Disastrous service! First, we sat for 30 minutes at a messy table that was only cleared after being notified. We received the wrong food twice and had to wait forever for it, even though it was already ready on the counter. Other guests received their food faster, even though they had ordered later. There were three of us, and two of us received the wrong food, and the third person had already finished eating by the time the other food arrived. One star just for the delicious food. Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience!!

I was here with my friends and the food was great. I loved the atmosphere and the service was also very kind! If you're ever craving Ramen or Sushi but don't want to make it yourself or buy at a supermarket this is the place!

I definitely recommend this restaurant! I was here on vacation and ordered takeout twice. The food was delicious and prepared quickly. I was also very full. There's a wide selection for everyone. The owner was also very friendly. I had a bowl with salmon, among other things, and was surprised by how much salmon it contained; that's unusual!

I ate at Rollt Bolz today and was absolutely thrilled. The food was fresh, delicious, and lovingly prepared. The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy, and the staff incredibly friendly and attentive. You immediately feel welcome – a place I can only recommend to everyone! I'd love to come back.

Great portions and great food, we enjoyed the falafel poke bowl and gyoza poke bowl, with a single helping of the yummy crispy sushi roll. It was delicious and so much we couldn't quite finish. Glad to have this so close to the hotel.

We entered the store, and an annoyed employee with loose hair (infection protection laws don't apply to you, do they?) and fake eyelashes was standing at the counter. No hello, no greeting, nothing. We said we'd like to eat with "NeoTaste" and "redeem once" was the reply. So quietly that it was barely audible. No explanation that we could only eat the gyoza bowl with it. "Choose your sauce here once" - again barely audible, and visibly annoyed that she even had to open her mouth. We had to ask several times what exactly was what, and she remained friendly. If you don't feel like working, stay home. I was really close to leaving the store. Service like that takes away your appetite; it's hard to beat the unfriendliness and listlessness. The food was good; the girl from the kitchen brought it to us and was very friendly. The other condition was completely unacceptable. I wouldn't come back. If I worked like this girl, I'd quit my job at school. Addendum: A description of the person (with fake eyelashes and loose hair) is certainly not a personal judgment. If that has negative connotations on your part, then that's your judgment. It could have just as easily been someone with "bald head and blue eyeshadow." I was merely describing, not judging. You did the latter.

The food itself tasted quite good, but after eating it, I mostly experienced stomach pain and diarrhea. I just smelled the leftovers from last night, and they smelled very moldy. We recently ate at Rollz & Bowlz. A typical "hype" place that sells Instagrammable bowls and sushi. It was tasty, but nothing spectacular. The prices were rather high.

We thought the wakame wasn't fresh anymore; it looked brown. When we asked for a new portion, it turned out to be bad as well. The answer we got was "it is what it is." I also asked for bok choy topping but received whole leaves instead of either cooked or raw. Definitely not worth returning to.

The restaurant is located in Cologne. We ordered from Hürth, and considering the excellent food, the delivery time was nothing to complain about. I've had to wait longer for several other restaurants around the corner. Very, very tasty! Thank you.

Outstanding bowl. One of the best in Cologne. All the ingredients taste fresh. The gyoza bowl is always a safe bet. But the chicken bowl is also great. Plus, really friendly service. Everything can be customized. Highly recommended, always happy to come back. PS also delivers

I used to go to the old owner, and the service was much friendlier. The new owner is very arrogant and incapable of taking criticism. At 10:30 p.m., he pulled a face because they close in half an hour, no wonder it's always empty! I prefer Rolls & Bowls in Cologne-Kalk, where the owner knows how to treat his regular customers. I hope he learns a thing or two from his colleague so his business can improve. Otherwise, the taste isn't bad, but the service and friendliness could be improved. Update: Based on your response, this confirms your incapability of taking criticism. It's good that I'm not alone in this opinion and had witnesses there. Portraying a customer as a liar and showing no remorse is the absolute worst. Freedom of opinion prevails, so you don't have to threaten me with a lawsuit just because you can't handle criticism. Instead, you're working on it and thinking about how to satisfy customers. After a response like that, we will certainly never set foot in your store again!!! Disgraceful!!

