The pasta was one of the best I've ever eaten. The tiramisu too. The waiters can see immediately when someone needs something and are therefore very accommodating. I'll definitely be back!

We stayed one night in Neu Isenburg/ Frankfurt. Looking for somewhere to eat we found this little gem. Best Italian meal I had for a long time . So authentic. Great service. Admittedly a big pricey.

Quite good. Only if you are in the north car park should you be prepared for a longer waiting time at the ticket machine. Unfortunately there is only one.

We had our symposium for architects, engineers and planners in the Huguenot Hall in Neu-Isenburg. The Tonino restaurant served as a caterer here. We were really impressed with the quality of the Italian food that was served. The dishes were simply delicious and prepared with great attention to detail. The staff was also extremely professional and attentive. We can only warmly recommend Tonino as a caterer! We also ate at the Tonino restaurant the evening before with a large number of people and were completely impressed by the service and the really good Italian food. You felt like you were in Italy!!! Very happy again!

We went to this restaurant for dinner today. I have to say I have never experienced such poor customer service. The food was middle class at best, the starters weren't very tasty, the pasta was lukewarm, which we still put up with (even though it wasn't acceptable at that price level), but what came next was a blast... the fish we ordered (€32.50) was so inedible that we had to eat it let it go back with a fork. Our complaint was not addressed at all and the fish ended up on the bill. When we asked whether this was the right way to deal with a dissatisfied customer, the waiter referred us to the boss, who insisted that we pay for the fish. When we insisted that he explain his opinion to us at the table, he became so arrogant that I soon burst my collar. "He would have 300 guests every day and 40 years of experience, he would know what tastes good and what doesn't." If we need it, he gives us the fish... He can insist that the fish has to be paid for. According to the motto, he has the upper hand and we have no idea about food. All I can say is that we have that very well and have enough experience. You don't behave like that with customers and especially not when there is enough better competition in the same place ;-) we definitely won't be coming back. But luckily he has 300 other guests every day ;-)

Great Italian with great service. The food tasted excellent, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere on the terrace was, typically Italian, very pleasant. The prices are generally relatively high, but the very good quality justifies them.

It's nice to sit on the terrace and the food is pretty good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired despite what feels like 10 waiters. We had the misfortune of being served by a somewhat grumpy waiter who reacted somewhat rudely to some questions and orders. However, we liked the greeting from the kitchen, bread and pizza bread with olives and spread, and the nightcap at the end. We will come back, everyone can have a bad day.

We found this Italian restaurant by accident. It was around two o'clock in the afternoon, but there were still a group of well-dressed but very friendly old ladies still gathering and chatting. The service staff here all have some qualifications and are also funny. They were happy and the overall atmosphere was quite harmonious. The service is professional and courteous, and the free bread is not casual at all. It's better than any restaurant I've been to in Italy. The seafood pasta and the recommended bone-in beef short ribs of the day are endlessly memorable. We didn't have enough time otherwise we would definitely visit again. Highly recommended 👍

We ordered a bottle of water for €7.50 (a maximum bottle price of €2, by the way) and when we complained about the taste, our complaint was simply rejected. It was probably just that one bottle (possibly a production error or incorrect storage), but there were two of us and we both thought that the water didn't taste right - the staff flatly rejected this and we had to pay. €7.50 for undrinkable water. I don't like being treated like that and that's why I won't be coming back.

We decided to celebrate our anniversaries (2 couples) here because of the vicinity near another event which we attended prior to dinner. Although the restaurant told us that they would be closing earlier than usual because of the holiday menu the next two days, everyone took their time and made us feel welcome. The staff is very friendly, attentive and has a good sense of humor. The menu has a nice selection and our guests could choose a dish to their liking. Meat lovers and vegetarians, everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Of course Tiramisu shouldn’t fail in an Italian restaurant, however since it was the last day of regular business there were not enough servings. As an alternative the waiter recommended Mango Tiramisu. Wow! What a dream. All in all a memorable experience. The way special occasions should be celebrated.

Mittagstisch, Das beste war das Baguette mit Tomaten. Der Salat hatte zu viel Öl, das Beef Stroganoff lauwarm und der Nachtisch zu süß. Die Preise dafür sind zu hoch. Wir werden dort nicht mehr essen.

Large and very comfortable place, the waiters are friendly and put you at ease. We ordered carbonara, but it didn't meet expectations, a butter pasta with bacon, which is a shame. Calabrian pasta, a very normal pasta with cherry tomatoes. The linguine with seafood is good, the bread is good, and the parmigiana is good. So some positive notes and some less so.

