Unfortunately I can't rate the food there because they don't serve it because it's pure chaos in this shop at lunchtime. It's understandable that there's a lot going on, but the fact that you still can't place your order after 10 minutes because everyone is standing all over the place at the counter shouldn't be the case. The price is also rather expensive...

I can't get in because of this wheelchair... but it's still great... I know them personally. They would also help me with an e-wheelchair. That's why it's all cool, because not everyone does that 😉

So our kebab was very tasty 😋 and the people who work there are all cool 😎! Keep it up guys 😉

I've wanted to eat here several times now, but I've never been able to because it was always on vacation. You can also write here on Google that you are on vacation. I was looking forward to eating a good kebab for free. SHAME

Nice service Doner kebab was a little better than the Dürüm because the Dürüm dough was a little too thick in my opinion. Still both very good. We recommend.

Doner kebab 2.0 Very good selection of dishes, great food, nice atmosphere. It stands out clearly from all other kebab shops. The only “drawback” is that payment is only possible in cash. Still full marks because soooo good!

Can't fully understand the extremely positive reviews and recommendations. I came across this kebab shop through Jodel, then briefly checked the reviews on Google and thought, this must be something. But when I was allowed to pay 14 euros for a kebab shop and the portion was normal, I was a bit disappointed. The food wasn't bad, but for 14 euros I expect more anywhere. Others do it just as well for 11-12 euros. Plus it's just cheap minced meat on a skewer. The main customers are probably students. There are definitely better kebab shops in Ravensburg/Weingarten. Both in terms of price and taste.

Saray Döner is a real insider tip in Ravensburg. The store is clean and cozy, the staff is super friendly and quick. The kebab was absolutely delicious – juicy meat, fresh vegetables and perfectly seasoned sauces. The vegetarian options are also great. The prices are fair and the portions are generous. Definitely one of the best kebab shops in the city. We recommend!

First-class kebab, you definitely have to hand it to the boys. They are the best around at what they do. The ambience is also adorned with beautiful furnishings. Very descriptive establishment.

I went there as a school trip and the people there were so proper

The good first: the restaurant has very customer-friendly opening times and very nice staff. Unfortunately the food can't keep up in any way. We were there as a group and nothing we had was better than (to put it positively) mediocre. Several of our items were clearly inferior manufactured goods (e.g. falafel, hummus) or not good (e.g. lahmacun), not worth our money. The fact that the salad contained arugula was an unexpected (and extremely unpleasant) experience for a Turkish snack bar. It's a shame, we would have liked to have eaten well and given a positive review.

I asked a waitress a completely normal question and was simply left standing because she supposedly didn't understand German. My question again to another person who understood me was answered, but she then ridiculed it in front of the other colleagues, so that I still heard it at the exit.

Super delicious food, super friendly and courteous staff and totally child-friendly (there are high chairs, fries without salt if desired and a play area). We were thrilled and so were our children.

The kebab meat was dry and cold, the fries were barely salted, the sauce was run of the mill... I can't make a recommendation here.

Unfortunately, the Saray restaurant leaves a rather mixed impression. Despite the supposedly large selection of dishes, the offer is mainly limited to kebab variations. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a mixture of a kebab shop and a canteen, which is certainly not to everyone's taste. The service also leaves a lot to be desired. To order and pay for food, you have to wait in long lines. Card payment is not possible, which is incomprehensible given the fairly high prices. Drinks must be fetched from the refrigerator yourself; glasses are not provided. The opening times and cleanliness are positive. The hygiene seems to be impeccable. Overall, Saray is aimed more at guests who don't place too much value on ambience, service and food quality, but rather want to eat inexpensively and uncomplicatedly. Unfortunately, Saray is not a recommended address for an upscale restaurant visit. The one-time visit was enough for me personally. Next time I will go to a restaurant that justifies the rather high prices with its service and food.

Here is something for everyone … You can tell that the entire team always puts 100% of their hearts into it and leaves nothing to be desired. 🫶🏽

We look forward to Saray every time we are in Ravensburg. Yesterday there was a big event in the city and we were there 3 times and wanted to eat something there, the line went to the other end of the store every time, so we kept leaving. But we didn't want to eat anything else, so we just got in line at some point. The entire team delivered really well, even though there was so much going on. And yet everyone is always so friendly and in a good mood. Despite all the stress, our dishes were prepared quickly, error-free and still lovingly. We like to come again and again.

