nice bike ride around the lakes and wanted to stop here for coffee and cake. We didn't get a menu and when we asked which cake they offered there were apparently only two types. We ordered and received the coffee and 15 minutes later the cake....and then the bill came....very expensive...you could actually ask for more for that....We should cycle around the lake again, return we'd rather stay somewhere else.

Unfortunately, our visit to the Schanze am See restaurant in Einfeld left us with mixed feelings. At first glance, the restaurant looks very appealing, with a stylish indoor ambience and an upscale menu that sounds promising. Unfortunately, there were numerous points that significantly tarnished the positive overall impression. First of all, we would like to note that the interior of the restaurant is really successful. The interior exudes a pleasant and elegant atmosphere that promises an upscale restaurant visit. The menu is also impressive at first glance. A Wiener Schnitzel for 32 euros is quite reasonable, as long as the quality, ambience and, above all, the service can keep up with this level. We decided to sit on the terrace that evening. Unfortunately, this is where the disappointment began. Although our table had four seats, there were only two seat cushions. For a restaurant that presents itself as upscale, this is a clear faux pas. There were also no blankets, which would be a welcome service, especially in the evenings on a terrace. The outdoor area itself seemed fine, but lacked the attention to detail that you would expect in a fine dining restaurant. For example, subtle decorations on the tables would be a simple way to significantly enhance the atmosphere. Another point that struck us negatively were the parasols on the terrace. While a lot of emphasis was obviously placed on stylish design inside, the colorful Warsteiner parasols seemed out of place and disrupted the overall picture. If a restaurant aims to present itself as upscale, such details should also be thought through. Plain-colored parasols that match the surroundings better would certainly have been a better choice here. The food itself and the wine did not disappoint. There was nothing to complain about in terms of taste or quality. However, our positive impression ended at this point, because what followed was simply disappointing. After dinner, it was around 8:15 p.m. and the restaurant was officially open until 10 p.m., we were completely ignored. No waitress came by to ask if we would like to have another drink, order a dessert or perhaps enjoy an espresso. This behavior was not only noticeable towards us, but also the other guests outside were completely ignored. It's important to note that the restaurant was far from full that evening. Only two tables were occupied inside and four tables were sitting on the terrace at the same time. There was therefore no question of the service staff being overloaded. If you as a guest get the feeling that you are only being tolerated because the staff might want to finish work earlier, then that is more than disappointing. In this context, the price-performance ratio does not match in any way. Because of these negative experiences, we will not visit the restaurant again in the future. Interestingly, the guests at the next table also seemed irritated that no one was paying attention to them anymore. It's a real shame that a restaurant with so much potential leaves such a bad impression due to a lack of service. In summary, it can be said: While the interior of the restaurant is definitely convincing, the outside area is more reminiscent of a snack bar. Especially in a restaurant that charges such prices, you expect more - both in terms of ambience and service. Unfortunately this was not fulfilled on our evening.

We celebrated our wedding there in July and were very happy with this decision!! It's a fantastic location, great service, delicious, attractive food (we had a large, varied buffet that even the vegetarians were happy with) and a very friendly and competent owner! All questions were answered calmly and on the day itself there was a lot of effort to make it the most beautiful day of our lives, which it ultimately was. :-) We can only recommend it! Free wedding ceremony on the lawn, food with a lake view, plenty of parking spaces, ... what more could you want? ;-)

Ein Gutschein über 70€ aus 12/2022 wurde heute wegen Besitzerwechsel nicht eingelöst. Ist äußerst ärgerlich und ob das so rechtens ist? Da bin ich mir nicht sicher....

The atmosphere in the restaurant is not bad, a nice place overlooking the lake. Overall, the food is good, but not outstanding. Please note that not all dishes on the menu may be available. The service leaves a lot to be desired - although only 2-3 tables were occupied, everything was very slow, inattentive and not particularly friendly. Although almost all tables were empty, we were not allowed to move to a table with a better view under the pretext that they were expecting a larger group. Unfortunately, no one came to that table during our entire time there. Given the fairly high prices - decide for yourself.

