Ristorante Salvini in Korntal-Münchingen

I'm always there with my girls, the staff already knows that we always drink Aperol - we don't even have to say anything anymore :) The food is always good and the portions are great :) The atmosphere is really great A real asset for Korntal.

As a tourist from Czech republic my standards for cousine are high. When my german friends said that they know a good restaurant I was thrilled do go! OH MY GOD this was DISGUSTING and EXPENSIVE. For a dinner of 4 we have paid 300€!! Wine was cheap and portions were small. I have ordered the gnocchi that was alright but because it was the size of an appetiser I ordered the carbonara as a second main course. It is one of my go to foods in an italian restaurant because it is so simple and allways good…..THIS WAS AN EXPERIENCE the bacon was burned BLACK and therefore bitter and the sauce was not good at all. I can not recommend this restaurant at all. I left feeling hungry angry and CONFUSED. What have I paid for?!

The atmosphere was very pleasant and even though every seat was occupied you could have a normal conversation and it wasn't unpleasantly loud. The service was A1, very attentive, polite and courteous. The food doesn't get any better. Price/performance cannot be beat! We'll definitely be back!

Der Teig war herrlich luftig und perfekt knusprig, die Beläge frisch und geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt. Die Atmosphäre im Salvini ist authentisch und einladend – ideal für einen gemütlichen Abend. Die Speisekarte ist vielseitig und bietet neben der Pinsa auch weitere typisch italienische Gerichte, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet werden. Der Service verdient ebenfalls ein großes Lob: aufmerksam, freundlich und stets darauf bedacht, den Gästen einen perfekten Abend zu bereiten. Ein echtes Highlight für alle, die gutes Essen und ein besonderes Ambiente schätzen. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen!

Very stylishly furnished. Made a big thing out of a small restaurant. Food very tasty! If you have allergies, ask explicitly and check, not all of the food ingredients are on the menu, but you can check again yourself. Service changed food quite quickly. I would love to come back. I had the beetroot carpacchio with goat's cheese, no goat's cream cheese, it didn't "stick", everything was absolutely delicious, next time with me please really without honey. The pasta from the parmesan loaf, so delicious and despite the delicious parmesan on it, don't over salt it. The cornbread is also so delicious, I'm not a fan of oil on bread, maybe a delicious aioli? We were all thrilled by the food, friendly and cheerful service and the stylish ambience.

Although we already have a regular Italian in our town, this is the third time we have cheated on Salvini in Korntal. The reason: EVERYTHING fits here!!! Excellent and special cuisine, very friendly and attentive service and a magical ambience, in summer on the cute outdoor terrace, in autumn/winter in the very stylish indoor area. Today we spontaneously went to Salvini for dinner. A very nice little restaurant with fine Italian cuisine and a cozy atmosphere. Great food, very good service and reasonable prices!! Starting with the wine, through the starters and the main course, right up to the espresso. Everything perfect!!! Unfortunately we were just passing through Stuttgart, but we will definitely come back to Salvini!!

Hatten einen Tisch auf der Terrasse, schönes Ambiente, Lage mittelmäßig neben Edeka Parkplatz. Restaurant war an einem Samstag voll ausgebucht, innen und außen. Trotzdem war der Service freundlich und schnell. Hatten eine Auswahl an italienischen Tapas, d.h. verschiedene Vorspeisen in kleinen Portionen und dann Pasta und César Salad. Die Tapas sind eine schöne Idee, 5 Stück reichen auch für drei, sehr lecker! Auch die Pasta und der Salat waren klasse, insbesondere sie Spagetti aus dem Parmesanlaib mit Trüffel. Waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal hier - Daumen klar nach oben!

As a short vacationer we ate in this restaurant twice. We were very satisfied every time. Extremely friendly service staff serve in a cozy atmosphere and serve creatively prepared and tasty dishes with attention to detail. An excellent restaurant. Very friendly and courteous staff. The selection of dishes was very good despite the holiday menu. Very tasty from starter to dessert. The weather was ideal for sitting outside and you have to say the outside area is just as beautiful as the inside of the restaurant. Really absolutely recommended.