Since I arrived from Austria/Vorarlberg and wanted something to eat, I went to SARAY and I really enjoyed it 😍 Next time back to SARAY! Thanks to the brother from Hatay/Antakya Kind regards Turgut from Ankara 🤭

Great atmosphere with great dishes. The restaurant has good potential, the food is also great. Service: you have to order at the checkout, when it's busy it seems like there's a bit of chaos, but they still do a good job. Personal opinion: there are dishes that differ from a "normal kebab shop", if there was more focus on it, I would come more often (e.g. skewers and dishes that are not otherwise available around every corner).

Super delicious food, very friendly people and a good atmosphere. We ordered take away, it was super quick and special requests were taken into account. The portions are sufficient and we were all well fed. The restaurant looks very good, there is also a nice children's corner. Large selection, including many vegan and vegetarian dishes. We would love to come back and eat there too. A small note: the only thing that is really missing - the option to pay by card.

Essen ist super, leider ist fast immer geschlossen, wenn wir da was essen wollen & da es keine Internetseite gibt, kann man es auch nur herausfinden, wenn man hinfährt, weil es keinen AB gibt, wenn man anruft. Immer sehr ärgerlich. Wenigstens eine instagram Seite oder so könnte man verlinken für die neusten Infos

Wenn Ihr in Ravensburg einen sehr guten Döner essen wollt seit ihr hier an der richtigen Adresse. Die Saray Brothers haben auch wenn die Schlange durch das ganze Lokal geht eine super Laune und behalten den Überblick. Der Kebab selbst ist Perfekt, von Anfang bis Ende ist die Mischung Brot/Salat/Fleisch immer richtig. Die Knoblauchsoße könnte etwas mehr Knoblauch vertragen aber das ist Geschmackssache. Das Brot ist ein Traum, frisch und angenehm luftig,. Mit Abstand der BESTE Dönerladen in der Region Bodensee/RV. Weiter so Jungs und das nette Team. ####### Please support this local kebabshop :-)

Ohne Spaß der beste Döner in Ravensburg. Der Service is ultra korrekt und auch der Döner ist ne 10 von 10. Nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Echt leckeres Essen, schönes Ambiente und nettes Personal.

Ich hatte noch nie einen Döner, der so gut gebaut war. Man hat hier nicht salat am Anfang und dann Fleisch, sondern im gesamten Döner eine Schicht Salat, dann Soße, dann Fleisch, dann wieder Soße, dann wieder Salat, dann nochmal etwas Fleisch und Soße. Die Qualität schmeckt man ganz klar. Bester Döner in ganz Süddeutschland

Tasty Doner and amazingly friendly staff

Sind sehr gerne hier, weil die Laune immer gut ist und das Essen auch. Man fühlt sich willkommen und das ist das wichtigste, wenn man mal Zeit hat ohne Kinder was Kleines Essen zu gehen. Unsere Kinder gehen in der Mittagspause auch hier her und erzählen immer lustige, nette Geschichten, an denen man merkt, dass auch Sie willkommen sind. Hoffentlich schafft ihr es, diesen Spirit über die Jahre zu konservieren.😘

Gutes Essen, leider oft mittags sehr voll...aber Preis-Leistung passt. Gern auch mal die Mittagsempfehlung probieren!

Mittlerweile eine tolle Erfolgsgeschichte der Familie Bulut. Absolut gerechtfertigt! Sehr freundliches Personal und tolle und abwechslungsreiche Gerichte. Abseits vom klassischen Döner gibt es frisch zubereitete Tagesgerichte, wie gefüllte Paprika oder Auberginen. Vor allem ist das vegetarische und vegane Angebot zu empfehlen, was abseits von Großstädten eher unüblich ist. Neben Falafel gibt es auch Halloumi und gegrilltes Gemüse. Ohne Übertreibung der beste und abwechslungsreichste Döner in Ravensburg. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöner Laden Modern eingerichtet und mit jungem Personal. Lockere Stimmung, alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemüht und das Essen ist echt überragend. 5 Sterne sehen immer so blöd aus weil man nie weiß wer sie verteilt hat aber hier bleibt mir nichts anderes übrig.

Wir waren sehr hungrig unterwegs, sind aber wegen des schlechten Service aus einem anderen Restaurant gegangen und haben das Saray zufällig gefunden. Tolles Personal und das Essen ist einfach super! Vegane Optionen reichlich vorhanden, schmecken lecker, die Pommes sind mit Oregano gewürzt (SUPER!) und das vegane Pide (nicht auf der Karte, aber spontan gezaubert) war fantastisch! Wir kommen defintiv wieder :)
