I thought it was cool that the kebab mqnn squirted into the food in front of my eyes, but apart from all your squirt that's lying around here, it's quite pleasant

Das Essen war sehr gut, Personal war sehr freundlich. Gözleme Teigtasche mit Spinat und Käse wurde frisch zubereitet, mega.

I quickly ordered a kebab box. Nice service and an appropriate atmosphere for a department store. But it just didn't taste good so I ended up throwing it away completely. The meat was very soggy and the herb sauce only tasted like sweet mayonnaise.

This snack bar just rips off customers. We and others were treated very unfriendly and arrogantly. All we can do is warn everyone, never again. The good reviews are inexplicable!

Food is OK. There are not many alternatives on Sundays in Neubrandenburg. Sometimes too much sauce and sometimes the chicken was overcooked and dry.

Sry, I have now given the store a chance for the third time due to many good experiences with the name Saray.. unfortunately always with the same semi-awesome result... Greetings were extremely unfriendly... you felt like you ordered 3 times until someone finally took pity on it to make the food and then every time something different comes out of what you ordered (wrong sauce, no sauce, etc.) I'm not in the mood for the mess anymore... you have to become much more customer friendly...

Was here with my wife and friends after a tour of the city walls. Although it was busy, we were served quite quickly. 2x kebab plate with fries, 1x burger and one Dürüm with drinks for all 4. For the kebab plates, the choice was between lamb and turkey, then the side dishes and sauce were asked. Likewise with Dürüm. Everything was great. In terms of price, it's in the middle range

Just ordered take away for me and my children. Turkish pizza with cheese and mixed meat and a flatbread. All that is satisfactory is the flatbread with sauce, fries are raw or have been warmed up twice, really disgusting. That feels like 5 euros. The nice gentleman didn't even want to add the cheese to Turkish pizza with cheese. But he would definitely have cashed in anyway. And I don't even want to start talking about the mixed meat. One would think that it can happen, but unfortunately this is a regular occurrence so that the order is not prepared as requested. And on the phone, well, how are you supposed to react if the food your children ordered is raw, especially if you have the nerve to do so. To demand that the fries be brought back. Sure, I put my 2 children on the bike and come back. Today was the last time. The health department will also be informed.

Great food except no salad in the kebab box, it would be better with salad otherwise delicious, always happy ☺️

Ordered for over 70 euros...order was all wrong...doner kebab meat was dry and tough...small blob of chilli sauce even though herb sauce was ordered. Never again!!!!

For the life of me I don't know where the good reviews come from. Had a grill plate for 2 people for €48. It wasn't worth the money considering the lengths. It was dry, full of gristle and a lot of it was just tasteless. We also ordered with rice and got mega soggy, barely salted fries. We weren't full either. Nice to throw the money out the window. That was definitely the first and the last time.

Here the tip is calculated yourself, had to pay more than necessary. When I asked about the price there was a curt answer. Food was okay. Still, never again.

Super lecker 😋 hatten einen Dönerteller mit Käse überbacken. Riesen Portion, nicht zu schaffen. Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Normaler Dönerladen. Preise etwas hoch. Essen ok. Toiletten zwei Stockwerke höher im Hinterhaus. Mittlerweile auch Durgang zu anderen Läden. 🙄

Döner gibt es minimal bessere, aber ist trotzdem sehr lecker! Mitarbeiter sind auch immer gut drauf :)

Habe gestern online einen Döner zum Abholen bestellt. Klappte alles problemlos und es war geschmacklich echt gut. Preis ist ok.

Das Essen ist gut, aber die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Nicht nur, dass der Boden und die Stühle voller Sauce gewesen sind, auch die Toilette ist unter aller Kanone. Ansonsten sind alle sehr freundlich.

Bin viel unterwegs und habe in mehr als 300 türkischen (Schnell-) Restaurant gegessen . Ohne zu übertreiben ist der Saray Grill einer der Besten davon . TOP ESSEN/ NETTES AMBIENTE / SAUBER UND SUPER NETTER SERVICE und preislich, mehr als fair

Haben gestern auf Vorbestellung dort zu Abend gegessen und auch schon öfter abgeholt. Dönerteller spitze! Cheeseburger lecker! Und Köfte Dürum tip-top! Restaurant ist sehr sauber und vor allem nicht abgelebt, wie manch andere Bistros. Auslage und Speisekarte ist ansprechend und Preise vollkommen gerechtfertigt. Die netten Herren, die dort bedienen und zubereiten, sind freundlich und flink. Wir sind zufrieden und kommen gern wieder. Zu empfehlen auf jeden Fall, wenn man auf dem Marktplatz in NB ist und Bock auf Döner, Dürum, Pide oder auch Auflauf hat. Eigentlich für jeden was dabei. Anmerkung: Bitte nicht mit dem Döner Imbiss im Marktplatz Center verwechseln.

Teller hat sich die ganze Zeit über gedreht. Atmosphäre war schrecklich weil Kinder laut Videos geschaut haben.

Empfehlenswert. Es wirkt alles sauber und Zutaten waren frisch. Sehr kulant bei Fehlern. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war noch im Rahmen.

Sehr leckerer Döner und vergleichsweise billig

Ich hab mir gestern einen Döner gekauft. Der war einfach nicht gut! Soße war nicht lecker. Diese wurde auch nur oben raufgeklatscht. Das Brot und das Fleisch waren total hart. Ziemlich ungenießbar. Ich konnte den nicht aufessen.

Einfach kein Vergleich zu jedem anderen Döner, den ich seit langer langer Zeit gegessen habe. Vermisse diese Qualität immer wieder und wünschte, dass man sich an diesem Niveau auch in Westdeutschland orientieren würde.

Zum ersten Mal besucht. Klassisches Döner gegessen. Geschmacklich der beste Döner den ich bisher gegessen habe. Die Theke mit den Salaten und Soßen sah sehr sauber und einladend aus. Sowas sollte Standard sein. Personal, freundlich und schnell, trotz vollem Laden. Fazit: Wer frisch und gut essen möchte ist hier völlig richtig.
