Der Service war hervorragend und der Smash-Burger sehr lecker.

Das glutenfreie Burgerbrötchen ist echt gut, besonders für alle Zöliakiebetroffenen. Es könnte zwar etwas kleiner sein, da ich es etwas zuschneiden musste, weil es deutlich größer als die Burgerpatties war. Der Burger selbst ist lecker und schmeckt frisch. Die Pommes werden separat frittiert, aber ich frage trotzdem immer nach, nur um sicherzugehen. Sie sind wirklich gut, könnten aber als Beilage etwas günstiger sein, da der Preis etwas hoch ist.

Wir hatten die zwei vegangen Burger genossen. Nur zu empfehlen! So auch der Basilikum-Zitronen-Drink. Nur schade, dass es erst ab 17:00 Uhr offen hat. Diese leckeren Burger hätte ich auch gerne zu Mittag.

Immer wieder wieder und immer wieder gerne! Wir waren an einem sehr überschaubaren Freitag Nachmittag im Ruff's Burger Weiden und haben somit nicht lange auf das Essen warten müssen. Wer allerdings lieber zu Stoßzeiten v.a. am Wochenende und abends vobei schauen möchte, sollte eine Reservierung und etwas Geduld mitbringen. Abgebildet der absolut genossene Tiroler Burger mit Pommes, Beilagensalat, Himbeer-Limo und Milchshake. Alles sehr zu empfehlen! ❤️

Ruff's Burger hat mich mit seinen köstlichen Cheeseburgern überzeugt. Heute hatte ich es eilig und keine Zeit für den kurzen Weg in die Innenstadt. Ich schaute mir die Speisekarte draußen an, ging hinein und bestellte einen Cheeseburger. Die richtige Wahl! Er war in nur 10-12 Minuten fertig und schmeckte hervorragend. Nächstes Mal probiere ich den Smashburger, wenn ich mehr Zeit habe.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und sind nach einem kurzen Anruf ob es denn um 14uhr noch was zum Essen gebe, hier eingekehrt und sind restlos begeistert gewesen. Die Bedienung einzigartig! Herzlich, zuvorkommend und superfreundlich Das Essen lecker, hatten die Veggieburger Variante und die klassische mit Fleisch, beides Top!!! Die Süsskartoffeln kross und lecker! Sogar einen Kaffee to Go haben wir bekommen, obwohl so nicht üblich!!! Falls wir wieder in dieser Richtung unterwegs sind sehen wir uns unbedingt wieder!!! Danke ♥️

Das Essen war sehr gut, aber der Service war sehr schlecht. Außerdem hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis das Essen gebracht wurde.

Die Sparerips waren zäh und die Anzahl der Pommes sehr überschaubar. Service ohne Worte

Guter Burger und Preise angemessen

Essen war ganz okay, Service war ziemlich gestresst bei der Abholung. Die unbeschrifteten Boxen haben dazu geführt, dass wir erst mal länger Essen hin und her tauschen mussten. Wir bestellen künftig lieber wieder bei Bufal in Neustadt. Ambiente war top. Haben zuhause gegessen

Wow echt leckere Burger. Ich empfehle die Burgersoße zu den Pommes und dazu den giggly smash. Dazu trinke ich immer gerne eine hausgemachte Limonade meist Himbere. In weiden gibt es keine bessere Alternative.

Wir lieben Ruffs! Wir gehen besonders gern samstags zum Mittagessen hin. Ich kenne ihren Namen leider nicht, aber unsere blonde Kellnerin, die fast jeden Samstagnachmittag arbeitet, ist einfach die Beste! Sie arbeitet so fleißig und ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen ist immer fantastisch und wir empfehlen Ruffs immer wieder gern weiter. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Gutes Essen, angenehme Bedienung

Der BBQ-Burger war gut, aber nicht für den Preis des Menüs. Ich kann immer noch nicht glauben, dass die Pommes 5 € gekostet haben.

