In my opinion the best fish restaurant in town! There is a large selection of different fish and a daily menu that varies from time to time. The absolute hit is the scampi pan, incredibly delicious! In principle, any fish dish is recommended. The different fillets or even whole fish are always perfectly fried. Even if you order the Scampino grill plate with at least four different fillets! Of course, guests who don't want to eat fish are also thought of, but I haven't tried it yet. 😉 The selection of wines is large and there is something of good quality for every taste. If you don't know which wine to choose, you can rely on the service's recommendation. Otherwise the service leaves nothing to be desired, attentive and quick and still always time for a few personal words. For me, a place to feel good all around!

Auf Anfrage was denn ein Petersfisch sei, bekam man dann die Antwort -ist halt ein Fisch-nach kurzer Überlegung und einem blöden Lachen dann- halt ein flacher Fisch-was soll das -einzig positive Erfahrung war die Servicekraft mit dem leckeren Cafe-Halleluja! die Fotos auf der Internetseite sind gestellt-niemand in meinem Umfeld an diesem Abend hatte ein vergleichbares Essen serviert bekommen-Preis Leistung ist ein Witz-

Ladies and Gentlemen Their restaurant is called “Scampino”, based on the “Scampi”, also known as “Kaisergranate”. However, they do not offer scampi. You write "Small shrimp pan with aioli and lemon" on your card, but the customer gets shrimp. You openly admit the deception or rather the fraud by writing in English "Small shrimp pan with aioli sauce and lemon" write. “Shrimp” means “prawn”. They shamelessly exploit the customer's ignorance, who unfortunately doesn't know the difference between scampi, shrimp or gammas. Do you even know the difference between a shrimp and a scampi?

Be careful when reserving online! Unfortunately we can't say anything about the food - we just didn't get anything: There were several tables available for two people on OpenTable (just from the restaurant's website), so we made a reservation and showed up on time. But unfortunately we were told on site (and not particularly friendly) that the kitchen had long been closed. The data posted by the restaurant on OpenTable probably doesn't necessarily have anything to do with reality... Tip: Opposite at Localino, our evening was saved with nice service and good food!

I have been here many times. The food is always delicious and friendly service. Baby calamari panne and scallop salad are highly recommended! 👍🏼

We were there with a good 20 people from the company. The preliminary coordination worked perfectly, as did the selection of a quiet corner in the winter garden. Both fish and steak eaters were extremely satisfied with the food. There was also enough parking space, what more could you want for a successful evening.

The service was good but not very attentive. The food was really better last year. The prawns were not fresh and therefore very dry. Maybe we were a little unlucky that day - I would still go again.

If you are a foreigner, your treatment will be bad, especially refugees. I was refused entry and I do not know why. I think it is because of my brown color.

Zur Vorspeise hatten wir Lachs-Carpaccio sowie Schafskäse mit Kräutern überbacken. Als Hauptgericht Loup de mer und Pasta Salmone. Essen war sehr lecker, die Weine hervorragend. Junger, aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Our group of 12 colleagues enjoyed a lovely dinner here Reservation and ambience: We reserved a week in advance, which was necessary given the popularity of Scampino, even on a Wednesday evening. The location near the Rhine adds to the charm of the restaurant and makes it a nice place for dinner - when the sun is shining, the terrace area is highly recommended. The service: Service was quick and attentive, even if the staff seemed a bit annoyed at times. This small detail did not significantly affect our overall impression. Menu: The Scampino is known for its fish dishes and seafood. The food was excellently prepared and delicious. However, the selection for vegetarians and vegans was quite limited. As someone who could have done without fish, I found the selection sparse, with only pasta aglio olio or salad. An expanded vegetarian and vegan menu would be a welcome addition. Pricing: Prices are on the high end, but the quality of the seafood justifies the cost. If you appreciate well-prepared fish and seafood, Scampino is recommended. The food was very disappointing. It was cooked with frozen seafood. Side dishes were like cafeteria food. Service was friendly. Because of the price-performance ratio, I wouldn't come back.

