The chicken was super tender! You can choose how spicy you want your food. Overall a great experience.

The food is delicious and the reduced lunch price is a great thing. The ambience is a bit uncomfortable, the walk to the toilets could be less uncomfortable and the furniture could use a new coat of paint. Service ok, not bad but not fast or particularly attentive either. Once at lunchtime the evening portion was simply served at the evening price without asking about the lunch offer. Shouldn't happen. We will go again, but be careful when ordering.

Yummy. Express delivery before the game. Friendly service. The food itself (lamb jalfrezi) is a bit random, lots of vegetables, the sauce is the same. Prices are fair. thank you for the hospitality

I went to the Royal Punjab restaurant with my family and ordered butter roti, chicken curry, dal, and paneer Curry and taste wise it's delicious.i would recommend it to anyone looking for Indian food near Leverkusen. This is the place where you get all the food and taste wise it's awesome.

An excellent address for good food for years. From vegetarian curries to grilled platters to the biryanis, I have had exceptionally good experiences with the selected dishes. The naan breads are always fresh, and the level of spiciness can always be adjusted individually for each dish to suit the guest's tolerance. I also recommend making a reservation during the week, as this popular restaurant is usually busy every day. If there were existing dietary restrictions, we were able to receive competent information; Many vegetarian dishes can also be made vegan upon request - including the naan bread (thanks to vegan "butter").

I love Indian food. If you don't know what you're looking for (beginner Indian eaters), you'll get very nice advice about spiciness and taste here. So far I have only used the outside seating. I can completely recommend it.

Unfortunately, the service and management are not in the least interested in accommodating customers when the absolutely run-of-the-mill food with no taste and the consistency of mush is served and the full price is still charged. Even if it's enough for Opladen, you shouldn't settle for a third-rate fast food joint. I advise against and recommend the South Indian cuisine. Somewhere else.

Delicious food, for a nice price

Had chicken curry with naan it was delicious.

For my grandson, special chicken pieces without marinade were prepared and served with a delicious honey sauce. Top!

Can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience. The food was very tasty and the portions were large enough. Staff very friendly and helpful with the large selection of dishes. Unfortunately it is a bit loud.

I tried Chilli Paneer here yesterday, a vegetarian dish with cottage cheese, green chilli and amazing spices. I have never had such good Indian food before. A big compliment to the kitchen and the always friendly and helpful service.

In itself a nice Indian restaurant with nice staff and interesting dish variations. Maybe it's a coincidence or I just don't like Indian cuisine, but I felt a little unwell after the meal and the day after.

Always a good address - Indian cuisine has been offered in consistently good quality for many years. We were never disappointed here. The portions are plentiful at fair prices. You can choose the spiciness of the dishes individually. The service is attentive and quick. We come here several times a year. A clear recommendation from us.

I had a starter and a main course and was very satisfied. Value for money is right. The restaurant was very busy, booking in advance is recommended. Delicious food, very friendly staff, only the rooms left a lot to be desired - especially the toilets and the way there were unpleasant.

All in all an excellent restaurant. The food was very tasty, next time I'll order something spicier hehe. The service was very friendly and professional. Only one star deducted because they didn't even ask if you wanted something to drink, so you had to ask. But that's more of a half star deduction. I was still completely satisfied and will definitely come back and recommend the restaurant to others!

The ambience is that of a train station, large, high rooms, everything is very loud. The furnishings accordingly. That was my first visit and also my last. Four different meals were ordered but they were all somehow the same. In terms of taste and appearance. Only the onion rings were what you expected. Oh, I forgot: coriander was spread everywhere on the food as a decoration, you should ask beforehand if you want it. It's not for everyone.

The portions are huge and always taste fantastic! Friendly colleagues and a very large menu make every visit worthwhile. The price-performance ratio is great!

Seit sehr vielen Jahren gehe ich schon zu Royal Punjab, das beste indische Restaurant in Leverkusen. Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant. Das Personal ist immer freundlich, sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert, meine Wünsche bzgl. der Gerichte wurden immer ohne Probleme umgesetzt. Egal was ich im Laufe der vielen Jahre bestellt habe, es hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch wenn man sich unschlüssig ist was man bestellen soll, hat das Personal gute Tips. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr ansprechend, eine schöne Atmosphäre und immer sauber und das Essen schmeckt einfach jedesmal zu gut. Royal Punjab ist immer meine erste Wahl.

Geschmacklich sehr lecker, aber auch beim 2. Besuch war gut scharf, leider gar nicht scharf, auf Nachfrage haben wir noch Chili Pulver bekommen

Das Essen hat uns richtig gut geschmeckt und war auch sehr schön angerichtet. Leider waren wir zu einer Stoßzeit dort, daher mussten wir knapp eine Stunde auf das Essen warten. Dadurch war es auch ziemlich hektisch dort. Aber das tolle Essen hat das alles wieder wett gemacht.

