I was at Sanis Döner Unikat for the first time today and I can say that it is really delicious there and I would love to go there again and again. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere in the store and the food is great.

Ordered food at 7:35 p.m. and haven't received anything until 8:58 p.m. Edit: received an order cancellation via email the next day at 3:21 p.m.

Doner kebab is very tasty - but the longer waiting times are not that great, maybe orders are not always recorded exactly..., so there are a lot of inquiries and a loss of time? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yes, waiting time is an issue, but in the end it shows, as has been written many times, that there are a lot of people who appreciate the food. Doner and Turkish pizza are really recommended!

I've always had good experiences so far - at least when Molou was there. Unfortunately he didn't work today and we were surprisingly very disappointed with the service we received. We waited for over half an hour because everyone was given priority (which I can't understand; how long can it take to serve two kebabs??) The boss was just chatting, as always. And last but not least, the spit was empty when we got to it. Really a disaster, we left after 40 minutes with empty hands and a full wallet. Without Molou nothing really works.

Such a great restaurant!! Friendly service, excellent food, fair price, and HUGE portions!! We will be back! My kids loved it, too!

We ordered food here as holiday guests and waited 1.5 hours for our delivery, the specified delivery time was 55 minutes :-(. The pizza tasted ok.

And unfortunately I have to give another negative feedback! The shed calls itself a delivery service and the employee says he is alone and no one is driving! You have to get it yourself! There is an urgent need for competition in loxstedt! The boss is definitely no longer in control of the store here and customers are being singled out!

The worst kebab I've ever eaten. It didn't taste good at all and it wasn't the first time like that. The bread completely falls apart as soon as you try to enjoy it. Never again.

So boss. After all the comments you read, a few nice words from us. We are absolute regular customers who bring interpersonal relationships and a certain feeling for a restaurant. If the store is FULL and you have to wait a little, it shows that business must be good. We had been looking for a kebab or something similar for a long time that would blow us away. Because we found it. The bread is nice and crispy, the vegetables are fresh, the sauces are fresh, unique We like to come from Neuenwalde to enjoy a delicious meal and go again. This is what makes for a good meal. Sani keeps it up.

We ate here three times (normal and vegetarian) and were really satisfied. Otherwise: Courteous, thoughtful (in relation to our children) and downright warm. Thank you!

“Sanis Döner Unikat” will probably remain a unique item for now… Does it taste good? I have no idea, I probably didn't plan enough time for the visit. After 45 minutes I asked what the problem was with preparing two kebabs and the boss immediately became abusive. I should have been a little more patient. In any case, it couldn't have been the meat, it looked perfect and was still doing its rounds diligently. Rarely have I seen such lack of planning in a kebab shop.

Very incompetent staff. We had to wait 10 minutes to even place an order because they advised against the chicken due to the long wait. Then we waited another half hour and hardly anything happened. Nobody knew the work steps and the work was absolutely inefficient. The boss just ran from right to left, the two employees never knew what to do. There was a large order before us, so there can of course be long waiting times, but this can and must be communicated. The waiting time didn't just apply to the chicken, but to every dish. The boss typed the large order into his calculator three times and was repeatedly distracted by customers and employees instead of doing the math. Maybe he should pay more attention to the orders instead of just chatting. The deep fryers were empty, there was 1 loaf of bread in them and otherwise nothing happened. The bread came out and was left for 5 minutes until it got cold, so no order could be finished. After 45 minutes of waiting, when we asked how long it was expected to take, we received a rude answer that we would only wait 10 minutes and then go to the rose grill. Impossible, the organization is subterranean and the boss is absolutely incapable of criticism and becomes abusive at the slightest question. The food cannot be rated as we left after 55 minutes without eating. I definitely imagined my evening would be different.

Worst service I have ever experienced. You wait 30 minutes for a kebab and suddenly customers who came after you are served before you. Never again....

I can only warmly recommend Sanis Döner. The food is very good, the best kebab I have eaten in Germany. The staff is very quick and very friendly. We will come back because you have very good food.

The kebab was delicious, but it took forever from the time I ordered it until I finally had it. Even those who had already ordered by phone still had to wait or didn't get the order they wanted. You really still have to work on it. But since the food was delicious I will come back.

We enjoyed the kebab and the Turkish pizza. The portion is quite decent for the price. Not a given for today's conditions :) But I have another very good tip for you or what you could do better. If you have the Turkish pizza there you only get a small plate, could you get a larger plate in the future? And I would cut the Turkish pizza in half after preparing it and not wrap it twice in foil because in the end the whole table was full of foil xD

In terms of taste, the renovation was absolutely successful. Unfortunately, there are only a maximum of 2 employees behind the counter, as the shop is often very busy, it takes a long time until you receive your food.

Top. Man merkt das der Chef hier Herzblut reingesteckt hat. Die Mitarbeiter sind ebenfalls sehr nett und schnell. Das Essen ist immer wieder lecker und gut.

Wir haben 3 Döner bestellt zum mitnehmen auf zwei Dönern war viel zu viel Fleisch auf den anderen war fast garkein Fleisch und zuviel salat

Muss leider sagen es war Heute das letzte Mal. Zum zweiten Mal stehe ich Mittags im Laden und mir wird gesagt das noch nicht auf ist. Hatte Online bestellt, laut Website ab 11.00 geöffnet zu um zwölf bestellt. Mein Bestellung habe darauf storniert da ich nicht eine Stunde warten kann wie mir gesagt wurde. Vielleicht sollte man die Öffnungszeiten ändern!

