I ordered via Uber Eats and couldn't give the name of the doorbell, only the address. Since I registered with my name on the app and am with my friend, my last name is not listed here because I don't live here. The app can therefore be set up a little better because not everyone orders it to their home. Well my boyfriend doesn't have the same name as me but I ordered and I explained that to the man who brought me the food but he was so rude and didn't want to give me my food. Told me he called me and I showed him my phone number which he also had. Still he didn't believe me, I showed my identity and he finally gave me my food. So really how rude people can be it's sickening. I wanted to get my money back and not accept any food from you. The food wasn't even heavy. Plus there was a hair in my food that wasn't mine 🤮🤮 Pink bamboo from Asia is a thousand times better.

I ordered food at 4 PM via the Lieferando app, and it was supposed to arrive at 5 PM. The app had been telling me for half an hour that the delivery driver was on his way, so at 5:30 PM I decided to contact the restaurant. I couldn't find a phone number on either Lieferando or Google. Since we had theater tickets, we had to leave the apartment by 6:15 PM at the latest. I complained to Lieferando and requested a refund because I didn't expect the food to arrive after 1.5 hours. At that point, both Lieferando and Google already listed the restaurant as closed. As soon as I complained, someone from the restaurant called and claimed the driver was on his way and would be there in 15 minutes. I had to call twice more, and each time they insisted the driver was on his way. However, judging from other reviews, my two-hour wait isn't unusual and is actually quite short. '2 hours' wait isn't unusual, but rather a short wait. '2 hours' wait seems to be a long time, not unusual at all. '2 hours' wait is ... The driver arrived just in time for me to bring the food upstairs before we had to leave. On the phone, I was constantly given the runaround and cut off; no one offered any compensation, a refund, a voucher, or anything else. The food is okay; the edamame were completely oversalted, but overall, it's definitely not sushi you want to wait 2-4 hours for. For anyone in the Elbchaussee area, I can only say that Henssler at Home has always been faster than advertised for me, is similarly priced, and tastes better. I ordered from them several years ago and had to wait a very long time then as well, so it doesn't look like things will improve anytime soon.

We spontaneously picked up a medium-sized bento box with various types of maki and nigiri. The staff was very friendly and prepared our box fresh and really quickly. The shop was very clean, and you can even sit outside. Our bento box was fresh and delicious! Highly recommended, and we'd love to come back 🍣

Don't order! - The food never arrived! The restaurant also delivers itself via Uber Eats, cannot be reached by phone and is turning away calls. They could have at least given an update, updated the delivery time and, as in our case, canceled if there was no delivery.

We've always enjoyed ordering there. Yesterday, as always, we ordered the 2 for 1 offer from Lieferando, but only received one meal. No one was available at any number, and there was no response on Instagram either. Disappointing...
