Unfortunately, I waited an hour and thirty minutes for the food. The food was faulty: "Cold rice, ribs in cold sauce just smeared over them." I would have liked the waiter to inform me after an hour that it would take a while. That's normal customer communication. I trained as a chef myself back then, and I can only advise optimizing the processes. Because paying a lot for getting little doesn't work in the long run.

Four weeks ago, we went to brunch at Route 68 in Bockwurst to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday – unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The buffet was very poorly presented, with little choice, much of it unrefrigerated, and the hot food, which was supposed to be eaten from 12 p.m., was cold and no longer looked appetizing. The crepe station was unusable, and desserts and cold cuts were left in an overheated room. When we asked about it, they cited a lack of staff – but then they shouldn't be hosting parties. It's especially unfortunate, as we actually knew the restaurant better. I complained by email and am still waiting for a response or apology, but nothing! This is simply unacceptable!!!!

I asked if they were frozen patties, and the staff said no! But they were definitely frozen patties, which weren't very tasty, and everything was cold. The so-called home fries were definitely some cheap fries from a bag. And they were also cold. The staff was very nice and friendly, but the burgers were completely inedible! I wouldn't recommend it. But you might consider stopping by for a beer.

The food itself was very tasty, but unfortunately, some dishes weren't quite as ordered. After speaking to the waitress, the lady reacted rather rudely and said we should have spoken differently. It can happen with one dish, but with three dishes at once, it was rather odd. Furthermore, the chicken burger patty was completely undercooked, but after we complained, they made a completely new burger. This was a very nice gesture. Overall, it was still very good, and we had a very pleasant evening.

We were there with 5 adults on a Saturday around 5:30 p.m. It was still empty at the time, so we were served quickly, the drinks and food came quickly. Later the restaurant filled up, but people were still asking if everything was OK or if we would like anything else. Our desserts also came quickly, even though the shop was now quite full, but one of them was wrong. We told the service person and she took it away without any problems and then brought the right one a few minutes later. There was a small drawback: at the beginning we had to point out to the staff that there were leftover food under the table, but they immediately removed it with an apology. Conclusion Quality of the dishes is very good (four different burgers with fries, a platter with various things including small cheeseburgers, spare ribs, pulled pork and, upon special request, chili cheese fries) Price-performance fits Ambience, pleasant acoustics thanks to the wooden elements, you could have a good conversation without screaming. staff Friendly, nice, polite, in a good mood, courteous and quick. Unfortunately, such good service staff have become rare. We'd love to come back, so it's worth driving a little further for us, as we were disappointed both times after two visits to the Bissendorf location.

I went to Route 68 Bockhorst for breakfast with my family on Sunday. It was a big disaster. At 10:15 the cold cuts were empty. Fried eggs were stuck in the bowls, another bowl was burnt... no idea what that was... didn't look good anymore. I could write more. I'm super disappointed and then pay almost 22 euros. 😡😡😡😡😡

Although the reviews are good, I wouldn't eat there again. We chose starter number 13 for 17.90 and mostly only got fries, nachos and curly, there was 1 nugget and 2 wings on it. Everything else was probably no longer there. Waited 1 hour for the starter and after 8 minutes the main course arrived, lukewarm and the fries half raw, the patty from the TK Ware burger. The service was friendly. I don't want to go back.

The three of us were at Route 68 this Sunday evening and left the store moderately satisfied. I would like to justify the rating as follows: Ambiance: The ambience or look of the store looks quite good. The store is also much larger than it appears from the outside. The decor is quite nice and has an American touch, even if it's not really typical "American dinner". But overall a cozy atmosphere. What was really a shame was the typical American music in the background - it was simply "quiet", apart from the conversations of the other guests, so it lacked some flair - a shame. Service: The service was quite nice, the lady was attentive and responded quickly to the small table flags (you put them up when service is required so you don't have to constantly be spoken to or wait unnecessarily long). Thumbs up for that, even if you notice a bit that there are no people from the typical catering industry here. The young man who brought the food was just as friendly and on the ball and even pointed out the warm/hot plate - very positive! Now let's come to the most important point, the food: At first glance, the selection on the menu clearly focuses on burgers, as well as ribs and a few other dishes, including enchiladas, which are not quite typical “American dinners”. Overall, the menu is a bit mixed up in terms of the order of the dishes/desserts etc., so it's worth reading through all the pages, as there are also main courses after the desserts - but we were also given the hint that the menu was probably being revised. The starter was the Garlicbread with Cheddar and Onion Rings. The onion rings were also delicious with the dips - typical frozen onion rings that you get in many restaurants. The bread was unfortunately disappointing, it looked like a sliced ​​baguette that wasn't quite cooked through and was also quite soggy instead of crispy - and very greasy. Has little in common with Garlic Bread. The main course was a burger with the homemade "fries", which look more like thick wedges, they were probably potato wedges made from baked potatoes. Tasty, but quite powerful. The dip (sour cream) costs a decent surcharge at just under 3 euros - when asked about the dip, it sounded like it was included. The Coleslow actually has nothing to do with this term - it was simply chopped white cabbage/coleslaw, no other ingredients, as is usual and common with a Coleslow. Unfortunately, the burger was quite disappointing and deviated somewhat from the description - I particularly found it a shame that the meat was only ready-made frozen patties - although the taste was a little better than the usual ones, it wasn't convincing either, I would wish for better in a diner. The toppings on the burger also didn't match the menu - there were, among other things, fresh cucumbers on the burger that weren't mentioned on the menu. The hoped-for cucumber relish on the burger was completely missing, as was the tomato. So I had to pick out the fresh cucumbers - when I asked, I was told that it was always done that way, which was a shame that it wasn't mentioned on the menu. The bun wasn't a classic sesame bun either, but a light bun - I would guess rustic type without sesame. It's kind of a shame when the dishes on the menu and on the plate are two different things. Conclusion: Nice/attentive service, generally great and clean atmosphere with some potential. Ultimately, tastes and requirements vary - it was definitely too greasy for me. Unfortunately, the three of us weren't thrilled and probably won't come back again in the future.

