Unfortunately there is an extremely long waiting time, so ordering is no fun

After two hours and fifteen minutes, two calls to the branch with “funny” conversations with the clerk Martin, who was probably quite drunk, and a complaint call to Lieferando, we have not received our order, which we had already paid for via Paypal. The Lieferando concept doesn't work at all with this provider. There are already other current reviews from other users about this problem, but you only read them when there is trouble. Too bad. Never again.

We ordered at 7 p.m. and the delivery came after about an hour, the waiting time is okay. Since sushi was delicious, the variations are similar to Henssler Go Sushi. Unfortunately, some variations were too dominant that you couldn't taste the fish or the rice was so unstable that the sushi fell apart. It's good sushi, but not cheap either. You can also order Henssler for that price.

We ordered at 7 p.m. with a request for delivery at 8:15 p.m. The sushi was delivered on time at 8:11 p.m. Usual great quality. We always like it excellently and you can tell that only fresh ingredients are used.

We ordered on Wednesday at around 9 p.m. and after 1 1/2 hours we were no longer sure whether the order would arrive, but then the doorbell rang. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality and the really beautiful presentation. The packaging is also very environmentally friendly. :) I would definitely order here again and hope I don't have to wait as long next time.

One star is still too many! First of all, an incredibly long wait. Then the food finally came, but unfortunately only half of what was ordered. The delivery man left so quickly, we ran after him but he was gone after less than a minute. So we call the store and say that the delivery was incomplete and the VEGETARIAN dumplings we ordered are missing, we are assured that they will be delivered later. Another eternity of waiting later and the dumplings arrived, unfortunately they were filled with meat! When I called the store again and explained the situation, I was told that the vegetarian dumplings were already sold out and that they couldn't deliver any dumplings to me. I then asked for my money back for the dumplings, and to date NOTHING has been refunded!!!
