This is great place for quick meal, nice people serving meals and good food but it is pretty small restaurant but still 5 out of 5 stars for me ;)

Rollz & Bowlz at Friesenplatz is simply great! The fried sushi rolls are crispy and delicious, and the bowls can be put together individually. Friendly service, fresh ingredients and creative dishes are a must for sushi and bowl lovers.

We ordered two bowls here, which were actually very good in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the taste. However, they were served to us completely cold (including the brown rice base) and the two ladies at the counter and the gentleman in the kitchen were unable to add any heat to the food. (A few minutes of warming up in the microwave would have been enough.) It was simply said that bowls were always cold. We were the only guests and the staff wasn't exactly overworked. Therefore, despite the good concept, I can unfortunately only give it a mediocre rating.

We were there on Rose Monday. The food was amazing. As soon as we are back in Cologne, we will definitely come back.

Food is just disgusting. Sushi fried to death. I ordered through Wolt and got tuna instead of tofu. If I could give zero stars, I would. Supplier also extremely unfriendly. Oh, and on the topic: already eaten: the rest is in the trash, feel free to submit a photo (now included. Certainly not particularly appetizing, but if you are accused of being rated poorly even though you ate it...). You don't tend to write a review about a product that you haven't tried I complained to Wolt and at least got a refund for the wrong product. But that doesn't change the fact that you're hungry, you order food, you're looking forward to a delicious meal and then as a vegan you get fish that you can't eat and that you didn't order. The other roll was correct, but tasted absolutely terrible.

From the moment I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a friendly and attentive team. The atmosphere is inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The menu offers an impressive selection of sushi and bowls that are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We tried the creamy tuna roll, spicy salmon roll, gyoza bowl, salmon bowl and tempura ebi bowl and it was to die for! I was impressed by the fresh ingredients and the perfectly balanced flavors. I would particularly like to highlight the quality of the fish - it was incredibly fresh and tender. The vegetarian options are also excellent and offer a great variety for all tastes. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is more than fair. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! Overall, I highly recommend Rollz & Bowlz. If you're looking for first-class sushi and delicious bowls, you've come to the right place!

The bowl wasn’t good at all. The base was cold like it was taken out of the freezer. The rice was way too mushy. Too much sauce on it. On top of it, the forks and knives were dirty … the waiters are quite nice but it just can make up of the terrible experience

Good portion, limited options, comparatively healthy - just it's too small a restaurant. Preferably better to have a takeout.

My girlfriend and I love ramen and saw the good reviews. We then ordered 2 x ramen with chicken. I'm sorry, but you can't give this more than 1 star. This wasn't ramen, just regular noodles in a tasteless soup. The chicken was totally soggy. This could be due to the delivery, but then you just don't put the chicken in a dough coating, then it might taste pretty good. I really don't have any words for the soup. I could have done this myself in 10 minutes. In addition to noodles, I saw 5 spring onions and 3 corn kernels. My recommendation: Don't order ramen, definitely not when it's delivered.

The price-performance ratio doesn't fit. Unfortunately, the food is not good either and is more like the Rewe SB counter in terms of cuisine - we had the crispy chicken bowl and the crispy salmon roll. Unfortunately the service wasn't friendly either. However, the store is very clean and well maintained. Overall it wasn't a complete disaster but I wouldn't come back for it either.

I am absolutely thrilled with my visit to Rollz & Bowlz! As soon as you enter the store you can feel the pleasant atmosphere and the attention to detail. She took a lot of time to explain the different combinations and options to me - with a smile and professionalism that is second to none. The hygiene standards are impressive and the team works quickly and organized without losing the personal touch. The freshly prepared bowl was simply a pleasure: a huge selection of high-quality, fresh ingredients that were perfectly balanced. The sauces deserve special praise - they are a true taste experience and give every bowl that certain something. For me, Rollz & Bowlz is the clear number 1 in Cologne when it comes to fresh, creative and high-quality bowls. Everything is just right here: service, taste, selection and atmosphere. We ate in the restaurant last night and received a very warm welcome. The girls at the counter were very helpful and helped us choose the dishes. We are positively surprised and will definitely come back. The food was super tasty. 🤌🏻

The service didn't work at all. Two young women were at the counter. No hello, no smile, no service, felt like self-service. We ordered the frame, absolutely tasteless, it was ready within 5 minutes. There are also ladies with long fingernails who don't want to know how the food is prepared in the kitchen.

