The restaurant is good overall. However, the prices are really steep compared to what I pay at home. €30 for a meal is outrageous. At home, I'd walk away from the table for that price. So I paid for everything, not just one meal.

We sat on the terrace on a beautiful day, but we didn't get any further than ordering. When we asked the price of a drink, they made it clear they weren't paying quickly enough and snatched the menu from us. I've never seen anything like it... Avoid at all costs.

A great pizzeria. Very friendly and attentive service. The Italian music and pleasant atmosphere make you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

It was unexpected flavour as i read too much reviews and i feel like sometime u cant believe the reviews until you try it. I have ordered the seafood dish and the truffle one. It blown my mind! It was sooo delicious I am a very picky eater and I really enjoyed my dinner.

Restaurant with gluten-free options for an extra €2. The pizzas aren't bad, but they don't offer spicy oil. What I disliked the most was their refusal to give me a glass of tap water. They wanted to charge me €8.50 for the bottle.

Move on if you want minimally respectable and respectful service. We waited in front to be seated, barely a hello and a glance. The pizza maker came back and told us with an annoyed air that we should have sat down at a table. We left straight away. If you don't like people, sir, change your job!

Excellent gluten-free pesto pasta. They also have gluten-free pizza, which would surely be good; it's a shame I didn't get to try it. A pleasant atmosphere with authentic flavors.

Food OK, staff partly unfriendly

The worst Milanese, it tasted like frozen. Thick, rubbery, and not at all crispy, but soaked in sauce. With simple pasta and industrial tomato sauce... It's not fine dining, and it's really overpriced: €29 for such poor-quality meat; it's truly disappointing. I don't recommend this place, especially since there are some excellent Italian restaurants in Baden.

This is my second time in Baden, and my second time eating here. Exquisite Italian food, ideal if you want to alternate between traditional and international cuisine.

We visited this restaurant yesterday and, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience. Since my husband and I don’t eat much, we decided to share one pasta dish. The server was very rude about it, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. What should have been a nice meal in Baden-Baden ended up leaving us upset. A restaurant should make all guests feel respected, and sadly that was not the case here.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was beautiful. I highly recommend Rigatoni Chicken Penne , Rigatoni Arrabiata, Insalata Mixed salad with turkey breast, Risotto Fungi with fresh mushrooms and Pizza Margherita.

I agree with many reviewers, the food was good and the atmosphere was was ok. The service was not as expected. The staff needs more training on how to deal with costumers!!

The food is average, but the waiter is just too rude ( his name is erfan ), he was talking with us with very rude language and when we asked him for more plates he became aggressive as we asked him for something impossible. I just do not recommend the restaurant as my experience was awful and the service is the worst restaurant service I have ever experienced

I tried this reasonably priced pizzeria but was a bit disappointed by the food. The pizzas themselves aren’t very good, mainly because they’re quite dry and really need more tomato sauce to bring out the flavor. The service is fine and the setting is decent, but unfortunately the quality of the pizza doesn’t quite match up.

Located a few meters from the German Thermal Baths of Baden-Baden, with an Italian flavor on your plate. Wonderful cocktail 🇩🇪🇮🇹🇫🇷 My lasagna was generous and melting. The stewed tomatoes with meat were well-seasoned. The welcome is very warm, the service is attentive. The atmosphere is very pleasant, lulled by Italian music. 😀🙏 All for a very reasonable price. I recommend the RIVAZZA 100/100.

A clear recommendation: we were here on a Friday evening, unfortunately without a reservation! That was, of course, very difficult with nine people. But the head waiter spontaneously freed up a table for us by moving other guests. Top-notch service! The food was very plentiful and delicious. The pizza is truly sensational. Overall, the service was very attentive and relatively quick; the drinks could have come a little quicker, but as I said, it was a Friday evening! A very large group had a reservation. We didn't! So, everything was fine. We would and will always come back! A clear recommendation is Pizza Diabolo and Pizza Salami! Both are excellent! Please order Moretti with your beer! The food was very nice, hot and tasty. Huge portion for the price. The wine is expensive compared to another italian restaurant I visited. Agree with others. The service is really so so. You have to be proactive here and wave them over or flag them down. There are too many outdoor smokers whilst eating also 🤢.

