Ordered an appetizer platter. Unfortunately, Vitello Tonato ended up on the plate instead of the beef carpaccio - I don't like tuna. There was definitely nothing by Vitello Tonato on the menu either. So the plate went back untouched. The new plate with the carpaccio also came back very quickly - unfortunately not a fresh plate, as you could clearly taste the fish flavor in the beef carpaccio. Mistakes happen, but it's not easy to just serve the same plate.

The location and atmosphere are fantastic, and most of the food is also very good. I only have to complain a little about the service. It is possible that a shortage of (skilled) workers is the problem here. We've been there twice, and both times the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed as soon as some guests arrived. This makes you wait a long time. In addition, two dishes and various drinks were forgotten. But we'd love to come back again.

Relatively slow service but very friendly. Unfortunately, the food is relatively mediocre, especially compared to the price. The first time we had gnocchi in sage and butter. The sauce was quite a lot and more watery than butter. The second time we had grilled salmon. The side dishes were super fresh and very tasty. The salmon was undercooked and dripping with fat. It didn't seem like it came from the grill... so all in one: very nice atmosphere but unfortunately not recommended.

Today we were almost thrown out at 5 p.m. when the restaurant was almost empty because we just wanted something to drink! Very unfriendly service! We were there in winter and the food was good. After that it just went downhill. That's such a pity. It's very nice to sit, especially outdoors by the lake, but the food is catastrophic.

Beautiful location by the lake, staff friendly us quickly, but we had to ask for bread with the salad, as well as oil, salt and pepper etc. Food, well, cold pizza, very small salad for €12 - 3 cherry tomatoes, a few leaves of rocket and something Parmesan... the size of a side salad.

Neue Bewirtschaftung… Ich dachte probiere ich mal aus… hatte im Vorfeld ja indirekt unterstützt… was dort nicht bekannt war…. Leider muss ich sagen…. Es war der Horror … Ich ging an Krücken.. am Eingang hab ich gefragt ob ich die Location mit Klapprad betreten darf da das für mich einfacher war… und das ok bekommen habe…. woraufhin sich eine männliche Bedienung sehr lautstark aufgeregt hat wieso ich das Rad mitnehme… es war ja gar nicht offensichtlich… ich habe daraufhin darum gebeten nicht von diesem Kellner bedient zu werden… der dann alle instruiert hat und gar nicht zu bedienen wir haben fast eine Stunde gesessen ohne Getränke bestellen zu dürfen und haben dann die Location verlassen…. Habe lang überlegt ob ich überhaupt eine Bewertung schreiben soll… aber ja definitiv… habe selbst sehr lange in der Gastronomie gearbeitet war Hotelmanager und finde so ein Verhalten schädlich egal wer woher und warum…

The restaurant has an idyllic location on Lake Falkenhagen, Falkensee, and is ideal for a visit with family and good friends or for a candlelight dinner for two. However, you don't come here by chance; So the restaurant has to live off its ambience and its good reputation if it wants to survive. This hasn't always worked in the past. For some time now, a new “Italian” has taken over here, who has also renovated the outdoor areas, so that the seating here is now very well maintained: very quiet, with a view of the lake, unconfined thanks to the generous table arrangement and seating, shaded by parasols and large trees and facing east Wind with a pleasantly light sea breeze around your nose. The service is friendly and attentive. The menu offers something for all tastes including pizza, but is not overloaded with dishes, which I rate positively. When we were there, there was also a daily menu with around 6 dishes. The prices seemed reasonable to us, with a slightly higher standard, but not overpriced. We ordered bruschetta, three different pasta dishes and tiramisu. Bread and olives arrived as appetizers without being asked and without being charged. Although the waiting time was rather short, everything seemed to be freshly prepared and was presented in a visually appealing way. Everything tasted very good, definitely nothing to complain about. Tiramisu very rich and freshly made as if it had just been made. A full recommendation from me - and keep it up!

The operator goes to great lengths to keep the facility clean and inviting, and it shows immediately. I was particularly impressed by the pedal boats, which are in excellent condition - a significant improvement on previous operators. Since the lake is so beautiful, it would be a great idea to also offer supboards for rent. This would certainly attract even more guests and give the outdoor café additional oomph. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They even offer their service outside of regular opening hours in the morning. A big compliment to the entire team – you feel completely at home here! Keep it up!