Unfortunately disappointing. We recently visited this restaurant and were unfortunately very disappointed. Despite the high prices, both the service and the quality of the food left something to be desired. **Service:** We had to wait a whole hour for our food, even though the restaurant wasn't overly busy and our dishes (roast beef and pickled meat) didn't require any elaborate preparation. To our surprise, we had to get the high chair ourselves, which reinforced the impression of a lack of service orientation. We also ordered additional glasses that were never delivered. **Eat:** Special requests such as fries without salt were accepted but not implemented. The fried potatoes were of poor quality and didn't taste fresh. The sour meat from Kassler did not correspond to the description on the menu and was anything but “typically Nordic”. Overall, our visit here was not satisfactory. Given the high prices, we would have expected much more. Unfortunately, based on these experiences, we cannot recommend the restaurant.

The ambience is really very nice and suggests an upscale restaurant - inside and out. Unfortunately, the service quickly proved the opposite. This was snooty and condescending. The food was ok, but with the dry burger bun and raw patty, €23 is not justified. And when you couldn't even pay with a card and we were repeatedly and unkindly pointed out that it was outside the door, it was finally over. When we pointed out that we might have to mention this again and that we couldn't see the sign because the door was open when we went in, we simply replied snidely that you can't tell every guest that card payments aren't possible. It's possible - at the latest when the order is placed.

bad service, food very bad, prices completely exorbitant, cucumber salad from the jar only tastes like vinegar, the only good thing is that I never need to go there again

About a year ago we ate at this restaurant several times. It was always very tasty and very good service. Yesterday we were back in the ski jump on a bike tour. Since it was raining, I put my bike under the roof, but was immediately shouted at by the young employee, don't sit down here, someone else. As I said, it was raining and not a single guest was sitting outside. We then went in and instead of being welcomed, we were immediately asked in an unfriendly manner whether we had reserved, no we didn't...but were mercifully allowed to sit down. Now you have to know that only 4 other guests were there at the time and at least 50 seats were available. We placed our order. Then the disappointment began. My roast beef was very dry and completely cooked through, the fried potatoes were cold. A fish we ordered was limp without any sauce or anything similar. With this dish, the accompanying salad was forgotten and was only brought when asked. The accompanying rice was also forgotten for another dish. No fish knife was brought to the fish. When we asked for some salt and pepper, it was brought, but we didn't notice that there was salt in both mills that looked the same... well, the fish was very over-salted... Overall, the food was below average and definitely not worth the money value. Unfortunately the prices are too high for that. The unfriendly greeting doesn't work at all...actually one star. However, the friendly young man who, in response to our criticism, offered a coffee on the house and was otherwise very attentive and friendly, and immediately brought water for the dog, is very positive. Thank you for the little ray of hope. Therefore two stars. For the tenant it means... urgently need to train staff in service quality and friendliness, the cook urgently needs tutoring... the latest reviews suggest that we are not an isolated case... We will keep an eye on the whole thing, should the reviews Unfortunately we won't be able to stay like that anymore. Very unfortunate...

We will never visit this restaurant again!!! After we were greeted unfriendly by the service staff, it took a whole 25 minutes until we received a menu and only when we asked. The service staff reluctantly and listlessly took the order. After another 45 minutes, only half of the order reached us and my children didn't get anything to eat. The unfriendly answer came: "You can forget something." That shouldn't happen in a restaurant like this. When the children's food was finally brought, it was actually burnt. When we confronted the service staff, they called the owner. She reacted completely unprofessionally and insulted us about what we could find wrong with the food. Totally stunned by this treatment, we paid our fees and left. What a HORROR VISIT - we will never set foot in this restaurant again.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the food. Our friends forgot the cucumber salad and other side dishes when they served their dishes, and the fish was far too dry and unseasoned. Salt and pepper mills were provided for seasoning, unfortunately there was also salt in the pepper mill, so the fish was now oversalted. There was also no fish knife for the plaice... The young waitress was also very unfriendly!! Unfortunately, the delicious vegan dishes are no longer available! Very, very sad ☹️

Very nice atmosphere and decor. However, the staff (here I'm just referring to a younger lady) is very unfriendly. We were asked several times if we would also eat. When only 2/4 people wanted to eat something, it seemed as if they had only reluctantly given us a seat, even though the restaurant was completely empty at the time. The burger had raw meat and dry bread. The noodles were OK. When paying, we were rudely informed three times that we could only pay in cash. A nice answer would also have been enough. The first and unfortunately last time.

