A very appealing restaurant, a super friendly owner, and attentive service! The menu is varied, top quality, and beautifully presented. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, my visit to Saizu was very disappointing. It started with the drinks – the Coke Zero was flat and tasted stale. The food arrived lukewarm on a cold plate, which further marred the overall impression. The atmosphere was generally unpleasant: bright white walls, overly bright lighting, and classical piano music that didn't suit the concept or the ambiance of an Asian restaurant. On top of that, the phone rang constantly with loud calls for pickups and deliveries – making it difficult to eat in peace or have a conversation. The entrance area smelled musty, almost like a toilet, and there was no typical food aroma in the entire restaurant, the kind you'd expect from an Asian eatery. The sushi itself was disappointing in terms of quality – more on par with supermarket takeout, and the wasabi was completely bland and lacked any heat. Overall, it was a disastrous experience – neither the food nor the atmosphere. It's a shame, because the name Saizu evokes entirely different expectations.

The duck was absolutely delicious and crispy. The atmosphere was lovely with chill jazz music. I highly recommend it.

Great atmosphere, delicious food and fair prices

The online ordering and delivery went smoothly. When ordering online, we weren't always sure what the exact portion size was from the pictures. We ordered a few different things and used it as a buffet at home. Some of the items were very tasty, some were okay, and only a few things we wouldn't order again. The Lounge Salad definitely deserves special mention. It was the absolute best for everyone. The meat in all dishes was also very good. We miss the mango drink on the menu, which was included as a bonus. It was also very tasty and we would like to order it in the future, but it's not available when ordering online.

We're regular customers from Munich and tried the new Korean barbecue this time. It's super delicious and incredibly filling. There are plenty of side dishes and 300g of meat (chicken breast, entrecote, sirloin steak, and pork belly). We also ordered sushi as an appetizer. It's super fresh and delicious. We were there today; the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The best part came last, when the chef brought me dessert for my birthday. Great place, very stylishly decorated. We were thrilled.

If someone wants to eat rude and argumentative service as well as really badly prepared and old sushi, Saizu is the place to go.

A small, charming restaurant with fusion cuisine, perhaps comparable to Bama in Rosenheim. It's always worth a visit, even from Raubling 😊

We've been there several times now based on a recommendation and have always been thrilled with the food – including today for our wedding anniversary 💝 For me, the sushi there can't be beat – it tastes as good as it looks – a feast for the eyes AND the palate! Even special requests for our little son were no problem. We were especially pleased today with the extremely friendly and attentive service – thank you so much!

We had a very pleasant dinner here. The food was good value for money and truly delicious. The service was also particularly commendable: we were served by a very friendly, tall young man and felt completely at ease thanks to his excellent service. Definitely recommended if you value a very pleasant atmosphere.

Simply an experience! The place offers extremely good sushi, fair prices, truly delicious cocktails, and, above all, more than satisfactory service! Especially the slightly taller gentleman serving, who seems to have only recently started working there. We felt extremely comfortable around him and would love to come back! Highly recommended!

We actually like going there, but the service is a disaster every time. The restaurant operates with a small staff and completely inexperienced employees. One person has to cover everything, serve the tables, hand out takeout orders, and take payments, while the guests sitting in the restaurant are completely forgotten. No one asks if we need anything else or if everything is alright. And when you only get your food after an hour and receive neither an apology nor any attempt at compensation, not even a goodbye, you really think twice about going back. Probably not!

The service was extremely attentive and friendly, and I also enjoyed the ambiance. Unfortunately, there was no dish with purely vegetarian fried noodles on the menu. So I ordered a beef dish, but without the meat—but I still had to pay full price because it supposedly included extra vegetables. I found that disappointing. They also served very small sushi ends, at most half the size of regular sushi pieces. Overall, a mixed experience.

I've actually been a regular at Saizu for the last few months, visiting 2 to 3 times a week. About 3 months ago I invited a friend there. There were 2 long black hairs in my summer rolls. I removed them bashfully and inconspicuously and didn't say anything because I didn't want to spoil my girlfriend's appetite, and because the food has always been fresh and very tasty. A few days ago I ordered a spicy mango salad with duck. I suddenly chewed on something very tough and indefinable for a long time and identified it as a rubber ring. The waitress, who seemed overwhelmed and always a bit bored, asked me in all seriousness what she should do now... Since it was my precious lunch break and I didn't want to make a fuss, I continued eating... and after two bites found the next one Rubber ring. The operator's justification was that the rubber rings were hanging over the stove...!!! ???? Then I had had enough, I had lost all appetite and I only paid for my drink and the starter (finger food with various spring rolls, wontons and chicken skewers: a few weeks ago with 2 very tasty Vietnamese spring rolls; recently one roll has been cut in half diagonally and served these two pieces; when I asked about it, it was revealed that the boss changed it every now and then and replaced it with something else; but that wasn't the case at least three times...in my opinion, he was simply saving money). It's a shame, a shame, because I've always enjoyed eating there and the boss is very friendly and accommodating... and cooks very, very well. I just don't like going there anymore, it was just unsavory and disgusting and I didn't feel like I was being taken seriously or felt like I was being taken for a ride.