After the restaurant reopened under new management, we were hoping that something would change in terms of service. But to our disappointment the service continues to be a huge disaster. There is no structure, the cellars are not divided into stations, they run all over the place and don't know the table numbers by heart. The food you ordered is carried past you and gets cold in time. Then half of the table still doesn't have any food because it isn't served at the same time. We definitely won't eat there anymore. It can still be so beautiful at the lake.

We enjoyed our stay in family surroundings with a wonderful view of the lake. The buffet-style food was finely prepared and very tasty. Organizationally, everything worked as agreed, very flexible in terms of time management. Thank you very much!

A really nice restaurant with lovely staff and great food. There is even a pedal boat rental as the restaurant is right on the lake, as well as a small playground on site. We would love to come back and look forward to our next visit! On sunny days and weekends you should reserve in advance. 😊

Nice view, but bruschetta burnt, salad slightly dried out. Waiters overwhelmed, noodles at the level of a mediocre delivery service. Seats in the restaurant were not released. Unfortunately there were no seat cushions, but the chairs were dirty. Despite asking, there was no bread and the parmesan, which was also requested, was given after we had finished eating. Maybe the staff was just having a bad day. But first we will try all the other Italian restaurants in Falkensee.

1 star for the ambience at the lake. The rest can be folded. Unfriendly to very confident waiters. Food wasn't hot. When we asked for the menu again, the waiter felt compelled to recite all the desserts off the top of his head. The menu would have been more helpful...so no dessert. It took a long time until someone came to pay. Nobody cared whether everything was okay with us in the meantime. It wasn't full and n.m.V. sufficient staff present. The card reader refused to work at several tables. There was no notice at the entrance that card payment was not possible. It's easier with the tax authorities with cash... Attention: Tips, if justified at all, can only be given as a percentage when paying by card... simply rounding up is no longer possible. Nice location...next time at the snack bar next door.

We have already been to the restaurant twice and unfortunately we cannot agree with the good reviews. Each time we had to wait longer than average for the food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The waiter didn't even come by without being asked to ask if anyone else wanted to order anything. We had reserved. A table for 6 people. When we arrived, the waitress started looking for a free table. So nothing prepared! Then the menu came, which was very clear, and the wait began. After 15 minutes we asked again whether we would be served.... The answer was "someone is coming soon".... and the waiting continued. After another 15 minutes, to our astonishment, the neighboring table was cashed. Priorities set clearly?! We complained about the service again and left. We would have liked to eat something, but unfortunately it took a long time until someone finally brought the menu and then it took so long until someone wanted to take the order that we left after a total of 20 minutes. And: It wasn't particularly crowded, there were at least two waiters walking around, but unfortunately we felt completely ignored. The welcome was also rather reserved. I think that was it then.

Villa Al Porto is a wonderful restaurant in Falkensee, right on the shore of Lake Falkenhagen. Not only was the food of high quality, but the service was also extremely nice and courteous. The tomato soup and tagliatelle were delicious and freshly made. We will definitely come back and can only recommend this hidden gem.

Unfortunately service was bad, food was okay. Waiter friendly but unreliable: order was brought incorrectly and not corrected. In addition, everyone was somehow confused and ran around mindlessly. I ordered asparagus with hollandaise sauce, but instead of hollandaise sauce I got Parma ham. Even after asking, the waiter never came back and didn't bring them anymore. My partner's gnocchi was too salty. My partner also got his food 20 minutes before me, so I was allowed to watch until he was finished and then my food came at some point. I wouldn't eat there again, but the coffee was great and you can sit there well, so it's definitely ok for drinking coffee.

Curious about the new “Al Porto” on Lake Falkenhagen We (4 people) visited the restaurant based on a report in “Our Havelland”. The indoor and outdoor areas were very well maintained. The food was very tasty and the service was really nice. We felt completely comfortable.

The saleswoman couldn't speak German, the ice cream ball is so small that it disappears into the ice cream cone and for 1.80 euros, 6 flavors of ice cream that also tasted good when dressed. Conclusion, never again. Then it's better to walk to the kiosk about 100m away where you have a huge selection and large balls.

Exceptionally nice reception. I spontaneously went there with my daughter and would love to come back. Price performance is right. Super great nice service. We really had nothing to complain about. The portions were mega 🤩

I celebrated my 70th birthday there today on April 6th, 2024. All of my 40 guests and I were very satisfied with the ambience, the food and the professional service. The prices are moderate according to the quality. The toilets are clean and well maintained. Ample parking nearby. Everything completely perfect. I will gladly come again.