The ambience of the restaurant was very nice, but the food was simply disappointing! The spaghetti was overcooked and had little in common with "Aglio e Olio". Unfortunately, we were unable to communicate our concerns to the kitchen staff after eating because she didn't understand German and neither the owner nor anyone else from the staff was there to say goodbye. If you are considering eating here, stick to the schnitzel and stay away from Italian cuisine, then you should be on the safe side when it comes to cuisine.

The restaurant no longer has the class it once had. The food was OK, but not at the level that the prices suggest. The service was mixed: I was served the wrong drink, the menu wasn't up to date and at least one of the service staff seemed annoyed that she "had to" serve us. You can also easily tell whether they are just using friendly phrases that are not broadcast, or whether the friendliness is really genuine. It would also be nice if the tables outside were set in some way and looked inviting. There were no spices or decorations. Cloth napkins outside would also look a lot better.

A very nice restaurant. The food is okay, but not appropriate for the price. The service seemed unstructured and forgot what we wanted to eat twice when ordering (but didn't take any notice). And unfortunately, offering ready-made dressing in an upscale restaurant is not possible at all. Especially not when a salad with shrimp costs almost 20 bucks. I would maybe come back again because of the beautiful view. But not because of the food

The view of the lake was nice, the rest was not. The €22 burger was very dry, with a boring sauce and tasteless ingredients - no taste experience. The sauce on the avocado salad was also below average. Inattentive service with a long waiting time (>10 minutes until a menu was even served, another 20 minutes until the drinks came and another 20 minutes until the food came).

Today's visit to the Schanze am See in Neumünster was a big disappointment. Apparently the waitress didn't like that we decided to order ice cream instead of steak. We had originally planned to enjoy the ice cream in the garden, but due to the rain we were asked to go inside the restaurant. It took all of 25 minutes for the ice cream to finally be brought to our table. Only 3 tables were occupied - one of them was us. When I turned around to ask what the ice cream was like, the waitress SCREAMED across the entire store without me asking anything in a very annoyed, unpleasant and very unprofessional tone: "It's almost here!!!" At the neighboring table the bottle of water was poured into the glasses by the waitress, but this wasn't even offered to us with the water we ordered. The service overall was unfriendly, slow and really unprofessional. The lady at the table behind us asked if there should be a salad with her steak, and the same waitress who served us (a blonde lady) replied: "Actually, you had to choose from three side dishes, but you have them nothing said!" and made the old lady understand that it was her own fault because she hadn't said anything. In an upscale establishment - which is what the Schanze am See is supposed to be - a well-trained waitress would ALWAYS ask what side dish it should be. Afterwards, the waitress just patronizingly “offered” a salad in a brisk tone, which the old lady understandably refused. It felt like we weren't welcome and there was an atmosphere that clearly wanted to convey that the customer wasn't the "king" but was lucky that they were graciously being served at all. It's a shame, because we live less than 600m from the ski jump by the lake and if you don't want to eat your ice cream at home, then it's actually a nice spot to walk over to when the weather is good. And the ice cream was really tasty too. But sorry, with such horrible service, I can only advise against it.

The plaice was wobbly and not fried properly, the potatoes were floating in the water, and no spices on the table.

Very nice, the restaurant to relax and get full at the same time, wonderful view of the lake. The food was lovingly and deliciously prepared, our waitress was very nice and accommodating, ideal for an anniversary or other celebrations, thanks to the boss, kitchen and the waitress.

Very nice atmosphere, very courteous, friendly service and an excellent steak, an all-round successful evening with a view of the lake, what more could you want...

The company evening event (> 100 guests) was mega. The location is beautiful and the service was on point when it came to delivering drinks and also refilling the buffet. What I think is a shame that all of the meat on the grill was dry, either grilled for too long and as a result tough, or simply left over for too long due to the pre-production. I also thought it was a shame to buy ready-made salads for the buffet. That doesn't have to be the case at this level because everything else was great and the people on site were super fast and totally friendly. Overall, it was still a great event with lots of good conversations in a place where you can really celebrate your wedding.

