Will never buy anything here again. My online order took over 2 hours. I called several times and was always given a different excuse. Absolute impudence!!!!

Fast delivery, but was only 1 street away. The burger bread is way too big and way too much beer for this content. You actually only taste bread. Things used to be much better.

Apart from the fact that the prices have become extremely expensive, I called ahead and asked how long it would take. They said 30-40 minutes, but it ended up being 90 minutes. Food arrived cold and drinks and coleslaw warm. Since I wanted to order the food for my lunch break, that obviously didn't work. Already 3 times like that. It used to be much, much better but has deteriorated significantly in the last few months. I got a stomach ache every time I ate. I called and addressed the problem. They wanted to send me the food for free with my next order, but since it doesn't change the quality, I refused. Since I have already delivered to another restaurant with their regular driver, I know exactly how slowly and poorly he delivers food. So the driver doesn't have to be surprised how the food arrives.

2024: I've actually been eating at Rooster Fried Chicken regularly for 6 years. For me, the burger is still the very best burger in the world and I can only recommend it to everyone! The ambience was redesigned a while ago and looks just great. RFC has no competition. What I would be very happy about, however, would be if prices didn't rise any further - or even better, if they could even fall a little again. Was a regular customer here for years and never had any problems other than the usual The usual thing: I say I just want to get wings with the hotwings but also have clubs, it's not that bad in the first place but... The new burger buns are extremely bad. The staff is not particularly friendly, you are rarely greeted. The staff at the counter barely understand you and ask you three times what you ordered. The food tastes good. But it seems to be a problem for the staff instead of offering sweet potato fries in the menu. I can't really recommend it.

My son got something to eat at short notice and Roosters was a few meters away. He ordered hot chicken wings and ate them. And 3 to 5 hours later he complained of severe stomach pain and then he developed diarrhea. We assume he got old hot chicken wings. He won't be ordering anything there anymore for now. According to the statement, he got lukewarm chicken and ate it there, and of course he didn't notice that anything was wrong because he was very hungry. Normally we often ordered something there and it was actually okay or didn't have any problems. Maybe something went wrong during the preparation, no one knows, but it's always best to have it freshly prepared on site. And don't take anything that will last longer, quantity doesn't trump quality.

Burger bread just bad, falling apart. Sauces don't go well with the burger at all. The meat doesn't taste good at all, there's no seasoning at all. These good reviews are simply from almans who also eat stone with bread or from people who have never heard of quality. If you don't know anything about food, go there, but if you want something for your money, please avoid. I can have something like that made at home and at least it tastes good.

I ordered to be picked up last night around 10:30 p.m. for €26, I greeted the workers, no hello came back, I left a €4 tip and said thank you and goodbye, there was no sound from the worker and no thank you either for the tip, just long faces. Unfortunately it was disappointing. All orders: a burger menu with fries, six hot wings, mashed potatoes, four box chicken pieces and three hot wings, were less than lukewarm. Unfortunately, the fries were also mushy and wobbly because they were delivered in a Styrofoam box. Firstly, condensation always forms in it and secondly, this is not environmentally friendly. Today I paid just under €25 for my online order. For 30 hotwings, 1 large fries and 1 Greek salad. The wings are actually always quite good. Although they are fattier than at KFC, they still taste better. But what particularly annoyed me today was the salad. There are 2 sizes to order: small/large. Nobody knows what is small or large. I ordered this in the hope and assuming that a small portion is a normal one. with the following ingredients: leaf lettuce with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, carrots, mild peppers, olives and sheep's cheese. HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING! The disillusionment at home was a small side salad in a container that was just 15 cm in diameter with yoghurt dressing and last but not least NO sheep's cheese as hoped. But rather crumbly shepherd's cheese which, as we know, was made from cow's milk. Maybe it was just grainy cream cheese. The hammer for this puny mess is the price. It also tops everything off. A WHOPPING “€5.90” I won't be ordering anything there again in the foreseeable future. If I do that again in this life, then NO more salad! farewell hellmann

I ordered via Lieferando at 6 p.m. for 8 p.m. and this was confirmed. Dinner was at the door at 7:22 p.m. If asked, I should call the store. After calling, they said they couldn't deliver at 8 p.m. Food was cold and not edible. 30€ for nothing. Never again, the customer has nothing to report here.

We've had it delivered and eaten there too and both found it good. The waiting time is justifiable and especially the burgers and the corn on the cob are very tasty, better than the fast food competition. Fries too salty for my taste.