During my short trip to Baden Baden, I ate at Rivazza today! I was absolutely thrilled. The food was simply delicious, and I paired it with a nice, chilled glass of wine! I can recommend Rivazza with a clear conscience! Finally, an Italian restaurant that serves risotto!

The food is good and tasty. The service, unfortunately, is abysmal. Our drinks and cutlery arrived, after repeated requests, about five minutes after the meal. Our request for salt and pepper was noted but not fulfilled. Conclusion: The price-performance ratio is unfortunately not good at all.

No, no, no. Such impudence and no sign of decency, character or hospitality. This is the rudest, most arrogant pizzeria of our entire lives. These people don't need tourists' money. ...we spent the night in Baden-Baden and had already eaten a bite while we were strolling. We weren't really that hungry. We really just wanted something to drink. My husband had his Hefeweizen and I had an Aperol Spritz for €9. When we said we didn't want to eat anything for a while, we were no longer welcome. A few minutes later we asked for the menu again and ordered a pizza and two salads. My husband then ordered another Hefeweizen, which he got. My empty Aperol glass sat empty until we left. I had hoped that the owner would see the empty glass and ask about it. He saw it and walked past it 50 times until we realized he didn't want to see it. We were disgusted. I really didn't want to order anything else after that either. We were actually ignored and told to leave. The empty glass sat at our table for 30 minutes until we paid. What kind of people treat guests so rudely and disgustingly when they don't want to eat straight away? Two Aperol Spritzes cost more than a pizza. And my husband's pizza...we've had better. This pizzeria is absolutely no go.

Good food, and reasonably priced for a family of 4 with drinks. Service was polite and efficient, and food came promptly and was freshly cooked. Pizza was really nice. Slightly out the way from the main bit but quieter and more relaxed.

Sensationally good pizza, delicious crust, and the toppings were also very good. The Riesling was also top-notch. It was packed, and the atmosphere was great! Highly recommended!

I was just having a drink with colleagues. My colleagues had ordered, I just took a quick look at the menu. I wanted to say what I wanted straight away. Was a matter of a few seconds. The waiter just ran away. And didn't come anymore. ...What was that supposed to mean? Then a waitress came who only brought my colleague's drinks. And said to her in a friendly manner that I would actually have liked to order, but my colleague just ran away. The location is very nice

This was one of our favorite places in Baden Baden! This is a legit family restaurant that has the most amazing gluten-free pizza and pasta! They bring their pizza crust in from Italy, and you can’t tell it’s gluten free 🤗 🍕 The wine prices were very inexpensive and excellent choices. They also had some German meals if not everyone in your group wants Italian food. So accommodating! The service here was unmatched. They also have an outside area 😍 it’s a very quiet and beautiful street, they also have an awning that comes out when it’s raining.

Ottima pizza conditissima e impasto eccellente. La cucina è altrettanto buona, ed abbiamo mangiato sia primi che insalate veramente ottimi. Titolare cortese e disponibile. Bravi

The background music alone in the Pizzeria Rivazza is worth a visit..., whether outside or inside. Italian music at its finest!! The food - Pizza Frutti di Mare and Antipasti Misto - were excellent. Attentive service. The types of wine on offer are good and reasonably priced. All in all a very nice evening.

The best pizza in Baden-Baden or even in the entire region

Pizzeria Rivazza exceeded our expectations! The service was absolutely first class - attentive, friendly and quick. What is particularly impressive is that the two pizzas were served to us within just 7 minutes. In terms of taste, the pizzas were simply perfect: a crispy, airy base, perfectly balanced ingredients and a wonderfully aromatic tomato sauce. Finally a panna cotta which was equally impressive. Very creamy and with just the right amount of sweetness

We stopped here for a quick lunch and the pizza was really delicious! They offered lots of pizza options and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and freshness. The crust was the perfect doneness and fluffy. The service was quick and friendly. I would recommend!

the worst lasagna I've ever eaten, if you can even call it lasagna. I was served a lasagne that only consisted of layers of dough and there was no meat in between. Instead, the minced meat sauce was spread on the plate because the cook probably didn't want to bother layering the individual lasagna sheets with minced meat and béchamel sauce and the pizza didn't taste that good either (not recommended!!!) That was my first visit and definitely the last

I ordered a Pizza Salami and a beer. I paid 18.50€+tip. The pizza was large, and tasted good. Took 1 star off for using frozen dough (I overheard the service team mentioning they use frozen dough so they can’t bake it “lightly” as one customer requested).