First the positive: regardless of the owner, the restaurant is in a wonderful location. Right on the lake, simply beautiful. The service was very friendly. 100% more comfortable than the previous owner. Regarding the food: unfortunately it failed for us. We had bruschetta, mixed salad, pizza margherita and spaghetti aglio olio. Bruschetta was: lots of chopped onions with a few tomatoes. Salad was ok, dressing too sweet. The spaghetti was extremely soaked in oil and tasted average. The pizza didn't taste particularly good: thin, rubbery dough. No fresh basil or anything like that. Conclusion: great location, nice staff. But unfortunately no repeat.

When the weather is nice, we have been visiting the Ristorante for a long time with a wonderful view right on the lake. We were very satisfied with the nice service and the very good pasta and would be happy to come back.

The dishes are delicious and varied. A visit is even more worthwhile in warm weather, as tables are available right by the lake and there is always a breeze. Old text for the opening: The staff becomes more attentive and attuned to each other with each visit. In the first week, paying took almost as long as the meal itself.

The best thing I've experienced so far, it's really spontaneous and the lake has awakened me. I'm very excited about it. I ate a stake that was awesome, very friendly. It's nice that there was interest in opening a new restaurant in this beautiful place after Corona and a possible lack of staff! Very nice colors, lots of places inside and outside. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We had pizza and salad. The salad dressing was too sweet for me. This is of course a matter of taste. Maybe the waitress should ask beforehand what dressing the guests would like the salad with. Unfortunately, the pizza was only "middle class" in terms of preparation, but overall it was unfortunately not appropriate for the higher price. The dough is not optimal, the tomato sauce e.g. B. not of sufficient quality! The operators and the chef should try pizzas in other restaurants. This can be done better! Dealing with some criticism can still be improved a bit. The waitress still bought a schnapps on the house (very nice!! and useful if you want regular guests!!), but the guests probably don't want to hear answers like "no one has complained for 3 months". Overall, very nice, but there is still room for improvement when it comes to eating!

Sehr gepflegtes Restaurant mit viel Platz hier kann man super mit vielen Personen essen gehen. Außerdem kann man direkt am See spazieren gehen, was auch im Winter wunderschön ist. Wir liefen zum Steg und haben ein wenig das Wasser beobachtet. Allgemein ein wunderschönes Restaurant und echt spitze Essen. Ambiente ist sehr angenehm und die Mitarbeiter enorm zuvorkommend und freundlich. Super lecker und Preisleistung sehr angemessen. Hier findet jeder seinen Geschmack ob Vegan, Vegetarisch oder Fleischliebhaber. Jedes mal wieder ein Vergnügung. Danke für den tollen Service und das leckere Essen. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder. 🥂

Das Villa Al Porto ist ein gemütliches Restaurant, mit einem schönen Ambiente und einem tollen Außenbereich direkt am See. Die Karte ist nicht zu voll und schön übersichtlich. Es ist sowohl für Vegetarier, Veganer als auch für Fleischliebhaber etwas dabei. Die Zutaten sind explizit genannt und wenn gewollt, auch extra Wünsche zugelassen. Die Vorspeise hat uns echt überzeugt und war richtig lecker. Von den Portionen her war es genau richtig, sodass man nicht zu überfressen war. Die Hauptspeise hat genau so überzeugt wie die Vorspeise. Mit Liebe angerichtet und serviert. Das Scharf auf der Karte hält auch was es verspricht. Getränke waren sehr gut, sowohl die Softdrinks als auch die Cocktails. Die Bedienung war kompetent, freundlich und schnell. Dieses Restaurant werden wir liebend gerne wieder besuchen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das beste was ich habe erlebt das wahr hammer Essen, hab Scampi all forno gegessen so gut in meine leben gegessen, ju pershendes.

Nach dem erneuten Betreiberwechsel zum zweiten Mal das Restaurant besucht und die Veränderungen sind sehr positiv zu bewerten. Der Service war beide Male hervorragend, sehr freundlich, umsichtig und auf den Gast ausgerichtet. Das Essen war geschmacklich gut, auf der Pizza war ordentlich Belag, beim Rindersteak wäre es schön, wenn man den Gast noch nach dem Gargrad fragen würde. Das war der einzige Minuspunkt. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Bitte weiter so, in der Hoffnung, daß sich das Restaurant auch in den Wintermonaten füllt.