Waren heute mit 13 Personen dort( mit Reservierung). Der Laden war voll. Leider nur zwei Bedienungen. Mussten daher knapp 1,5 Std auf unserer Essen warten. Hatte eine Platte mit sparerips und Wings + Pommes. Die Portion war leider gemessen an den Preis wirklich eine Frechheit. Die Rips waren geschmacklich nicht schlecht, aber so etwas zu servieren ist einfach nur abzocke. Personal war sichtlich überfordert, trotzdem sehr nett.

Super Burger einfach Klasse hier. Auch Hunde werden herzlich Empfangen. Immer wieder gerne.

Unfortunately, the food was almost cold and, considering the prices, the small portions were hardly filling.

First of all, thank you to the staff, the service was truly excellent. All I can say is: enjoy delicious burgers and feel completely at ease.

We had eagerly reserved a table for the whole family for Sunday at noon. According to Google and the sign at the restaurant, it should have been open from 11:30 am on Sundays – but no such luck! We arrived promptly at 11:55 am and found ourselves standing in the rain in front of locked doors. After waiting for about 10 minutes, we finally went through the back door, where we encountered an employee who rudely dismissed us in English. Honestly: Absolutely appalling! That's no way to treat guests. Please avoid this place if you're hoping for a relaxing family meal.

We arrived to find the doors closed, even though the opening hours indicated it should have been open. Never again!!

Went here some time ago but never reviewed. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich which was pink when I bit into it and all throughout.

First of all: The burgers and ribs were really delicious! 👍 However, the portions could have been a bit larger – for example, we had the burger with three patties and fries, which was a bit on the small side for the price. It was also disappointing that we wanted to order dessert at 9:07 PM, but were told that the kitchen was already closed. A cheesecake, which was already fully prepared, could certainly have been available. We found that a shame, and it somewhat tarnished the otherwise positive impression. The taste was excellent, but there's still room for improvement in terms of value for money and service.

Very tasty food, and the service was very friendly both on the phone and in person. For me, as a big eater, my giant 3x Pattie Burger was unfortunately a bit too small 😅 Everything tasted great.

We recently ate at this restaurant. Despite our explicit request for the meat to be cooked medium-rare, the meat was cooked overcooked, and some of it was already crispy. Accordingly, it was also hard and dry. The "great" fries, priced at a hefty €7.50, were soggy, undercooked, and unseasoned. The various sauces were "slapped" onto the fries, so you ended up with a mixture of three different sauces and soggy fries. If you don't like spicy food, I wouldn't recommend the sauces, as I personally found them too spicy. If it had been noted on the menu, they could have done without it. As for the service, let me just say this: if I had served our customers like that back then, my boss would have told me a lot of things. That was my first and last visit to this restaurant.

Amazing staff and service. I got a raspberry lemonade but it tastes like a regular lemonade, it was good don’t get me wrong but there weren’t any raspberries in it like the pictures. I also got ribs and fries, the ribs were somewhat good, it could just be me and my expectations on how I like my ribs but I felt like it wasn’t freshly made or cooked to where the meat falls off the bone and didn’t have much bbq sauce but that was on me. I didn’t realize you could get sauces on the side. The fries were really good though, crunchy and just enough salt!

We ordered two burgers and two orders of fries, and left after an hour of not being served. I’ve talked to several others who have had a similar experience here. The table next to us stood up and left as well.

After parking in the underground garage, it was only a few meters to the restaurant. The BBQ plate and burger were delicious. The Pimp My Fries were really good. We'll be back for the burgers and the Pimp My Fries 🥰

A good address for burger lovers. Unfortunately, half of our fries were inedible because they were drowning in oil. A brief question about whether everything was okay or whether we wanted any drinks was met with more than a minor fuss about the fries when paying, which even led to a phone call from someone. The staff preferred to chat with friends and discuss their daily rate on the tablet. It could be better.

