Ich war im Restaurant essen und kann das Essen nur empfehlen. Super lecker, egal was man bestellt. Der Service könnte ein bisschen mehr nach leeren Gläsern schauen, ich hätte bestimmt noch zwei Getränke mehr genommen wenn eine Servicekraft da gewesen wäre. Aber sonst wirklich Top!

Wir waren bisher zweimal im Rübli essen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Der Mittagstisch ist lecker, abwechslungsreich und auch für Vegetarier/Veganer gibt es nicht nur die sonst so üblichen Käsespätzle. Dafür ein großes Lob. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und die Wartezeit ist kurz....ich würde empfehlen zu reservieren.

Das Rübli Restaurant hat mich als Schweizer schon mal sehr angesprochen. Es ist eine kultig umgebautes altes Lagerhaus mit toller Ambiente. Wir waren zu neunt auf Durchreise. Reservation online war problemlos. Karte ist attraktiv und vielseitig von gutbürgerlichem Essen bis Hamburger. Grosse Getränkeauswahl. Essen kam schnell und fast gleichzeitig und war schön angerichtet und gut. Ich hatte Curry mit Maispoularde. Grosse Portionen. Personal sehr freundlich. Einziger negativ Punkt: es riecht etwas nach Essen. Alles in allem aber eine klare Empfehlung. Macht weiter so. 👍🏻

Sehr leckere typische schwäbische Hausmannskost. Angesehen von dem schönen Ambiente und der ordentlichen Größe der Portionen hat das Restaurant mit wirklich leckeren Gerichten überzeugt. Neben Rossbraten und außergewöhnlich leckeren Käsespätzln gibt es aber auch Burger und ähnliches.

Wir waren vor Kurzem im Rübli und sind restlos begeistert. Von Anfang bis Ende war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Essen: Einfach hervorragend! Jedes Gericht war auf den Punkt zubereitet, frisch und geschmacklich ein echtes Highlight. Der Service: Professionell, aufmerksam und dabei sehr herzlich. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt jedoch Lavanya. Mit ihrem unglaublichen Orgatalent hat sie im Hintergrund die Fäden gezogen und das Unmögliche möglich gemacht! Dank ihres Einsatzes verlief alles reibungslos – solche Mitarbeiter sind heutzutage eine Seltenheit. Wer Wert auf exzellente Küche und einen erstklassigen Service legt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ich muss leider sagen, dass ich enttäuscht bin. Erstens entspricht das Frühstück in keiner Weise einem Hotelstandard – es kommt dem nicht einmal ansatzweise nahe. Man geht ins Restaurant hinunter, bekommt einen Platz zugewiesen (große Auswahl hat man dabei nicht) und erhält eine festgelegte Portion, ohne Möglichkeit zur Änderung oder Auswahl. Von einem Spiegelei oder Rührei ganz zu schweigen. Was das Zimmer betrifft: Es war zwar sauber, aber erstens kalt. Die Heizkörper waren trotz maximaler Einstellung nicht richtig warm – hier merkt man deutlich Sparmaßnahmen. Außerdem war es sehr laut durch den Straßenlärm. Die Fenster gingen direkt zur Straße hinaus und waren nicht zusätzlich gegen Lärm geschützt. Meiner Meinung nach ist das den Preis definitiv nicht wert.

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen spontan das erste Mal im Rübli. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet, wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und einem Tisch zugewiesen. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, obwohl die Kollegin zunächst allein war und das Restaurant sich schnell füllte. Vom Essen waren wir begeistert, es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt, sowohl die Klassiker wie Frikadellen aus Kalbfleisch, als auch der Fisch von der Tageskarte mit Glas Nudelsalat. Wir werden sicher noch einmal wieder kommen und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Für mich schlichtweg eine Wohlfühl- und Genussadresse mit einem super freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service und einem Küchen-Team, das sein Handwerkszeug versteht und weiß, wie man sich mit Frische, Kreativität und Bodenständigkeit wohltuend von der Masse abhebt.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal im Rübli in Freiberg. Unser Erlebnis - leckere Cocktails, tolles Essen, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Zum Essen hatten wir den karamellisierten Ziegenfrischkäse als Vorspeise und als Hauptspeise das Kürbisrösti und den Rübli Classic Cheeseburger. Alles super lecker, vor allem der karamellisierte Ziegenfrischkäse ist der Hit! Wir können das Rübli sehr empfehlen und kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Top Erlebnis! Wir wurden super bedient, das Essen war mega lecker und blitzschnell am Tisch – geschmacklich einfach perfekt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Daniel: super freundlich, aufmerksam und immer mit einem Lächeln unterwegs. Er hat öfter nachgefragt, ob alles passt oder wir noch etwas brauchen. So macht Essen gehen richtig Spaß. Absolute Empfehlung!