So... first of all, we should mention the really good food in terms of taste. A lot of effort is put into this and everything from the starter to the main course and sushi is great. But since we are in a higher price category, I would expect something different from service. In my opinion, it can't be the case that if only 3 tables are occupied you have to wait for drinks because supposedly all the wine glasses are in the dishwasher and the empty plate isn't cleared away for 20 minutes. When it comes to service staff, I also expect them to come to the table seriously dressed and not for their entire stomach and almost their entire breasts to be visible. It may be pretty to look at, but I find it more than inappropriate at the table in a restaurant. Last but not least, it is very cheeky to offer a 5 euro voucher for every 5 star review. A rogue who thinks bad things about it, why you can read so many 5 star reviews here. The food is really very good so I hope I can come again but it had to be said.

Another big plus point is the ability to pre-order takeaway food online at the desired date. On days when we couldn't dine on site, we took advantage of this option and were thrilled every time. We ate here for the first time today. The ambience is really cool with the figures and the rest of the decoration. The service was very accommodating and polite. The food was clearly presented, as were the drinks. When I ate the 605, I found the sauce with the dish to be much too sweet for my taste. The jasmine rice was slightly firm and hard in places. I don't have anything else to complain about.

Food is very tasty when it arrives after 1.5 hours. But the drink only took half as long. 30 minutes in front of empty glasses?!? Service should learn again how something like this works.

After ordering, we waited two hours for our food, even though only three other tables were occupied. The conditions were unfriendly and she generally seemed overwhelmed with her job. When we asked after 1.5 hours when we would get our food, the waitress interrupted me with, “Coming soon,” and then disappeared again before I could finish my sentence. The cook had to deliver food to the tables with the same gloves that she used to prepare the food. The food wasn't worth the wait. The soup was too salty, the main courses tasted like ready-made sauces had been used, dry chicken and portions that were far too small. The glasses were very calcified and no one had cleaned the menus for a long time. The atmosphere takes some getting used to. The doors at the entrance were open the entire time, even though it was very cold outside. Even though the heating was running, it was too cold inside without a jacket and then I and my companion got sick with both a cold and diarrhea. Even if I had money, I wouldn't eat there again.

This week I treated myself to visiting SAIZU twice, with my son and shortly afterwards again with a friend. I love the ambience, especially the Asian wall decor is really impressive. But what is particularly impressive is the food, a gourmet journey through Asia that is rarely found in this area. Vietnamese street food, Korean specialties, Thai cuisine and excellent sushi. My starter was the Asian tapas platter for two people. WOW! For just under 20 euros you can enjoy a variety of delicacies from tempura tiger prwans, to SATE skewers, seaweed salad and so on. I love sashimi and here I get it super fresh and in the finest form. There were also incomparable crunchy rolls and, yes, I almost forgot, my favorite soup: the misu soup. The second time I had to try the crispy duck. Also awesome! My son ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail to accompany his chicken yaki...and a second one! We are fans and I look forward to many more visits and all the wonderful specialties. Thanks to the team so much fun eating and feeling good at Hague SAIZU III. Simply super essential in a unique ambience with its own charm and friendly and courteous service! The pho is intensely authentic and delicious, the sushi is always a highlight and the changing menu means you won't get bored. The cocktails are an absolute insider tip and stand out from the 0815 standard drinks. We have already picked it up and were completely satisfied.

Was war da heute nur los 1 Stunde aufs Essen warten ?! Es waren nur 3 Tische, die hälfte war nur auf der Rechnung aber wir waren ja ehrlich. Die Frau die die Sushis macht kommt erst 1/2 Stunde später nach der Öffnungszeit. Tipp : macht was mit eurem Service !

Wir haben es nach langer Zeit mal ausprobiert. Die unterschiedlichen Bewertungen gehen sehr auseinander. Mit etwas Wartezeit kam der Service. Die Auswahl der Biere von der Karte wurde mit 4 Absagen verneint. Bei meinem Essen war alles ok, Ente mit Reis in Kokosmilch mit Curry.

Essen ist gut, Personal freundlich.. aber tut mir leid.. die Preiserhöhung über 43% auf Mittagsmenu (z.B. L205) geht gar nicht. Das lässt sich auch nicht Mwst.-Erhöhung von 7% auf 19% erklären, da wir hier über ToGo reden und die Mwst. auch 2024 immer noch bei 7% liegt. Damit hat es sich für mich erledigt, außerhalb vom Mittagsmenu dann 19,50€.. nein Danke. Viel Erfolg noch.. ich denk die Tage sind gezählt bis auch hier die Lichter ausgehen.