We had great service at the table.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it at all. Service is zero. I invited friends over for coffee on May 1st and wanted something special so I went to the ski jump. We also got a table on the same beautiful terrace and were warmly welcomed. A short time later the menus were brought out. From now on we were no longer noticed despite 4 waitresses on the terrace (3 women and 1 gentleman). Within 20 minutes I asked for an ashtray 3 times and each time I got the answer straight away. But nothing happened. I then got myself an ashtray. After about 30 minutes the order was taken. 1 pot of coffee with plum cake, 1 tea with apple cake, 1 cup of coffee with plum cake. 1 non-alcoholic beer and ice cream sundae. The beer and sundae arrive almost immediately. After I had finished my ice cream sundae, my guests also got their coffee or tea. After waiting for the cake again, I asked again, yes, I'll bring it to them immediately was the answer. After asking again, they still don't have any cake. My friend with the jug, no, now I don't want any more cake either. The cake came immediately about 1/2 hour after the coffee. We were very annoyed and I was very embarrassed by my guests where I took them. Now to pay. Again within 1/2 hour asked for the bill 3 times but nothing happened. We all thought where is the hidden camera. We then left and I went in to pay. Of course, my friend's plum cake, which he had canceled, was also included in the bill. The fun cost 47.50, so I rounded it up to 50 euros and said a friendly goodbye, never to be seen again. You can call this a service desert.

Very friendly staff. For coffee we had waffles with fresh strawberries, cream and ice cream. Delicious!!! We'll definitely come back

We were there a few days ago. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented. Very nice atmosphere with a direct view of the lake at sunset Unfortunately the service was not at all satisfactory. The staff were friendly, but very poorly organized. It took almost 1.5 hours for the food to arrive, and in the meantime we weren't asked once if we wanted something more to drink, for example. The dishes then all came one at a time, spread out over a quarter of an hour. When the last person finally got their food, the others were almost finished. Hopefully it will be better next time.

I was invited to a wedding at the Schanze am See in mid-May 2024. The ambience and view are really great and ideal for a wedding. The wedding ceremony took place in the garden, which was really beautiful. The food or buffet was varied, plentiful and very tasty. Different types of meat were offered, which were grilled on the terrace. The rooms are country house-like, modern and cozy. The toilets were very clean. The service was quick and friendly. I felt very well. The only drawback is the poor mobile phone quality and the lack of WiFi on site. If free Wi-Fi was offered here in the future, that would be perfect. (This is just a suggestion;). I can recommend the restaurant.

Wir wollten als Etappenziel im Restaurant „Schanze am See“ Kaffee und Kuchen zu uns nehmen. Die Bestellung ein Stück Himbeer-/Quarktorte, Butterkuchen ohne Sahne und Milchkaffee. Nach der Bestellaufnahme, die nicht besonders freundlich und einladend wirkte kam der Milchkaffee relativ zügig. Anschließend kam ein Kellner mit 2x Himbeertorte an unseren Tisch und fragte ob dies von uns bestellt wurde, dies wurde von uns und ebenso an den Nachbartischen verneint. Auf Nachfrage kam dann 1xHinbeertorte und auf eine zweite Nachfrage 20 min später Butterkuchen, der optisch eher unappetitlich aussah. Der Geschmack bestätigte dann die schlechte Qualität. Die abschließende Frage nach der Rechnung ließ uns noch einmal 30min warten bevor wir dann am Tresen 23,50€ bezahlt haben. Schade dass das Rundumpaket ( Service und Qualität der Kuchen) nicht zum Rechnungsbetrag passte. Wir werden von einem weiteren Besuch in diesem schön gelegenen Lokal absehen.

Dog welcome 10 minutes from the highway to/from Denmark. Nice place to stop, let the dog stretch its legs in the park or on the beach and then have lunch on the terrace. Nice service, nice dishes.

I realized that you pay 80% of the price for the view. Unfortunately, the food wasn't that tasty, at least not for this enormous price. Still the service was ok.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here with 40 people. Everything was absolutely great: the food, the service, the location, the atmosphere - you can't beat it! We can only recommend it.

Nicely located restaurant, with good food and friendly staff

I went there for dinner with three friends yesterday. We were all disappointed. Price-performance ratio not true at all. The quality of the food wasn't good either. The service needs improvement. The toilet was not clean. I will definitely not be there again to eat out. Annegret Wolf from Hamburg.