Best Smash Burger & Fries in Weiden and the region! I stumbled upon Ruff’s Burger in Weiden and was blown away. Their smash burger was juicier and more flavorful than any I’ve had in a very long time. Perfectly seared edges, a soft toasted bun, and just the right amount of melty cheese. The hand-cut fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and seasoned to perfection. The small, rustic dining room has a relaxed vibe, and the staff were genuinely friendly—checking in just enough without hovering. My burger arrived hot and fresh in under 10 minutes. They also have a great selection of craft sodas and local beers if you want to round out your meal. If you’re in north-eastern Bavaria in the "Oberpfalz" area and craving a top-notch burger joint, Ruff’s is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back and try their homemade crafted sodas next!

Unfortunately, everything takes a very long time. Today we sat at an outdoor table for over 15 minutes and no one came. There were only two customers outside, and then we went inside, where the waitress stood bored in the corner of the counter. The surprised, friendly greeting and the oversized fingernails that battered the tray didn't make things any better.

The burgers are truly outstanding. A million light-years away from the big burger chains. Simply amazing food. The service is very friendly. A must-recommend. Top!

As promised, my review. I'm happy to give it 5 stars. Reason: the waitress who served us today was simply fantastic. Friendly, nice, competent and on the ball. Simply a 10 out of 10. The lady is committed to her job and enjoys it and you could tell. She also gave us a great tip. So boss... keep this woman. Such staff are gems and hard to find. As for the food... simply delicious. Amazing. We've rarely had such delicious burgers and fries. The day before, we had been to the Therme Erding, where they have a branch. That was our first time, as I'm on holiday here. We were already impressed there, so we went to Weiden today. The food came quickly, was perfectly prepared, juicy, the burger bun was soft and the fries with the sauce were simply delicious. We were all impressed and will be coming again. Thank you very much.

The burger was good but very small. I would have expected something bigger. You're still hungry afterwards. The price-performance ratio doesn't really fit. The salad was also expensive and the portion was very small. Service was good, the lady was very friendly

Super tasty burgers 🍔 and fries🍟! I highly recommend the Mexican Fries 🇲🇽 and the Blue Cheese Cream Burger — absolutely delicious! 😋 The waitresses all speak English fluently and are super friendly. Amina, who took care of us, was super witty and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I also love how the restaurant switches up the music genre every day — it keeps things exciting, and there’s something for everyone throughout the week. So, every visit feels like a new experience! 😜 All in all, this place is a must-visit in Weiden if you’re looking to have a great time!

Delicious burgers, also vegetarian and vegan and great service! We ordered a burger, which usually has bacon on it. Since we are vegetarians, we substituted the patty and left out the bacon. We were asked if we wanted balsamic onions instead. This is the definition of outstanding service!

We were registered as a group of 12 people. Had to wait 1.5 hours for food. Ribs were strangely out after 45 minutes. On a positive note, we were given 1 bottle of liqueur. Half of the loveless burger was missing. Sauce, balsamic onions, tomatoes etc on each ingredient missing ingredients. To top it all off, there was a hair on the fries and it wasn't hair on the head!! Absolutely disgusting. No compensation for this. We've been there several times, this time for the last time. Too bad

The food is delicious, but the quantity is rather unbalanced in relation to the price. The burgers are comparatively small and the fries have to be paid additionally. The service is not bad in relation to individual employees, but rather bad in personnel planning. The individual waitress had to look after guests, collect cash and also provide drinks. As a result, it took quite a long time for the food to reach the guests (over 1 hour) and other customers had to change their order to to go. In addition, the card reader (EC payment) did not work and the service staff did not inform the guests about this until the time of payment.

