The first day the food was great, but the second day I had spaghetti aglio et olio. It wasn't listed as chili, so I was surprised to find it in the food. I don't tolerate spicy food very well. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and the service was prompt.

Sunday breakfast buffet. Delicious. My only criticism: Everything is lined up in a line because there's only one starting point for serving yourself at the buffet. Only the desserts are in a different location and can be accessed separately. However, due to space constraints, it's probably not possible otherwise. However, when 20 people are queuing in front of you, it somewhat spoils the experience. Hence, one star deduction for service. The buffet was always refilled promptly, however, and the service staff were very active.

Went there today with a friend. I have to say, a super friendly lady served us. Food was excellent, requests for changes were addressed immediately. We'd love to come back.

Personally it was too loud for me... it was very busy, the service and food was great... just the "boss"? did I feel annoyed? overwhelmed ? I asked for mineral water at the counter, but was then disabused of it = just ask the service staff... what was the young man behind the counter???? I found two other things very unpleasant, so I won't go there again

We are always happy to be there again. Very friendly service and a nice atmosphere. We particularly like the buffet. A large selection and very tasty.

Mediocre food with friendly but slow service. At coffee time there was a chocolate cake with a liquid chocolate center and hot white chocolate. The cake was really chocolaty and beautifully prepared with two different sauces, cream, a few fruits and a dollop of red jelly and met expectations. I can't say whether it was homemade or came from a jar. The pizza that I later ordered was certainly not homemade, but a ready-made blank that was (at least) topped with rocket, smoked ham and parmesan. The pizza was edible, but the dough had more of a frozen character... If you write pizza on your menu, you should also be able to make the dough fresh or, alternatively, reduce your menu a little. Our waiter was very friendly, although we would have ordered another drink if he had been more attentive to the service.

Wieder einmal waren meine Familie (4 Pers.) und ich zu Gast im Riva, diesmal zu einem ausgiebigen Sonntags-Brunch. Und ich muss sagen, wir wurden wiederum nicht enttäuscht. Das Buffet war abermals sehr ausgiebig und ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen. Wir gehen häufiger aus. Aber was das Riva bietet, auch an Frühstücks-Büfetts, die wir gelegentlich besuchen, ist für Delmenhorst und Umgebung einfach nur Spitze und einmalig. Das hört sich zwar alles etwas euphorisch an, entspricht aber der erlebten Realität und wir nehmen für uns in Anspruch, durchaus auch zu einer sachgerechten Kritik, wenn nötig, fähig zu sein.

I ordered a cocktail and it only tasted like alcohol, so it was really undrinkable. Then I asked the waitress if I could get a new one because I can't drink it, then she said no, that's not possible because otherwise they would make a loss and I would can only place one more order... Sorry but you'd rather lose paying customers instead of bringing me a new one? Last time I was there, thank you I can only recommend Market 1, you even get free shots at the end of the evening!

I had a wonderful evening at Riva. The food was simply delicious – especially the #212 Salmon Fillet Hollandaise, which was seasoned to perfection. The service was outstanding; the staff was very friendly and attentive. The ambience was cozy and inviting, which made the evening even more enjoyable. I can only recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back! P.S.: There is enough parking space!

We had the pleasure of dining at Riva with our youth exchange group of 18 and it was simply amazing! The food was incredibly tasty and we all really enjoyed it. The service was extremely courteous, very quick and super friendly. They made sure we felt completely comfortable. The restaurant itself is very clean and offers a great ambience. We can only warmly recommend Riva and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We were there for the buffet breakfast on a Saturday. It's okay if you can be satisfied with the standard breakfast. The service was quite unfriendly to us and we didn't hear the word please. Example when clearing up in between: Give the plate... Cold drinks such as water or juice are not included in the price and must be paid for separately. It was also full, which makes me happy for the owner, but it was also incredibly loud so that you could only talk to the people sitting next to you.

I can't say anything about the food because I only went there to drink with my group. We just wanted to end the evening, but the 5 euro fee for card payments was crazy. I almost spent 10 euros on my coffee. That was the first but also last time I was there. Sorry, but that's not possible in the digital world where you can pay with a card. Otherwise the ladies in service were very nice but the prices were okay. You have to decide whether you want to spend that much or whether you would rather spend the money somewhere else. I'm out of there

The cocktails are delicious and beautifully presented. The service staff overall were nice and attentive. The chocolate cake I ordered with a liquid core, cherries and cream came without cherries and without a liquid core. I still had to pay for it in full.