We went there for the first time today. It was 10:30 p.m., so it was still open. We just asked if we could get anything to eat, since the lady at the counter was already cleaning. Then she said, "Yes, but only for takeout." When I replied, "Perfect, then we'd like to order something else," she just gave me an annoyed sigh and an annoyed expression, after which we simply walked out... So, if you treat customers like that, you shouldn't be surprised.

Great selection and everything, but it tasted rather mediocre

Visited this place 1 year ago and it was so good I had to come back. Unfortunately, the portions have gotten smaller and the fresh ingredients have been replaced by a larger helping of rice. Hoping to find them returned to their former glory, next time.

Too much sauce, my ingredients ended up swimming in a soy sauce soup for €20. 2 thin avocado slices for €1.5 and crunchy onions also for €1, really? The karaage chicken was more over fried batter than real chicken

Friendly service and delicious food. Went here for the first time because of NeoTaste and had the Gyoza Bowl. At the beginning the concept was explained and you were allowed to choose a base and sauce. I had the sushi rice and the spicy cream sauce in my bowl and both were a very good choice in my opinion. The sauce tied everything together very well and I found the bowl really tasty. We also ordered karaage which was okay, but not necessarily a recommendation.

We ordered ramen and it was way overpriced and lousy quality. Outrageous for 15.50 euros a few soggy noodles and four small pieces of dry chicken. Never again!

Ich mag Sushi ganz gerne, meine Familie auch. Aber hier würden unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen! Es ist wirklich saulecker, sehr appetitlich angerichtet und die Location generell top gepflegt. Dazu ist das Personal noch super freundlich. Dringende Empfehlung!

Rollz & Bowlz at Friesenplatz is simply great! The fried sushi rolls are crispy and delicious, and the bowls can be put together individually. Friendly service, fresh ingredients and creative dishes are a must for sushi and bowl lovers.

We ordered two bowls here, which were actually very good in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the taste. However, they were served to us completely cold (including the brown rice base) and the two ladies at the counter and the gentleman in the kitchen were unable to add any heat to the food. (A few minutes of warming up in the microwave would have been enough.) It was simply said that bowls were always cold. We were the only guests and the staff wasn't exactly overworked. Therefore, despite the good concept, I can unfortunately only give it a mediocre rating.

We were there on Rose Monday. The food was amazing. As soon as we are back in Cologne, we will definitely come back.

Food is just disgusting. Sushi fried to death. I ordered through Wolt and got tuna instead of tofu. If I could give zero stars, I would. Supplier also extremely unfriendly. Oh, and on the topic: already eaten: the rest is in the trash, feel free to submit a photo (now included. Certainly not particularly appetizing, but if you are accused of being rated poorly even though you ate it...). You don't tend to write a review about a product that you haven't tried I complained to Wolt and at least got a refund for the wrong product. But that doesn't change the fact that you're hungry, you order food, you're looking forward to a delicious meal and then as a vegan you get fish that you can't eat and that you didn't order. The other roll was correct, but tasted absolutely terrible.

The menu offers an impressive selection of sushi and bowls that are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We tried the creamy tuna roll, spicy salmon roll, gyoza bowl, salmon bowl and tempura ebi bowl and it was to die for! I was impressed by the fresh ingredients and the perfectly balanced flavors. I would particularly like to highlight the quality of the fish - it was incredibly fresh and tender. The vegetarian options are also excellent and offer a great variety for all tastes. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is more than fair. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! Overall, I highly recommend Rollz & Bowlz. If you're looking for first-class sushi and delicious bowls, you've come to the right place!