Went there to eat pizza, pizza was okay! Service was okay, but all in all too expensive!! 2 normal pizzas, half a liter of house wine, a small amount of water 49.50 euros!! too much . We don't anymore, it's cheaper and better.

The food was very good. I had a vegetarian pizza and my husband ordered a salad. Unfortunately I have to deduct a star from the salad because the salad dressing was too sweet for my taste. But the price and quality are 5 stars. Pizza came really quickly and it was actually very tasty. I will visit it again and recommend it.

I recommend the gluten free pasta over the gluten free pizza. Any pasta variety can be made and the food is excellent. The chef does an excellent job with a separate area of the kitchen for preparation to avoid cross contamination. The best way to describe the service would be to say that they will eventually get around to you. They are definitely friendly. As we went during Fall, the front door remains open so it tends to be cold inside and the cigar/cigarette smoke filters in from outside. This really took away from the enjoyment of our meals.

Underground reception! I would be rudely reprimanded and thrown out because of a dripping umbrella... I've never experienced anything like that in my life.

The pizzas are 5 stars in terms of appearance and taste. The service was very bad. I had to shout the order for another wheat to the waiter, even though he saw that my glass was empty when the pizza was brought. He then simply placed the bottle on the table for me. After dinner the plates were cleared even though my wife was still chewing. We weren't even asked whether it was tasty or whether we had anything else we wanted. We would have liked to have had a cappuccino (which was available elsewhere). There were still tips... but it probably didn't matter because regular guests got the attention...

Unfortunately, the portion is far too small and, in my opinion, too expensive. The taste was absolutely okay but unfortunately not a highlight. We had ravioli and tortellini.

It’s not a gourmet place, but it has two advantages. First, the portions are really big, which is in line with the German tradition of hospitality. One portion of fried rice is basically enough for two children. The second advantage is that it’s so close to Kala. Kara Hot Spring is just a few steps away. Because hot spring bathing is not allowed on an empty stomach as it may lead to hypoglycemia, it is better to eat first before bathing. It is recommended for those who want to eat Chinese food.

Very taciturn service staff. The menu is an A2 sized laminated sheet. Food was good, unfortunately carbonara was only available with cream. Germanized. Price for this is a bit high, probably due to the location.

Restaurant qui se veut italien (menu rédigé dans la langue), mais personne ne parlé la langue. Nous avons choisi des plats de pâtes car la carte était relativement chère. Si les pâtes en elles même étaient très bonne, l'assaisonnement une arnaque? Linguine à la bolognaise sans réelle viande, penne au saumon: toujours à la recherche du saumon. Quant à l'eau... donc pas d'eau du robinet, ni même pour un chien. La bouteille minérale, uniquement, de 75cl, à 7,50€... hallucinant. Et que dire du serveur, sans aucune amabilité, qui ne sait pas compter une addition...

A glass of wine, a beer and a bottle of water: €18 of which €7.90 for a bottle of water. The waiter's treatment leaves a lot to be desired, rude to the customer. Not recommended.

Great restaurant in Baden Baden which offers gluten-free pasta, and even pizza depending on availability! I have few places to eat gluten-free pasta in restaurants in Alsace and I am happy to discover these gems on the other side of the border! For those with a sweet tooth, there are even gluten-free desserts!

So sorry I ordered a pizza 🍕 salami with crabs and garlic, unfortunately I got a pizza salami without taste with capers, where I didn't order any capers. Then I asked the waiter or boss and he was really unfriendly and told me we didn't have any crabs. And that I told them that I ordered capers. I really can't recommend it, people think about it carefully.

I don't recommend it and don't want to return. Terrible service and the food they gave me was microwaved. The Bolognese had a bad smell. It sat in the fridge for several days.

Wonderful restaurant. Great and calm atmosphere. There is super delicious pizza here. I particularly recommend: (vegetarian) Pizza Italia and as an aperitif an Aperol Spritz or a Primitivo. The antipasti is also great. In summer there are also nice sunny spots in front of the restaurant at lunchtime. Highly recommended! Very friendly service. I always enjoy coming here. Just good here.

I discovered this little Italian restaurant a stone's throw from the thermal baths. You are warmly welcomed. I let myself be guided by the good pizza, (homemade) and the service was fast. I had a pleasant time in this place with good ambient music.
