Went there for dinner on Thursday with three people, it was quite busy, but not full. The service was inattentive or disorganized and we had to wait a long time before we were even asked for drinks or we had to speak to the service ourselves. I was looking forward to a Vietnamese soup or noodle dish, unfortunately the menu didn't say that it was served lukewarm (almost cold), I was told that after I said I didn't like it and it was cold. The quality of the beef was not particularly high and it was clearly cooked for too long, and unfortunately the taste was not close to what I know from Vietnamese cuisine and have often eaten elsewhere. The sushi, on the other hand, was really tasty and the presentation was great, as was the stylish and puristic ambience of the restaurant. The prices are normal and I'm happy to pay for good food, but there's a lot of room for improvement, except for the sushi, which was fresh and really tasty and also visually beautifully presented. If I wanted to eat delicious and fresh sushi, I would go there again, but I would rather eat Vietnamese food at a real Vietnamese restaurant.

We've been to Neheim so many times, so far we've only ever taken something with us, but today we had a delicious meal there, which isn't so great that herbs are simply replaced without notice, so instead of coriander in the summer rolls there was arugula in them, that doesn't fit at all. But if you also mentioned this locally, it was hopefully passed on. Conclusion: delicious food, we would love to come back 👍

We ordered the lunch menu today. Once sushi, once mango curry with chicken. Both with a soup beforehand, very tasty and inexpensive.

Simply delicious. The service is very friendly. I really enjoy sitting there longer because of the ambience.

We were there on Sunday during rush hour with 5 people, but we had reserved a table in advance. The staff was very friendly, the food was great and even though it was full, it came very quickly. We will come back in any case.

This restaurant really doesn't deserve more than 2* Visited on Thursday at 5:30pm. Local was almost empty. 1. We waited far to long for what we ordered 2. Half my order didn't get served 3. We didn't like the sushi (sticky, dry, bad wrapped, dry tuna mayo without mayo etc.) 4. Thai mango curry had no flavor, little meat and little rice

I ate the rolls, unfortunately, I didn’t really like them. The rice was cooked tastelessly, too sticky and dry, they were wrapped haphazardly and the rolls were very small, some of them 4 pieces each, although the price was standard. My husband ate the noodles and liked it. Conclusion: I don’t recommend sushi, but yes, noodles! P.S. In the video there are three rolls with a total cost of 30 euros (respect per serving)

Sushi was solid, but nothing spectacular or outstanding in terms of taste. The udon noodles came much later and unfortunately had little taste. In terms of quantity, it was more of a side dish than a main course. The service also left a lot to be desired… they were very nice, but were never there and never in sight. The ambience was still very nice. The price is quite high if you want to be full. Unfortunately, the restaurant overall didn't impress us and we wouldn't come back.

Seems like a fake review with 5 stars everywhere, but for an impatient one and a half year old and an 8 year old, the staff organized art supplies, provided a toddler chair, the food is excellent and the cocktails were very well mixed, we had a wonderful evening 🥰

The dishes are tasty. There are lots of tables and the Ambiante is very inviting. I had dinner here and had a great time. The only things that could be improved: Some dishes have a little too little rice and the staff could be a little more attentive. On the whole, however, the staff are friendly. You don't have to wait more than 10-15 minutes for your food. The restaurant is located in the middle of the pedestrian zone and is therefore perfect for lunch after shopping, but it is also recommended for dinner.

The food was delicious and there was a very varied and good selection. However, the service wasn't that good and there were problems with ordering. You could choose the dishes more or less according to the menu and unsubscribe from certain items and receive something else in return (see page 7 under “Sushi Menu”). We canceled the soup but unfortunately didn't get the sushi in return as described on the menu but paid the full amount, which unfortunately doesn't correspond to the promise of sake itself. Nevertheless, the atmosphere was quite nice even if the service didn't seem promising.

Liked the place and enjoyed the food. Ordered tuna maki, gyoza and Gemuse ente. Taste was delicious, ambience was niece. It took sometime to order cuz of language barrier.

Very nice, modern and atmospherically furnished restaurant with a varied menu. In addition to the main entrance via the pedestrian zone, there is also a rear entrance from Apothekerstrasse, which significantly increases the parking options near the restaurant. Unfortunately there was no fried rice available although it is on the menu and boiled rice was available. The vegetables were crisp and fresh, the meat was excellently fried and everything was served very attractively. Plus, everything happened very quickly. The sanitary facilities were very well maintained.

Sehr leckeres Essen, große Auswahl an div. Speisen. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam.

Essen ist mega lecker, auch die Preise sind Okay. ABER, wir haben eine halbe Stunde gewartet bis endlich mal jemand zu uns kam, der Service ist 100 mal einfach an uns vorbei gelaufen ohne uns anzugucken.(Es war nichtmal richtig voll) Dann wurde meine Suppe vergessen die hab ich dann auch erst 40min später bekommen wo ich danach gefragt habe. Wir haben mehr gewartet als sonst was. Wir wollen Bezahlen und sie gibt uns das Rückgeld einfach nicht und geht einfach?? Ein jüngerer kleiner Mann arbeitet da, der war super, der kam auch zu uns und hat gefragt ob alles gut ist usw. Also sowas dreistes hab ich echt noch nie erlebt, geht garnicht und deswegen auch nur 2 Sterne.

Alles sehr lecker und Preise sind in Ordnung. Einen kleinen Punktabzug würd ich geben bei Kaffeegetränken. Die sind verbesserungswürdig. Kommen aber gerne wieder!

Gutes Asiatische Küche. Die Suppe war ein Tick zu süß, was sich mit etwas Chili reduzieren lässt. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und Kartenzahlung ist möglich.

Das Essen war sehr lecker mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliche Bedienung und wunderschönes Ambiente. Gerne komme ich wieder!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal da und gleich sehr angetan. Das Essen war sehr lecker, die sanitären Einrichtungen sehr sauber, das Ambiente (die Einrichtung) wirklich schön und der Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Man fühlt sich vor Ort sehr wohl, tolle Atmosphäre und lecker Essen.

Das Essen ist echt super aber der Kundenkontakt ist echt frech. Man wird nicht beachtet, muss übertrieben lange warten (Laden ist leer), Service sagt einen Moment warten und nach 45 Minuten sind sie immernoch nicht da..

Essen alles schön und gut aber der Kundenservice ist ist unter aller Sau. Ich habe 2 mal Bescheid gesagt das ich bezahlen will und trotzdem wird man vergessen, die Bedienung setzt sich lieber in die Ecke und quatscht mit Freunden. Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen denn laden. Und das obwohl der Laden fast leer ist.