Wir hatten unsere Taufgemeinschaft zum Essen angemeldet. Per Telefon und per Email. Am Vortag noch mal telefonisch gefragt, ob alles ok ist. Wir dachten: das ist alles eingetütet. Am Tag der Taufe stehen wir mit 25 Gästen vor der Tür und nichts ist vorbereitet. Keine Festtafel, keine reduzierte Karte… nix. Und dann die Ansage: keine Kartenzahlung heute. Alles wurde dann ordentlich improvisiert. Als ich darum bat, eine Rechnung zu erhalten, ging die Kasse dann auf einmal doch. Sollte da der alte Gastro-Bar-Zahlungstrick abgezogen werden? Finanzamt lässt grüßen…. Keine Ahnung. War jedenfalls sehr merkwürdig. Und die WCs waren allesamt so dreckig, dass wir ums putzen bitten mussten. Essen gute solide Nummer. Aber in den Laden gehen wir nicht noch mal.

Mahmoud aus Nauen hat das Restaurant übernommen und wunderschön gestaltet. Das Essen und der Service sind so hervorragend, wie wir es von ihm gewohnt sind! Große Empfehlung!

Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und aufmerksam dabei nicht drängend bedient. Das Essen, von Thunfischpizza, Spagetti Carbonara bis Carpaccio vom Kalb, hat allen von gut bis sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Ambiente sehr schön, lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein. Vielen Dank!!! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!!!

Essen war lecker. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Ambiente ist sehr gut. Wir hatten einen Tisch am See mit einem schönen Ausblick übers Wasser. Wir waren mit sechs Personen hier und haben unser Essen alle zur gleichen Zeit erhalten, was nicht überall klappt. Werden bestimmt wieder mal vorbei kommen.

Der Außenbereich ist nicht sehr gepflegt, es gibt einen hübschen Brunnen der gesäubert werden müsste und auch die Grünflächen sind überwuchert von Unkraut oder vertrocknet. Man sitzt sehr schön am Wasser. Das Essen war gut und die Bedienung in Ordnung.

Eine große Sommerterrasse direkt am Falkenhagener See lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Essen ist erstaunlich gut, der Service perfekt. Auch große Familienfeiern im Restaurant oder draußen sind hier möglich. Wer Tretboot fahren möchte, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Und übrigens: Das Eis im angeschlossenen Eiscafé ist köstlich. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Wir kommen immer wieder gern hierher, es gibt einen großen Kinderspielplatz, ein schöner Spaziergang am See sorgt für totale Entspannung. 5 Sterne für alles !!!

Das Restaurant in Falkensee mit der besten Lage- direkt am See. Durch die neuen Inhaber wirklich gut saniert. Aber leider hat man nur in die Immobilie investiert. Es wäre schön gewesen einen Koch einzustellen, der sein Handwerk auch versteht. Der Blick in die Speisekarte ließ schon schlimmes erahnen. Dutzende von Gerichten. Masse statt Klasse. Und so kam es auch. Kalte Teller, lauwarme Speisen, die Qualität der Speisen - nur befriedigend. Die Inhaber sollten dringend mal Italien besuchen. Dort empfangen den Gast schön eingedeckte Tische, hier im Aussenbereich leider nur billige Plastikmöbel. Einladend sieht anders aus. Mit tut die Bedienung leid, die leider die Kritiken entgegen nehmen muß. Ich hoffe das die Inhaber schnell an der Verbesserung der Qualität arbeiten.

Es wäre schön gewesen einen Koch einzustellen, der sein Handwerk auch versteht. Der Blick in die Speisekarte ließ schon schlimmes erahnen. Dutzende von Gerichten. Masse statt Klasse. Und so kam es auch. Kalte Teller, lauwarme Speisen, die Qualität der Speisen - nur befriedigend. Die Inhaber sollten dringend mal Italien besuchen. Dort empfangen den Gast schön eingedeckte Tische, hier im Aussenbereich leider nur billige Plastikmöbel. Einladend sieht anders aus. Mit tut die Bedienung leid, die leider die Kritiken entgegen nehmen muß. Ich hoffe das die Inhaber schnell an der Verbesserung der Qualität arbeiten.

Dieses Restaurant unter neuer Leitung hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, sehr gepflegtes Ambiente mit Blick auf den See, toller Service und alle Speisen zu unser aller Zufriedenheit. Tartufo als Dessert die Krönung. Alles sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder.
