The food was delicious, but the service was absolutely atrocious. Yesterday was my birthday, a day I had intended to spend in good company and with joy. I had made a reservation by phone and expected to be able to welcome my guests in a dignified setting. But what awaited me was anything but hospitality. As soon as my companion arrived, the manager appeared and informed us in a rude and disrespectful tone that we had to leave the table immediately because we had supposedly been sitting there "too long." He explained that each table reservation was limited to two hours. Even when I calmly pointed out that it was my birthday and I wanted to celebrate this special day a little longer, he remained persistent and cold, urging us to pay immediately and leave. Such behavior is shameful, unprofessional, and demonstrates an attitude that has no place in the restaurant industry. Where respect, decency, and hospitality are lacking, all that remains is an empty shell in which only money matters. A restaurant that throws out its guests on their birthdays should seriously consider whether it even understands the concept of "service." Perhaps it would be more honest to install vending machines there—they just charge money and have no politeness. Summary: The food was good, but the experience was a nightmare. I wish I'd never gone there.

We went to this place thinking it was a Turkish restaurant because we were in the mood for a good Adana, but quickly realized that it is actually an Iraqi restaurant. That was totally fine, and we still enjoyed the food overall. For my personal taste, the meats had too much lamb tail fat, known as kuyruk yağı. I personally prefer a cleaner meat flavor and something spicier. This style reminded me of the kebabs in Azerbaijan, which are also quite fatty and mild in seasoning. That said, the appetizers were very tasty and were definitely the highlight of our meal. What I really did not like was the table setup. The tables for two people are extremely small. Once you place a regular order, there is barely any room left even for one main dish. The meat was served on one plate and the rice on another, which made the table feel crowded immediately. A small change in plating or larger tables would definitely improve the experience. Our main disappointment was the dessert. We had specifically come from nearly 40 kilometers away to enjoy künefe and kebab. After the meal, we asked our very kind waiter if we could order künefe. He said he needed to check with the kitchen, and after a short wait he came back and told us that it was not available. That was a letdown. He explained that künefe is only served on Thursdays and Fridays. The fact that he had to double check with the kitchen instead of knowing this detail right away left the impression that availability may depend on how busy the restaurant is or who is asking. That moment left a bit of a bitter aftertaste. All in all, it was a decent experience. If you are already in the city, this place is worth trying. You probably will not be disappointed. But do not go there expecting to have künefe, even if it is one of the main reasons for your visit, because there is a good chance it will not be available.

It's been a long time since we've had such good lamb! The restaurant is very busy, so reservations are recommended. If you like grilled food, this is the place for you. The meat was very tender and melted on the fork and in the mouth. The side dishes were well-balanced and complemented the generous amount of well-seasoned and balanced meat. You could immediately tell the high quality. The homemade bread was offered to us as a starter and then seamlessly transitioned into the main course once we were finished, as well as the tea at the end. The service was very friendly and even anticipated our special requests. The restaurant itself is somewhat unassuming from the outside, but appearances can be deceiving. Inside, you'll find a very pleasant and beautiful ambiance with warm and elegant wood tones that invite you to linger and relax. It's a bit more expensive, but the quality and quantity you get justifies it. It's definitely worth it!

We enjoyed very good Turkish cuisine here. There are many meat dishes. I would have liked a bit more vegetables on offer. The service staff were extremely friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant is friendly and lively. A real recommendation! The restaurant's location, right next to the Lanxess Arena, makes finding parking difficult when there's an event going on there.

The lamb chops usually smell bad at many places, but they were really good here. We loved it and will definitely come back. We also came with our 9-month-old baby, and they even have high chairs.

I called to ask about the origin of the meat, specifically whether it was slaughtered according to Halal guidelines – including whether electric shock was used. This information is very important to me for religious and ethical reasons, which is why I specifically asked for a Halal certificate. Instead of a factual answer, however, I was treated disrespectfully: The employee became loud, refused to let me finish, and simply hung up. Such behavior is unacceptable – especially in the restaurant industry, treating customers with respect should be a given, especially when it comes to legitimate questions about food choices. I expect transparency about the quality and origin of products from a restaurant, as well as a polite tone – unfortunately, neither of these was present here. Anyone who values a healthy diet should be able to ask questions without being judged. Conclusion: 0 stars for unprofessional behavior – there is a clear need for improvement in customer service and the provision of information.

It was our wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, we didn't have a reservation—my fault. Nevertheless, we were seated after only 10 minutes, which we greatly appreciated. The bread we were given before dinner was truly delicious, as was the mezze. I ordered a steak, which stayed warm for a long time thanks to the hot plate and tasted very good. My wife had two veal skewers, but the portion was rather small and the price was disproportionate to the quantity. Everything tasted good, but the prices weren't quite balanced. The waiters were very professional and did a really good job. Thanks to the large loaf of bread at the beginning, we were quite full by the end.

Very fast service, clean, and delicious. They also offer lamb skewers from Friday to Sunday, which is rare in restaurants. The only thing we didn't like was the spiced chicken. That doesn't mean it's bad, though; it's just a matter of taste. The ambiance isn't romantic, and the view isn't great.