We celebrated New Year's Eve there last night, it was a really nice evening! Very nicely decorated, tables set with a lot of love! Food was great, there was nothing that wasn't available, lots of choice. The staff was incredibly attentive and very friendly! A really beautiful fireworks display 🎆 a complete success! We can recommend it to everyone, thanks to the whole Riva team for the great start to 2025! We can only recommend it,

So we were there for breakfast 2 weeks ago. Everything was fine there. Only the boss <we were told her name is Na.> is terrible. She screamed at her staff that they were stupid and weren't doing their jobs and she went completely crazy. We were totally outraged by such behavior. Like a fury. An absolute no go. The girls really tried hard to provide service. Then we were there for Christmas lunch at lunchtime. There was Buffett. To be honest, it's a total disaster. Food was no longer hot, you had to wait for supplies, and a lot of things were totally over salted. Dessert was very small and the same as breakfast. All in all very bad. Not again at Christmas.

Decko in October is still a bit Easter-like, but it doesn't really bother you. I find the portions a bit small. But that's just my opinion.

We were here for the first time today and we were all very satisfied. There was a small but good vegan selection, there was also something delicious for the children and the service staff were super nice and accommodating. Hardly any waiting time for food and drinks on a Friday evening, which was great. There was even a sparkler for our birthday children. And we also got our forgotten pacifier. So all in all we were very pleased and would definitely come back next time we are in the area. Thank you very much for the lovely evening!

Habe mir dort einen Chili Cheeseburger bestellt, der auch zügig serviert wurde. Leider hat er mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Der Burgerpatty 🍔 war so gepresst und zäh als wäre er aus Leder hergestellt. Nachdem ich die freundliche Kellnerin darauf angesprochen hatte, meinte sie, dass ich nicht der erste Gast wäre, der sich beschwert hätte. Seit ein paar Tagen würde anderes neues Fleisch im Burger verwendet. Entgegen gekommen mit dem Preis von stolzen 15,50 € ist man mir aber nicht 🤷🏻‍♀️. Die Pommes waren gut! War nicht das erste Mal im „Riva“ essen, dafür aber jetzt das letzte Mal.

Today the service and food were, as usual, great. We were at the Riva again last Saturday and unfortunately this time it was anything but good. The food wasn't good (pizza cold and soggy, pasta drowned in sauce, vegetable casserole consisted almost entirely of potatoes). Instead of a Solero there was vodka with orange juice. The service was completely overwhelmed, even though it wasn't really busy. No cutlery was brought. As soon as we sat down we were asked what we would like to eat, even though we hadn't even received a menu until then. Unfortunately, the party that followed wasn't a hit either - it's a shame, people are actually used to better things from there. We celebrated New Year's Eve here and all I can say is: WOW! What a successful evening. It was beautifully decorated, the food was great and the service was great! Thumbs up to the entire team. It was really fantastic and atmospheric. Nice atmosphere, delicious cocktails and, fortunately, a more motivated staff. Before you had to wait forever. This has definitely improved. You can spend a few nice hours here. Today was another lovely evening with a relaxed atmosphere. The service was really good and attentive. The cocktails were, as always, great and the food was great! We attended the 80s/90s party. The atmosphere was great and the DJ knew his craft. The drink prices were completely okay. The toilets were really clean at all times! That was really a successful evening.

Sunday breakfast: the oat milk was bad. After I informed, it was replaced. Unfortunately, the quark cream also tasted sour. When I asked whether there was a discount because of the bad oat milk, the waitress simply replied that she didn't know exactly how to determine whether oat milk was still good... The ambience is nice, but since you can't be sure if the food is still good, I wouldn't go again.

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. One particular employee was extremely rude and rude to me. No communication between employees, one doesn't know what the other is doing. I understand that everyone can have a stressful day, but that should never be passed on to the customer. This behavior is unacceptable and completely ruined my visit.

I wanted to surprise my lovely wife with breakfast. That was on Saturday and I had to realize it wasn't special and we were seated behind the door and the whole thing for 33 euros - there was no extra drink included and I think that's way too expensive. I could have gone to the bakery and not paid so much.

Wow. I'm really speechless. Visited you for the first time today with a good friend. And I was also immediately pleasantly surprised by the ambience. So next the friendly staff who served us again and again throughout the evening. But the absolute killer is and was the steak! While I was eating I had to tell the waitress how delicious the steak was! Had another great Sunday morning. The buffet was very tasty and plentiful. We cannot understand the lack of service criticized by some guests, but everything was great during our visit. Maybe some people should reconsider their demands. Many companies are closing because they can't get any employees.

Went there yesterday for my sister's birthday with a group of 10 people. We had reserved, but were then split between two tables and waited two hours for the food, only for my sister to get the wrong dish. The portion was also super small. Great birthday evening! We then waited another 45 minutes for the bill. The chefs really have a problem, so I wouldn't recommend Riva at peak times and not really for food either.