Es war schon mal besser. Es dauerte lange, bis das Essen kam. Burger schmeckte nach Hacksteaks und nicht nach Burgerfleisch, Burger Buns waren blass und kalt. Fries waren Kartoffelecken, die lieblos von riesigen Kartoffeln dick geschnitten wurden. Coleslaw wurde in kleinen Konfitüre Gläschen serviert, BBQ Sauce in einer Sauciere. Das Auge isst mit und war erstaunt. Es hat geschmeckt und man war satt, aber das geht für ein solches Restaurant erheblich besser! Zudem war es nicht gerade warm im Restaurant und es zog von unten kalt hoch, das war sehr unangenehm. Die Servicekräfte waren nett und freundlich.

What can you say?! The breakfast buffet doesn't really deserve the name. Only 1 type of roll and you had to take what was left because it wasn't refilled. We were really looking forward to the visit as we were definitely used to more quality from other visits to this restaurant. I can understand that you don't refill endlessly when the store is not busy. Nevertheless, given the price, you would expect that there would be enough Nutella, cheese, jam and cold cuts for everyone. The service staff was at least friendly and always tried hard. The ambience is something for fans of American road stops from the 70s. We will definitely never eat here again.

We have been there several times and feel very comfortable every time. The staff is always very friendly, we have never experienced long waiting times and it always tastes really good. In addition to the food, the homemade lemonades are also highly recommended.

We had dinner there with the family. There were almost 5 dishes to choose from because the menu wasn't available to choose from. We had to wait almost an hour for the food and when it finally came, it was cold. The meat was very tough and the vegetables were definitely older and extremely dry. The good thing was the dessert. Service was OK. You were often forgotten, even though the store wasn't particularly full. The volume was so loud that you couldn't even have a conversation. Next time we will eat somewhere else.

Unfortunately no more food could be prepared for us. Although the restaurant was supposed to be open until 10 p.m., we were turned away around 8:40 p.m. on the grounds that the kitchen was already closed.

Unfortunately very sad. Lunch is great, you can't complain but breakfast isn't possible. Unfortunately, things are getting worse every year. Then the changing table in the hallway to the toilet. Ass cold there and of course everyone runs past it to the toilet. It's also a no go.

I'm not really thrilled... I was there for brunch and compared to last year, I unfortunately have to say: Quality decreased Price increased The rolls were so hard you could have broken the window. Apart from white bread to toast, there was nothing else. The pots of jam were empty. Scrambled eggs without a whistle. Cold cuts, well... Mett was sold out pretty quickly... the salmon... well... the little sausages were very salty... the vegetables were okay. Choice of dessert too. Then there were enchilladas and chicken fricasses with rice - quite American... No bacon.. No nuggets.. There's no comparison to what it was like on the "real" Route 68 on the B68... and as I said, it's also lost compared to last year... This had little to do with an American brunch. Personally, I don't mind paying more, everything will be more expensive, but then the quality should also be good - and as much as I'm sorry, that's not the case.

We arrived late for the reserved time and were still greeted very politely, so that our guilty conscience was immediately taken away. The service was excellent. Fast, very friendly and with good advice. The food and drinks were great and in large portions. Gladly again and really recommended.

The schnitzel was not enjoyable for me. Very fatty and difficult to digest. The burgers were good. The food could be a little warmer. The lighting should be worked on. Some of the guests had to read the menu using the light from their cell phone because it was simply too dark at the table.
