Rubenbauer in München

I'd like to rate the service, or should I say nonexistent service, at the concession stand in the train station. The customer in front of me was treated dismissively when she ordered her coffee separately from her friends. I wanted to buy a drink with a disposable deposit, but I wasn't allowed to return the bottles I'd emptied during my trip (disposable deposit). The employee seemed more interested in his cell phone than in the customer.

Expensive and poor service. The schnitzel crust was hard and stringy. The waitress didn't ask for mustard or ketchup on the Leberkässemmel.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with what the previous speakers have said. I've never seen such a disengaged team. I wonder why they haven't improved things?

The most miserable experience at the station: the fast-food chain in the basement is unfortunately a better alternative than the store. Unfriendly staff and overpriced, inedible food. And, as you can see, the superiors don't take criticism seriously.

Salespeople don't say hello or thank you. I've never experienced such rudeness. Also, one of them tapped around on his phone for a while before deigning to serve me. This is the third time I've experienced this, and I'll go elsewhere in the future.

Almost run over by one of their employees. Maybe they should offer driver safety training; a shoulder check can save lives. Especially when you cross a solid line into the bike lane to save time. Next time, I'll report it to the police. Attempt was made to delete this text. Nice try.

Selling warm beer is completely unacceptable!

October 3, 2023, 6:40 PM First, the staff snapped at the other customers because another customer had suddenly left. Then, the two people behind the counter preferred to chat amongst themselves instead of attending to the waiting customers. And then, even though I had been standing at the front for over five minutes, they only served the people who arrived after me. I'm reluctant to raise my voice at these kinds of food stands because it should be obvious to the staff why I'm standing there with my debit card. Since I couldn't wait any longer because my train was leaving soon, I left, and with staff like that, I won't be trying my luck there again.

4.50 for a Leberkäse roll and then the seller discriminates against you - sorry but that's a no-go!

A chocolate croissant to go costs €2.85? Where are you going with those prices? So, that's a good reason for me to never shop there again and generally avoid unnecessary and unhealthy things.

Do you have to touch everything with your hands?

Seldom seen such a committed, slow team. While 20 people are queuing here, the items are being cleared at a snail's pace and only one person is selling.

Everything is far too expensive. In the main station it is better to take the escalator to the basement as there are many fast food restaurants and they are all cheaper

Kommt man am Bahnhof in München an, zieht es einen magisch in Richtung Rubenbauer Genusswelten, denn die einzelnen Stände sind hier sehr ansprechend gestaltet und bereits fertigen Produkte sind appetitlich drappiert. Rubenbauer selbst betitelt die Produkte mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten, was ich nun teilweise wirklich sehr übertrieben finde. Preis/Leistung passt meiner Meinung nach also nicht so ganz. Direkt vorne am Hallengang zieht es wie Hechtsuppe, aber geht man in den inneren Bereich, findet man Stehtische und ein par Sitzgelegenheiten. Klar, es geht viel besser, aber ich habe auch schon sehr viel schlechter gegessen. Was bekommt man hier alles? An diversen Ständen: Pizza, Döner, Sandwiches, Sushi, Fisch, Pommes, Hendl und diverse Backwaren. Außerdem gibt es zwei Restaurantbereiche, die L'Osteria und hinten im Foodbereich das Restaurant Rubenbauer. Und wer vergessen hat einzukaufen, kann hier rund um die Uhr im kleinen Shop (direkt beim Ausgang Bayerstraße) seine Vorräte auffüllen.

Überteuertes Essen und schmeckt nicht besonders.

Gutes Essen direkt im HBF. Gosch Sylt ist hier auch vertreten. Saubere Toiletten im UG. Preislich teurer.