The bowl wasn’t good at all. The base was cold like it was taken out of the freezer. The rice was way too mushy. Too much sauce on it. On top of it, the forks and knives were dirty … the waiters are quite nice but it just can make up of the terrible experience

First time I'm writing a review but it's just awesome

My girlfriend and I love ramen and saw the good reviews. We then ordered 2 x ramen with chicken. I'm sorry, but you can't give this more than 1 star. This wasn't ramen, just regular noodles in a tasteless soup. The chicken was totally soggy. This could be due to the delivery, but then you just don't put the chicken in a dough coating, then it might taste pretty good. I really don't have any words for the soup. I could have done this myself in 10 minutes. In addition to noodles, I saw 5 spring onions and 3 corn kernels. My recommendation: Don't order ramen, definitely not when it's delivered.

The price-performance ratio doesn't fit. Unfortunately, the food is not good either and is more like the Rewe SB counter in terms of cuisine - we had the crispy chicken bowl and the crispy salmon roll. Unfortunately the service wasn't friendly either. However, the store is very clean and well maintained. Overall it wasn't a complete disaster but I wouldn't come back for it either.

The service didn't work at all. Two young women were at the counter. No hello, no smile, no service, felt like self-service. We ordered the frame, absolutely tasteless, it was ready within 5 minutes. There are also ladies with long fingernails who don't want to know how the food is prepared in the kitchen.

Ordered the Tuna Bowl - the tuna was absolutely not fresh, inedible. The rest didn't taste good either, the individual ingredients didn't fit together. 16€ for the bin and probably just avoided food poisoning. Fish is not something to be trifled with...

Price-performance ratio is not right at all! The taste of the sushi roll was strange, not particularly tasty. The spring rolls are the size of a woman's little finger - MINI! Never again, there are much better places where the taste and portion size are right. Delivery person was also super rude.

Unfortunately, the ramen is relatively small and relatively tasteless. It gives you the feeling of ready-made broth and noodles. The bowls, on the other hand, looked good, but we didn't try them. But the service was very friendly and quick!

It's the worst ramen I've ever eaten. It's totally the fast noddles you can buy in Asian markets. And for 14.8 euros is unacceptable. The portion is too small. Only half of the portion of other ramen restaurants. Below is a picture of another ramen restaurant located just a 3 minute walk from your shop. It costs around 12-15 euros and offers a much larger quantity and better quality than your dish for around 15 euros instant noodle soup. And I used Neotaste. Does this mean that customers who use Neotaste only get half the portions compared to regular customers?” I really regret tipping a business like yours that slanders customers. I ordered two bowls. Both were cold, like fresh from the fridge, except for the fried chicken/ebi tempura. Something in both bowls also tasted slightly spoiled. Unfortunately not recommended.

After many recommendations from my friends, I tried Rollz&Bowlz. I have to say, even though I don't really like sushi, I will come back! The sushi is super tasty, crispy and fresh. The girls in the store were very friendly and accommodating. I felt very comfortable.

I had a poke bowl with salmon and I really had to look for the salmon. There was a lot of cucumber in it, which is of course much cheaper. The whole thing for €16 is a bit excessive. The taste was just mediocre and nothing special.

We often order online from the restaurant and wanted to try it locally because we love the delivery service. Everything was great on site, very nice employees gave us friendly advice on every question. The food was also very tasty, we would come back again and again!!

We wanted to introduce friends to the world of Poké Bowls and chose this restaurant because we have always had bad experiences with other Poké restaurants in Cologne. The food was very tasty and offers many variations, so you can put together your own bowl according to your own taste! All the staff were friendly and prepared wonderful bowls fresh on site. The portion size is perfectly fine, and considering that sushi-quality salmon, avocado, edamame, etc. are not the cheapest foods, the price is also within reason.

I find these Bowlz very tasteless... reminiscent of Royal Donuts only in salad form. Paying 16.50 euros for a bowl with vegetables, nuts, peppers and chicken etc. is a lot... because it's totally unnecessary in terms of taste. Unfortunately I had to throw most of it away...