A famous Italian restaurant in Neusen. It feels like a neighborhood restaurant where older people gather and some people eat alone, but it has an old-fashioned atmosphere and a cozy atmosphere. The menu is diverse, and they recommend menus based on the ingredients that are good each day, which are also delicious. The staff are kind and friendly. Although it's not so delicious that it makes your pupils dilate, it's more than basic and the portions are plentiful so that you don't miss out on anything on the menu. Above all, the wine prices are reasonable, so it is good for mariage.

We were there again yesterday. As always, it was a really nice evening. Pleasure for the senses and the palate at its finest. The atmosphere to feel good. Wine tasting was also awesome. Highly recommended and always an experience. Worth every euro. We are already looking forward to the next event ;)

The meals were excellent. Bread and butter were served beforehand, which were also very tasty. Only the entrance through a tent was a bit strange and not appropriate.

The restaurant is very different: You can't argue with the ambience, it's very classic here, some would say homely. The pizzas had delicious toppings and tasted good. What is not possible, however, is that the water bottle with expensive Italian sparkling water was brought to the table already opened. Please never do that again!!! Well, and the service could be a little more normal!

We had a pizza Margherita with mozzarella, the dough was extremely tasty, especially the edge of the pizza was crispy and the dough was really fluffy and light and we had a plate of pasta on the recommendation of the friendly waiter Momo, namely Pacccheri con Gamberoni Royal and cocktail tomatoes... a Poem☺️👌🏼The service is great as always, the waiters, especially Momo and Amedeo, are very accommodating and are happy to have a short but nice conversation and you immediately feel like you are in Bella Italia 😍 Gracie to the entire Ristorante Tonino team .

I thought about writing something for a long time but we are really disappointed with the service and food. At the beginning we were served very nicely, but when we only ordered water and spritzer it was over. We were neither asked if we wanted anything to drink nor if we would like dessert. There was a small side table on the side where used plates or pots were placed or slammed on. The food itself was way too overpriced, poorly seasoned and very plain. Had pasta mista (a tortellini, small round noodle without any taste and some lasagne for €19.80) Unfortunately we won't be coming anymore

The restaurant lives from its good name. But that was it. Too many dishes on the menu. Accordingly, the taste quality is average at best. Staff rather rude. Free delivery in advance, only if the order is expensive enough. Certainly the last time there.

Very nice and professional staff, unfortunately the food was terrible (lasagna): 1. Too much lasagna sheets with very little sauce 2. Not freshly prepared but warmed up, so the food was very cold in the middle.

Very good. This really makes eating fun. Great quality of the food. Good preparation and implementation on the plate. Service staff very competent and friendly Wine service was a bit neglected that evening but it was very busy. I'd be happy not to do it again on a public holiday, it'll definitely be even better. A compliment to the Signora of the house...the Torrone is heavenly...👏👏👏. Wine and grappa selection is pretty good. Highly recommended if someone wants to visit a better restaurant Grace 👌

Ein Restaurant was heutzutage selten so zu finden ist. So charmant oldschool..80er/90er Jahre holen einen ein und man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl (bin 70er Jahrgang). Gestärkte Stofftischdecken und Servietten...alles sehr stilvoll mit einer Prise Kitsch. Das Essen ist erstklassig...wir wählten das Menü und waren restlos begeistert. Erwartet nichts Modernes, Cooles oder Hippes...aber auf ein sehr angenehmes Ambiete mit Nostalgie und top Essen könnt ihr euch freuen. Ein Original...immer wieder gerne :-)

Wir waren mit Freunden zum ersten Mal im Ristorante Torino. Der freundliche und aufmerksame Service hat uns beeindruckt. Die Tagliatelle mit Parmesansauce und Sommertrüffel von der Tageskarte waren sehr lecker, die Nudeln waren jedoch schon mehr als al dente gekocht. Die Einrichtung muss man mögen, wir bevorzugen eher einen modernen Stil.

Empfehlenswertes Lokal im etwas gehobenen Preissegment. Unser Essen war alles top, geschmacklich und auch die Portionen sind ausreichend. Mit Vorspeise ist eine Nachspeise eine Herausforderung ;) Sehr nettes Personal. Alles ging immer flott und auch Sonderwünsche stellen kein Problem dar. Parken etwas schwierig. Scheinbar nur auf der Straße. Am besten in einer Seitenstraße.
