Food was really great. Unfortunately, on my first visit, I wasn't particularly impressed by the service. But that would be removed on the second visit.

Stopped in transit for an afternoon snack. Very nice atmosphere, typically furnished as a diner. Can be seen! Service was very friendly, although the dialect was not easy for holidaymakers to understand. The food wasn't quite as full. Homemade dount and muffin unfortunately tasted more like they came from the bakery department at Rewe. Basically okay, but not at 4 times the price. The milkshakes were good, but the chocolate version could have had a little more chocolate. On the way back we will try the burgers, sandwiches and the like. The American style attracts a second visit.

Food was very good, the price was okay too. The service was very quick and personable. You can see the ambience in the pictures really nice and convinced us to go there. You should call ahead to see if there is still space available.

I've eaten and ordered there several times now. It's fresher on site but everything is still good. Things have changed in some places, but the menu hasn't been adjusted. But what annoys me the most is the quality of the ribs, they used to be made in such a way that you could simply pull out the bones, but today that's no longer possible. The taste is still great.

We were on vacation in the Bavarian Forest and I came across this restaurant while searching on Google Maps. It was delicious and the ambience was great. There were great things to discover everywhere.

The food is ok but not exceptional. As a Texas lover, it's very close to the atmosphere in a real diner. If the food were just as good, we would have a top address here We really liked the service, which was very attentive and friendly.

Absolute favorite diner. We booked our vacation specifically near the restaurant. Great location and nice service. The best burger for us was the bacon cheeseburger :-)

We ate here two days in a row because it tasted great Home run plates with chicken wings, burgers, wedges, coleslaw etc. and the spare ribs are recommended Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and reasonably moderate prices - absolute recommendation!

It's a shame that the only beauty here is the look. The burgers don't taste good. The patties are def. from the frozen food chest, the buns are also ready. Two cucumber slices. Hmm...not a hit. The milkshakes were just thin milk. We cannot recommend it

We were there for the performance of the Joe Oldman Band, who played their album of Bavarian blues rock live (be sure to listen). The food was very tasty and the portions were generous. The waiter was super friendly.

The decor is amazing, as if you were going to an American diner, we had a great meal, big praise for the kitchen and the service, the young man was very quick. The best place for bikers and non-bikers.

Unfortunately, unfriendly staff, we were there five minutes before 9 p.m. And we were greeted with the words that there was only coffee, beer or soft drinks even though the restaurant was open until 10 p.m

Super local, very nice atmosphere. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here. We had the 2140 Steakhouse Platter for 2 people. It was really great. Very large portion, everything was very tasty. 😋 Good selection on the menu. The service was very attentive, friendly and quick. Always happy.

Update 2024: We were there again and again it was absolutely great! 2023: Today we were at Route 2140. A super cool American diner. Lovingly furnished, great service and really tasty burgers. We felt completely comfortable. Thanks Flo!

Unfortunately the food is very bad. Bacon Cheeseburger with fries: The meat was tough and the taste wasn't great. The only good thing is the ambience.

So the ambience is great, the menu could be a little more American in design but that's irrelevant. THE FOOD WAS VERY BAD!!! The burgers are ready-made as it looks (buns, meat and ready-made salad) from the discount store and are also very expensive. My Bruger (BBQ cheeseburger) that I ordered with fries and coleslaw was very bad, the burger was matchy and had 1 cent-sized cartilage inside, the coleslaw was in a small bowl (not worth mentioning) and with a cola 23~€ if the food is good, but not like this!!!! The service was friendly but wasn't really interested in my criticism!!!.

I'm sorry, but the food here is mediocre at best. The fries were the highlight, really good. We would have liked to have saved ourselves burgers and finger food. There are much better locations there. Service was ultra slow - as always. The “ambience” brings out a lot, but unfortunately it’s not enough.

Hallo Miteinander, sind derzeit hier im Urlaub.Aufmerksam auf das Lokal sind wir durch unseren Tagesausflug in Bad Kõtzingen geworden. Das äussere Erscheinungsbild , sowie die Inneneinrichtung des Lokals, richtig geil aufgezogen. Das Essen, da können wir uns anderen nur anschließen - Pfui Teufel.Das ist wirklich - sorry " Der letzte Frass und für die TK Ware völlig überteuert. " Kleiner Tip, vielleicht sollte man die Karte auf's Wesentliche einkürzen, nämlich Burger und die frisch. Fazit - nie wieder

It's always a pleasure to visit there when I'm in the area on my motorbike. Rich menu from finger food to small dishes such as hot dogs to large portions (steak etc.) but also vegetarian options. Cool atmosphere in the style of a real diner, always very friendly and relaxed staff, just a good place for a relaxed stop.

Nice burger restaurant with a great atmosphere. Ordered burger with fries. Were finished quickly. Hamburger was quite tasty, the fries were even excellent. Ketchup is freely available on the table. Practical when your little daughter needs a little more than is usually served. Great interior design in American style. Nice personel. Large parking lot right in front of the restaurant.