We spontaneously went to Scampino during a visit to Cologne - and had a wonderful evening! Charming and humorous service. Oysters, spaghetti with shrimps and tiramisu. Plus a great wine recommendation. Everything was really delicious. We felt very comfortable, were pleasantly surprised to discover such a good fish restaurant in Cologne and would definitely recommend a visit to Scampino.

We ate there for the third time today and we were thrilled again. The food is very tasty, the staff is friendly and attentive and we really enjoyed the evening on the terrace.

We have been coming to you for years now. It's always a pleasure! I don't normally eat fish in Germany, but you'll let us sink into dreams with the fish plate for two people. I also ate at your place during my pregnancy and the service always surpassed itself. Everything is explained well and the waiters know what they are talking about. Also big compliments to the kitchen. Not only does the food taste great, but the service is also great. Since I don't eat white wine sauce during my pregnancy, a sauce was made especially for me!! We always order the large scampi pan as a starter. We always look forward to them! The ambience is beautiful. The winter garden in particular is an eye-catcher. New chairs and tables were also placed indoors. Super classy and cozy! In our opinion, you are the best fish restaurant we have visited in Germany so far! Always happy! And once again a big compliment to the friendly and courteous service! It doesn't get any better

As always, super nice service & excellent food. 3 stars deducted due to the terrible flat screen monitors with boring and annoying videos from Dubai. That just doesn't fit with the rest of the quality of the restaurant at all.

Nice, large selection of dishes. If someone doesn't like fish, they can also eat meat or vegetarian. My food was good, but not very seasoned for my taste. Tiramisu also satisfied me. Light Pinot Gris was also fine. Something was too loud for me. Too many people sitting too close together and some clearly too loud. Service good.

Unfortunately the evening was ruined. Biased attitude and tried to cheat on payment 2 times. After the fraud was discovered, the waiter acted as if nothing had happened. Yyfcherkil pen extra dishes and that's all. Terrible, never again

The food was really very tasty. We had the large scampi pan and the Norwegian salmon fillet. Both were excellently prepared. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy. The service was very friendly and attentive. And the location directly on the Rhine is of course also a plus point. I will definitely visit Scampino again.

Good, tasty fish restaurant in Cologne Mülheim, nice service, unfortunately the Kölsch is only big 0.3 and Gaffel is bitter, so I would have liked to have a shot in o.2 but the waiter said no, why I have no idea, actually a very simple order, we thought not good... a bit of a shame, but the waitress was all the more friendly. Wir hatten als Vorspeise eine scampi Pfanne die gut war. Danach eine gemischte Fischplatte für 2 Personen . Diese hätte schmackhafter sein dürfen . So gut wie keine Gewürze und die Soße war ziemlich klebrig ( fast wie aus der Tüte ) ich habe hier schon bedeutend besser gegessen Das Personal war sehr freundlich wie immer. Das Lokal war sehr voll und es war sehr laut .

It was a place we went to as a friend's recommendation and invitation. cupra, anchovy and soman were stale. The friend felt sad and later admitted that he was not well. If I were alone I would NEVER eat it, I would object. Even if I were invited again, I wouldn't go.

It was a place I went to as a guest for the first time, especially to eat fish. The view was beautiful when served. Anchovy pan, cupra and salmon were STELY. The fried shrimp was very hard. I had to eat it so as not to offend my friend.

We decided to go to a nice fish restaurant with my family. At first the atmosphere seemed different and everything seemed fine. but there was rice on the menu. But there was no rice on any of the plates and the fish that came was stale. The portion of salmon was small and stale, the fried anchovies were watery and stale, the shrimp was very hard, and the sea bream was stale. The employees were not friendly. I guess they put stale products in the carnival so that no one would notice. Price performance was terrible. It was a nice looking place, I hope they serve their products fresh. I do not recommend.

1.2. 7:30 p.m. - 10 p.m. Food tasted very good. Ambience sober, loud and uncomfortable. Waiters incompetent and unfriendly. No idea about wine. Prices excessive. Pellegrino over €9, Lugana over €50, sole over €40. Low selection.

