Hello steak lovers! We went to Steakhouse Waldesruh for the first time today; I found it by chance. The food was absolutely delicious, and the steaks were cooked to perfection. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. If you're looking for a really great meal, we highly recommend Steakhouse Waldesruh in Senzig.

We were just there again and were once again absolutely thrilled. Friendly service, finally some dark beer on tap, and above all, the food—there was absolutely nothing to complain about! But here, it's not just the (incidentally, really excellent) chef/griller who really knows his craft that deserves special mention. No, the buyer is also top-notch. The steak was so tender, something you hardly ever find in steakhouses in Berlin and the surrounding area these days. Next time, we'll bring our Blockhouse steak pepper (which completes the meal, just as a small suggestion), but we'll definitely be coming back often in the cooler weather we're expecting. And I'm actually a very critical guest, especially when it comes to steak; hardly anyone can grill it to such perfection. I'd have to think long and hard about where it's been better... We also had a veggie burger, rump steak, and a schnitzel, and they all got full marks, too! We stopped in spontaneously and even had our own free choice of seating. The ambiance is very tasteful both inside and out, and the beautiful lighting makes it very cozy even in winter. The service was excellent; our requests were taken into account, and we asked if the food was okay. Yes, it was... a big shout-out to the kitchen team, because everything was delicious and arrived at the table in a reasonable time. Good things take time 😉 Just one more comment: it would be nice if we were welcomed as a guest and didn't have to stand around because there was no staff to be seen. Great location, great food. The chanterelle soup was divine, the steaks were cooked to perfection, and the portions were truly filling. The service was very friendly and helpful. There's a lovely outdoor seating area, and there's also a playground for children. Parking is available along the side of the road if the yard is full. (I don't know what it's like on weekends.) We'll be back.

I found the steakhouse by "chance" while googling and thought I'd make a reservation! What they offer is absolutely exemplary!! A fantastic atmosphere (in the forest, idyllic), where you can really relax! The staff is almost frighteningly friendly (to put it mildly). Super accommodating, always smiling, and generally just makes you feel at home! A huge compliment to the staff!!! The food and prices were also more than reasonable!! The drinks, including various long drinks, were of a very high standard in terms of taste and very reasonably priced! There were three of us there, so we had three meals and a total of over 11 drinks, and we all got a very reasonable price! So, in my opinion, a perfect restaurant with a great selection of food and drinks, a great atmosphere, incredibly friendly staff, and super reasonable prices! Highly recommended, and I'm sure I'll go there more often!

We've eaten at the steakhouse a few times now. I have to say the food was always very good! The steak was always cooked exactly as ordered. The waitresses are quite good, but occasionally a drink reorder is forgotten. However, when asked, the drinks arrive very quickly.

It's a lovely, cozy restaurant that looks neat and tidy. The staff was friendly upon arrival, and we were allowed to choose a table. We started with garlic bread, which was delicious and surprisingly good because of the dill they used. For our main course, we ordered the tenderloin with potato croquettes, a baked potato with herb butter, pepper sauce, mushroom sauce, and a small green salad. Unfortunately, they forgot the pepper sauce, and the baked potato with cream was delivered instead of the herb butter we ordered. The 300-gram tenderloin was very tender and flavorful, but unfortunately, the inside was cold. This is quite bad for such a piece of high-quality meat, and I'm therefore deducting a star from my rating. The dessert was delicious and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the main course, but I did take pictures of the dessert. The bill would have been reasonable if they had delivered the tenderloin correctly. In hindsight, I now feel I overpaid. Still, I think they have the capacity to deliver real quality.

Update from July 23, 2025 If this had been our first visit, it would have been our last. Yes, it was quite busy, but there were still seats available. We had to wait a very long time for drinks, appetizers, and main courses. No one cleared the empty appetizer plates, and no one asked for new drinks. The meat was more well-done than medium. The side dishes were rather cold. I also have a different understanding of fried potatoes; they used to be different. They weren't bad, but for me, they were like potato gravy in herbs. You can do better, and we'll be back because we know it can be done better.

Addendum: Today (one week later) we ordered a pasta dish, a beef fillet, fries, and Gorgonzola sauce from the website. Delivery was supposed to be 40 minutes late. I honestly couldn't believe it, but it really was. The food was nice and hot and everything was delicious. I was most surprised by the fries: super tasty, I haven't had such good ones in ages. Conclusion: If we can't make it to the restaurant but want a delicious meal, we'll order there. Thanks to the team there and the friendly delivery driver. The lumberjack steak wasn't great, unfortunately, just tendons. My fillet was perfect, I would order again.

König Ludwig Dunkel on tap. A dream. Lamb fillet cooked to perfection. The steak too. Even the "plain" schnitzel was particularly tasty. I don't usually rate fries, but these deserve a mention. Humorous, quick, and attentive service. Absolutely fair prices. Everything was great.

The steakhouse has a prime location, and the outdoor seating is very pleasant. We would have expected more care with the grilled platters we ordered. The onion rings were of poor quality, and a salad garnish was completely missing.

We were recommended the Steakhouse, so we headed there today, Father's Day. We had reserved a table in advance. The atmosphere was great, and the place had a sophisticated feel. There were even free tables and tables set. The menu came immediately, and the drinks were on our tables within minutes. Nothing was left to be desired: the meat was very tender and cooked to perfection, the salad was fresh, and the side dishes were top-notch. We give it a full five stars, and we'll be back in 10 days with a reservation for a small birthday party. Thanks to the entire team for your impeccable work. RESPECT!

A wonderful alternative to the existing restaurant offerings in and around KW. The salad is worth an extra star, consists of at least 10 different ingredients or salad variations, so many a chef can take a leaf out of it. The fillet almost melted in your mouth. The ice cream scoop for dessert was huge. The service was impeccable...all in all a great evening. The next table is already reserved ;)

Full rating - no question. From the cheapest dish (delicious burger) to the most expensive (fillet steak), everything was on our table. The quality of the dishes was undisputed without any objection. Nice service. You decide whether the price of the fillet steak fits your price expectations in relation to the location. I will attend the rodeo again. A dog seems to be welcome here without prior notice.
