Ideal für einen Espresso und Tiramisu als kleine Belohnung für Zwischendurch auch wenn man nicht so viel Zeit hat. Einfach lecker und Service wie man es beim Italiener gewohnt ist. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Leider wird man hier als "neuer Gast" gerne übersehen. Die Stammgäste werden umgarnt, sofort bedient und es wird häufig nachgefragt ob noch etwas benötigt wird. Ich war mit meiner Freundin das erste Mal, vor einer Veranstaltung in der Hugenottenhalle, dort. Die Nudeln aus dem käselaib waren verkocht und etwas salzig. Das Schnitzel mit Spargel war leider nicht heiß. Der Service sollte gerade bei Neukunden besser sein. Bei den gehobereren Preisen erwarte ich auch den entsprechenden Service

Gehört zu unseren Lieblingsrestaurants. Qualitativ sehr gutes Essen auch für besondere Anlässe. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und sofort gab es einen extra Wassernapf für den Hund. Auch ein Tisch gab es mit ausreichend Platz, dass der Hund nicht im Weg liegen musste. Wir fahren extra 20 km um hier zu essen. Die Kalbsleber war super zart und die Gnocchi mit Lachs sehr lecker. Auch die Pizzen sind immer ein Genuss. Vielen Dank.

Wir waren im Neu-Isenburg Zentrum und haben im Anschluss Pizza essen wollen. Das Restaurant ist – typisch für viele italienische Restaurants – sehr eng bestuhlt. Die Einrichtung ist recht altmodisch und dunkel, aber zumindest auf den 1. Blick gepflegt und man scheint auf der Karte eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten zu haben. Es waren minds. 4 Kellner*innen vor Ort, welche allerdings deutliche Unterschiede in der Serviceleistung und Freundlichkeit gezeigt haben. Zum Essen: Wir hatten mit Abstand die schlechtesten Pizzen, die wir bisher gegessen haben. Bis auf den dünnen Rand einfach nur matschig und ungenießbar. Auf die Frage des Kellners, ob alles ok war, weil wir so viel auf dem Teller haben liegen lassen, haben wir eine ehrliche Rückmeldung gegeben, dass die Pizzen nicht wirklich lecker und sehr matschig waren. Das hat dieser völlig regungslos und ohne ein Wort des Bedauerns zur Kenntnis genommen, und hat auch danach keinerlei Reaktion gezeigt, die angemessen gewesen wäre. Für uns garantiert der letzte Besuch in diesem Restaurant und absolut keine Weiterempfehlung.

Ich war mit einigen Gästen aus Übersee zum Mittagessen dort. Ich habe mir etwas Besonderes gegönnt und die Trüffelpasta bestellt. Die Präsentation, bei der der Käse direkt vor unseren Augen untergemischt wurde, weckte hohe Erwartungen. Geschmacklich war die Pasta allerdings nicht al dente, sondern eher weich, wie man es von deutschen Körnern kennt. Das Trüffelaroma war zwar präsent, der Pfeffergeschmack jedoch etwas dezent. Trotzdem war sie natürlich köstlich. Die Atmosphäre und der Service waren ruhig und angenehm. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich die Pasta gerne al dente bestellen. Vielen Dank für das Essen!

Wir haben bei Tonino einen wunderbaren Abend verbracht, wie schon so oft. Der Service ist einfach nur grandios und die Begrüßung sehr freundlich. Die angebotenen Speisen und Getränke sind von herausragender Qualität und total lecker. Die Kosten sind teilweise etwas höher, aber die Qualität rechtfertigt den Preis. Wir haben auch bereits größere Feiern bei Tonino gefeiert und waren auch da außerordentlich zufrieden.

We were there on September 21st, 2:25 p.m. We only come three times a year. The service on Sunday was the worst. The nine meals didn't arrive at the same time, and the children were last to get theirs. Before, every time we left, a server brought us our jackets. This time, three employees stood around and didn't help. 😒😒😒

To start, a warm welcome from the kitchen. The homemade pasta mista for €19.50 was delicious. The pizza with ham and mushrooms for €12.50 was solidly good. Service was also good. Given the selection of Italian restaurants in Neu-Isenburg, it's certainly a good option (albeit rather expensive).

Top-notch food, top-notch service, top-notch ambiance. It was our first time there and we'll definitely be back. The slightly higher prices were definitely worth it. Above all, the service was exceptionally good.