Short version: There was probably a change of tenant and unfortunately the service and food are not anywhere near the same level as before, but the prices are. Unfortunately that doesn't fit. We had visited the Schanze zum See several times over the last few years and were always thrilled by the great ambience and the incomparable service. On our second visit we were welcomed like regular guests and assigned to a seat that we liked the first time, to name just one example of the great service. Now we wanted to go out for a nice meal with our parents and decided on the ski jump by the lake. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was a sign on the door saying that old vouchers would no longer be accepted. That seemed strange but we thought nothing of it and went inside. After being welcomed and assigned to a table, we had the feeling for the first time that something was different. We quickly got the cards and then decided on different dishes. These were good overall, but nothing compared to before. During the evening there were several things that made us a little suspicious, so we found out via Google that there had been a change of tenant and that some guests have been dissatisfied since then. Unfortunately, we have to agree with this. There were always situations that simply didn't fit the atmosphere. I'm not a person who places a lot of value on appropriate service (I don't care which side I'm served from, for example), but here are a few examples that, taken together, simply don't do justice to the ambience and certainly don't do justice to the prices: - Loud conversations from the employees, so you can neither listen to the music nor your own conversations. - Employee shouts across the room that she's going to have a smoke. - Food is passed across the table, over heads. - To fish you have to ask for a fish knife. - A spoon is missing from the tagliatelle, which is served as spaghetti by the employee. - The requested shrimp was forgotten for the tagliatelle, but at least it was added later. Overall, the service seems a bit lackluster or not motivated enough. You also get the feeling that the people are not experts. This simply doesn't do justice to the great ambience and high prices. Since the overall experience was dampened and didn't feel right, we won't be visiting the ski jump again in the near future.

Waren das 2.Mal zum Kaffeetrinken da. Heute war der Kuchen kalt. ( schmeckte wie kürzlich aufgetaut) das Stück vom Kumpel, was er sich selbst geholt hatte, weil er unten im Gartrn saß, war doppelt so groß. Vor einer Woche hatte Kuchen und Kaffee 8,50€ gekostet. Heute 10,20 € . Darauf angesprochen, meinte die Bedienung, dass es eine Preiserhöhung gegeben hat. Wir haben lange gewartet, dass überhaupt eine Bedienung kam. Und zur Bezahlung wurden wir an den Tresen zitiert. Tut mir leid, aber so geht man nicht mit Kunden bei den Preisen um. Mich sieht man hier nicht wieder.

We were there with friends some time ago. We ate very tasty food. Everything tasted great. The ambience is very nice, although a little old. Unfortunately we have to say that the two girls should practice a little more as service employees. We had to ask several times about drinks, about components of the meal and about clearing away the wine glasses. And at the end we were asked, a little rudely, if we would like to order anything else; the kitchen was about to close. Our conclusion: delicious food and we had fun!

Never again... Unfortunately, the beautiful view of the lake is not congruent with the quality of the food and service. When we arrived we were assigned an outdoor table, my wife and two children were with me. The menus were brought to our table 20 minutes later. A waiter picked up a table before taking our order (poor organization). Of course my children (4 and 5 years old) were thirsty and I had to ask a server to take our order for a drink, after 35 minutes we received it Beverages. Then they took our order for some food, after almost an hour we were able to receive our food. The terrace was well occupied, but there was only one large group of people. The rest of the tables ordered a dish and a drink. When my wife walked in she could see that other guests were already returning their dishes because they had taken too long.At the time of payment. Of course I had to go to the checkout myself because then I would have had to wait 45 minutes to get the bill. The employee at the checkout served me unfriendly. And she didn't even ask if everything was okay. In fact no one asked anything. I was the manager of a restaurant in Hamburg and I have to say that the organization and quality of service were terrible. It's a shame because the place deserves better. And it's a shame that I had to go through something like that with my family because I was the one who suggested this place. Worst way to waste almost 80 euros of my money. So, as I said. Never again ...

Very nice restaurant with a great location - right on Lake Einfelder. Food is of very high quality and very tasty. The service is always very friendly and customer-oriented. Always happy to come back.

A great hygienic restaurant with great insight! We had dinner with friends and the rump steak was really worth recommending. Juicy and easy to chew! It was great service and the atmosphere was great!!!