We should have left after the “welcome”. Between the starter and the main course there was a waiting time of over 30 minutes and dishes not tidied up. The price-performance ratio and the names of the dishes do not match. The Scampino grill plate is not one. The one crab & the fish pieces were fried and definitely not grilled. The fish soup is more of a tomato soup with minimal fish accompaniment. The spaghetti with parmesan was too spicy & the scampi pan was oily & dry because it was fried for too long. We wanted another table, which was not given to us because it was supposedly reserved. When we left the table was still empty.

Das Gute vorweg: Das Essen war gut. Aber ein gutes Essen geht unter, wenn die Atmosphäre nicht stimmt. Einen hohen Anteil hatte bei unserem Besuch die Servicekraft. Beim Erstkontakt wurden wir auf die hohe Auslastung durch die Möbelmesse in einer unangenehmen Art eingestimmt, dass man sich die Frage stellte, ob der Tisch in den nächsten 15 Minuten neu besetzt werden soll. Meine Begleiterin wurde von der Servicekraft aufgefordert, zu begründen, warum sie keine Vorspeise wolle. Mein Begleiter wurde blossgestellt, als ihm die Servicekraft ohne Aufforderung ins Besteck griff und demonstrierte, wie er Scampi von der Schale zu befreien habe. Zweimal wurde er währenddessen darauf hingewiesen, dass mein Begleiter das beherrsche. Zum Schluss wurde ihm das Besteck mit der Frage übergeben, ob er alleine essen könne. Lieber Restaurantbesitzer, wir werden dieses Lokal meiden - schließlich gibt es vorzügliche Restaurants, in denen ich gerne mehr als 9€ für den Sprudel bezahle, da dort die Atmosphäre stimmt.

War vorgestern dort essen, vom Ambiente alles schick. Hatte ein Steak mit rosmarin kartoffeln und Gemüse. Das Steak war okay, die Kartoffeln waren alt und zum Gemüse gab es unter anderem Spinat und das war kein frischer Spinat, das war TK. Zahle gerne was mehr für gutes Essen, aber dann erwarte ich was anderes als TK. Der Service war mittelmäßig, uns wurde das Essen gebracht und das war es. Bin gewohnt das jemand fragt ob alles okay ist, war nicht der Fall. Ein zweites Mal werde ich wohl nicht wieder kommen.

Wir waren unter der Woche zu viert im Scampino essen. Was sollen wir sagen? Wir waren alle begeistert. Es war einfach wahnsinnig lecker, eins der besten Fischrestaurants in Köln! Jedes Gericht war sehr, sehr lecker, liebevoll angerichtet und schmackhaft. Der Kellner war aufmerksam und auf Zack. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Danke für den schönen Abend

Ein tolles Fisch Restaurant mit einer sehr guten festen Karte sowie einer großen wechselnden Tageskarten mit Marktaktueller Auswahl. Das Restaurant hat viele Plätze und ist daher ein wenig belebter. Die Gerichte waren Top! Den Service fand ich etwas ruppig aber auf eine sympathische Art und Weise. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

O çevrede güzel yemek için doğru bir adres, her ne kadar ana yemeğimiz için uzunca süre gelip sormadıklarından çorba ve mezelerle karnımızı doyursakta atmosferi güzel ve yemekleri lezzetli. Özellikle balık çorbasını tavsiye ederim. Bir sonra ki gelişimde merak ettiğim diğer yemekleri de deneyeceğim. Güler yüzlü çalışanlarıyla mekanı her zaman daha çok sevilir. Tavsiye ederim.

Eines der besten Fischrestaurants in Köln. Abwechslungsreiche Karte und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Preislich etwas gehoben, dennoch lohnt es sich voll und ganz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Seit mehr als 28 Jahren kommen wir immer wieder sehr gerne hierher, um „Wein und Meer“ zu genießen. Aufmerksam geworden auf das Scampino bin ich durch die Restaurantbesprechung im Magazin der IHK Köln; kurz nach der seinerzeitigen Eröffnung. Die Speisekarte bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl an Gerichten mit unterschiedlichen Beilagen, Vorspeisen und Süssem; oft saisonbezogen. Die Tageskarte ist immer für eine neue Überraschung gut - und die Weinauswahl bietet ein hervorragendes Sortiment, von günstig bis gediegen und immer passend. Mein Lieblingsmenue: die Fischsuppe als Vorspeise, die große Scampipfanne im Hauptgang, mit frischem, warmen Brot und einem Grauburgunder sowie zimmertemperierten Mineralwasser sowie einem frischen Desert zum Abschluss. Ein Espresso krönt den Abend. Der Service? Langjährig beschäftige Kräfte, die ihren Job als Berufung verstehen. Offen und ehrlich freundlich, unaufdringlich, haben sie immer den Gast im Blick. Kurz: ein „Muss“ für Genießer.