Hier gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl an Speisen, bei einigen ist leider nicht vermekrt, dass diese scharf sind - von daher ggf. selbst nachfragen um keine unangenehme Überraschung zu erleben. (Meist wird vom Service gefragt, wie man es möchte.) Der Service ist freundlich und das essen lecker. Wenn das Restaurant gut belegt ist, wird es schon - aufgrund der Raumauftelung - recht laut, das erschwert dann Gespräche am Tisch.

Sehr schmackhafte Gerichte. Aufmerksamer Service. Allerdings auf Grund der Größe und Anzahl der Tische sehr laut. Interieur beschränkt sich auf das Notwendigste.Tische, Stühle und Besteck.Keine Tischdecken usw. Zwischendurch hier und da mal eine Kerze. Unbedingt reservieren, da das Restaurant sehr beliebt ist. Trotzdem kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Mit Abstand das BESTE Indisches Restaurant in der Umgebung! Wirklich eine 10/10 gibt in absolut KEINER Hinsicht irgendetwas zu bemänglen. Wirklich weiter zu empfehlen!

The food was very nice, we had butter chicken with garlic naan. Everything was very hot and tasted delicious. The decor is outdated and service was okay, just a lot of servers standing around or on their phones.

Sehr lecker! Portion sehr groß, Bedienung freundlich. Als wir gemerkt haben, dass das Essen für uns zu viel war, konnten wir den Rest einpacken lassen. Auf jeden Fall werden wir noch einige Male wieder kommen.

Service top, Gerichte klein, aber sehr lecker, Schärfe für mildes Gericht wenig..

Alles in allem stimmig und lecker .

Drekiges Fensterbank, Tische stehen shieg, spinen auf den wänden, sehr Staubich, Fenster sind dreckig, Türen sind auch dreckig,Spiegeln Dreckig. Vom Ambiente(atmosphere) hätte ich nicht eempfehlen wollen. Zu essen kann ich mich nicht äusern, weil in so ein Dreck werde ich nichts essen

Ambiente ist nicht bewertet, da das Essen abgeholt wurde, aber der erste Eindruck ist sehr gut. Die Speisenkarte ist sehr vielfältig und bietet wirklich für jeden Geschmack das Richtige. Die Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend und die Vor- und Hauptspeisen sind ausgesprochen schmackhaft. Barrierefreiheit ist durch den installierten Treppenlift sehr gut 👍 gelöst worden.

Excellent and spacious restaurant. and the staff is great and helpful. Portion of food is good, 1 curry can suffice 2 people easily. The problem is with the usage of excessive food colors (fingers were having color after eating food) and finding parking!

Sehr gutes indisches Restaurant in Opladen. Wer gerne indisch-orientalisches Essen genießen will, sollte unbedingt ins Royal Punjab gehen. Die Auswahl ist groß und das Essen hervorragend. Mein Favorit Chicken Tikka Masala mit Garlic Naan und dazu ein Mango Lassi. Das Restaurant liegt sehr günstig direkt am großen Parkplatz am Markt.

Bestes Indisches Restaurant in Leverkusen 👍 Große Auswahl an Speisen. Sehr zuvorkommender Service, freundliches Personal! Es empfiehlt sich einen Tisch zu reservieren. Parkplätze (Marktplatz) sind direkt vor der Tür. Diese sind gebührenpflichtig. Kleiner wichtiger Nachtrag: Die Toiletten sind sogar behindertengerecht und wirklich sauber👍 verfügen über einen Treppenlifter👍 Pro-Tipp: haben heute den Mittagstisch getestet, "kleinere Portionen" für etwas weniger Geld, immer noch vollkommen ausreichend 😀 Angebot geht bis 16.00 Uhr sagte uns der Kellner.

Sehr leckeres Essen, besonders für Vegetarier und Veganer allerbestens geeignet. Jederzeit sehr freundliche Bedienung und die Preise sind auch ok.

Hallo,also ich war jetzt schon 2 mal da und muss sagen das es dort sehr angenehm ist. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Essen ist lecker. Man erreicht es sehr gut mit Bus und Auto.Reservieren ist immer eine gute sache besonders zu den Feiertagen also meine Empfehlung...lg

Sehr gutes, indisches Essen. Schärfe kann man wählen und diese passt zu den Stufen. Die Portionen scheinen etwas klein, wenn sie auf den Tisch kommen. Sind aber absolut ausreichend. Ambiente ist auf Grund der Größe mittelmäßig.