We were invited to a wedding and it was discussed in advance that we would order á la carte from the asparagus menu. When we wanted to order we were told that there were only 3 pieces of asparagus left. There were delivery problems and they can't do anything about it. So honestly, if you say it's possible then if necessary I'll drive to the nearest store and do the shopping myself. Especially since there was still asparagus for upcoming guests in the next room. We then ordered something else. There were 14 of us and it took almost 2 hours for the food to be served. Drinks were not brought because they had been forgotten and the food was not served at the same time despite the long waiting time. That would have explained the waiting time. But the highlight was that the foil was still on the cheese during a meal and I ask myself how, at such prices, with so many individual steps in the preparation process, you don't notice that the cheese is still in the packaging. The burger was replaced and the service was very friendly, but in the end it was just very sad for the bride and groom who had relied on a smooth process. Very unfortunate.

A very nice location in which we immediately felt at home. The tables were not too crowded and were stylishly set. The food was very decoratively presented on the plate and we really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. There was quiet music playing in the background, which we found pleasant. We will definitely come back. Wir waren dort zum Abendessen, gute Lage, schöner Blick.. Das Essen : Die " Spargelsuppe mit 'Stücke' " ( wir dachten an 1 Spargelstück ;) ) war völlig ohne Stücke und dafür teuer. Der freundliche Hinweis an die Bedienung wurde nicht empathisch verarbeitet.... Der Feldsalat knochentrocken, wenige Tropfen Basalmico, das war's. - Der Hugo hatte nichts Prickelndes, viel zu süß, musste mit Unmengen H2O trinkbar gemixt werden... -------- Also: nicht empfehlenswert und viel zu teuer für die Qualität! - Früher war die Küche sehr gut! Was ist geschehen?????

A very nice location. The food is great. Last night we had the location all to ourselves without any particular occasion. After about 20 years I was able to enjoy sour meat again. As befits this homeland smell - the classic way with homemade tartar sauce and fresh fried potatoes with bacon.

Very nice atmosphere, fast and very friendly service, delicious dishes. We had the sour meat and tagiatelle with asparagus and shrimp. Serve with carpaccio as a starter. We were completely satisfied and will be happy to come back.

Visually, the house and the rooms are really impressive. Very pretty and harmoniously furnished. The food was delicious. The service was underground. There were seven of us and the restaurant wasn't even half full. At first no one came to at least take the drinks order. That was probably half an hour. After at least another half hour the waitress came and said that my chosen dish was out. It can happen, but not after such a long time. At some point the drinks came, the meal probably took another hour and then I was missing the cucumber salad that came with it, and the waitress didn't respond to eye contact or a raised hand. Well then without salad... After eating and clearing up, they offered to bring me a cucumber salad... Um, yes. We ordered another round of coffee. It also came in a reasonable time. From then on we were ignored. We would have liked to have coffee again and maybe one or the other a piece of cake, but we weren't served anymore. At that point it was empty inside, only the terrace was well filled, so it was definitely doable and manageable. The menu has changed a lot and been reduced in size after the change of tenant. It wasn't as good as it was about a year ago. The location and the ambience are very nice. Very nice employees!

Today's Easter brunch was good again and there was something for everyone, unfortunately with brunch you are always full too quickly.

We went here with a group of five for brunch. The dining room is airy with lots of light. The wooden tables create an atmosphere of an old classy land house. There is great variety of choices both child and hot. The scrambled egg is of unparalleled freshness. I particularly enjoyed the numerous little salads - various fish and vegan options. The service was very friendly. A fantastic location for groups as well as for a romantic tete-a-tete. I would definitely recommend.

Wow, what a surprise... The ownership has changed and today we were there again for the first time since the change. Great cuisine, great service... Yes, it's not cheap... But when I think about what we got... It's rather inexpensive. We will be back. 😀 Unfortunately, unfortunately the owner has changed again. What a disappointment!!!! The 5 stars became 1 star. The food is incredibly bad. Snack food is better! Such a shame!!! A positive thing is the great behavior of the service after the complaint.