We were in town and were craving burgers, so Ruff's Burger was the spot. So glad they actually use fresh ground smashed beef for their burgers. My family of 4 came in for dinner and we were not disappointed. I ordered the avocado burger and added a fried egg with it along with truffle fries. I will admit, while my burger was cooked just right, sadly it definitely needed salt ro make just a little flavorful. Along with the burger, as everyone has already mentioned, the unsalted fries... my saving grace with the fries was the truffle sauce 🤤 it was definitely the highlight of my meal. The moment I finished my sauce though, I stopped eating my fries - though cooked to a crisp perfection as well, it was lacking a little salt. For a drink, I did end up ordering a Lillet Wildberry, which was made just right. My daughter and husband ordered chicken burgers, it both looked good, both were breaded. And then my son got a chicken nugget off the kids menu, they have one! All and all I'd probably come back to try the other food they offer. 😊

I recently visited this eatery, and it exceeded my expectations! Despite not making reservations ahead of time, I was seated quickly and received excellent service. The hand-pressed burgers were incredibly fresh and flavorful—easily among the best I’ve had. The staff was fast, efficient, and courteous, which made the experience even more enjoyable. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable for two people enjoying such high-quality food. If you're craving a delicious burger and great service, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. We ate very tasty, there are explicitly vegan burgers, but you can also have any burger with a vegan patty. Service friendly and quick, atmosphere pleasant (not too small, not too big, rather rustic furnishings). Prices are also completely reasonable!

We come from further away and were there for dinner on Sunday after sim racing. The service was very nice, we were served quickly and we often asked if everything was okay and if we wanted anything else. For food we had smash burgers, cheeseburgers and BBQ burgers with Belgian fries. Burgers are great, not frozen goods like elsewhere. Food also came very quickly. The next time we are in the area we will definitely come back.

I went in with a hungry belly and left with a smile. The service was warm & welcoming, the atmosphere was super comfortable, and the price was unbeatable. It was so good I went back two nights in a row. Definitely get the truffle mayo with the Belgian fries… soooooooooo good!

Unfortunately, we discovered that the requirements of the voucher book were not adhered to. According to the terms of the voucher, if you order two dishes, one dish including a side dish should be free. However, this was not implemented. In addition, it was noticed that when using the voucher book, there was obviously a saving in quality and quantity: • Only one dip was included with the fries, although two are normally provided. • The meat portion was significantly smaller compared to other guests without a voucher. • The combination of fries, meat, cheese and onions noticeably saved on cheese and meat. The preparation also did not meet expectations: • The meat, which should be medium rare by default, was undercooked, very dry and unseasoned. • The fries were also unsalted, which significantly reduced the enjoyment. • There was no salt and pepper at the table, which made seasoning impossible. Unfortunately, the service was weak, so it was hardly possible to reorder drinks or missing condiments. In addition, the shandy in all three glasses I ordered was heavily diluted with water. Apparently a dark shandy is only served if you order two - which we find extremely rude. The service with the black and red hair, who was very friendly, should be highlighted positively.

Ruff’s Burgers in Weiden: Where Burgers Are Ruff-tastic! I stopped by Ruff’s and tried the “Old Bag Burger” (don’t worry, they weren’t talking about me… I hope!) and the Belgian French fries. First off, let’s talk about those fries—an absolute mountain of crispy, golden goodness. I thought I’d never finish them, but let’s be honest, I *did*. Now, the burger. The goat cheese caught me off guard at first, but wow—what an upgrade! It was creamy, tangy, and paired perfectly with the rest of the burger's flavors. I don’t know who thought to slap some goat cheese on there, but they deserve a raise and possibly a statue in the kitchen. Overall, Ruff’s is where good food meets great portions. Just don’t wear tight pants. You’ve been warned!

The food is really great. I basically had the entire truffle package. Fries with truffles, burgers with truffles and the mayo also with truffles. What more could you want? I can say that the taste was just perfect. Gladly again

We were there as a bachelorette party. We were given a very warm welcome and the future bride was even allowed to carry out tasks there! Service was super nice! The boss too! Food was very fresh and delicious! And the dessert was absolutely amazing too! I have also ordered to-go twice and it was really great! At home (approx. 15 minutes drive) the food was even lukewarm :)