Price-performance ratio is not right at all! The taste of the sushi roll was strange, not particularly tasty. The spring rolls are the size of a woman's little finger - MINI! Never again, there are much better places where the taste and portion size are right. Delivery person was also super rude.

Ordered the Tuna Bowl - the tuna was absolutely not fresh, inedible. The rest didn't taste good either, the individual ingredients didn't fit together. 16€ for the bin and probably just avoided food poisoning. Fish is not something to be trifled with...

"Today, March 25th, 2024, I ordered from this restaurant via Uber Eats. It goes without saying that wasabi, ginger and soy sauce are always included in a sushi order. Without these ingredients you simply cannot enjoy sushi. Unfortunately Forgot them when I ordered. When I asked about it, the lady on the phone told me that if you wanted these three ingredients, you should let me know. She assured me that they would deliver them later. It's been 2 hours now, but I haven't received anything yet." Update: This restaurant didn't deliver anything for me. Simply rude, unprofessional and fraudulent.

Unfortunately, the ramen is relatively small and relatively tasteless. It gives you the feeling of ready-made broth and noodles. The bowls, on the other hand, looked good, but we didn't try them. But the service was very friendly and quick!

It's the worst ramen I've ever eaten. It's totally the fast noddles you can buy in Asian markets. And for 14.8 euros is unacceptable. The portion is too small. Only half of the portion of other ramen restaurants. Feel free to check your cameras in the store and see what the noodle soup you served looked like and when I take the photo. This is what my noodle soup looked like when I got it. I was shocked, so I took a photo. My review was objective and fair: "For this price, the quantity and quality are unacceptable." I actually didn't want to comment much, but because of your dishonest attitude, I want to give you a comparison. Below is a picture of another ramen restaurant located just a 3 minute walk from your shop. It costs around 12-15 euros and offers a much larger quantity and better quality than your dish for around 15 euros instant noodle soup. And I used Neotaste. Does this mean that customers who use Neotaste only get half the portions compared to regular customers?” I really regret tipping a business like yours that slanders customers. I hope you put more energy into your food instead of slandering customers in the reviews.

Sushi was super tasty and hygienic restaurant. Service was also very good, especially the waitress who had balayage, she was very friendly and super nice. I would only recommend it.

I ordered two bowls. Both were cold, like fresh from the fridge, except for the fried chicken/ebi tempura. Something in both bowls also tasted slightly spoiled. Unfortunately not recommended.

Very tasty, the only negative thing I noticed is that almost all sushi rolls are made with avocado, so if you don't like avocado you're out of luck :/ Otherwise very cool shop, price is okay for the quantity 👍

After many recommendations from my friends, I tried Rollz&Bowlz. I have to say, even though I don't really like sushi, I will come back! The sushi is super tasty, crispy and fresh. The girls in the store were very friendly and accommodating. I felt very comfortable.

I had a poke bowl with salmon and I really had to look for the salmon. There was a lot of cucumber in it, which is of course much cheaper. The whole thing for €16 is a bit excessive. The taste was just mediocre and nothing special.

We often order online from the restaurant and wanted to try it locally because we love the delivery service. Everything was great on site, very nice employees gave us friendly advice on every question. The food was also very tasty, we would come back again and again!!

We wanted to introduce friends to the world of Poké Bowls and chose this restaurant because we have always had bad experiences with other Poké restaurants in Cologne. The food was very tasty and offers many variations, so you can put together your own bowl according to your own taste! All the staff were friendly and prepared wonderful bowls fresh on site. The portion size is perfectly fine, and considering that sushi-quality salmon, avocado, edamame, etc. are not the cheapest foods, the price is also within reason.

I find these Bowlz very tasteless... reminiscent of Royal Donuts only in salad form. Paying 16.50 euros for a bowl with vegetables, nuts, peppers and chicken etc. is a lot... because it's totally unnecessary in terms of taste. Unfortunately I had to throw most of it away...

Basically tasty but manageable portion. The zucchini noodles were just grated zucchini, I thought they were real noodles... The gyosa were quite tasty.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the bowl. The rice was like it was soaked in a tasteless, bland sauce. The amount of toppings was also rather meager for the price. If you have already served the bowls, you can either point out beforehand where the cutlery is or serve it with them. After expressing criticism, the gentleman at least accommodated us with a discount or a dessert. Unfortunately, it doesn't make the quality of the bowl served or the dessert any better.

