I don't know where to start, I had pasta, the pasta wasn't seasoned at all, it tasted really bland, the fries were ok but too limp for my taste, the pizza tasted like smoke, the salami was really hard. Conclusion I now have a stomach ache

The food was okay, but the politeness was missing. In addition, ALL drinks were missing from the order and the sauces for the chicken wings were also missing. Another problem is that the delivery was 30 minutes late.

While other pizza places were closed (or pretended to be open) this one was actually open. Guys still working hard on a Friday evening! Got home with the pizza. Still warm in the solid box. Pizza tasted really good. Sucuk is easily my favorite. Thanks guys!

Been waiting for 2 kebab plates for almost 2 hours now, the time given is not correct at all...unfortunately it doesn't work at all...

Never again. I was in the store today and ordered a pizza on my lunch break. When I paid, the employee shouted at me demandingly and simply kept €2 for himself. How unpleasant is that? It doesn't work at all!!

At the owner's request, I am not removing my last recession, but changing it. As a replacement for the faulty delivery, I was offered the order free of charge when ordering again, as was the case with some of the other reviews here. I'm not the only one who is always put off until the next time. Since I definitely won't be ordering here again due to services not being provided, you could simply transfer the money back from the last time, which would be the same as offering a new order for free. If you come with the argument that my reviews are only bad, you should read them carefully, there are definitely positive ones too! But other reviews from other guests where the roll tastes like a “dish sponge” don’t bother you? Or are you called a “juice shop” in a review? So I ask myself, why?! You don't answer that. All in all, keep the money and keep doing good business.

My food never came and can't reach anyone

Been waiting for my pasta and pizza for 2 hours... You can guess 3 times! The pizza is still not here!

Often you get the wrong food delivered. Recently you have to order via a website - unfortunately that doesn't work at all! You pay via PayPal, but the order never reaches the supplier... When we asked, we had to clarify what to do next with the website's support... You would think it would get better, but unfortunately it is exactly the opposite! A pity! Today (04/03/24) once again...placed an order and of course received the wrong one! Does anything even work for you?! The ordering process is a disaster...

Unfortunately I have to order from Rosengriöl, which is one of the few that delivers in my area. I am very dissatisfied: the food always tastes different, finished products, incorrect delivery of orders. Today I have pizza and a burger. The meat was like the sole of a shoe and when it comes to pizza I prefer any frozen product.

We ordered here for the first time today. 1 Eichenried pizza, a kebab plate and a cauliflower casserole. Pizza Eichenried gets a 👍 from me. The dough was on point and the toppings were plentiful and tasted very, very good for a Turkish restaurant. The kebab plate with garlic sauce was also great. Huge portion, salad fresh and meat and sauce tasted great. Only the fries would have needed 2-3 minutes longer in the deep fryer. I have to say about the casserole that it didn't convince me. It didn't taste like anything and could have used more spice. But that is always in the eye of the beholder. Would definitely order again. Next time without the casserole. The rest was really very good except for the fries

Bad, unpunctual, cold food UNFRIENDLY!

Absolute juice shop, got wrong delivery. Then you want to deliver 2 hours later. The excuse was they have a new menu which is not the problem of the end consumer Then came the next time. Let's do it next time. There is definitely no next time. Update: after speaking to the supplier I was told to delete the review then I would get a new dish Thanks, I give up After all, I paid for a benefit that was not distributed properly

Normally always been satisfied. The order finally arrived after over 2 hours (specified delivery time 1 hour). We were told on the phone that the food would be there in 10 minutes and yet it was still 45 minutes until there. It's absolutely not okay.

Eigentlich waren wir immer zufrieden. Aber sowas sollte man wirklich nicht rausgeben. Das schwarze ist Hänchen

Essen so mittel,jedoch nicht das bekommen was wir bestellt hatten 3 Burger 1 mal Pommes...statt dessen 3 Menüs....glaube das er mich nicht verstanden hat obwohl ich es auch mit den Fingern zeigte....dennoch sehr freundlich....pizzabrot zum probieren bekommen...

Wenn man was bestellt und es kommt falsch an rufe ich natürlich an und möchte das richtige haben es hieß ja nächstes mal mach ich umsonst aber ich habe darauf bestanden und huch es kam wieder falsch an genauso Ja Spagetti cabonara beim döner ist nicht immer das wahre aber wenn man da sogar den schinken vergisst Na super ...

Ich dachte mir bei den vielen schlechten Bewertungen muss ich einfach eine gute hinterlassen. Wir haben uns eben eine Familienpizza 60×60 und salat bestellt zum liefern. Und es war echt sehr lecker alle 5 Leute waren zufrieden. Würden wir nicht in Frankfurt wohnen würden wir öfters bestellen. Danke in die Küche und den freundlichen Lieferanten. Beste Grüße

Wir haben uns das Essen liefern lassen. Hat zwar 20min länger gedauert als von Lieferando angekündigt, aber es war alles vollständig, Dessert geschenkt und alles sehr lecker ☺️

Der XXL Burger ist absolut super, kann keine der großen Ketten mithalten. Preis Leistung finde ich voll ok, wir gehen öfter mal hin oder bestellen was ins Büro

Rosen Grill, co dodat. Pokud jsem v Neuhofu nebo projíždím, vždy se tady zastavím. Neznám lepší místo kde si dát dobrý kebab, troufnu si říct že nejlepší. A cena za to co je na fotce i s pivem 10,50€. Ale to není vše, mají tady i výborné pizzi a saláty. A řízek si tady taky dáte. Obsluha je velmi přátelská, prostě super Jak říkám tomuhle podniku já osobně nemuhu nic vytknout. Ode mne 5 hvězd. Rosen Grill, was hinzuzufügen. Wenn ich in Neuhof bin oder fahre, halte ich immer hier an. Ich kenne keinen besseren Ort, um einen guten Kebab zu essen, ich wage zu sagen, der beste. Und der Preis für das, was auf dem Foto mit Bier ist, beträgt 10,50 €. Aber das ist noch nicht alles, hier gibt es auch ausgezeichnete Pizzen und Salate. Und Sie können hier auch Steaks essen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, einfach toll Wie ich zu diesem Geschäft sage, kann ich mich persönlich nicht beschweren. 5 Sterne von mir.

Super schnelle Lieferung, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres Essen! Habe wegen der Ausgangssperre, da es schon nach 22 Uhr war, vergessen meinen vorbestellten Döner abzuholen! Natürlich um 22.25 Uhr - Ladenschluss. Habe angerufen und die Situation erklärte und der freundliche Mitarbeiter lieferte mir tatsächlich, Sekunden vor Feierabend einen einzelnen Döner aus! Ich bin begeistert von der tollen Aktion! :) - Danke!
