Very good burgers that can be customized for an additional charge. Not cheap, but definitely worth it. The very courteous service (multilingual) ensures that you feel completely comfortable.

Beautiful beer garden located on the avenue in the heart of Weiden. On Sunday evening the cars are not very disturbing either. First you had to ask the waitresses to come to the table to stop smoking. The advice that people should shout despite the loud traffic was not heard when they later asked for salt for the unsalted fries. You also had to go into the store. I was told there that yes, it was a long way. Inside, the apparently new employee ate a burger herself, which is probably the actual explanation why they didn't get any salt. My subsequent suggestion that the extremely dry spare ribs could be made better was dismissed. They tasted like they were warmed up in the microwave. According to the companions, the burger was ok - but the service was absolutely on the lower level in Weiden. Criticism that the towels in the toilet were empty was met with a shrug. Nobody comes to pay and I sit there after another 10 minutes and now I have to ask the ladies again. And no, it's not a criticism of the new employee, but of her boss, who noticed everything and didn't care that there were no towels. Her shrugging of the shoulders was also the reason for this criticism.

Food was delicious.. Ribs slamming! Veggie Burger was awesome..

The waitresses were actually quite accommodating. But a lot of people sat outside to smoke and had the greatest fun. The restaurant is completely empty except for one table, even though the online reservation says that nothing is available. And that on a Friday at 8 p.m. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special and the portions were far too small. My husband then ordered something small to eat at another restaurant. So we're not coming anymore.

Last Sunday evening for a burger dinner. Arrived spontaneously and still received a friendly welcome. We got a table straight away and the friendly waitress, after taking our drinks, helped us choose the burgers. Emma recommended the Blue Cheese. Fitted perfectly. Unfortunately, not all guests are particularly friendly. We encountered really unfriendly guests a few tables away, but the above-mentioned employee did her best to somehow satisfy these people. There are professionals at work here!

It's okay if you're around, but not worth traveling to. It's a bit overpriced for what it is, average sized burgers no free sides. But burgers can be veganized!

Food was very tasty, service was good too. The fries were a little too salty for my taste but otherwise a decent portion. The service was also good. The only disadvantage is that you can't pay by card in this restaurant, which means you have to have cash with you, there is room for improvement here.

the service is just terrible, the older waitress was absolutely rude and ill-mannered. she didn't like the way we ordered and right before we started eating she came up to us and said very negative things. all we did was raise our hand when she passed by to order. the staff's job is to serve, not to open their mouths. we didn't eat anything, paid and left. we will never go back there again.

Place with delicious food but terrible service! If you want someone to be rude to you for no reason and almost spit on your plate, you are welcome. It's time for an old and rude waitress with no tact to retire, sit on a bench and be rude to passersby

The staff is very rude. Today we were there with friends, because of the attitude of the staff towards us, especially the elderly waitress, it took away our appetite. Now the day is ruined.

I usually don’t write reviews, but today's situation shocked me. I came to the restaurant with my girlfriend, we often visit this place and already know what’s on the menu. We knew what we were going to order, so without hesitation, my girlfriend raised her hand and said that we were ready to order. An elderly waitress approached us and took our order. Fifteen minutes later, the same waitress brought us our food. I was on the phone at the time. When she placed the food down, she started speaking loudly, I would even say, lecturing my girlfriend on how to behave. She said that it is not appropriate to raise a hand in a café to call a waiter; instead, you should close the menu and wait. She also added that we always come to this place and behave this way. I repeat, I was on a work call during this, and her behavior disrupted me, so I had to call the person back after we left. We didn’t eat the food she brought, we paid and left, to which she said, "okay." After today's incident, I won’t be coming to this place again. I don’t believe that raising a hand to ask a waiter to take your order when they are not busy with someone else is a sign of disrespect. As I mentioned, we were in a hurry and knew the menu very well since we had been to this establishment many times.

Restaurant was only half full. Nevertheless, all guests were seated at tables in a corner. Unfortunately it was very stuffy and warm in the restaurant. The burgers were okay, but nothing more. Burgers are a bit small for the price. Lots of flavor from the sauces (especially ketchup) on the cheeseburger. It's a shame because the meat and other toppings get lost. The burger bun was good though.

Very nice location, great and friendly service, and - not to forget - really tasty burgers. We stop here every time on the way from the south to the north, so at least once every year.

Burgers taste good and the selection is good. Staff is overwhelmed/understaffed and not very professional - "you can get some chairs there" - "I'll bring you all the nonsense later", to guests who obviously don't know the place yet at nine (three quarters of an hour before the end): "there's only burgers here, Nothing else that's clear!" (according to the motto, hopefully they'll go again). After eight o'clock, every guest is told that the shop is closing soon (with the undertone - "it would ruin our evening if you stayed now"). A self-service burger shop with a sales counter would be more honest! Otherwise the surroundings distract from the actually quite decent quality of the food. Update after 3 years: I would write the review exactly the same way again: the burgers taste good, are still at the upper end of the price, but "you can do it", especially the buns are convincing! BUT: I unreservedly only recommend collection, the service on site is "just pastures", you do the bare minimum and only when you complain or are about to do so. Hospitality or attention is very far away here.

Long wait and pretty small burgers.

The portions are far too small considering the price. A portion of fries and a burger won't fill you up.

