They were better. Ate in Saloniki again after a long time. Sad 😢

The gyros are prepared fresh every day and taste very good. The Bauen salad and the tzatziki are also very tasty. There can be longer waiting times for take-away food (on weekends). The shop was renovated a few years ago. Everything very clean.

I like to eat at a Greek restaurant, but this was by far the worst bifteki I've ever eaten. As if it had previously been bathed in oil. Sorry, but that didn't work at all. The fries themselves were hard...as if they had been fried twice.

The food is OK. Fries a bit hard and the portions very clear. Menu doesn't have much choice. The place is very poorly ventilated. Afterwards you can shower. Probability of repeat: 0%

We were there to spend a nice evening. Unfortunately, we can't say that we were satisfied. The portions were small and expensive. The fries were soggy and the salads were fridge temperature. The pizzas weren't in the oven long enough either. That's simply not enough for the prices. The cutlery was stuck and no new ones were brought to us. The service was substandard and almost criminal. There is a roar throughout the restaurant when something was ready and people simply put it down instead of bringing it to the table. Tables were not cleared and you had to go to the counter to reorder. No hospitality! I would advise everyone against it.

Always my pleasure! I always find the pace of the staff particularly special. You call, drive over from the other side of town and the food is ready, great! Otherwise you can see the pictures. Note for wheelchairs: You have to climb half a step into the restaurant.

As someone who isn't from the area I have to say that the food was not only good but divine. The owner himself, a totally down-to-earth man, simply terrific. The Gyrospita was exactly what I needed with the hearty fried meat. The really nice service ultimately rounded everything off. Thanks and see you next time :).

We got something there for the first and last time today. Cevapcici plate...Cevapcici, coleslaw and sauce with no taste and the fries too salty. And that at an exorbitant price...

Hello, I was eating here today because I was really hungry after a tiring day. My colleague took a gyro plate and I took a grill plate where according to the menu you get it with a salad, they just say you can deduct them from the bill, the plate was very manageable, so that's all The fries were very minimised and the fries were really very bad and the bifteki was also a disgrace. They could have left it out completely. It's really cheeky for such a price. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else and I won't be coming back either. The shop is very chic and tidy but That's how you get deceived, it's a shame 😪

Contrary to some other reviews, I have to say that the food here tastes good and is always freshly prepared. Spongy fries, as mentioned in some reviews, come from picking them up and eating them later. Of course, they continue to steam in the packaging. The service is always friendly and the waiting time is okay. You can sit well inside and outside. The salad selection could definitely be better and you should avoid the cream sauces. That's not exactly Greek. The hit tzatziki, homemade or not, for €1.70 is definitely too expensive. €1 would be acceptable. Of course, like everywhere else, prices have increased here too. So, don't compare with the prices from two years ago. It's great that there is enough parking space. From me: keep it up. Please increase the salad selection.

Small portions and the fries were rather wobbly and soft.

Gyros plate tested. Completely failed. I do not know where to start. Portion is very very very manageable. Completely covered with onions so that it is not so noticeable how little meat there is on it. The meat itself was too short on the spit and far too light. Fries were cold and without salt. The Metaxa sauce didn't see any salt either. Liquid like water and tastes a lot like schnapps. It should actually be overcooked. Salad without seasoning. In my opinion, you can't give that out to a guest like that. Very disappointing.

Was the last time. Way too overpriced and half forgotten.

So you can forget something. But I find it cheeky that with two simple grill plates, one is completely missing the fries and the other is missing the additionally paid Ayvar. And then €30 for that? Once and never again.

It's been a long time since I treated myself to a gyros 🥙 plate 🤤 It was super tasty again Ok, gyros could be a little more (despite ordering €2 more) But in terms of taste, as always, super delicious!!! We've been getting our food there since the first day after Saloniki took over the old chip shop (Scharfe Eck). The food is largely the same as the first day. Salonika used to be known for great food (especially the gyros and the mega-sized schnitzels were always a hit), large portions at a fair price. In the last 1-2 years I have the impression that the portions have become smaller and smaller. That's just how prices go up. That's the case everywhere. But recently I ordered €2 more meat and the portion still wasn't what it used to be. Other regular customers have now also confirmed this. Still great food and nice team.

We ordered take-away once today and the food was given to us cold and now we have diarrhea and the service is also unsatisfactory. Speaking German is not your strong point either

We ordered take-away food for the first time today (grilled plate) and we are very dissatisfied with the price-performance ratio. The side salad feels like it consists of a halved tomato and thick slices of cucumber (farmer's salad), so of course you save on ingredients and the plate looks full! There are plenty of side dishes (frites) spread over the whole plate and you can find that in a small amount of meat. Tzaziki was ordered in addition to both plates and we received a small bowl for not even one person! Very impressive considering you paid 3.40 euros for it. Overall, we are very dissatisfied and cannot recommend anything.

The salad is a joke. The friendliness of the staff also leaves a lot to be desired. Portions clearly too small and gyros black.

Very tasty food, although my recommendations are the gyros and the shish kebab. The staff is very friendly. For a snack bar/chip shop, the ambience is more upscale but still not on the level of a restaurant. Overall, however, highly recommended.

I've been coming there since I was a kid. Today it is much more modern and friendlier. The food has always been very good. 👍 The service is also very good and friendly. I'd like to keep coming... until I'm old. 😅

Ich komme schon viele Jahre immer wieder mal zum Saloniki Grill. Super leckerer Gyros.

Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert, das Personal empfängt einen immer sehr herzlich und familiär, man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Auch das Essen schmeckt immer super, wenn wir vor Ort essen oder dort Essen bestellen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne dort hin!

Das Gericht frisch und lecker. Sehr sauber d. Lokal. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und zuvorkommend.

Qualität und Preis stimmen leider nicht. Für den Preis kenne ich bessere Griechen. Das Fleisch ist meines Erachtens verbesserungswürdig. Die Portionen sind zu klein.

Imbiss Stil Grieche mit leckerem preisgünstigen Essen und anständigen Portionen.

Schnitzel sind gefroren und dann in der Mikrowelle aufgetaut und dann fritiert. Die waren schon mal besser! Salat für einen Salatteller zu wenig Auswahl und vieles mit Sahne angemacht, müsste mehr mit Essig Öl Dressing geben. Gyros ist super! Es fehlt an der Wand eine Speisekarte!

Gyros sehr lecker. Aber nur eine Hand voll, dazu einen Haufen Pommes was man von diesem Teller nicht essen kann ohne das die Hälfte runter fällt. Dazu einen Löffel Zatziki für 1,70€ was eigentlich immer zum Gyrosteller dazu gehört finde ich persönlich unverschämt. Fazit" Gyros sehr lecker aber für diesen Preis und beschwerlichkeit zum Essen kein zweites mal. Schade!!!!