There were five of us there today. We ordered various dishes, including pizza and three different pasta dishes. The pasta I ordered—paccheri with white wine and calamari—unfortunately only tasted of stock cubes. The waiter asked the kitchen, but the only response was, "The chef always does it that way." I can imagine the conversation in the kitchen... A good chef personally comes to the table if there are complaints. But no one came to us, even though several employees walked past the table and clearly saw that I hadn't eaten the pasta. Nevertheless, I was charged for the meal, and I have to be honest: both the food and the service were disappointing in quality. When a restaurant presents a menu that looks like a book, it's usually not a good sign—you can't assume the products are fresh and high-quality. There are people who call themselves "chefs" but can't cook, and their dishes look like they did in the 1980s: cheap bread, poor-quality herb butter, bad olives... We left without really eating – and we probably won't be coming back.

We happened upon this place yesterday while looking for a quick snack: We ordered two pasta dishes from the daily specials, accompanied by a glass of wine, and enjoyed friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. We weren't expecting much, but we were rewarded with fantastic food, truly amazing! The ambiance is a bit classic, but the seating is comfortable.

We had a birthday party for my mother (90). Everything was beautifully arranged, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and plentiful. Many thanks to the entire team.

We ate there for the first time in a long time and I have to say that I was very disappointed. The service wasn't great, which doesn't mean that the staff weren't friendly - quite the opposite. But the food wasn't that good. My wife would have liked parmesan cheese, but unfortunately it didn't arrive and the pizza was very soft. The olives and butter were taken from the table after 10 minutes without us asking. The prices have gone up quite a bit, which is fine, but PLEASE adjust the service and the food accordingly. Sorry, it's not my style to write things like this, but since I knew things differently, I felt the need to.

Great food in a beautiful setting; they also have oysters, lobster, and lots of good fish, but even the inexpensive Bolognese is fantastic. It's also very reasonably priced... a restaurant like this is really hard to find!

On May 16, 2025, I entered this restaurant for the first time on the occasion of a funeral. I wasn't expecting much, but the service was attentive, friendly, and always available. ... À la carte dining for approximately 25 people. The daily special that my table neighbor chose—breaded plaice with homemade potato salad—was, well, not exactly convincing. It proved once again that one should choose appropriate dishes when dining at an Italian restaurant. ... The revelation, and definitely the best "Spaghetti alle scoglio" (seafood), was by far the best I have ever eaten. Mussels, clams, and a giant scampi together with squid, octopus, and other seafood. Divine. Thank you for that. Even though it's 54 km away, we will meet again. Gracie mille.

The three of us visited the restaurant on Friday lunchtime without a reservation. We received a friendly welcome, the food was of absolutely high quality and the atmosphere is very inviting. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much!

Tonino is Neu Isenburgs answer to the German obsession of having a favourite "Italiener" in their town. Which I got a taste of during a layover in Frankfurt. It is an authentic Italian restaurant, run by Italians that misses the sweet spot of the great Italian taste by about 2 points. But still the best in town, as I was told. The best dish was the tiramisu. It wasn't fresh but it tasted wonderful without the lingering sweetness of excessive sugar.

Perfect! This is what an upscale Italian restaurant should be. The food and service are both top-notch.

Wir waren die Woche mit Freunden dort. Der Service war sehr freundlich . Das Ambiente ist ganz in Ordnung. Einer meiner Freunde hatte einen gemischten Salat bestellt und vorab nicht in die Karte geschaut. Der Salat, serviert auf einem kleinen Teller mit grünem Salat, Karotten, Gurke, Tomate und etwas Zwiebel war wenig gemischt und dafür aber sehr teuer. Der gemischte Salat (auf keinen Fall bestellen) kostete 13.50 Euro. Er war noch keine 5 Euro wert. Ansonsten war das Essen eher mittelmäßig. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Charging €4.50 for a small portion of fries at a children's carnival, or €2.50 for a 0.2 liter of Azur water when a whole bottle costs 9 cents, is outrageous! For this reason alone, we won't be visiting the restaurant again! And we hope many more will do the same! Mind you, this is self-service in the hall next door! Not in the restaurant!

We stayed one night in Neu Isenburg/ Frankfurt. Looking for somewhere to eat we found this little gem. Best Italian meal I had for a long time . So authentic. Great service. Admittedly a big pricey.