A few days ago we were thrilled with a large group of 17 people at “Rollz & Bowlz”. The service was outstanding from the start: despite the size of our group, every request was fulfilled quickly and friendly. The team took excellent care of us and even special requests were implemented without hesitation. The meal was a real treat! Each of us found our dish extremely tasty, and the food came to the table surprisingly quickly despite the many orders. We were impressed by the variety and freshness of the dishes on offer. We will come back in any case.

Quite okay, nothing more. Staff friendly. Prices too high for one portion. For the extra avocado topping you pay an extra euro and get 2 slices. Little sauce. A lot of water had collected at the bottom of my bowl. I wouldn't go there again.

Super delicious bowls that are always freshly prepared from high-quality ingredients. To compensate for this, there is an offer of very rich desserts ;) Particularly noteworthy is the friendly staff! However, I don't find the location that nice to sit in because it's right on the ring. But it's still worth stopping by for the bowls, because they're really good!

Was delicious, had bowls with salmon and crispy chicken. The boss and new employee were also very nice, she was just being trained when we ordered. But everything worked out and went quickly.

I ended up here by chance and it turned out very tasty! The girl was very polite and answered all my questions when doubting what to choose. The falafel bowl was an incredible explosion of taste and so fulfilling. Definitely recommend.

I love it: It was tasty in itself, the food arrived late but it arrived. Which I would recommend, however is the classics in the range with cucumber avocado and must-have Chicken Crispy Inside-Out Rollz so it has good sushi.

I ordered pick up and the man working at the counter was incredibly unfriendly, the rest of the staff was nice though.. all in all, I'd say there are much better options for fusion sushi in Cologne

Disappointing sushi experience - once and never again! I don't usually write bad reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to share my experience. We recently ordered sushi from this place and were extremely disappointed. The main problem was the sushi rice. It was extremely moist, almost mushy and clumpy. It was as if someone had forgotten to wash and cook the rice properly. The rice was not only visually unappetizing, but also an absolute disaster in terms of taste - tasteless and of a disgusting consistency. Unfortunately, this inferior rice was the basis for all of our dishes, both the sushi rolls and the bowl we ordered. This made the entire meal inedible. It was so unappetizing that we couldn't eat more than half of our order. This was particularly frustrating considering we spent almost €80 on the meal. For this price, you definitely expect better quality and a more pleasant experience. This was the first and definitely the last time we ordered from this sushi place. It's a real shame, but we can't recommend this restaurant. We hope they can improve their quality and provide future customers with a better experience.

I've ordered here several times and the bowls have always been very tasty. Today I thought I'd use pasta as a basis instead of rice: mistake! They were undercooked and stuck together in hard lumps. In addition, the mango was still completely green and unripe and the sesame dressing didn't taste like anything, which was a shame and way too expensive. The bowl with rice and karaage was okay, although the chicken was already ice cold despite the quick delivery.

Delivery came relatively quickly and as always we were not disappointed. It always tastes great.

It's crazy, here emphasis is placed on quality, healthy food and appearance. The bowls taste amazing and the sushi rolls are also incredibly tasty. Prices are absolutely fair and everyone is super friendly!!!

This was just awesome 🤩. You guys understand the meaning of fusion food . Small and nice place , I ordered something to take away. The cashier was super friendly and very helpful. Although my eyes were bigger then my Hunger I loved every bite , everything is nice fresh and crispy and It’s a good alternative to classic Asian/Japanese kitchen. Also the prices are really fair ! Horrible food! I don't know, who invented this fried sushi, but it's not eatable. And poke was bad too. Bad food for quite a lot of money. We are very disappointed. Will never come here again and will not recommend to anybody.

From the first moment I entered the restaurant, I felt a special energy - a combination of hospitality, passion for good food and an unparalleled sense of aesthetics. The interior design is modern and inviting, immediately creating an atmosphere that makes you look forward to the culinary experience ahead. The crispy sushi were an absolute highlight. Each piece was a small work of art that impressed not only with its appearance, but above all with its taste. The perfect balance between the crispiness of the outer dough and the freshness of the inner ingredients made each sushi an unforgettable pleasure. The Poké Bowls were another triumph. The fresh, high-quality ingredients harmonized wonderfully with each other and were perfectly rounded off by the homemade sauce.