The three of us were guests here on February 16, 2024! The first thing I have to say is that the welcome was very strange. When I go to a restaurant like this as a guest, I simply expect that I will be escorted to the table and not told that the second to last table is reserved for you. The table we were given was set for three people but only had two chairs. When asked, the answer was “no, the one next to me” and again called out from reception. But this table was set for four people, which irritated us a little. The next thing was the question about cards, which were then brought. When we ordered the drinks and they were brought to us, I unfortunately discovered that I had ordered a non-alcoholic beer, but a normal Pilsner was served in a glass, even though the non-alcoholic beer was supposed to be a bottled beer in the menu. Was then exchanged! When we ordered our dishes and they were served, the main course arrived first and after about 5 minutes the accompanying fried potatoes in a dessert bowl, so the amount was about 2 tablespoons. She didn't get the salad for my wife, even though it was announced beforehand that it would be brought straight away. That's not going to happen with "upscale gastronomy" and I'll be surprised how long this tenant will last in this style. The previous ones apparently threw in the towel again after a short time. It's still understandable that the prices have risen due to the VAT increase, but the fact that I pay €32.90 for a Wiener Schnitzel is simply outrageous for my taste, although the schnitzel could have been veal schnitzel, but with a thickness of around 2 .5mm that's outrageous. When we were asked about a dessert and wanted to know what was available, we were told that there was only ice cream and another dessert because company holidays began the next day. For 2 scoops of ice cream and some spray cream, the estimate was €7, which is €3 per scoop of ice cream and €1 for a dollop of cream from the spray can! We will not recommend this “restaurant”.

The four of us had dinner in the “Zur Schanze” restaurant on Boxing Day. At first glance, the Christmas and festive atmosphere was missing, as there were no decorations to be found in this regard. We were greeted by a lady who was dressed too casually for my taste for the occasion. A sign indicated a non-functioning card machine and cash payment. This shouldn't happen in a more upscale restaurant with corresponding prices. The food was rather carelessly prepared. My mother was served a thick raw piece of duck for the main course, which we had to send back. Even on the second attempt, the duck was raw and inedible. My husband's rump steak was more "rare" than "medium", and my fish and side dishes were extremely tasteless. The lady who served us was very nice and tried very hard. The service was still unsatisfactory for such a restaurant. Conclusion: Lack of ambience, bad food and service that could be improved at overpriced prices. Unfortunately my expectations were not met in any way. Definitely not a recommendation.

Nice atmosphere, very tasty food. In my opinion it's worth a visit. I highly recommend it and will visit again in the future.

I went to the ski jump at the lake today and it was a hit. The food was tasty, the atmosphere was inviting and I can only recommend it.

The poultry was still half raw And when we came back in after smoking, there were mice running around in the inn. Dessert took forever to arrive. I won't do that again!!!

After a wintry walk by the lake, we felt like warm drinks and food. So we visited the ski jump. The first impression was that the staff seemed quite overwhelmed as there were other guests waiting to be seated. We were seated off to the side to wait for service and menus. At some point we ordered tea and a hot chocolate. When the drinks were served after a while, the chocolate was lukewarm and the wrong type of tea (bag) was served. We immediately pointed out the error to the service, who disappeared and, as my wife passed by, wordlessly threw the variety we originally ordered more or less onto the table... Afterwards we had more than enough time to study the menu. My wife's chosen dish (matjes) was not available, so we had salad and for me salmon with risotto. Afterwards we had plenty of time to enjoy the ambience. When our dishes were served, I realized that the rice on my plate had nothing to do with risotto. It looked and tasted like rice cooked in a light broth, similar to the rice you get at local kebab shops. I would also have liked the sauce in a separate container as the food was almost drowning in it. The salad was generally okay, but a few vegetable sprouts or seeds would have spiced it up a bit. The payment process was also annoying, as it was assumed that the payment would be in cash without being asked.

We had reserved a table. After the change of tenant, we were there again for the first time in a long time. In short, it was a complete disaster, we had to give up almost all of the food. I had salmon, my charming partner had sour meat, we were both sour afterward. I've never escaped from a restaurant so quickly and you won't see me and my partner there again just as quickly. Service was nice but overwhelmed for these demands. Paid the bill and spent the evening digesting the food and disappointment. If professionals don't get to work quickly, the train, in which case the vehicle, has left! Unfortunately I had to give it one star to show my disappointment. I have no choice but to apologize to my partner...