A beautiful eye-catcher in the traditional Bavarian forest, this one American Diner. There's definitely something about this US style. Although I would now suspect Trump to be there rather than Biden😂🥲 - because of the stereotypical setup. The waitresses were very friendly. The food, Mmh...we would have expected a little more. Pattie and burger bread were warmed up and not homemade except for the topping. But everything was finished very quickly. But if I pay €15 now, that could be fresh. The fries tasted good and so did the burger. Milkshake for dessert was great. If we want to look at the Lohberg Zoo again with Junior, we could stop there again.

Essen ist Imbiss Niveau. Limo ist für ein no Name Produkt sehr Teuer. Sour Cream Dip kostet 3,90€ Das ist ein absolutes no go. Wir werden nicht mehr dort hingehen.

Today we were at the diner. The staff is very friendly. The prices for the burgers are okay for 0.5L soda, I think the price is exorbitant, but that's topped by a dollop of sour cream which, hold on, costs €3.90. Something like that is a no go!

We were looking for an American restaurant while traveling through. We ordered the food and it came within 10 minutes. Good for some, a sign for others that it wasn't freshly prepared. The steakhouse fries were very crispy - too crispy. The burger was nothing special. A bit dry. My friends' ribs didn't look particularly inviting. Ambiance is ok - suits the American diner. When you enter, a strange smell hits your nose - I call it toilet smell. This should be improved.

Ate in the restaurant once, great atmosphere - it really couldn't be more American Diner. The food is very good - if you're going to have burgers and the like, then go for it and that's exactly what's available here! Great cinema in terms of taste. You can also pick up your fast food experience upon order. We've done it a few times and everything has always worked perfectly! I would particularly like to praise the absolutely lovely staff at 2140. Always friendly, always courteous and with a smile on his face, always an easy-going saying in his repertoire. In short, people work here who obviously enjoy their job - and you can tell that in the atmosphere, regardless of whether you eat in the diner or pick up the food. Big compliment from me, keep it up guys!

A very nice restaurant. Great decoration from the USA. Lots of attention to detail. The food was good and is something if you are very hungry. The price for a burger with fries is ok.

Were served quickly and friendly. Food wasn't convincing. Burger patties tasted like minced meat that had been kept warm and came out of the freezer. Dressings like buckets from the Metro.

Hello, we had dinner here this evening. My wife had a cola, it wasn't a cola but something dark without gas... my spareriepes were fat lumps and didn't taste good. My wife's food was the same... except for the onion rings. I have to say we come from a region where there were a lot of Americans and we didn't have any food!!!!! All I can say is that there are no good reviews!!!!! You can have the reviews from an internet..... adjusted so that it always looks good. So please don't have my reviews deleted!!!!!! Best regards 1 time and not again

Essen kam schnell, service war gut aber geschmacklich war es überhaupt nicht gut. Gibt deutlich bessere!

Mega lecker! Wir hatten die Platte für 2 und sind zu 3. Satt geworden, echt zu empfehlen, sehr nettes Personal und natürlich super Ambiente:-) Preislich völlig in Ordnung für das wo auf der Platte war und Spitzen Qualität!

Lädt durch sein Äußeres ein. Der Service ist ok. Unser Essen würde ich als mittelmäßig beurteilen, Pfeffersteak (Salat + Kartoffelspalten sind ok, das Fleisch war leider etwas t..gebraten, ohne Saft und Kraft). Auf die Frage „wie hat es Euch geschmeckt“, haben wir eine ehrliche Antwort gegeben. Die Antwort: das passiert schon mal wenn man well done bestellt. Sorry auch ein kurzgebratenes bzw. durchgebratenes Stück Fleisch kann weich und ein wenig Saft enthalten.

Tolles Lokal mit leckerem Essen! Relativ spontan sind wir auf diesen Diner gestoßen, haben kurz angerufen um zu reservieren und haben auch ein Plätzchen bekommen. Die Einrichtung überzeugt im amerikanischen Stil ebenso wie die Speisekarte. Das Essen war top (2xBacon Cheeseburger, 1x vegetarische Ofenkartoffel und 1x Homerunteller) lediglich ein paar mehr Pommes hätten es sein dürfen. Die vegetarische Ofenkartoffel war mega mit dem hausgemachten Grillgemüse dazu.

Wir kommen immer mal hierher, wenn wir in Bodenmais Urlaub machen. Route 2140 ist wie ein typisches amerikanisches Restaurant, die Speisen und Getränke sind so identisch, daß man meinen könnte, man wäre in USA. Wir kommen gerne hierher.

Ich habe sehr gut gegessen, super Service und Schnell. Der Preis ist gut.

An sich ist es ein sehr schönes Lokal das an ein klassisches Amerikanisches Diner wie man es z.B. aus den Ami-Filmen kennt was auch meiner Meinung nach ziemlich gelungen ist. Man hat also ein gemütliches Ambiente mit passender Musik. Allerdings muss ich den Burger kritisieren welchen ich mir bestellt habe, da das Patty welches das Herzstück des Burgers ist ein Standard-Tiefkühlpatty war und überhaupt nicht lecker geschmeckt hat. Der Coleslaw als Beilage hat ziemlich sauer geschmeckt und überhaupt nichts mit Coleslaw zu tun . Die Pommes waren im großen und ganzen in Ordnung aber auch nichts besonderes. Einen erneuten Besuch wird es nichtmehr geben.