Das Essen im Restaurant Rübli ist wirklich gut und man findet immer etwas Passendes. Was bei meinem letzten Besuch allerdings besonders herausragend war, ist der unglaublich freundliche Kellner. Selten wurde ich so zuvorkommend und aufmerksam bedient. Zwischendurch musste ich kurz nach Hause, weil mein Baby geweint hat, und konnte meinen Hauptgang nicht essen. Ich hatte lediglich darum gebeten, dass das Essen warm gehalten wird. Bei meiner Rückkehr bekam ich stattdessen ein komplett frisch zubereitetes Gericht serviert. Das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich.

Zuerst, ich war nur zum Speisen im Rübli. Das Restaurant im Alten DB-Gebäude überrascht mit tollem Ambiente, wirklich guter Atmosphäre und für einen Dienstag mit voller Auslastung. Das Personal ist nicht nur freundlich und unaufdringlich Aufmerksam, sondern auch kompetent. Meine Schweinelendchen sehr gut auf den Punkt, einzig bei den Spätzle merkte man, daß nicht alles perfekt sein kann. Parkplätze sind ausreichend, fußnah vorhanden. Sicherlich werde ich hier wiederkommen, auch zu Geschäftsreisen.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und wir wurden ausgesprochen freundlich von Dani bedient, der den gesamten Abend über sehr aufmerksam und nett war.

Wir waren mit sechs Personen und zwei Kindern im Rübli zum Essen. Von den Getränken waren wir enttäuscht, das Orangenschorle viel zu dünn, genauso der Aperol, aber was gar nicht geht.....einem Kind im Hochstuhl ein kleines Apfelschorle 0.4 Liter servieren mit der Aussage,das ist ein kleines.. das geht nicht. Ist fast alles stehen geblieben. Ein Tipp : wenn man einem kleinen Kind ein kleines Gläschen aufs Haus hinstellt macht man mit wenig Aufwand alle glücklich. Das Essen war dagegen sehr gut. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

Unser Abend hier war richtig schön! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders unser Kellner Daniel war äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich, man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist auch sehr geschmackvoll!

Ich war heute im Rübri und das Essen war einfach super! Die Spätzle mit Linsen, Seidelwürstchen und Speck waren richtig lecker,der Speck schön knusprig und perfekt angebraten. Die Crème Brûlée war das absolute Highlight: cremig, fein und mit einer tollen knusprigen Kruste. Der Service war herausragend, meine Gastgeberin, Lavanya, hat mir jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und war zugleich herzlich und professionell. Ein rundum großartiges Erlebnis, ich komme definitiv wieder! 🍽️

Ein sehr schönes und stylisches Hotel mit sehr gutem Speisenangebot. Es ist zwar nicht das preiswerteste Hotel in Freiberg, aber definitiv das beste. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einzig das Frühstück, welches auf einer Etagere am Tisch gereicht wird, ist mir persönlich zu unflexibel, hier wäre ein kleines aber feines Buffet ansprechender.

There were four of us there – my wife, her friend (who was pregnant), a mutual friend, and I – and we had a full menu with a starter, main course, dessert, and drinks. And I'll tell you how it is: There wasn't a single complaint. Everything was absolutely top-notch! The service was not only friendly, but also truly attentive – they took their time with us, recommended suitable dishes, and took our individual needs into consideration. A particularly positive aspect: There was a great selection for my friend, who is vegetarian. And the pregnant companion received targeted and responsible advice, which is certainly not a given. The food? A real hit in terms of taste! Every course was made with love, creative, varied, and perfectly prepared. The location is stylish, clean, and modern – everything from the decor to the restrooms is very well-maintained. You simply feel at home as soon as you enter the restaurant. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the hotel area since we didn't stay overnight – but if the food and service are up to standard there, I can imagine the hotel deserves just as much of a 5-star rating. Conclusion: For me, one of the best restaurants in the region. Highly recommended – whether for a cozy evening for two, a meal with friends, or a special occasion.

Really good and tasty food, but in summer it's almost unbearable, it's far too warm inside.