The employees are very unfriendly (especially the woman) and the man was really nice. You really have to say they can't deal with people at all. I don't understand why people like that still work there. Plastic bag for foreigners, cardboard bag for Germans... EMBARRASSING!

Es gab eine klein Problem bei meiner Bestellung, aber das Restaurant hat professionell damit umgegangen, indem es sich entschuldigte und eine neue Bestellung mit zusätzlichem Essen verschickte. Und natürlich war das Essen wie immer köstlich und sehr lecker ❤️❤️

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Inzwischen wurde vor Ort auch umgebaut. Sieht viel schöner aus als früher. Da die Küche jetzt hinten mehr abgeschirmt ist, zieht der Geruch nicht mehr so ins Restaurant. Gefällt mir sehr viel besser.👍

Man bestellt extra 1 und halb Stunden früher damit man pünktlich essen kann und dann kommt es trotzdem 30 min später an und als Begründung kommt nur ein unfreundliches „ja es haben 5 Leute für 13 Uhr bestellt“ sehr schade da das Essen an sich wirklich gut ist aber so Kleinigkeiten machen halt viel aus

Schmeckt super lecker das muss man sagen! ABER es kann doch nicht sein das bei einer Lieferung ein Zeitraum von 30-55 Minuten angegeben wird und dieser nach Bestellung auf 70 Minuten hochspringt. Die 70 Minuten werden dann auch nicht eingehalten und man muss ca. 90 Minuten auf seine Bestellung warten. Und ich muss noch anmerken, dass das Essen zum Teil auch schon kalt war.

So lasch gewürztes Essen dieser Art hatten wir noch nie. Den Chicken fehlte es allgemein an Gewürzen und Geschmack,die schmecken wie in Mehl getaucht und fritiert. Den Pommes fehlte es an Salz . Der Laden sieht gut aus ,das ist aber auch das einzige was positiv ist. War das erste und letzte Mal das wir dort Essen geholt haben.

Sehr netter Mann an der Kasse, hat uns gut beraten und alle Fragen beantwortet die wir hatten. Das Menü ist reichhaltig und sollte für jeden etwas haben. Ich aß einen Mozzarella Chicken Burger mit Pesto und dazu 6 Spicy Crispy. Das Essen war schnell fertig (10 maximal 15 Minuten) und man hat gemerkt alles war frisch und heiß, wirklich heiß! Zuhause angekommen (15 Minütige Fahrt) war das Essen noch angenehm heiß und knusprig, sehr knusprig! Das Fleisch war schön zart und lecker aber besonders hervorzuheben ist die Panade, egal ob beim Chicken Patty, Spicy Crispy oder dem Mozzarella es war einfach fantastisch! Werde definitiv wieder kommen und vor Ort essen 😁

Ähnlich wie KFC das Angebot. Chicken in verschiedenen Varianten. Ganz ok und auf jeden Fall gut für Innenstadt. Preise recht teuer wie bei chicken üblich.

Also ich muss schon sagen, als Hamburgerin komme ich allein wegen diesem kleinen Laden gern nach Hanau... Essen, Würzung geschmacklich einfach bombe, einzig die Pommes sind mir persönlich zu hart und irgendwie nicht so ganz meins, aber der Burger uuuuh, die Hähnchenteile ayayay und dazu der beste Krautsalat 🤤🤌🏽 Personal sehr nett. Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht, was mit dem Laden los ist. Ich bestelle mittlerweile seit einigen Jahren regelmäßig und es hat mir immer gut geschmeckt. In den letzten Monaten wurde das Essen immer schlechter. Es wird kalt geliefert und die Lieferanten sind unfreundlicher geworden. Außerdem wurde es immer teurer mit der Zeit, wirklich schade.

Viel zu überteuert, wenn man sich die ganzen Bilder auf dem Menü anschaut und dann so was kleines serviert bekommt. Dazu fühlt man sich extrem von den Mitarbeitern beobachtet, die sehr unsympathisch wirken. Schade, früher war es besser..

Essen war gut. Kleines sauberes Restaurant. Mit Blick auf die Straße. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Essen kann man Vorort zu sich zu nehmen, zum Mitnehmen oder liefern lassen.

Einfach brutal freundlich immer am Telefon, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit man anruft. Bruger schmecken wirklich gut, ich mag die Sauce und alle Hähnchenburger sind zu empfehlen. Außerdem ist das der einzige Ort der liefert, der die Hähnchenteile nicht anbrennen lässt. Preis-Leistung stimmt auch (:

Hot and tasty food. Wer an einem Sonntag bestellt und erwartet das Essen in 20 min zu bekommen ist selbst schuld. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Empfehle das Essen zu abholen