Es ist ein wirklich besonderes Restaurant. Der Service war mehr als wunderbar. Zusätzlich zu der ruhigen Atmosphäre, die dich zu fühlen lässt, ist das Essen auch sehr besonders.

Es war sehr nett, auch wenn der Laden voll war würden wir zügig und freundlich bedient. Die Weine waren sehr gut und es wurde dein Brot nachgereicht. Auch die Vorspeisen und das Hauptgericht waren gut, die Austern sehr frisch. Lediglich der Fisch hätte ein wenig glasiger gebraten sein können.

Das Essen und Ambiente an sich waren qualitativ und wirklich sehr gut. Aber leider Service Wüste Deutschland. Es ist nicht so das die Kellner nicht nett gewesen wären und vor allem bemüht aber bei spitzen Preise kann man als Gast auch spitzen Personal erwarten. Wir hatten den Eindruck das an diesem Abend einige Leute ohne Erfahrung ausgeholfen haben. Wir werden es nochmal versuchen in Zukunft. Jeder hat eine zweite Chance verdient.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen mit Freunden da. Hervorragender Fisch (gegrillte Dorade) und Meeresfrüchte, (fast schon zu) große Portionen, immer noch vernünftige Preise (incl. dem Wein) und eine sehr nette Bedienung. Ein voller Erfolg! War ein super Tip. Wir gehen auf jeden Fall wieder hin. Danke auch für das sichere Aufbewahren des vergessenen Handys…

Wir können das Scampino als Fisch-Restaurant sehr empfehlen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an, die Qualität der Produkte ist wirklich gut. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir die Fischplatte für 2 Personen, zum Dessert gab es Panna Cotta und Tiramisu. Es hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Wir waren zu zweit an einem Abend da, wo es nicht überfüllt war und noch einige Plätze frei waren. Wir durften uns aber nicht setzen um etwas zu trinken. Das wäre auch eine Flasche Wasser und Wein gewesen aber das fanden sie nicht so toll. Schade eigentlich. Selbst eine Flasche Wein mit Wasser würde ihnen Umsatz machen. Also Minuspunkt meinerseits

Das Scampio bekommt von mir 10 von 10 Punkten. Wir waren gestern Abend dort mit 4 Leuten essen und waren alle total begeistert vom Service,Ambiente und besonders dem Essen. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen dort mal essen zu gehen.

Fünf Sterne plus, für Service und Küche, ich weiß nicht wann ich das letzte mal so gut Fisch gegessen habe, Fisch in Perfektion zubereitet. Der Service war gleichermaßen perfekt, freundlich und herzlich schon allein die Tatsache das beim servieren nochmal erklärt wurde welche Sorten Fisch sich auf dem Teller befinden fand ich super, danke es war sehr schön bei euch und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Wein Empfehlung vom Kellner unbedingt glauben schenken. Danke für den schönen Abend.

Tolles Fischrestaurant mit einem tollen Service

Ein ganz tolles Angebot. Ein sehr zuvorkommender Service. Gerichte für Kinder abwandelbar aus der Karte. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Hafenstraße.

Sehr gutes,freundliches Personal. Wir waren mit unseren Speisen sehr zufrieden, alles perfekt zubereitet.

Zu Zweit gegessen. Einmal Seebarbe, kräftig im Geschmack, und einmal die klassische Dorade, sehr fein. Als Vorspeise einen geteilten Teller gegrillte Sardinen. Jeweils mit einer Weinbegleitung für Vorspeise und Hauptgericht. Ganz gute Weine von der Mosel. Alles wirklich exzellent und schmackhaft zubereitet. Sehr interessante und freundliche Bedienung. Ohne Tip ca EUR 105,--. Völlig oke und empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder.