Today, following a recommendation, we visited Rübli Restaurant for the first time. A very friendly and attentive team awaited us. The food didn't take long to arrive and tasted delicious. As soon as a glass was empty, we were asked if we wanted a new one, and as soon as a plate was empty, it was cleared away. To be fair, it wasn't busy when we arrived, but this kind of service is unfortunately rare these days. Keep up the good work!! See you next time!!🙋‍♂️🍻

We were at Rübli this evening for the first time, and certainly not the last. A beautifully designed restaurant/bar concept complements the excellent cuisine, offering top value for money. I had the braised beef cheeks, which were perfectly prepared and an absolute highlight in terms of quantity for the price. The second dish, the turkey schnitzels, were excellent with a very subtle buttery flavor. The very friendly and attentive service is highly commendable; keep it up, and a compliment to the entire team. It's a shame I can't give more stars. Great, keep it up 🫶

A beautiful and modern restaurant in Freiberg. We were a group of six, the service was very friendly, and the food was generally good. However, we had two different versions of the rösti, and both were very soggy. It would have been better if the side dish had been served on the side instead of on top.

It was great again. The daily special – roast beef with spaetzle and the veggie rösti with salad – was once again very tasty. We just stopped in for dinner. Super friendly service. Great atmosphere. A good selection, something for every taste. We'll definitely go back.

This week we paid a visit to the Rübli. All in all, a lovely restaurant with friendly staff, and even our little dog was allowed to come along. Personally, I found the elderflower spritzer a little too watery (my mother-in-law enjoyed it). The breaded schnitzel with fries was quite edible, although it was a bit dry for me (I've had better). Plus points were definitely given for the generous portions. I was then redeemed by an excellent dessert, the passion fruit crème brûlée, which was perfectly cooked. Overall, I'll give it a slight deduction, but you can't go wrong with a visit.

The service is friendly. There's a wide variety of dishes on the menu, and there's something for everyone. The portions are generous, and the schnitzel with fries was delicious.

We stayed at the Hotel Rübli from May 11th to May 16th, 2025, and we were absolutely thrilled. The room was top-notch, the cleanliness was top-notch, and so was the bed. The restaurant is beautifully designed, and the food is truly delicious—a great concept. The staff, including the manager, are extremely friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed. Very nice restaurant! Something like that was really missing in Freiberg. Although the restaurant was busy, we were served quickly and very friendly. The food was really delicious and also inexpensive. We will come back soon!

Luckily we can rate the hotel and restaurant and can only say that we made a real lucky move. Great, clean rooms, friendly staff. What more could you want? About the restaurant: well furnished, all staff friendly, quick and not intrusive. The portions are large and it tasted very good. If we lived nearby, we would eat there more often. Hello everyone, today we had my husband's birthday dinner at Rübli. We were there for the first time because our daughter works there as a temporary worker alongside her studies. It was really really good, the food, the service. Everything is just great. I am happy that my daughter works in such a good restaurant. I come from the catering industry myself and can judge this very well. We'll definitely be back. Keep it up. Thanks.

We were there as restaurant guests, so I can't rate the rooms. Food, service, ambience, everything is right at Rübli. Without exception, everyone was thrilled. Portions are generous and the prices are absolutely reasonable. Food and drinks came quickly even though the restaurant was at full capacity.

Unfortunately, the hotel and not the restaurant to which my review refers are intended to be reviewed here. Very comfortable and well furnished. Service very friendly and attentive. Beef broth with pancakes was ok as a starter, homemade pancakes, unfortunately the broth wasn't strong and served a little too cold. Main courses adequate portions, tasted very good. But here too, served moderately warm. As a result, the food gets cold too quickly, which is considered negative in the rating. Especially given the high prices. These are justified if the kitchen improves a little in quality. Therefore, overall 3 stars for the kitchen, as you can expect more when it comes to pricing. We'll be back and hope to be able to give it 5 stars.

Decent food at a reasonable price. I was there with a Chinese supplier and the service at Rübli was also from China.

Unfortunately, since the opening there has been a clear trend with prices rising and portions becoming smaller and smaller. The roast is now the size of a child's portion and a carafe for prepared tap water costs around €7, which requires no further comment. The turkey steak was also plain and dry, the grilled vegetables were overcooked and extremely heavy on onions. The waitresses are all super friendly with the exception of one colleague with an Asian look. She was once again completely inflexible, canceling a glass of water within a second and converting it into a bottle of water was dismissed with: The booking is already out. You should leave your constant snarky attitude at home. In return, her colleague continued to serve us at the end; his colleague could use this as an example of how the perfect service works. I still give it 3 stars because the taste of my food was very good, but the price-performance ratio is still out of proportion and so it is currently rather questionable for us whether we will eat here again

We had dinner there today. Very nice and attentive service. One point deducted because one slice of the neck roast melted in your mouth and the second was somehow tough and very, very streaky. Cordon bleu was very tasty. Strangely enough, we also received our food after the guests who came after us. But service apologized

I can't judge the rooms because I was only in the restaurant. The food is top. The meat was tender and actually medium rare as ordered. Discreetly and beautifully presented on the plate. The dessert as well as the main course were beautifully presented and tasted great. The long drinks/cocktails are also great and not just a glass full of ice cubes. The condition was very polite, friendly and non-intrusive. The restaurant is also great in terms of price. In addition, the spatial furnishings and decoration are very successful, appear inviting and create a feel-good atmosphere. A clear recommendation.