Ich arbeite selbst in einem Dönerladen, aber mein Essen hol ich nur hier. Sehr lecker, besonders die Saucen. Super Service (als ich kein Bargeld dabei hatte und mit Karte zahlen wollte, hat der Chef mir angeboten einfach beim nächsten Besuch zu zahlen, da leider kein Kartenlesegerät vorhanden war. Ich war zum ersten Mal in dem Laden und gleich beeindruckt), schnelle Lieferung (20-30 Minuten), leckeres Essen (Döner, Dönerpizza, Dönerteller). Immer wieder gerne. Was die Wartezeiten angeht, ich arbeite selbst in der Gastronomie, ich weiß, dass man lange Wartezeiten oft nicht beeinflussen kann. Selbst bei guter Organisation. Wenn man es eilig hat, dann sollte man zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit vorbestellen.

Chef ist Top, sehr nett. Gutes Personal. Das Essen schmeckt immer gut und hat immer gute Portionen. Top Qualität. Natürlich, weil es so gut ist kommt es manchmal vor zu gewissen Wartezeiten, aber es lohnt sich trotzdem zu warten.

Seit 30 Jahren den wahrscheinlich besten Döner auf der Welt gegessen. Super freundliches und sympathisches Personal. Sehr lecker, gute Portionen zu guten Preisen.

Wir hatten noch nie soviel Spaß beim Döner holen... Klar, wir mussten lange warten, trotz tel. Vorbestellung ... ABER das Warten hat sich sowas von gelohnt!!! Hatten 5 Döner, eine große Dönerfleischbox und 3 Dönerbrote bestellt... Eigentlich mit kalbfleisch... haben uns dann, wegen verkürzter Wartezeit, doch spontan für Hühnchen entschieden... mega frisch und super lecker 😋 Danke dem Chef fürs gratis Getränk um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen, für seine super liebe Art, leckere Herzchen Lutscher, gratis 1l Pepsifür groß Bestellung... tolles Team und liebe Familie! Sehr leckeres Essen, es war sehr voll und dennoch war die Stimmung der Servicekräfte gut und so konnten alle entspannt mit etwas längerer Wartezeit umgehen. Als Entschädigung gab's noch einen Lolli🍭. Aber für das leckere Essen lohnt es sich zu warten!

Super lecker auch ohne Fleisch zu empfehlen! Pita mit Feta war so reichlich belegt, soße mega. Service Mitarbeiter sind nett, Chef sehr sympathisch. Macht weiter so !

Mit Abstand der beste Döner, Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und geht auf Extrawünsche ein.

Hier bekommt man einen super Döner oder andere leckere Speisen. Der Service ist für ein Imbis dieser art ganz gut. Die einrichtung im inneren ist sehr Überladen. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind gut, jedoch hauptsächlich hohe Hocker, also nicht für kleinere geeignet. Die Band die vor der tür plaziert scheint ist eher etwas für Stammgäste, Personal oder leute die mit dem Inhaber direkt zu tun haben. Gemütlich vor ort essen gestaltet sich so etwas Schwer.

Super sympathische Mitarbeiter, richtig gute Pizza und netter Service. Auch preislich top! Das erste Mal dort gewesen und sehr gerne wieder.

Haben spontan 18 große Familienpizzen bestellt. Es hat etwa 2 Stunden gedauert (war auch so angegeben), aber die Pizzen kamen warm an! Service war sehr gut, bist nen netter Kerl! Die Kinder haben sich sehr über die Lollis gefreut.

Hatten bestellt und waren früher zum Abholen da als vereinbart -> Personal kam "ins Schwimmen", weil die Bestellung noch nicht fertig war. Insgesamt sehr nett und zuvorkommendes Personal. ... und es gab noch 'ne Zugabe zum Essen.

We had the pleasure of eating dinner at this quaint restaurant the end of May while on vacation. Food was wonderful! Staff were very accommodating with our poor attempt at speaking German. The chicken Doner was very good and the pizza was huge and tasty. We could tell this place is very popular with customers coming in the whole time we were there. We loved it, hope to go back again soon!

Das Essen ist super! Außer einer sehr unfreundlichen Debatte mit dem Chef, der mich mit einer anderen Kundin verwechselt hat und mich vor Kundschaft und Mitarbeitern ob meiner "ständigen" Ungeduld bemängelte und sich dann dafür entschuldigt hat, nachdem ich mir das nicht gefallen ließ und er sein Versehen wohl einsah. Es kann durchaus zu Wartezeiten kommen. Wenn die allerdings von 15 Min auf 45 Min sich ausdehnen, darf man ja wohl mal nachfragen. Die Sache ist geklärt und wir werden weiterhin dort unser Essen rausholen und genießen

Bester Döner der Gegend! Sehr gute Portionen, Top Qualität und immer freundlich! Natürlich kann es immer mal zu gewissen Wartezeiten kommen, wenn viel los ist, aber jedes einzelne Gericht wird mit viel Liebe zubereitet, da wartet man dann gerne und weiß, dass es schmecken wird!

Heute das erste Mal dort gegessen. Der Hähnchendöner ist sehr zu empfehlen. Mega Saftig :) sehr gut