We had dinner here today with a reservation. Unfortunately, the service and the kitchen were hopelessly overwhelmed, so we had to wait 90 minutes for our food. This seems to happen often here. The ambience and food were ok, but didn't blow me away. A repeat visit is unlikely.

We became aware of Ruffs Burgers through the voucher book and went here when we were in Weiden. The shop is attractively decorated, not a fancy Micki that you don't need anyway, but more like a tavern with accents. The service was always friendly and quick. The burgers and fries tasted very good. We'll be back - it was delicious and recommended!

Burger restaurant in the style of a tavern. I had a cheeseburger and garlic fries. Both were good, the burger was perhaps not quite fully grown. The soda was also good - but then I ordered a Coke with my meal. In any case, the service was nice. Pay and tip possible with card (mobile phone).

The bacon on my bbq citizen tasted burnt and my partner's burger meat was still half raw. Overall, the restaurant is a pleasant location and you can have a nice meal.

Ich habe einen Salat bestellt, welcher absolut indiskutabel war. Nach mehreren Gabeln musste ich mich geschlagen geben und war dankbar, einen Abfalleimer in der Nähe gehabt zu haben! Zudem hatte ich eine Portion Pommes, welche so unangenehm waren, dass ich sie keines Blickes mehr würdigen konnte. Sehr aufmerksam vom Service war es, dass keine Mayonnaise mit dabei war, obwohl jene geordert war. Vielleicht war der Service Kraft bewusst, dass die Mayonnaise genauso schauerhaft wie die Hauptspeisen war. Ich bin nicht enttäuscht darüber, Geld für das "Essen" ausgegeben zu haben, eher glücklich darüber, da ich jetzt weiß, dass ich bei anderen Lokalen deutlich mehr für mein hart erarbeitetes Geld bekomme.

Ich war schon sehr oft hier und anfangs hätte ich 5 Sterne vergeben. Mittlerweile aber eher 3, es ist einfach jedes mal etwas anderes nicht so toll: mal ist das Fleisch zu durch oder mit Knorpel, mal das Brötchen nass-kalt, mal die Pommes kalt, der Krautsalat hingegen ist immer zu warm. Außer Burger gibt es aber noch gute Alternativen auf der Karte. Der Burger des Monats ist eine schöne Abwechslung.

Service sehr unkoordiniert, es wurde bei einer 12er Gruppe bei mehreren Personen das falsche Essen gebracht. Kommunikation zwischen Küche und Service nicht vorhanden

Wir haben gerade hier etwas abgeholt, tut es euch einfach nicht an. Fleisch auf den Burger trocken, keine Gemüse drauf. Hühnchen Burger, schmeckte nur nach Fett, nicht mal Saucen waren dabei! Zudem kommt, dass die Hälfte der Bestellung vergessen wurde! Der Ceasar Salat war alles aber nicht Ceasar! Tut mir leid, das für 50€ nie wieder.

Das Essen bzw. die Burger waren super. Die Servicekräfte waren alle sehr nett. Man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Platz reservieren und etwas Wartezeit mitbringen. Der Tisch ist für 6 Personen leider etwas zu klein. Getränkepreise sind etwas hoch. Ein Radler für 4,90 ist schon hart.

Sehr gemütlicher Burgerladen, Burger war Top! Belgische Pommes leider etwas zu Cross und kaum gesalzen, alkoholfreier Mojito war in Ordnung, hatte schon mal bessere. Würde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, Vorallem die veganen Burger sind echt Klasse. Preislich für Weiden leider etwas teurer…

Eigentlich alles gut. Location ist jetzt nichts besonderes. Essen schmeckt auch gut aber haut auch nicht vom Hocker.

Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. So gar unsere kleine hat während der Wartezeit etwas zu malen bekommen. Leckeres Essen. Einmalige Pommes mit verschiedenen Dips zur Auswahl. Zum Abschluss gab es zur Winterzeit noch einen kleinen Lebkuchen für jeden. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne vorbei wenn wir Weiden besuchen.

Sehr leckeres Essen, von dem man echt satt wird:) Ambiente ist nicht sooo schön, vielleicht ein paar Musikboxen an die Wand gezaubert und die Decke schön verkleidet - dann glaub ich wäre es perfekt:) ist aber auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen! Das Bun ist richtig frisch und hat echt gut geschmeckt!

Sehr gute Burger! Die belgischen Pommes sind auch immer lecker. Zu den Pommes kann man zwei Saucen wählen. Mengenmäßig ist aber zumindest für mich eine Sauce schon zuviel!

Ich lebe erst seit kurzer Zeit in der kleinen Stadt Weiden und fand es bisher etwas schwierig einen vielversprechendes und leckeres Lokal zu finden, doch seit dem ich ,,Ruff‘s Burger‘‘ entdeckt habe, wurden mir die Augen wieder geöffnet. Freundliches und stets anwesendes Personal. Schnell zubereitetes und leckeres Essen und noch dazu erfrischende selbstgemachte Getränke. Die Einrichtung war sehr gemütlich und sauber gehalten, so dass man gerne mehr Zeit dort verbringen möchte. Falls ihr Interesse an frisch gemachten und einladenden Burger in allen möglichen Variation probieren möchtet, ist es genau richtig für euch. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen und freue mich in Zukunft nochmal so positiv überrascht zu werden.
