As soon as you enter the restaurant you feel like you are in Italy and you can feel the family atmosphere. We were served very courteously, attentive but not intrusive service. The food was super delicious. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back. Thanks.

We were there for the first time today and we weren't disappointed. Very authentic, medium-sized guest room with a lot of Italian flair - almost like a little vacation in Italy. The food was freshly prepared and the taste was incredibly good. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the great experience.

Ambiance like in Italy, tastes like in Italy, singing waiters like in Italy. One of the best pizzas since Lake Garda. I only eat Pizza Frutti di Mare where fresh ingredients are a given. Everything is done right here. Simply delicious!

You can clearly tell that this shop is family run. If you don't have a table reservation in the evening, you'll almost certainly come away empty-handed. The food, whether pizza, pasta, risotto... Is excellent. Only high-quality products (ham, mozzarella, etc.) are used, which can also be purchased separately in the integrated delicatessen. Highly recommended authentic Italian pizzeria, bodega and restaurant - rather simple furnishings, sales counter with Italian specialties but very nice family service and atmosphere! The food is really very good - almost always full at lunchtime... later there are sporadic seats! Pizza is originally baked by hand for you to watch! Highly recommended

Man kommt sich vor, wie in Neapel. Laut, Leben, Küchenduft, Pizza wird im Gastbereich in den Ofen geschoben. Koch schwitzt und Pizza ist köstlich! Hab seit Jahren meine Portion aufgegessen, weil ich einfach nicht zurück gehen konnte

We were passing through, had an appetite for pizza/pasta and ended up at Sapori because of the many positive comments. If these are supposed to be the best pizzas in Landau, I don't want to know the bad ones. The base was a tough mass, way too much sauce on it and just not good. The lasagna came without a gram of minced meat, but with ham and soggy noodles. The friendly service couldn't take away from the overall impression

Very nice little Italian delicatessen restaurant. You can also buy Italian sausage such as salami, ham, mortadella etc. here. The food is super tasty and very authentic. I can recommend the pizza with Italian sausage, arugula and parmesan. But pucce and pasta dishes are also very good. A table reservation is recommended.

It's a shame, it used to be one of the best Italians in Landau/Palatinate. We picked up a pizza and an Italian salad today. Pizza tasted good but unfortunately only lukewarm. But there are no points deducted here, as it is probably self-inflicted. But there is criticism when it comes to salad: there is clearly a lack of good oil here. Was only dressed with vinegar. Plus there was no tomato, no egg, no olive. But with carrot and cucumber. It wasn't really my taste. Well, I'm excited to see when I'll be really impressed by the Italian restaurant here in Landau. Maybe things are a little better locally. I won't be taking anything with me for now.

It wants to be found, inconspicuous in this narrow alley. But what you get in this small Italian restaurant is a very cozy atmosphere, wonderful food and motivated and friendly staff. None, but also no criticisms to be found.

I went there for dinner with my colleague today. We were ignored that I had to go to the man on the corner and ask if we could order something. His response was, "What would you like to order?" I said, "Would you please come to the table to take your order?" .with less desire came to the table and took the order. Unfortunately not very customer oriented. When I said goodbye, the staff ate and didn't really respond to my departure. I said: "Enjoy your meal and goodbye!" The answer was: "Thank you"

Einfach nur ein Zufall, dass wir dieses Restaurant gefunden haben. Einfach nur gegoogelt, wer Mittags geöffnet hat. Beste Pizza seit langem. Wir werden wiederkommen, auch wenn es 2,5 Stunden Anfahrt bedeutet.

Great little pizzeria in a narrow street in Landau. There is an on-site cheese and antipasti counter for purchase/take-away, pizza, antipasti platters, pasta dishes and much more. You pay around €13 for a pizza. About the same for a pasta dish. I had the Buffalo Pizza. The pizzeria is very small. We were lucky to be able to come in at 5:45 p.m. without a reservation. There was also a high chair for the little guests. The pizza is freshly prepared in front of our eyes (glass bakery). A visit here is always worth it. EC card payment possible.

THAT WAS 5 YEARS AGO: Difficult to get a better pizza in Landau, even more difficult to get past the deli counter without shopping. However, the restaurant is not set up for rush hour - you should go there in a relaxed manner. In combination with a visit to the weekly market, Sapori D'Italia is a great combination for otherwise rushed people. TODAY: Is it still the same: great!! Except that the Moretti has been coming fresh from the barrel for some time now - benissimo

Landau has an unpolished gem in an inconspicuous side street in the city center: tipica cucina italiana. Don't be surprised if all the seats are full at lunchtime on a normal working day. There is no better way to eat traditional Italian dishes. Pizze e Paste Sono buonissimi.

An original restaurant, almost like in Italy! Very busy and often with a wait for a free space. The food is incredibly tasty, simply great. During the lunch and evening rush hours, you should have time, as pick-up customers also have to be taken care of and that can sometimes take time. So plan your time and have enough drinks and friends/partners at the table. Have fun at Sapori d' Italia

Super authentisch, wie in Italien

Solides gutes frisches Essen, der Service vergaß wiederholt Bestellungen und die Bestuhlung des Gaststättenraums ist viel zu eng angeordnet. Fürchterlich war die Herrentoilette, was hat man sich bei Trennwand direkt angrenzend zur Kloschüssel eigentlich gedacht???

