After two hours and fifteen minutes, two phone calls to the branch with "amusing" conversations with the presumably quite drunk customer service representative Martin, and a complaint call to Lieferando, we still haven't received our order, which we'd already paid for via PayPal. The Lieferando concept simply doesn't work with this particular provider. There are already other recent reviews from other users about this problem, but you only read them when there's trouble. What a shame. Never again.

We ordered at 7 p.m. and the delivery arrived after about an hour; the wait was okay. The sushi was delicious, with variations similar to Henssler Go Sushi. Unfortunately, some variations were too overpowering, so you couldn't taste the fish, or the rice was so flimsy that the sushi fell apart. It's good sushi, but not exactly cheap. For that price, you could also order Henssler.

We ordered at 7 pm with a request for delivery at 8:15 pm. The sushi arrived promptly at 8:11 pm. The quality was, as always, superb. We always find it delicious, and you can tell that only fresh ingredients are used.

We ordered on Wednesday around 9 p.m. and after an hour and a half, we weren't sure if the order would arrive, but then the doorbell rang. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality and the truly beautiful presentation. The packaging is also very environmentally friendly. :) I would definitely order from here again and hope I don't have to wait quite as long next time.

One star is still too many! First, there was an incredibly long wait. Then the food finally arrived, but unfortunately, only half of what we ordered. The delivery man left so quickly, we ran after him, but he was gone in less than a minute. So we called the store and reported that the delivery was incomplete and the VEGETARIAN dumplings we ordered were missing. We were assured that they would be delivered. Another eternity of waiting later, the dumplings arrived, but unfortunately, they were filled with meat! When I called the store again and explained the situation, I was told that they were already sold out of vegetarian dumplings and therefore couldn't deliver them to me. I then demanded a refund for the dumplings, and to this day, I haven't received a refund!

I ordered via Uber Eats and couldn't give the name of the doorbell, only the address. Since I registered with my name on the app and am with my friend, my last name is not listed here because I don't live here. The app can therefore be set up a little better because not everyone orders it to their home. Well my boyfriend doesn't have the same name as me but I ordered and I explained that to the man who brought me the food but he was so rude and didn't want to give me my food. Told me he called me and I showed him my phone number which he also had. Still he didn't believe me, I showed my identity and he finally gave me my food. So really how rude people can be it's sickening. I wanted to get my money back and not accept any food from you. The food wasn't even heavy. Plus there was a hair in my food that wasn't mine 🤮🤮 Pink bamboo from Asia is a thousand times better.

Ich habe das Essen um 16 Uhr über die Lieferando App bestellt und um 17 Uhr sollte es da sein. Die App sagte mir auch bereits seit einer halben Stunde, dass der Lieferant gleich bei mir sein würde, also ich um 17:30 beschlossen habe, das Restaurant zu kontaktieren. Weder auf Lieferando noch auf Google konnte ich eine Telefonnummer finden. Da wir Theaterkarten hatten, mussten wir spätestens 18:15 die Wohnung verlassen. Ich habe mich bei Lieferando beschwert und Erstattung verlangt, weil ich nicht davon ausging, dass das Essen nach 1,5 Stunden noch eintreffen würde. Auf Lieferando und Google stand das Restaurant zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch bereits als geschlossen drin. Kaum hatte ich mich beschwert rief mich jemand aus dem Restaurant an und behauptete, der Fahrer wäre gleich da und in 15 Minuten bei mir. Ich musste noch zwei mal anrufen und jedes Mal wurde behauptet, der Fahrer wäre gleich da. Wie ich aus den anderen Rezensionen entnehme sind meine 2 Stunden Wartezeit aber nichts ungewöhnliches und sogar gering. Der Fahrer kam so, dass ich gerade noch das Essen nach oben bringen konnte, bevor wir los mussten. Am Telefon wurde ich immer nur wieder vertröstet und abgewürgt, es wurde mir kein bisschen entgegen gekommen und auch keine Erstattung, ein Gutschein oder sonstiges angeboten. Das Essen ist okay, die Edamame waren komplett versalzen, aber allgemein sind es definitiv keine Sushi, auf die man 2-4 Stunden warten will. Für alle in der Elbchausse Region kann ich nur sagen, dass Henssler at Home bei mir immer schneller als angegeben war, ähnlich teuer ist und besser schmeckt. Bereits vor einigen Jahren habe ich hier bestellt und auch da sehr lange warten müssen, also ist eine Besserung wohl nicht in Aussicht.

We spontaneously picked up a medium-sized bento box with various types of maki and nigiri. The staff was very friendly and prepared our box fresh and really quickly. The shop was very clean, and you can even sit outside. Our bento box was fresh and delicious! Highly recommended, and we'd love to come back 🍣

Don't order! - The food never arrived! The restaurant also delivers itself via Uber Eats, cannot be reached by phone and is turning away calls. They could have at least given an update, updated the delivery time and, as in our case, canceled if there was no delivery.

I have to contact on here because unfortunately I couldn’t find any email on the website to directly write to. I bought some gyozas and a salmon avocado poke bowl. The gyozas were cold and uncooked. When I tried the salmon, it had a fizzy taste and smelt terrible. I only ate one piece but I know for sure it is off. For more than €22 euros, this is unacceptable. I would like to be in contact with someone please to arrange a refund. Unable to go back to the original store as I had bought this to eat on my train ride to Münster from Hamburg HBF.