The service here is really exceptionally good. So friendly and attentive, no matter who is serving. The food is of high quality and very tasty, rather unusual. Less traditional, more modern and sometimes “something different”. Here you leave with (non-alcoholic) drinks, starters and dessert for around €40 per person, but I'm happy to spend the money on the high quality and super tasty food. If you want to treat yourself to a really tasty and nice, good meal, then this is exactly the right place for you. I just don't understand why the waiter tried to persuade us to take a chocolate cake last time, saying that the menu would change "every 3 months" and next time they wouldn't have any more. That was six months ago and the menu is still 1:1 the same, including chocolate cake? 😅

Very pleasant restaurant. Unfortunately my portion was very small, so I see room for improvement. Especially with pasta or gnocchi, where the price for a few grams more shouldn't be that high.

We were there to celebrate my birthday...unfortunately the table wasn't free yet, but we were given a Prosecco to shorten the waiting time. The food was very tasty, the table at a pillar for the plates and wine was a bit narrow, but the nice service made up for it all! The place was totally full...so better make a reservation :-)

The pizza was good, but I can do the spaghetti carbonara better at home. The furnishings and outdoor area are beautiful and quiet. There are enough parking spaces available. The waiters were very friendly, but not enough for two people given the full indoor and outdoor area. I think shandy and juice spritzer in 0.3 liter bottles are overly posh, expensive and unsustainable.

Great italian food, incredibly nice team, cozy atmosphere.

This is not a family restaurant. We were there with children and were simply ignored. We received no attention for half an hour, even though other visitors were being served by waiters. We had to leave the restaurant. We have never experienced such disrespect in any restaurant. Apparently the waiters themselves decide who they like and who they don't. We just wasted a Friday night. For a family evening it is better to choose another institution.

We were able to spend a wonderful evening at SALVINI. As soon as you entered the restaurant you could see the cozy atmosphere, which was confirmed over the course of the evening. The kitchen can only be recommended, simply great and sooooo good. Also worth mentioning is Carlo, a very courteous young man who enjoys his job and you can immediately tell by his manner. Big compliments to you Carlo, stay as you are! This certainly won't be the last visit with you. Stay healthy.

As soon as I entered the restaurant I had the feeling that I wasn't just going out to eat, I was going out. We were greeted so warmly and the service was equally warm, attentive and professional. This was the best spaghetti carbonara we had ever eaten as a starter. The chicken breast fillet with the lemon sauce tasted very delicious. And then the tiramisu! The sponge cake is homemade and it tastes fantastic. Completely different from what you normally get served as tiramisu. We felt very pampered and comfortable here. How nice that the Salvini exists with the wonderful people who gave us a very successful evening. I immediately recommended the Salvini. Friends were there the next day and were just as excited as we were. Great! The ambience is upscale and cozy at the same time. You should definitely make a reservation.

Nach Reservierung via Telefon um 20 Minuten spätere Ankunft gebeten worden. Wir sind darauf eingegangen, haben dann nach einer nochmaligen Wartezeite von 30 Minuten bei einem Glas Prosecco das Lokal verlassen und sind reumütig zu unserem bewährten Italiener gewechselt. Einhellige Meinung: das Salvini sieht uns nie wieder

The Salvini scores with a stylish ambience and super friendly and attentive service. Initially there was toasted bread with olive oil, unfortunately the oil tasted "old"... not the way good Italian olive oil should taste. The Insalata mista was a really generous portion, my Pinsa was delicious, but could have been a little warmer and was personally too lightly seasoned for me, the final chocolate souffle was delicious. Aperölchen was the right size and had enough ice cubes ;-) We'd love to come back, maybe by then a new batch of olive oil will come from Italy.

Ich kann das Restaurant Salvini in Korntal von Herzen weiter empfehlen. Man betritt das Restaurant und fühlt sich direkt willkommen, es ist super herzlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man merkt wie viel dahinter steckt. Die Speisen sind alle sehr lecker und auf der Karte gibt es immer wieder neue Leckereien. Super Auswahl! Es bleibt einem kein Wunsch offen. Daher auch meine 5/5 Sterne Bewertung. Freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch

Das Essen war sehr lecker und nicht zu teuer. Das Restaurant ist gut zu erreichen.

Wer gepflegt mit einem tollen Service und sehr guter italienischer Küche essen gehen möchte ist hier richtig. Man muss aber auch bereit sein für die Qualität und den Service etwas mehr zu bezahlen, als beim „Italiener und die Ecke“. Alles ist aber seinen Preis wert.