The **staff is professional and incredibly friendly**, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. A special highlight: the **Maultaschen in Lemberger sauce** – even my Swabian grandma was thrilled! It's a pleasure every time and I always look forward to the next meal here. Absolute recommendation!

I've been booking this hotel regularly for business for months. The rooms are top-notch, the service is first-class, and the food is excellent.

We have been to Rübli several times. Food is always served quickly and, as always, tastes delicious. Staff very attentive and friendly. We can only recommend the Rübli.

Excellent food. We were a larger group and shared our meals. Everything was warm and delicious. The spaetzle and sauce with meat in all its variations were a hit with everyone. If you want good Swabian food, this is the place to go. Plus, the service is great and the atmosphere is relaxed!

I actually really like the Rübli, but this time it was unfortunately very disappointing. At first a good half of the orders were mixed up and all special requests were ignored ("No cream please", "Strawberry ice cream please", "The drink in large size please"), but the bigger problem was that almost all the adults in the group then spent the night with them vomiting diarrhea spent over the toilet. The fries the kids ate seemed ok. If something like that happens at a cheap kebab stand, it's stupid, but at €40-50 per person it really shouldn't happen. You should be able to expect that food standards are sufficiently adhered to so as not to poison the guests.

I've been here many times and it's always been great. Yesterday (December 30th) we were here again with 15 people. During the night half of the guests started vomiting or getting diarrhea. We have brought it down to a common denominator (chocolate cake). Probably salmonella or something. We've never experienced anything like that here before. I hope you learn from it and pay better attention to the quality of the food, especially from suppliers!

Nach dem 1. Besuch vor 1 Jahr probierten wir das Rübli nochmals aus. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Qualität der Speisen und auch das Servicepersonal maximal Durchschnitt ist. Geschmacklich naja, Rostbraten und Cordeu Bleu so nicht zu empfehlen. Ofenschlupfer zum Beispiel viel zu trocken. Die Getränkepreise für nicht alkoholische Getränke sind viel zu teuer, so dass man sich überlegt, überhaupt noch ein 2. Getränk zu bestellen. Die Küche ist daher nicht empfehlenswert und wir waren das letzte Mal im Rübli. Schade, dass in Freiberg verpasst wurde, endlich mal ein sehr gutes Restaurant zu installieren. Für einen sehr guten Koch muss man auch investieren. Ambiente ist viel zu laut und daher ungemütlich. Hier wären Raumteiler, Teiler mit Pflanzen zur Lärmminderung angebracht. Excellent food again yesterday, not only in terms of taste, but also in terms of the size of the portions and the way it was served. I don't know anyone who has been there and isn't as enthusiastic as we are ;-) The service is also very, very nice and accommodating. All dishes are served quickly, at the same time and hot. (Now I just have to somehow find the recipe for the passion fruit creme brulée ;-)) See you soon!!

For me, the lighting was too dim and the atmosphere was too restless (it was always ringing or beeping somewhere). We sat a bit unhappy, every time the door opened there was a lot of draft. The salad was fresh and very tasty. Käspätzle weren't that great. It wasn't our taste but it was full, which speaks for itself.

Zeer fijne ervaring, heel vriendelijk personeel, ruime keuze aan drankjes en eten. Lekker gegeten. Zeer leuke ambiance met live optreden.

Unfortunately, the reception was very sober, a smile would signal to the guests that they are welcome. I didn't have that impression. On my second visit the reception was no different, a "nice to have you here" looks different. The service at the table was great and very nice. The fact that the S-Bahn station is next door doesn't bother you. The food is good.

Food was very good. A somewhat cold reception at the entrance and a longer wait for food. Sitting outside is also possible and there is plenty of space there. There was live music outside that evening and even a small dancing opportunity.

Went there to eat with friends and sat on the terrace, which is very huge and inviting. The food is delicious and there is something for everyone.

We were there for lunch. I was very satisfied with the food.

Room would be acceptable at half the price. It was dusty, the water bottles were filled with tap water, no air conditioning and hardly any possibility of ventilation.