The 2nd day of Christmas, and my birthday, should be celebrated in a stylish ambience with excellent food and professional service 🥂🌟The table was not in a quiet side room, as ordered. But everything was fine, as lunchtime activity was limited anyway. Service was initially friendly, but the unprofessional approach could not keep up with the increasingly negative feedback from guests about the menu. At the latest, when the dry duck, the well-cooked steak and the vegetarian “mashed potatoes” were returned to half-empty plates, we would have expected that either the chef/or the restaurant management would specifically ask. The wine we ordered didn't come to the table either. The dessert (white mousse - rather overly sweet mass - and microscopic baked apple with cheesecake filling) was a disgrace. Only the tiramisu was edible. When paying the bill / at least for 4 people in the 3-digit higher range 😡 no questions, not a word of regret. The restaurant/management is again not present here. All in all, a rip-off bordering on usury. Let each person conclude whether personal experience would bring him different insights.

Tolles Ambiente und eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Servicekraft. Sehr leckeres Essen. Sehr zu empfehlen Ein zweiter Besuch hat leider etwas Punktabzug gegeben. Das Ambiente ist echt Klasse. Leider war es gut besucht und die Akustik extrem laut. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich jedoch für das Ambiente und die Preiskategorie ist mir die unpassende Kleidung sehr ins Auge gefallen... Sporthose und Leggins finde ich unpassend. Auch wenn die Damen eine tolle Figur haben. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Jedoch bei der Frischkäseparaline in meiner Kürbissuppe waren zu viele Kürbiskerne. Das Roastbeef war Klasse, die Remoulade Klasse, zuviel Salat ohne Dressing leider und die Bratkartoffeln hab ich auch schon besser erlebt. Trotzdem noch eine gute Bewertung da ich es als sehr schönen Abend empfand. Update... Nach Eigentümerwechsel im Dezember 2023 nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Essen vollständig zurückgegeben. Service ging so, Essen war nicht zu genießen. Ging gar nicht. Die positive Empfehlung nehme ich ich zurück. Für den Preis geht das gar nicht. Sehr traurig.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem als vornehm geltenden Restaurant gestaltete sich bedauerlicherweise wenig zufriedenstellend. Bereits zu Beginn fiel auf, dass der Tisch nicht angemessen eingedeckt war, was den Erwartungen an einen gehobenen Service nicht gerecht wurde. Das kulinarische Erlebnis erwies sich als enttäuschend, insbesondere angesichts des hoch angesetzten Preises. Besonders bedauerlich war das Fehlen jeglicher weihnachtlicher Dekoration, insbesondere an einem festlichen Tag wie dem 2. Weihnachtstag. Die Servicemitarbeiter zeigten sich zwar freundlich, jedoch trübten diverse Unachtsamkeiten den Gesamteindruck. Vergessene Getränke und das Fehlen der angekündigten Sauce beim Nachtisch waren bedauerliche Unstimmigkeiten, die das Gesamterlebnis beeinträchtigten. Der bestellte Bratapfel mit Cheesecake entsprach nicht den Beschreibungen und hinterließ somit eine weitere Enttäuschung. Im Gesamten betrachtet, kann ich den Besuch in diesem Restaurant zu einem Preis von 68,00 € pro Person, ohne Getränke, nicht empfehlen. Die enttäuschenden Aspekte überwogen die positiven Elemente, und die Erfahrung entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen an ein vornehmes Gastronomieerlebnis.

Hier een verjaardagsfeestje gehad met een warm- en koud buffet, nagerechten en natuurlijk koffie met (veel) heerlijke taarten. Ontzettend goed en lekker was dat en de sfeer is erg mooi en leuk. Bediening is goed en vriendelijk. Moeite waard om hier een feestje te geven of om er gewoon gezellig te gaan dineren.

Gibt Dreieck BDS, NTF, NMS mE kein besseres Restaurant. Essen, Service, Ambiente passt als Gesamtpaket.

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Das Ambiente des Lokales ebenfalls Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir waren schon oft dort und haben den großen Salat gegessen. Es gab Brot dazu, ausreichend Dressing und interessante frische Zutaten. Unser Sohn aß gerne die frisch gemachten Kartoffelspalten. Heute gab es stattdessen TK-Pommes, im Salat verschiedene Convenience-Zutaten, zu wenig Dressing und kein Brot dazu. Schade, es scheint ein Personalproblem in der Küche zu geben. Wenn man sich entscheidet, einfacheres essen anzubieten, müsste man das Konzept und die Preise ebenfalls anpassen. Ich hoffe, man bekommt das gelöst. Bisher war die Schanze immer ein Geheimtipp.