Wir waren schon öfter dort und gingen zufrieden, aber dieses Mal nicht. Das Ambiene ist ohnehin nicht berauschend, es ist eng, geht oft hektisch zu und ist so etwas ungemütlich. Das wurde bisher durch gutes Essen zu günstigen Preisen ausgeglichen. Nun wurden die Preise angehoben und die Pizza ist nicht mehr das, was sie mal war. Außen noch knusprig, aber zur Mitte nur durchgeweichter Matsch. Wegen der guten Erfahrungen in der Vergangenheit werden es nochmal testen und hoffen, dass es wieder so wird wie es mal war.

Süßes kleines italienisches Restaurant. Hervorragende Pizza, nettes Personal, absolut ein Besuch wert.

Super süßes kleines Lokal. Sehr nettes Mabiente mit eigener Wursttheke wo man die Sachen nicht frischer für eine Pizza bekommen kann. Der Service war ein wenig langsam bis wir bestellen konnten aber danach ging e recht fix und die Pizzen waren schnell zubereitet mit frischen leckeren Zutaten. Leider hatten wir Hunger dass wir die Bilder vergessen haben. Aber man kann dieses Lokal einfach nur empfehlen..... Sollte. Wir nochmal in der Nähe sie und Puzzahunger haben werden wir nicht lange zögern.

Die Pizzen haben super geschmeckt. Als der Pizzabäcker sah, wie ich mich mit der ungeschnittenen Pizza mühte, kam er mit seinem scharfen Pizzaschneider an unseren Tisch. Ich fand das sehr aufmerksam, allerdings wäre es auch nicht schlecht, wenn alle Pizzen geschnitten wären. Ab 17.30 Uhr ist dringend eine Platzreservierung notwendig. Das Ambiente ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und die vorhandenen Plätze oft nicht ausreichend. Pizzeria kann wirklich weiterempfohlen werden.

Von der Pfalz nach Apulien - sobald man eingetreten ist, findet man sich schlagartig wieder in Apulien. Das Ambiente trifft italienisches Ambiente ziemlich genau, unkompliziert und lebendig mit aufgeschlossenem Personal. Wer nach Urlaub sucht, wird ihn hier finden. Das Essen erledigt sein übriges dazu. Wir kommen sehr gerne hierher. Für Liebhaber Italiens wärmsten zu empfehlen!

Hier stimmt die Qualität und der Preis, so dass man gerne öfter hingehen mag! Erwartet keine Candlelight Atmosphäre - eher was Rustikales für Familien!

Essen im Restaurant ok, aber die bestellten Platten für Firmenfeier mit Schinken, Käse , Mortadella und Antipasti waren eine Katastrophe. Wurst und Salami eingetrocknet.2 Käsesorten lieblos als Brocken auf der Platte verteilt. Wir mussten die Platten neu anordnen, die eingetrockneten Teile entfernen und durch eigene ersetzen. Und das noch für viel Geld, Catering von dort nie wieder.

Alles tipptopp eng aber gut macht weiter so 👍 Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert Pizza wie sie sein soll und nicht Gewinnoptimiert..

Weiß nicht, wie diese Restaurant auf Platz 2 in Landau gekommen ist. Ist typische street food, maximal ein $. Billig ohne hohen Ansprüchen auf italienische Originalität. Bei Bruschetta war mir nicht sicher was Brot angeht, aber vermisst Knoblauch und Basilikum... Pizza Diabolo mit anscheinend Sauce aus dem Dönerladen. Also ist alles essbar, man soll halt nicht zu viel erwarten.

Wir waren spontan heute dort Essen. Angefangen vom italienischen Salat mit Pizzabrot bis hin zum Hautgang ( Spaghetti Carbonara und Lasagne) war alles top. Auch das Personal war außerordentlich zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Freundlichkeit: Pizzabäcker - Seniorchef und die Dame mittleren Alters, die Essen bringt, sind sehr freundlich. Der Juniorchef kann noch etwas zulegen an Freundlichkeit. Auch wäre es gut, wenn er Gäste anschaut beim Servieren oder Bestellung annehmen. Er ist etwas einsilbig. Gemütlich, familiär, wie in italienischem Wohnzimmer. Nicht wie in stilvollem , noblen Italiener. Man sitzt quasi neben Bar und Pizzaofen. Alle zusammen wie in großer Familie. Einfache Ausstattung aber mit Wärme. Apulische Gerichte !! Salate sind riesig und gut. Pizza vegetarisch auch gut. ich bitte darum, nicht so lange im Ofen backen. Preise absolut in Ordnung. Wenn man Stoßzeiten meidet, geht es vom Abstand und vom Lärmpegel. Die Leute freuen sich, wenn man sich für Sie, Ihr Land, Ihre Kultur interessiert, nicht nur kommt, um sich abzufüllen. Junge deutsche Bedienung gibt sich Mühe, ihr fehlt es noch an Erfahrung und Professionalität.

Auf Abstand wird hier trotz Corona kaum geachtet. Dafür haben wir als zweifach geimpfte Gäste wenigstens einen heiss begehrten Sitzplatz bekommen. Die Bedienung erfolgte schnell und freundlich. Typisch italienische Küche, auch mit Pizzen.

Ich war schon länger nicht mehr im sapor d´italia. Deshalb war ich überrascht, dass alles beim alten war. Die heimelige Einrichtung, das Personal, die Qualität und die Preise. Kurzum das Essen war absolut hervorragend. Der Salt war frisch, lecker, die Hähnchenstücke darauf goldbraun und kross. Die Pizza war hervorragend und wie man beobachten konnte wurde sie frisch mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Preise waren angesichts der Qualität des Essens und der Portionsgrößen sehr fair gestaltet. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre das Personal, was zwar sehr freundlich, aber teilweise überfordert war. Alles in allem war es aber ein sehr schöner und vorallem sehr leckerer Nesuch.