Quite good. Only if you are in the north car park should you be prepared for a longer waiting time at the ticket machine. Unfortunately there is only one.

We had our symposium for architects, engineers and planners in the Huguenot Hall in Neu-Isenburg. The Tonino restaurant served as a caterer here. We were really impressed with the quality of the Italian food that was served. The dishes were simply delicious and prepared with great attention to detail. The staff was also extremely professional and attentive. We can only warmly recommend Tonino as a caterer! We also ate at the Tonino restaurant the evening before with a large number of people and were completely impressed by the service and the really good Italian food. You felt like you were in Italy!!! Very happy again!

We went to this restaurant for dinner today. I have to say I have never experienced such poor customer service. The food was middle class at best, the starters weren't very tasty, the pasta was lukewarm, which we still put up with (even though it wasn't acceptable at that price level), but what came next was a blast... the fish we ordered (€32.50) was so inedible that we had to eat it let it go back with a fork. Our complaint was not addressed at all and the fish ended up on the bill. When we asked whether this was the right way to deal with a dissatisfied customer, the waiter referred us to the boss, who insisted that we pay for the fish. When we insisted that he explain his opinion to us at the table, he became so arrogant that I soon burst my collar. "He would have 300 guests every day and 40 years of experience, he would know what tastes good and what doesn't." If we need it, he gives us the fish... He can insist that the fish has to be paid for. According to the motto, he has the upper hand and we have no idea about food. All I can say is that we have that very well and have enough experience. You don't behave like that with customers and especially not when there is enough better competition in the same place ;-) we definitely won't be coming back. But luckily he has 300 other guests every day ;-)

Great Italian with great service. The food tasted excellent, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere on the terrace was, typically Italian, very pleasant. The prices are generally relatively high, but the very good quality justifies them.

It's nice to sit on the terrace and the food is pretty good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired despite what feels like 10 waiters. We had the misfortune of being served by a somewhat grumpy waiter who reacted somewhat rudely to some questions and orders. However, we liked the greeting from the kitchen, bread and pizza bread with olives and spread, and the nightcap at the end. We will come back, everyone can have a bad day.

We found this Italian restaurant by accident. It was around two o'clock in the afternoon, but there were still a group of well-dressed but very friendly old ladies still gathering and chatting. The service staff here all have some qualifications and are also funny. They were happy and the overall atmosphere was quite harmonious. The service is professional and courteous, and the free bread is not casual at all. It's better than any restaurant I've been to in Italy. The seafood pasta and the recommended bone-in beef short ribs of the day are endlessly memorable. We didn't have enough time otherwise we would definitely visit again. Highly recommended 👍

We ordered a bottle of water for €7.50 (a maximum bottle price of €2, by the way) and when we complained about the taste, our complaint was simply rejected. It was probably just that one bottle (possibly a production error or incorrect storage), but there were two of us and we both thought that the water didn't taste right - the staff flatly rejected this and we had to pay. €7.50 for undrinkable water. I don't like being treated like that and that's why I won't be coming back.

We decided to celebrate our anniversaries (2 couples) here because of the vicinity near another event which we attended prior to dinner. Although the restaurant told us that they would be closing earlier than usual because of the holiday menu the next two days, everyone took their time and made us feel welcome. The staff is very friendly, attentive and has a good sense of humor. The menu has a nice selection and our guests could choose a dish to their liking. Meat lovers and vegetarians, everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Of course Tiramisu shouldn’t fail in an Italian restaurant, however since it was the last day of regular business there were not enough servings. As an alternative the waiter recommended Mango Tiramisu. Wow! What a dream. All in all a memorable experience. The way special occasions should be celebrated.

Mittagstisch, Das beste war das Baguette mit Tomaten. Der Salat hatte zu viel Öl, das Beef Stroganoff lauwarm und der Nachtisch zu süß. Die Preise dafür sind zu hoch. Wir werden dort nicht mehr essen.

Large and very comfortable place, the waiters are friendly and put you at ease. We ordered carbonara, but it didn't meet expectations, a butter pasta with bacon, which is a shame. Calabrian pasta, a very normal pasta with cherry tomatoes. The linguine with seafood is good, the bread is good, and the parmigiana is good. So some positive notes and some less so.

The delicious food and the very friendly and attentive staff made our evening a wonderful one. Thank you very much for that!
